"Crap I'm late" Running along to get to school on time a average looking boy with green hair by the name of izuku midoriya bumping into a group of upperclassmen who were talking to to Mr Aizawa and a tall man with a octopus quirk
"I'm so-sorry I..."
" Izuku get to class you are late enough as it is" says the tired looking teacher with one could almost mistake as nostalgia
"Yes Mr Aizawa" he yells, whilst running like a nomu was after him (or an angry Aizawa)
Stumbling in to his seat, just in time, to have Aizawa walk in to class
'How did Mr Aizawa get here so fast I used my quirk and only just got here in time' thinks Izuku
"Now you are all back from your work study's with pros it's time, to knuckle down and get ready for your midterm exams as part of your exams you all will have to complete a paper, that will count as 35% of your exams, that subject will be chosen at random with a computer program, the others who will work with you will be the first years of general studies and support course of UA who are all so chosen at random now look at the projector so it can find you group and subject" he tells them
"Mr AIZAWA, why are we working with others outside the hero course? I understand the support course, but why some of the general explain" complains the class president whilst moving his hand up and down in a chopping motion.
"I can tell you why Idia. it is for the nomination of the 21st student of the hero course for class A and B. It is the other way of getting into the hero course other than the sport festival, where a student can be replaced with someone who performed better form nomination is were we as students nominate just isn't done very often because the student who nominated the other is responsible for the student for a month or two, like a hero's sidekick, and if there is a drop in grades or show the school or class in a bad light both are sent the gen-ed or expelled and all that will only happen if the home room teacher accepts the nomination in the first place. " answers the green haired boy whilst copying down his group and subject

"I have read the student hand book and i don't remember seeing it" asks Momo
"Which one did you read? There's the original and the portable one."
"This one" as she hands him a book the size of a dictionary from her bag
"Oh, that must be the original then I mean having to carry that around that's not very portable"
"Actually Uraraka, that is the portable one. My family owns one of the originals. It is about 100x the size of the portable student hand book. I read it all the way though it took me 2+ years to read it all and I can only just remember most of it, what I do remember has come in useful in everyday life. It also has really weird part that keeps referring to assassins"
As Izuku's classmates stare at him. Then there teacher gets out of his sleeping bag.
"Midoriya you must be the 1st student ever to have wanted to read that book, I usually just make a student copy parts of it as a detention when I can't expel them, if any one else wants to read it there are copies of it in the school library as midoria said there are parts in there that are useful not just as every day guide but for heroes as well "
Knock, knock, knock, Aziwa opened the door to reveal the students from the other classes.
"Hey Mr Aziwa, our teachers said to come and introduce ourselves to the groups we will be working with." said a tired looking boy by the name of shinso .
"Right if you all figure it out for yourselves who is with who i am heading to the support department to pick up my capture weapon" at that moment a blur of green ran up to the boy
"Hi Shinso, come with me and let me introduce you to Momo and todoroki. Momo, todoroki this is shinso, shinso this is momo yaoyorozu and shoto todoroki. After we do the paper I'm going to nominate Shinso. I don't see Mai. She must have stayed in her class. I am going to get my costume, so I can get it upgraded whilst we are at the support cours. Momo, Todoroki do you want me to pick yours as well" 'when does he breathe' the class thinks as izuku explains.
"Yes please midoriya. I also want to see if any one can come up with a more tasteful design for my costume "
"Yes thank you. we will see you at the support course classroom "
"What did Midoriya mean by nominate" So while the 3 start walking to 1-H class room momo explained what Izuku had told the class
Whilst the group talked Midoriya court up as they came to 1-H class door "while we are there maybe we can talk to Mai about getting your costume started when the paper is done..."

"Dam it Mai, if your going to do that at least warn someone, erasure can you keep an eye on her while I take these two to the infirmary" yells powerloader walking past the small group while carrying the two knocked out students one looking like Monama from class 1-B
"Yer shore it is quieter here than next to mic so I'll just have a nap not like much else can go wrong"
" Mr Aizawa what happened" asked shoto
"That was the best example of why you don't annoy the support department, especially when you are a test dummy serving detention "
'Now i have more questions, that i don't want to know the answers to' thinks the group in unison
"Hey Mr. 10000 points are you here for the paper. I have just the baby to help with that. ta da the past-telly-viewer P.T.V for short. I found these blueprints in the student handbook my family has whilst looking to find some more obscure rules to help build my babies so what years was the black decade again."
"250 years ago it starts two and a half years before the birth of the babies with quirks start appearing." said izuku having just arrived with the costumes in tow
