Chapter 1

In the great city of New York City in the middle of the time of night, a black-toned male named Ron was just off from working at the pizza joint. He was just an ordinary pizza maker with good pay and free pizza.

He and his little five-year-old sister Zoey used to live in Tokyo, Japan with their old grandpa since their parents died in a car accident until then they moved back to the USA after their grandpa passed away by sleep.

With little money that they had, Ron got a job after school right after picking up his little sister from elementary. Sure coming back to America was a slow adaption, let alone being best friends with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and with April, and Casey. But things worked out for the better regardless of dealing with the Kraang and keeping himself out of sight from being seen by the Foot. Currently, he was listening to Cee-lo Green's 'Cry Baby' on his wireless earbuds as he made his way towards home.

As he got to his apartment where his little sister is in bed sound asleep, he put the two boxes of freshly made pizza with everything on it. Then as he went to the cabinets to get himself a plate he heard a familiar voice in the room that he hadn't heard since he and his baby sister moved back to New York and over the phone.

"I hope you're planning on sharing those pizzas with your one and only beloved girlfriend of yours?. Because if not then I'll pounce on you and break your arm into different places. And you know that it is one of my most known professions". Ron turned around and saw seating at the table was his girlfriend Karai, giving him a happy smile and loving look.

"Karai?!. I thought you were in Japan?!". asked Ron as he took out two plates, and went towards the table. Pretending to not have known that his lover is in America, right after the turtles have informed about the female Foot soldier.

Karai smiled without knowing of her lover's pretend and said "I was going to text you that I am here in America, but why not surprise you and reunite ourselves as lovers". She reached and pulled a slice of pizza and begin eating it with delight.

Ron then went to the fridge and took out two cans of Coke and gave Karai one of the cans, and took a seat beside her. "I miss you, Ron. Tokyo is not been the same since you and little Zoey left. If you needed a place to stay, I'm sure my father would help you since you can not stand living in a place after your grandfather has deceased. After all, you were my father's number one Footsoldier and my personal bodyguard". said Karai, taking another bite of her food.

"Karai the only reason that I joined the Foot is that my grandpa has wanted me to find a fun hobby, and since that, I already learned every technique of Martial arts from him. God rest his soul". said Ron, missing his grandpa.

Karai spoke with sadness in both her voice and on her face, "I'm sorry for your lost Ron. He was a good man. He is the most kindhearted, loving and wised man that I ever met. The perfect idea of a grandfather than I can ever imagine or wanted".

Feeling the need to comfort his lover, Ron got up and went over to kiss his sweet girlfriend on the lips. Karai happily and willingly kissed her boyfriend back with extreme passion. After feeling like hours the two break their kiss and looked at each other with enjoyment. The two have missed having their lips make contact with each other as the taste of it was speechless. Without a moment too soon the two made out and wanted to savory the sweet loving love that they have for each other, and pull apart and just look into each other's eyes.

Karai smiled and said, "I miss doing that. Feels just like old times, Ron. You always have made me feel very speechless".

"Yeah, and for some strange odd reason, I get this feeling that this is more than just a love reunion. Why are you really here?". asked Ron, with a serious look on her face.

Karai stopped smiling and began putting on her seriousness look as well and said, "Always the one to kill a happy moment sometimes, Ron. But yes, I am here on Foot business. My father has requested for you to come back to the clan permanently and come help us put an end to his old enemy, Splinter, and his four mutant sons. They are a difficult bunch to get it rid of but with you returning to the clan we can defeat them!".

Ron stopped eating to take a sip from his can and put it back down. He looked at his lover and said, "What is he offering me this time around, Babe?". he asked.

"He said he will give you and Zoey a real place to stay. He also offered to help you get into the best college that money can buy, and he will triple your pay than last time. Think about it Ron, we can go back to the way it was. You, me as the greatest duo in Foot Clan and the cutest couple". said Karai, grinning at the thought of it while playing with his low fade haircut.

"Sorry, Karai but the answer is no. I'm trying to raise my baby sister and setting an example for her. She looks up to me and I don't want her to be a person without honor". said Ron.

"First off the Foot has honor. And second, you are the only ninja that is on my skill and master level. Let alone you are the only boy teen that will get my Dad's blessings when we one day get married. I mean don't you want to marry me and give birth to our firstborn son or daughter?". asked Karai, before stress eating.

Ron just looked at her while she stress eats the whole box of pizza and said, "Babe, look I love you and I would love to marry you and make a child of our own. But I do not want my sister in this mess. I'm the only one that she ever has. We are the only blood".

Then Karai got up from her seat and hopped on Ron's lap, and said with sensitivity, "My father told me that if you refuse to return to the Foot, then I have to force you into submission and you don't want that as much as I don't want to do that myself. Even my own father does not want that".

With that being said, Karai then pulled out an all-black heart locket that Ron gave her on their anniversary date from her armor chest and then opened it. Inside it showed a picture of them together holden each other in such happiness. Ron remember taking that picture with Karai at the private noodle shop and let Shini take the picture. Let alone remembering how much he paid to get that locket made as the price was no where near cheap or fair payment. However, it was worth it for Karai. His Karai.

"Besides the picture of my mom, this is what I care and love. Us. We both lost loved ones and we also feel the same suffering pain. So please Ron. Please think about it. For me. Please?". said Karai, giving him the sad doggie eyes.

With a sigh and hating his girlfriend for doing that same trick that she used when she can't get what she wants or have her way. "Fine, I'll think about it, Karai. I got to go to bed. it is a school night for me". said Ron.

Karai gave him another kiss and then hopped off his lap and walked to the window, then opened it up and turned around with a smile and said, "When you made your decision come meet us at the old Foot Clan hideout. You do what I'm talking about right?. The building that looked like a chruch".

"Yeah, I know where and how it looks, Karai. I text you later baby. Love you". said Ron, as Karai blow him a kiss goodbye and jumped out. Then Ron got up from his seat to close the window and think about his new situation.

"I love Karai more than anything but the turtles and Splinter are like family to me and Zoey. I'm going to have to think about a bit more". Ron thought to himself and headed to his bedroom and call it a night.

Then on the next day, Ron got up and took a wash, put on his black t-shirt that has the red dragon symbol, black pants shorts, and black Nike shoes, and headed to the kitchen.

As he enters the kitchen he sees his little sister Zoey seating down wearing her favorite Hello Kitty shirt, was eating her Lucky Charms cereal while Ron joined her and pull him some. "Hey, Big Bro?. Did Karai came by?". Zoey asked since the day Ron introduce her to Karai, she wanted her to be her big sister when every she and Ron will tie the knot.

"What?. No, she didn't come by. Hey, wait a minute were you sneaking out of bed?. Again?". Ron asked a little bit mad.

"Well, Big Bro, I did get out of my bed and eavesdropped a little bit. But, I did not listen in too much though". said, Zoey. Ron just shrugs it off as he pours some milk in his bowl.

"Little Sis look, Karai just came by to say hi. Alright?". said Ron, before taking a bite of his breakfast.

"Hmmm, that's not what I heard. She came by to tell you that Mr. Shredder is offering your old job back, with increased pay in which is way more than that lousy pizza job that you have". said, Zoey.

Ron looked at his sister with a slightly stern look and said, "Now, I know how much you have listened in, nosey. But, know this. This does not give you the license to go tell the guys got it?".

"My lips are sealed Bro. I'm not going to tell a soul". said Zoey, with a cheerful grin before resuming her eating.

After done eating breakfast and finished washing dishes, the two siblings headed out as Ron walked her to the elementary and then dropped her off. Then he jogged to his high school and met up with April who was happy to see one of her best friends.

"Morning, Ron. Sleep well?". April asked, before letting him join her at the steps.

"I slept like a boss, April. Ready to take the science test?". Ron asked, opening the door for the redhead.

"I'm sure am, R. I studied all night and drank tons of five-hour energy. I'm hyped!". said April, with a large grin before walking inside the building.

Now, before Ron was about to go inside he stopped at the door. Having that strange funny feeling that as if he was being watched but managed to shrugs it off and went inside. Not letting it mess with his mind. No, today he is going to have a good day in school and put on a smile on his face.

Little did he know he was right. Because on the rooftop in front of the school stood Karai watching her boyfriend go in. Strongly hating to see Ron being such good buddies with April. Ever since she has arrived in New York City, New York all thanks to her father who requested her to come to America and help him in his quest to end the enemy that ruined their lives, she has been watching her lover during her free time to make sure he is safe and sound. Especially for Zoey. Karai wanted Ron to return back to the ranks of the Foot and wanted to happen now. This is why she has a solution to get Ron back working for her father once again and this time permanently.

"See you later and real soon, Ninja Dumpling". said Karai, smirking with good and selfish intentions, and walked away in the name of her love for her black boy teen.
