Summary: In the time when the Leaf Village did not have a Hokage. The council made Naruto and Sasuke into Chunin. So, one can join the CRA and can stop thinking about leaving the village. And the other, because the council what to have the authority over Naruto to turn him into a girl and get her to marry Sasuke.

1- The Ones Who Changes Fate

Meduki POV

I raise my hand and say in a confident but submissive tone because I am talking to the clan heads. "Since now we do not have a Hokage, I vote to make Sasuke Uchiha into a Chunin."

After a long moment of the clans' heads looking at each other, the ones with the power to make this decision. A man spoke up, when I am around him, I always feel like I'm going to die a painful and brutal death, Danzo.

"I second this, after this attack and the death of my best friend… the village is now seen as weak, we need someone young to become a great and powerful Hokage."

And not even a blink of an eye has passed until most of the Clan heads raise their hands and agree to rank up Sasuke-Sama.

"Very well that is most of the council, Sasuke Uchiha is now a Chunin." The old man says, he is the oldest on the council.

I clear my throat and say, "now of today Sasuke-Sama is a Chunin. And now above today, he is allowed to go on the first level of the CRA…." I stop for a moment to read the room can I see nods of appointment. So, continue, I clear my throat and say, "I will be honored to give my daughter Sakura as his first wife."

"Sorry Miss. Haruno but I did a DNA test with them and the children they have will have weak eyes and most likely need glasses. So, No." Danzo said.

"I'm sorry for bringing that up," I say standing up and bowling to Danzo and the Clan hands.

The older man raised his only good arm and said, "don't feel sad they can still be together through their compassion for each other."

I gave the old man a smile and sat down.

The moment I sat down the non-ninja half spoke up or more like shouted at one another. The one who is doing it has daughters or granddaughters the same age or round Sasuke-Sama.

"Be quiet you all I wasn't finished," Danzo said in a neutral tone that somehow made everybody silent.

"…"

"I did many DNA tests among all your children. After all of that, I must recommend one person, Naruto-."

"That can't be! Naruto is male. Did anybody ever teach you how sex works!" I shouted standing myself up.

"Please calm down Miss. Haruno…. Remember we are ninjas and there are jutsu for almost everything."

"Explain," I said sitting back down.

"It is simple, someone draws seals on your back and then you activated it and do a couple of hand signs. After that, you quickly became super tired, and you quickly fell asleep for 10 seconds. And when he is asleep, we can modify his new female body, but since he already has an image of his female body. we can't change much." Danzo said simply like this is raising his time.

I clear my throat and ask in the most demanding I can do, "So, we will have Naruto walk around in his sexy no jutsu."

"Technically no," Shikaku said with his head leaning back obviously thinking about sleeping.

I tilted my head at him urging him to go on, so he did. It is not a disease or an illusion, it is a complete change of the body. "The jutsu turns the Y chromosome into an X chromosome…. But in Naruto's defense, he will look a lot like his sexy no jutsu…."

"So, are you saying after he goes through the jutsu he can't turn back into a male?" We all look to the new man who spoke, he was sitting there like he owned the universe, Hiashi Hyuga.

Shikaku looks at Hiashi with sadness and anger in his eyes. He was understanding what Hyuge-Sama meant by his little question. But the smartest person in the village just nodded.

"In that case, I Hiashi Hyuga the clan head of the Hyuga clan, second this."

Before the council can get into a big argument the old man clear his throat and spoke up, "we can't order Naruto to change his life he is not of the appropriate rank."

"Thank you for keeping us on track with the law," Danzo says giving the old men a nod. "I would like to start a vote for Naruto to become a Chunin. In the exams, he won against someone who specializes in Taijutsu, and Naruto skills to think on his feet in the middle of a battle."

"I also second this," Hiashi says. "And don't forget his will for never giving up, his will of fire is strong. If he not dissolving to be promoted, I don't know if anybody should be."

I feel something in my chest an uncomfortable feeling. When I clear my throat and speak up in his defense some of the clan hand has our ready voted in the agreement of the vote. "Since I'm the only one who is here who has a somewhat a relation to him since my daughter is on his team. And his sensei and everybody who he can call a sensei is not here or is on a mission, I would like to remind everybody about his dream and this decision might affect it."

"Sorry, but I must agree with Danzo and Hiashi. Because I will give Sasuke at most three months, or he will leave the village if we do not do anything. So why not help him with one of his dreams, it might not be killing his brother, but he did tell his sensei he wanted to rebuild his Clan." Shikaku says sounding sad and depressed or he just might be more tired than normal.

I look down at my hands, I felt an odd tint of guilt toward Naruto. I don't know why I never felt this way to him, so I question my feelings, getting a blank.

"I'm not saying that the kid can't become Hokage. Yes, it will be difficult at the beginning to give both and raise children, but at the end of the day if Naruto what to be Hokage, Naruto we'll have the backing of the Uchiha clan and the last name." Shikaku said.

I thought for a moment thinking and wondering why everybody was looking at me. but the main thing is thinking about Naruto. I clear my throat making it a big show because everybody is watching me and I spoke, "very well I too agreed with the promotion of Naruto Uzumaki."

The old man nodded again and say, "Naruto Uzumaki is now a Chunin."

I look at the old man in shock, and then it hit me, I was the final vote that was why everybody was looking at me.

Naruto's life will change forever, even though we didn't say what the carrot is out loud for the vote, but we go home thinking about it when we made that vote. So, give it a couple of days and the blonde kid will be married off.

Danzo clears his throat acting like he trying to be my everybody about his present, but you can't forget a man like that. "So, since that is decided may be to start the vote on which ANBU in this room would be sent to get the two."

Somebody responded, "yes, let's begin."
