Hello. I really liked the idea of Matt Frank's Godzilla Neo, so I've decided to try my hand at something like that, but with King Kong. Next will be my version of Godzilla Neo, and then Gamera Neo. I hope you enjoy!

65,000,000 years ago-

A meteor impacts the earth, wiping out the native dinosaurs and most other life on the planet. However, one island managed to stay tropical thanks to thermal vents inside it. This island would come to be known as Skull island.

3,000,000 years ago-

The advanced apes evolve in the hollow earth, along with dinosaur types unseen on the surface.

40,000 years ago-

The advanced apes discover how to harness Geothermal energy from the earth's core, allowing their civilization to prosper.

10,000 years ago-

The people of Atlantis discover the hollow earth and begin trading with the advanced apes, gaining great knowledge from them. A small faction made up of the two groups also starts experimenting to create an ultimate warrior using a combination of magic and science.

9,990 years ago-

The atlanteans and advanced apes successfully create KING KONG, the greatest of the advanced ape warriors, grown to 50 feet and given immense strength. Kong served as a guardian for the alliance, and his success caused them to create more.

9,800 years ago-

King Kong takes a mate, who was another one of the giant advanced apes, and sires a son, named KIKO.

5,000 years ago-

The atlantean shaman Shikala summons the forces of darkness, accidentally transforming himself into the demon CHIROS and destroying the sumario-acadian civilization, and then attacking Atlantis, aided by the serpent queen Reptilla. The kongs attempt to fight him but are all decimated by his power. The atlanteans and advanced apes create the primal stones, which could harness the power of every universal element to stop Chiros. Eventually, Kong and Kiko fight Chiros in the Atlantean capital of Shama-Ra. Kong seals away Chiros with the primal stones, but most of Atlantis is sunk under the ocean, with Kong and Kiko washing up on Skull island. Many of the stones ended up being scattered across the globe. The landmass still on the surface is later dubbed "Mondo island."

3,000 years ago-

A great civilization is established on Skull island, and they build a large wall around their city in order to guard against the skull island creatures. Around this time, Reptilla returns and claims the atlantean throne for herself. However, a resistance made up of the animal men that now inhabit Atlantis rises up against her.

1,000 AD-

Skull Island begins to sink underground due to earthquakes. With their food source dwindling, the skull island dinosaurs attack the human city, destroying the giant wall built to protect it and killing most of the humans.

1889-

An island off the coast of Indonesia is destroyed by a volcanic eruption, forcing it's inhabitants to flee to Skull island, establishing primivitive homes and breeding with the natives.

1912-

King Kong fights GAW, a gigantic deathrunner creature who practically ruled Skull island. Kong is victorious, killing the beast and earning the trust of the surviving humans, who begin to worship him as a god.

1932-

A group of sailors stumble upon Skull Island, and are all slaughtered, with only one of them, Sam Kelley, surviving long enough to mention the name Kong. Shortly after, filmmaker Carl Denham acquires a map to Skull island that Kelley had created from Norwegian skipper Nels Helstrom.

1933-

Denham mounts an expedition to Skull island to film a movie, but instead captures and brings back King Kong. Upon escaping captivity, Kong rampages through New York before being killed atop the empire state building. Shortly after, Denham, Helstrom and a young woman named Hilda Peterson return to Skull island for treasure, discovering Kiko. They manage to find the treasure, but Skull island sinks into the sea, and Kiko seemingly perishes saving Denham.

1934-

Kiko washes up on Mondo island, and upon being nursed back to health, takes it upon himself to defend the primal stones and ensure that Chiros never returns, as well as protect what little natives there are left from the dinosaurs that had leaked from the hollow earth. The same year, Carl Denham returns to New York and accepts arrest for bringing Kong there.

1949-

Denham is released from prison, and creates one last movie before retiring, The Mighty Kong, based off his adventure on Skull Island and capturing of Kong, as well as Kong's climbing of the empire state building. The film, which was also a musical, is met with lukewarm receptions at best. Afterwards, Denham disappears.

1958-

Carl and Hilda's son, Vincent Denham, discovers Mondo island and learns of it's history, and finds his father, who had been living on the island for the past several years and had become friendly with the natives. Vincent discovers the story of Chiros and the sinking of Atlantis, but promises to the natives that he would keep it secret before leaving, his father following after a tearful farewell to the natives.

1966-

Archeologist Charles Bond and his children Susan and Bobby journey to Mondo island to search for a rare type of moss, and stumble upon a fully grown Kiko. After conducting several tests on Kiko and fighting several other monsters and even a few aliens, the family leaves the island, Bobby promising to come back someday.

1967-

The evil Doctor Who creates a mechanical Kong named MECHANI-KONG to mine for the highly radioactive element X in the north pole to sell to North Korea. However, Mechani-Kong breaks down when exposed. Meanwhile, another group of 3, this time a joint expedition of American and Japanese forces, is forced to lay anchor on the coast of Mondo island after the ship is damaged. There they find Kiko, who takes a liking to lieutenant Susan Watson, saving her from GOROSAURUS and a giant sea serpent. After the group leave, Kiko is kidnapped by Who and forced to mine element X. After Kiko escapes, he and a rebuilt Mechani-Kong fight in Tokyo until a traitor on Who's ship sabotages Mechani Kong, causing it to break down. Kiko then destroys Who's ship, killing Who and then returning home.

1976-

The Petrox oil company discovers an oil deposit on Mondo island and embarks on an expedition to it. Executive Fred Wilson kidnaps Kiko upon seeing him and brings him to New York to use as a mascot for Petrox. However, Kiko busts free, kills Wilson and ramages like his father before him, ultimately climbing the twin towers and being blasted into a coma by fighter planes.

1977-

Kiko's comatose body is transported to a facility in Atlanta, where it is watched over by doctor Amy Franklin, who concludes that they can revive Kiko with a heart transplant, but they need another member of his species. Amy's associate Dr Lorna Jenkins also takes DNA samples from Kiko's body out of curiosity.

1980-

Carl Denham passes away, leaving behind a legacy of being the one to cause the first Kong's rampage and begin the "age of monsters." His final words were telling of his regret over what happened with the original Kong and the natives of the now long gone Skull island.

1981-

Dr Jenkins discovers the primal stones on Mondo island and takes them back to her lab for study. The same year, she uses Kiko's DNA and the DNA of her 5 year old grandson Jason to create a Kong clone, believing that Kiko deserved another chance at life.

1986-

A female Kong who survived the attack from Chiros as a child, dubbed LADY KONG, is discovered in the fields of Borneo by adventurer Hank Mitchell, and her blood is used to save Kiko's life. The two escape their confinement and fall in love, but Lady Kong is eventually captured by the military, who discover her to be pregnant with her and Kiko's son. Kiko goes on a rage fueled rampage, eventually finding and saving his mate at the cost of his own life. His mate and child are sent back to Borneo to live out their days in peace. Around the same time, Ramon de la Porta, an greedy archaeologist, attempts to steal the primal stones from Doctor Jenkins, but when he sees the Kong clone, he accidentally burns his hand off by dipping it in acid. Following this, Dr Jenkins goes into isolation with Kong and the primal stones on Mondo island.

1990-

Adventurer Hunter Stagg the third, son of Fred Wilson, (Stagg was his mother's maiden name) tracks down Lady Kong and Baby Kong to Borneo. Using prototype Cyber Hunter robots created from the remains of Mechani-Kong, Lady Kong is killed by Stagg, but her child barely manages to escape.

1993-

Doctor Jenkins creates the cyberlink, a headset that allows access to the internet, a two way communication system, and an additional effect of being merged with another creature on a genetic level, creating a massive hybrid creature.

1996-

De la Porta, now a professor at the university Jason went to, manages to convince Jason to take him to Mondo island, both being flown there by Jason's friend Tann. However, when they arrive, De la Porta takes the opportunity to steal a cyberlink and some of the primal stones. Jason, Tann and Kong, as well as an island shaman named Lua, journey across the world fighting against De La Porta in order to retrieve the primal stones and prevent Chiros's return. Eventually Chiros and De la Porta form an alliance, but after getting the last primal stone, Chiros uses De la Porta's lifeforce to fully release himself. He and Kong battle, but Kong is easily defeated. Chiros attempts to bury Kong alive, but thankfully Lua manages to seal Chiros back in an alternate dimension, and the revived De la Porta's spirit was broken by the ceremony, him being admitted to a mental hospital.

December 1999-

A man named Charlie Old Crow discovers the blood of the original Kong on the empire state building, which he had been cleaning for the new millennium celebration. Over the following years, the blood becomes a black market commodity.

2000-

Lua has a nightmare about King Kong climbing the empire state building as New York is flooded. At the same time, tar pits begin appearing all around Mondo island, with Reptilla watching the heroes and learning of the Kong clone's existence. Her advisor Sicaphyss tricks Kong into coming with him to Atlantis to be crowned king, as the original Kong had become king of Atlantis after the original king and queen were struck down by Chiros. At the same time, a solar eclipse causes Atlantis to rise, and our heroes are transported to it via the tar. After defeating the rebels, Kong is taken to the palace of Reptilla where he is crowned king. At the same time, the heroes make an alliance with the rebels. Eventually, they are able to convince Kong of Reptilla's villiany, and he saves the rebellion, along with stopping the eclipse.

2002-

De la Porta recovers from his brain damage and teams up with Hunter Stagg. The two use a tracking device to track Jason and Tann to Mondo island, and using the perfected cyber hunter robots and a sound wave device manage to capture most of the creatures on the island, including Kong. The creatures are all contained in Stagg's personal zoo. However, Stagg allows the creatures to escape to hunt them, and frames De la Porta. The creatures rampage through New York City, overwhelming the military. Once the heroes arrive, they convince the military to stop the hunt for Kong, and they all defeat Stagg together.

January 2004-

Upon seeing his competitor Charleton Hemming, CEO of the Bionomals company, clone a dwarf mammoth and bring up the possibility of cloning a whole herd, Jack Denham, CEO of Denham products and son of Vincent Denham, decides to clone King Kong using DNA he had acquired on the black market. However, Hemming legally owned the rights to Kong's blood, so Denham does this in secret.

March to April 2004-

The scientists working on the new Kong Clone use DNA from Silverback gorillas and Chimpanzees to complete the Genome, and carry the child in the womb of a female Gorilla named Mattilde.

March 2005-

The new Kong clone is placed in an articificial womb, where it enters it's final stages of growing.

2006-

The new Kong clone is placed out of the artificial womb, and news spreads thanks to Denham. Hemming ends up suing Denham for this in August, with Denham being willing to stake all he had to keep his Kong clone out of Hemming's hands.

2008-

The new Kong, dubbed KONG MARK II by the scientists raising him, has a temper tantrum and destroys his enclosure. The scientists raising him, as well as Denham, wonder what to do with him, but they are then approached by Jason Jenkins. Jason, who had taken a personal interest in Kong Mark II, suggests taking him to Mondo Island, on the condition that it be kept secret. Denham and the scientists agree to these terms, and Kong Mark II is transported in secret to Mondo island. Hemming ends up financing it, but also sends an mercenary to kill Denham. Luckily he is stopped by Kong, who adopts Mark II as Denham leaves.

2009-

Thanks to blood samples from the mercenary sent to kill Denham, Denham products and the NYPD begin building a case to destroy Hemming and his empire. In response, Hemming sends his cloned animals and experimental bionobots (cybernetic creatures created with the DNA of real animals) to attack Mondo island, having a vague idea of it's location. A great battle ensues, which ultimately ends with the heroes triumphant and Hemming being killed.

2020-

Efforts to reduce climate change start making real changes, allowing the icecaps to begin to reform.

2027-

A japanese scientist attempts to create a giant squid bionoclone, an evolution of Hemming's bionobots, but the clone goes on a berserker rampage until it is killed by the military. Afterwards, cloning becomes highly regulated, but Bionobot technology starts getting more popular.

2030-

Uranium mining is banned across the globe.

2035-

The son of Kiko and Lady Kong is captured by poachers with the intent to sell him on the black market for 10,000,000 dollars. However, the baby manages to escape and is saved by a young boy named Lukas Remy. The boy takes the baby back to his family, and his father Leo, a famous bionics scientist and environmentalist, agrees to adopt the baby, much to the chagrin of Lukas's twin brother Richard. Lukas names the baby ape after Kong, dubbing him KONG JR.

2036-

Kong Jr, who had developed a brotherly relationship with Lukas identical to what the Kong clone and Jason had, spontaneously grows to full size, destroying the Remy family's houseboat and causing them to realize his true nature. The police arrive on the scene, but Lukas and Kong Jr manage to escape to the redwoods. Shortly after, the Remy family and their housekeeper Anita move to the redwoods, and Lukas creates a secret hideout for him and Kong Jr, who still had the mind of a 3 year old. However, Richard's attempt to create a robotic dinosaur ends up starting a fire that burns half his face, and although Kong Jr saves him, Richard blames him for it.

2037-

Richard, now having a robotic eye, moves to Boston with his mother, who had divorced Leo in 2033.

2044-

Lukas goes to college and meets Doug Jones, AKA Jonesey, and the two become fast friends. Richard also returns to his father's lab to work on his own creations, including a female Bionobot underling he names Botila.

2046-

Lukas and Jonesey begin rescuing endangered animals.

November 2047-

Lukas and Jonesy go to save a camping family trapped on an unstable mountain in the middle of a huge storm. However, the storm is too large for them to attempt a rescue. Fortunately, the family is saved by Kong Jr, who had followed Lukas and Jonesey. This incident exposes Kong Jr to the world, and while many demand to destroy him, pleas to spare his life pour in from around the world. The police attempt to capture him, but Leo manages to convince commissioner Decker to get his men to stand down. To contain Kong Jr, Alcatraz island is converted into a "Kong island", a previous nickname for Mondo island. Dr Amy Quon and her younger brother Danny also arrive on the island, Amy being a licensed veterinarian specializing in primates, and Danny being an animal whisperer. They are allowed to stay. However, as a condition of Kong island opening, Kong Jr is equipped with a shock collar.

January 2048-

Leo Remy's health begins to deteriorate. Richard reveals a pterodactyl Bionobot inspired by the stories of Skull island and Mondo island. The bionobot attacks Kong Jr, who destroys it, causing Richard to skulk off in rage. A day later, the Remy natural history and marine preserve is opened to great success. Shortly afterwards, Jason Jenkins passes away. A grief stricken Kong clone chooses to return to Atlantis, ending Reptilla's reign once and for all and taking his rightful place as king, with Kong Mark II by his side as his prince.

2049-

Doctor Leo Remy passess away.

Early 2050-

Richard uses the shock collar to force Kong Jr to go berserk, causing the public to see him as an evil animal, and forcing Lukas, Kong and their friends into the redwoods as fugitives. For a while, the team travels around the world protecting animals and stopping Richard's evil schemes. Eventually Kong runs away after a mind controlled Lukas pushes him away, but after Lukas is freed, he and some other heroes track him to near a volcano. They have a battle with Richard over the volcano, which ends with the heroes, Kong included, falling in, and Richard being pushed in by Botila. However, a news chopper had witnessed the whole thing, and Kong's name is cleared.

Mid to Late 2050-

Those shoved into the volcano survive and discover the hollow earth. They all form an uneasy alliance, wandering around the prehistoric wonderland, even ending up adopting a baby dinosaur named Zippy. Meanwhile on the surface, Botilla launches an AI revolution. Eventually the heroes and Richard discover the advanced apes, and Richard creates a hole out of the hollow earth using their technology, the heroes following and stopping the dinosaurs he released. Afterwards, the exonerated Kong Jr and friends battle against Botila until their final confrontation on Kong island. Richard uses the formula that originally created the Kongs to turn himself into a giant, but he and Botila are both defeated and arrested, with Kong Jr choosing to stay in the hollow earth with his kind.
