Chapter 0- The Lost Potter and Orc/New Lands

On a T.V. in a room in an unknown location, a news program plays. A male redhead, his wife, his sister and some others watch the T.V., the redhead male's sister very teary eyed.

"This is Tom Verliers of Channel six news and in the news tonight... Outer Heaven forces are skirmishing with pirates in the Sea of Blood. Elsewhere, an Empire governor is in an argument with the imperial chancellory... the latest development in the series of cannibalistic murders across the chaos wastes and the Ulthuan film festival has returned. Also tonight, one of the sons of Samgon Gobsger has gone missing after a failed mission to capture him and there has been several earthquakes that are being attributed to changes in the winds of magic. Now, for our main news, it is the anniversary of the disappearance of Harry Potter and the Orc Emperor Samgon Gobsger. With the main article is Tami Verliers."

The T.V

"Thirty years ago, the world lost two of its most divisive and controversial figures. Harry Potter and Samgon Gobsger fought their last battle in Kislev and were missing, presumed killed in an explosion. Outer Heaven and its allies and the allied powers have been locked in a cold war since.

It was at the battle of Kislev city that the final campaign of the last war was fought and it was during that battle that The Orc Emperor Samgon and the Wizard Harry Potter duelled. Both were seen to be heavily scarred and bombs from both sides fell around them. When the smoke lifted, there was no sign of them aside from pools of blood which testing conclusively proved was theirs. They left behind many children and widows.

Rumours persist to this day that they have survived but no evidence has been found. It should be noted that whatever your ideology or wherever you come from, these two are regarded as either heroes or villains respectively. Many biographies of the two chart their complicated history and the many wars the pair have fought. Their legacies will never be forgotten.

This is Tami Verliers, reporting."

"That was Tami Verliers with her report on the thirtieth anniversary. Up next, Neuman Hossbach on the disappearance of one of the late Orc Emperor's sons.

The Redhead male's sister left the room in tears, reminded of the loss of her husband. His wife followed his sister out of the room in an attempt to comfort her.

"Ron, there's a video call for you." One of his soldiers said from outside the room to the Redheaded male. In the thirty years since the loss of both Harry and Samgon, Ron formed a section of the WSF dedicated to finding Harry.

Ron moved to a hut outside the building he was in. On a screen, an unwelcome sight greeted Ron.

"Ronald Weasley, we wish to form a temporary... partnership." A heavily stitched up Orc said in a tone of voice that one of the WSF soldiers observed was reminiscent of a Dalek.

"It's you, Orc strategist. Why do you wish to form a partnership?" Ron asked bluntly.

The Orc strategist momentarily hesitated, "A number of recent events have led us to believe that a crisis is going to come. We should work together to deal with the crisis before it grows out of hand."

Ron looked at the number the Orc strategist used to contact him and through his thorough knowledge of phone numbers used by Outer Heaven officials and government departments knew that the number was a private number. Ron looked directly at the image of the Orc Strategist and gave a small smirk. "Your call isn't sanctioned by the ruling council, is it?"

The Orc strategist, through the screen, gave Ron a glare that let him know the Orc Strategist was annoyed, "You are correct. Gromgor Grimhide gave me the task of establishing contact with you. The ruling council is more interested in maintaining the current situation, Gromgor seeks to restore Outer Heaven and re-establish the supremacy of the people of Outer Heaven."

"Why come to me then?" Ron replied, feeling equally annoyed as the Orc strategist was.

"We believe a series of earthquakes could be the start of this crisis." The Orc strategist said plainly.

"You mean, the earthquakes that started weeks back?" Ron asked. A series of worldwide earthquakes had started several weeks earlier and were only just starting to recede.

"Correct. And there appears to be some debris from space which we do not recognise. We should work together to find out the cause of this and eliminate the culprits." The Orc Strategist said, hoping that would be enough to sway Ron into a course of action he wanted.

"No." Ron replied simply.

"Explain..." The Orc strategist demanded.

"It means no. You have given me very little evidence with which to join in a temporary alliance and fail to provide any evidence of a threat. Greenskins see threats everywhere and I believe you are just putting together two unrelated incidents, hence why I think you think there is a threat. Now, if you'll excuse me but I was having a peaceful evening with my family and I wish to get back to it." Ron explained angrily.

"But..." The Orc strategist began but was cut off by Ron ending the call. Ron then took a moment to breathe deeply and calm himself down.

Ron left the room and returned to his wife and his sister where a pair of visitors awaited him. It was Miller and Ocelot, the other executive officers in the WSF. Miller and Ocelot were both holding a folder each.

"Ron, we have a couple of things come up." Miller said, handing Ron the folder he had been holding. In it, there was a picture that showed a city that resembled New York.

"This came through last night. It was taken in the early hours of the morning before last night. It shows a signal in the sky that's shaped like a bat. I believe that another universe has merged with this one. We're probably going to want to investigate as soon as possible." Miller pointed to a light area of night sky where the bat-like signal shone through.

"I will investigate these new lands as soon as possible. And the other piece of news, Ocelot?" Ron asked.

"Our intelligence sources indicate that several cults are trying to find them." Ocelot said.

"Them?"

"Samgon and THE BOSS."

Ron momentarily looked as though he'd been struck by someone desecrating the memory of his long lost friend although he schooled his reaction into a more neutral expression. He had been searching for his best friend for close to three decades now and any rumours he heard, he treated with suspicion for he had heard many over the years following his disappearance and all had proven false. Ron feared that this latest report would prove false and did not allow himself to hope although he decided to investigate them anyway.

"I'll look into it..." Ron began rather moodily, "...but only after I've looked into Miller's report first."

Ocelot clearly wanted to object to Ron's decision as he felt his report would have more potential gains and carry less risk but held back as he knew that, even after thirty years, Ron could still get incredibly emotional about his lost best friend and brother in law. Still he thought the newly merged reality would also reap some benefits although he could not say what.

Ron left as soon as possible, not saying much to anyone. He departed in a helicopter, witnessed by his wife Hermione, his sister Ginny, Miller and Ocelot... And Gromgor and the Orc Strategist, who observed from afar.

When they were alone, Miller commented to Ocelot, "Not sure about you but I think we're about to meet the Batman himself and if my hunch is correct, maybe the justice league and all the rest of them."

A/N- having watched some movies from the DCAMU recently, more specifically, Justice League vs. Teen Titans, Teen Titans: the Judas Contract and Justice League Dark: Apokolips War, I decided to do something involving them.
