A/N: Hey there thought i would try and write something different, I wouldn't mind a beta reader for this new story. It's also a Legacies and Originals one as well. Sorry if its moving too fast i am writing, different to what i usually write, as this story has been on my mind for ages.
Chapter One
"Clark it's your mother, I am afraid it's bad, you best come to Smallville" said his mothers nurse. Standing in the hallway she got a shock of her life when Clark appeared in the door way just as she still held the phone in her hand.
"Clark how did you...?"
"It's bad" she said as he hurried past her straight to his mother's room, but he could see straight away that he was too late, she had passed away.
After spending time with his mother and sorting thins out, he zoomed back to the city to inform his family that they would be needed back at Smallville to arrange the funeral. 'Everything was happening too fast' he thought as he sat with his wife Lois and his two teenage sons Jordan and Jonathan.
After explaining things, they went to bed early as in the morning they will be traveling back to Smallville to arrange his mothers funeral, so the boys would miss school for a few days.
The next morning, they were all up early and in the carb by 5.30am. The drive took longer for Clark to get there, which irritated him a lot as it would only take him seconds to get there.
Finally arriving mid afternoon, they arrived in Smallville at the old house, where they got out the car looking about the place, "it looks old" said Jordan, as they went to explore the place they hadn't been for years, which looked the same since they left.
As their parents were busy arranging the funeral, Jordan was in his old room looking out the window when he noticed a strange shiny light appearing through the cracks of the barn door. They were not allowed in there but curiosity got the better of him as the light was not going away.
Hurrying down stairs and out the house, he wandered near the barn hoping his parents wouldn't catch him, 'they must still be in town' as he opened the door and slowly peering round it to see a bright white ball of light hovering in mid air, shielding his eyes he stepped closer and closer, about to touch the shiny ball, it suddenly moved hitting him in the chest and seeped through his clothes and disappeared into his chest knocking him pout cold.
As he lay unconscious in the barm, his brother Johnathan was in his room unaware things were going to change.
Unsure how long he had lay in the barn Jordan peeled his eyes slowly open, seeing he was in a dark space, when he remembered the odd light, he jolted awake looking about adjusting his eyes to the gloom. Looking down at his body he saw no light and thought 'I don't feel different' standing up on wobbly legs, going slowly over,to the door, he saw it was not getting dark. His parents car was back so he assumed they were back from town.
"Where have you been?" his mother Lois asked as he stepped into the house after wondering if he should tell them, but decided 'they had enough problems'
"Went for a walk" he said lying. "I might just go up to my room its been a long day"
"Would you like some dinner we've got food, people have been bringing in?" she asked him.
"I'm not hungry" he replied heading to the stairs and up to the bathroom, where he took off his jumper and had a good look at this chest and saw nothing had changed, only he 'looked a bit pale' he thought, putting his jumper back on and heading to his room, where he lay down on his bed feeling rather tired and worried about the light.
Several hours had passed and he must have fallen asleep, as he opened his eyes to find himself laying in a bright white space with someone in a golden robe bending down. "Who are you?" he asked scared.
"How did you get here?" said a mans voice and the person pulled down the hood, revealing a man with short brown hair and rather tall, as Jordan shakily stood up. "Am I dreaming?" he asked, seeing everywhere was white and there were more people in golden robes wandering about.
"No" said the man. "I am Elijah, i am a white lighter"
"I'm Jordan, how do i get back home?"
"How did you get here?" the man asked.
"Don't know, there was a strange light in the barn, it went here" he said putting a hand to his chest. "It's gone now"
"I will send you home and i will consult with the others about the light, where is home?" Elijah asked clearly confused.
"Smallville"
"Very well back to Smallville it is" with a wave of his hand, he was back outside the old house in the dark after a funny feeling swept through him.
Seeing no light's on in the house, he hurriedly wandered up to the door and found the key to get in and wandered up to his room, where he stood for several moments wondering 'what the hell had just happened and how did he get to that white space'
