anw without further ado, i hope you'll like it!
He opened his eyes, looking up groggily. He shielded his eyes from the bright light. Clear skies? Wait a minute, definitely this was not that baboons' place, was it? Where the hell am I?
He slowly moved his head, looking around, there shouldn't be buildings in this island, right? Fountain? There's no fountain in Mihawk's castle, right? If he remembers correctly, that ghost girl should be following and assisting him around the island! But where the hell is she as well as the baboons?
Shit, I think I'm lost again. Great, Zoro, great.
He sighed, "Maybe this wasn't real?" he thought to himself, closing his eyes once again. He wanted to doze off for a while, not wanting to directly gaze at the clear sky upon him. Then, a few hours have passed, he heard a woman's voice, then followed by murmurs.
"I think he was just resting!"
"Shh! He might hear us! Lower your voices." Someone hushed from the crowd. Then a loud "What a pretty young frail strong man!" startled Zoro from his nap. "What the— These people are so noisy." He slowly opened his eyes, blinking, he now saw ladies gathered around him. They weren't here earlier, right? How did they find me? "Who the hell are you ladies?" He asked them warily, still lying down, his hand moved on one of his swords' hilt.
Great, at least my swords are still here, I can't let my guard down.
"He speaks!" The woman exclaimed, telling her friends, as if it was the first time they saw a man. The murmurs from the gathered ladies now can't stop— some of them were cheery upon seeing the swordsman while the others can't quite contain their doubts on him.
"He looks dangerous," one lady whispered to the other as if Zoro didn't hear that. Yeah, yeah." He muttered in his breath, gritting his teeth in annoyance.
He then slowly looked around him, these ladies were really different from the baboons he was used to see in that island. He was still a little bit of daze from his nap but there's this unanswered 6 inside from his mind, "Where the hell am I? Isn't this Kuraigana?" he spoke out loud.
"Kuraigana? Oh, silly, what are you talking about? You're in Rustbay, Mr. Swordsman!" She gave him a pleasant smile, then, "Oh, no! Please don't sit right up, yet! You looked like you were hurt, Mr. Swordsman!" She told him, assisting Zoro to sit properly in place.
"Shit, she was right. I can't move my body that much." He winced from pain as he slowly sat right up thanks to the lady. I really can't remember where the hell Perona brought me. Shit, I thought we were about to go back from the castle after training with Mihawk? Why the hell am I in this place? Wasn't that ghost girl supposed to guide me? Why the hell I'm here? But first things first, what the hell is Rustbay? Where the hell is this place? Am I still in the Grand Line? He scratched his head, clearly confused on his situation right now.
Then, familiar faces started to appear in the strange town. He saw Chopper, who was walking with Usopp. What the hell? They weren't supposed to be here, right? Then, Nami? I thought all of us separated in Sabaody? Why are they even here?
But the thing that bothers Zoro is that they seem didn't recognize him at all. Chopper should be waving at him in delight if he happens to see him as well as Usopp while Nami should be hitting his head if she saw him.
"What the hell is happening? Am I dreaming?"
"Hun, you're not," The other old lady gave him a reassuring smile, patting his shoulder, "And us ladies think you should see Dr. Trafalgar to check you up." The ladies around him agreed and some even squealed in delight upon hearing Dr. Trafalgar's name.
"I can't wait to see Dr. Trafalgar!"
"Me, too!"
Who the hell was that? Why are these ladies so excited to see that damn doctor? Wasn't Chopper a doctor?
Snapping from his thoughts, the old lady earlier assisted him to stand up, "Mr. Swordsman, don't worry, he was a great doctor, you know? We ladies can vouch for him," she smiled at him, "Let's go, Mr. Swordsman?"
Zoro just nodded, but as much as he wanted to take a rest here for long, he shouldn't be here in the first place. This was really weird. He should find someone who can help him go back, maybe someone knows, at least, right?
After the ladies found him at the plaza, he was now brought upon Dr. Trafalgar to tend his injuries. The doctor was hesitant at first at the lost swordsman the ladies have brought to his clinic but still, he was a doctor— that's what his job is for.
"Don't move." The doctor gave him an icy glare.
What kind of doctor is this?
"Chopper is much better at handling this," he mumbled, but the doctor had heard him, only for him to raise an eyebrow at him. "Chopper? You mean Dr. Kureha's apprentice? How did you know him? Clearly you weren't from here." He told him as he checks for other wounds on his body.
"I'm not telling you." He scowled at the doctor. He can't still trust this guy not unless if he happens to know where the hell is he?! He didn't need any answers like "Oh, you're in Rustbay!" What kind of answer is that? That's not even useful! Geez.
"Suit yourself." He told him, then one of his assistants came to give the results. Flipping the results, the doctor looked at it with ease, "Hmm… Impressive. Aside from the scrapes from your body, you're lucky there's nothing wrong in your bones, just take a rest for three days, you're good to go, swordsman."
Zoro nodded at him then slowly sat himself right up, "Then, what if I don't have any place to go?" he asked Dr. Trafalgar.
"I don't know, perhaps you'll die." He gave him a nonchalant shrug, giving back the results to his assistant. Zoro knitted his brows, "What kind of doctor is this guy?" He mumbled to himself, clearly not contented with his answer. "Fine, then how about someone I can ask about places to stay? Who can I ask?"
The doctor stopped in his tracks as he was about to leave the room. He faced Zoro, then sighed, "I guess you can go ask the archeologist in the flower shop. I heard she has a spare room there, if you're lucky, then she'll let you stay."
Zoro stared at him with disbelief, "Archeologist?" he said as if the doctor had told him a joke in which Dr. Trafalgar just raised an eyebrow at him, "Do you think I'm kidding? If you don't want her help then look for someone—"
"No, I think she can help me, thanks, doctor."
The doctor just nodded at him, "The archeologist is not that far from this clinic, just ask where the flower shop to the locals, then you'll meet her there. By the way, before you leave, you should rest for a while. You need it, swordsman." He said before leaving him alone in the sick bay.
Zoro nodded then lied down from the bed again. Placing his hands under his head, he can't help but wonder if most of his friends are here, then that means she was here, too?
Archeologist? So, that means, it can be Robin, right?
