The Differences of a Keyblade Trio
The Mysterious Tower, a usually quiet, unbothered place for the modern day Keyblade Wielders as an HQ, was covered in numerous mouse themed decorations for everyone to see. Suddenly, they were also disturbed by the turbulence of the landing Gummi Ship: Highwind. Once properly docked, the doors slid open revealing the trio from Destiny Islands, all dressed casually instead of their usual garments.
Although, when the group made it to the front door, Riku nudged both Sora and Kairi with his hands and pointed ahead. The door handles were locked together by a four digit combination padlock.
Riku folded his arms.
Sora put his hands behind his head in his usual pose.
Kairi raised a brow.
All three smirked at each other and Sora summoned the Kingdom Key, and with his usual dramatics, shot a beam of light out from the tip and the padlock vanished a second later, triggering the doors to open. Riku shook his head in amusement, Kairi gave a thumbs-up and with a laugh shared between them, they all ran inside and the door shut behind them.
The clanking of armor was easy to hear in the quiet realm as Ventus landed in front of the tower door. He dismissed his armor, stretching his arms a bit with a sigh. He turned around to face the door, and his excited expression morphed into a confused one. The doors were locked by a combination padlock.
Ven stepped up, ignoring the sounds of clanking behind him, and studied the lock. After turning a few dials, he shrugged before summoning his keyblade and was about to tap the lock with it, but a hand on his shoulder stopped him.
Aqua looked disapprovingly at him, and Ventus recalled his weapon as she handed him Chirithy. While Terra hid a chuckle behind his fist, Aqua just studied the lock and after a few moments, a feeling of nostalgia warmed her heart as she smiled. The other three looked at each other as their friend quickly turned the dials one by one, and in just a few short seconds it was unlocked.
They looked surprised at how Aqua knew the combination and she sent them both a smug look before opening the door to walk in. Terra ruffled Ven's hair before he ran in after her, but Terra decided to pick up the lock and let out a nostalgic sigh after looking at it and followed his friends.
Axel was annoyed. When he'd gotten to the tower via dark corridor, he expected to just walk in and enjoy the party, but when he'd gotten to the door it was locked! Roxas and Xion showed up a few minutes behind him with a corridor, both carrying a small container. They were treated with the sight of Axel on one knee, his ear close to the lock as he turned the dials. Xion walked up and tapped his shoulder, but Axel waved her off as he focused.
The two looked confused, yet amused at their third's weirdness. A few minutes later, Axel stood up, clearly frustrated and pulled out his Gummiphone turning his back to the door. He tried looking up some videos on an unlocking method, unaware that one of his friends behind him stepped up to the lock.
Shink! Tink! Clatter!
Axel, finally finding a decent video, was interrupted by another tap on his shoulder. Turning his head to see Roxas, who smiled with Sea-Salt ice cream in hand, pointed behind him at the door. He followed the point and his mouth opened in shock as the door was open. Xion was waving, ice cream in her mouth, for them to hurry his palm against his face, Axel walked and took the ice cream held out by Roxas as they began to catch up. Failing to hide his chuckles, Roxas tried to comfort his friend with a hand on his back.
Hello FF World. Trying to get back into writing a bit and need some bits of practice. Tell me how I did with trying the "silent" way of expressing these characters. Figured I should try starting small and this scenario popped into my head the other day, and I really wanted to get it out there. Might continue this with another scenario.
See ya next time. Drop an idea or two, I might get inspired to try again. Let me know how my writing is because I feel awkward after so long.
