Chapter one: Rebirth

Three adults fell into a galaxy like void "Takara?" "Onyx!" "Lazuli?" The three of them all said a different name and pointed at each other

Onyx had black hair and brown eyes

Takara had red hair and green eyes

While Lazuli had blonde fading to blue hair with grayish blue eyes

The three of them stood or tried to but ended up floating "Huh?" Takara questioned looking around the area they are in

A box showed up in front of all of them on the top it said 'Customization' Lazuli and Onyx turned to look at Takara and Takara looked back "What?" Was their intelligent response

"I think this is like some weird reincarnation fic or something, so we're most likely being sent to some anime world were we can do whatever it is we do" Lazuli suggested the other two shrugged

They all got to work "Hey..." Onyx suddenly said a glimmer of mischief in his eyes "I found out what world were going to" he continued voice flat as ever "it's the Naruto world and I really want to fuck with them a bit, so why not choose an appearance that'll do just that?" He asked finally finished talking

Lazuli and Takara sighed being used to his mischievous side "how about the founders?" The half-blonde piped in second to join in on it

The raven and readhead nodded

"I call Hashirama!" Takara burst out

"Then I'm going to do Madara" Onyx decided

"Guess I'll have to do Tobirama" lazuli nodded to themself

When finished they were assigned an ability each and

"Holy-!" Before Takara could finish that a hand was held over his mouth "this is Lucky" Lazuli blinked a few times

Takara had gotten Nature control and explosion

Lazuli Water manipulation and wind manipulation

While Onyx got pyrokinesis and petrification

But Tamara's nature control and some other qualities to them

Then they all promptly fainted

Is there any wish you have?

"I wish to be with my friends throughout this life as well..."

"Ive always wondered what it would be like to fly... perhaps even being some mystical beings would be fun..."

"This world we are going to is dangerous... I want a chance at survival"

When they re-awoke they were in a room with many bunk beds Onyx and Lazuli were on two of the top ones while Takara was under Onyx

Onyx looked down and saw that Takara was still asleep "Onyx..." a voice whispered to him and he saw Lazuli sitting in a cross legged position

"So how should we do this?" They asked "hmm... I say we just mess around, I've got a feeling that the universe will try to right itself no matter what we do" the formerly half blonde nodded "thought we were going for the founders so why is your hair blue?"

And lien he said Lazulis hair was a VERY light blue almost white "cuz I can plus we both know that all of us changed it up a bit" onyx stayed quiet not much he could say only hover over a mark on his face it's a birthmark he had in his past life one that he liked a lot

No matter how many times he was bullied or teased over it he would always love it for some reason when anyone asked he'd just stare blankly at them before leaving

Lazuli sensing that he wouldn't respond looked around and found a stray rock he looked at it a bit confused before shrugging and throwing it at Tamara's forehead

Takara shot up and gave a sheepish grin at the two "Sorry" he whispered then Onyx tapped the ladder and Takara climbed up so that they could all sit comfortably

And they talked they all had the same feeling that the Universe would just try to correct itself when they did something so they decided "Let's fuck with it as much as we can!"

Around 06:00 AM they were told to get breakfast and were herded around by the older children to complete their morning ritual

After they were finished eating most of the kids left for school in groups

The younger ones stayed there and played with each other while the three sat in a corner "what timeline do you think we're in?" Takara suddenly asked looking around the place for anyone interesting

"Hopefully around the original one..." Lazuli grumbled and Onxy nodded "hopefully"

"Hey how about we freak the workers out" Takara whispered as a flower bloomed on their hand the other two snickered and decided why not

So they all walked up to the lady that was watching them

"Hey!" Takara tan up waving at the worker "Itsuki-kun?" They all froze for a second "I found out I could do something real cool!" Takara continued on by stretching his hand

A vine shot from under his T-shirt and wrapped itself across his arm all that way to his finger tips "Cool right!" He shouted but the lady was stunned

"Umm... are you okay miss?" The boy asked tilting his head to the side but the lady kept staring then she shook out of it "no- yes- I'm fine, anything you boys wanted to show me?" She asked the two back

Lazuli pointed a finger up and a water ball formed on top of it then froze he then caught it before it fell to the ground

And Onyx let four little fire balls float around his head he then turned his head side to side and the fire blasts avoided him but still kept to his head

The poor lady was about to faint but caught herself "w-wonderful boys! If you would give me a second I need to talk with someone" she smiled shakily

The moment she left the boys burst out in laughter or well Takara and Lazuli did Onyx have a snort then proceeded to snicker

"This is going to be fun"

While that whole mess got sorted out the three decided to do things

Takara went to talk with other children seeing as his the only one of their group that would do that

Onyx decided to draw anything and everything he could think of

While Lazuli hunted down books any books really

"Hey!" Takara greeted running up to the other children his age "hey your Itsuki right?" Takara thinking back to what the lady had called him nodded "well I'm Tamaki and this is Tamami we're siblings!" Tamaki introduced themselves

"Well it's nice to meet'cha wanna play something?"

"Who is that Takara is playing with?" Onyx asked himself taking a good look at the two "-We're siblings!" He heard the boy shout and he blinked an image appearing in his head

So he drew the two standing back to back they were both older and the boy had black wings covering most of his body while the girl was normal but she was crying there was a wall separating the two

Lazuli found mostly children books "hey atleast we can somehow read Japanese no clue how but this helps a lot" Lazuli was always a bookworm

And he always will be no matter what life he is or what world he's in

The day had gone by then the night passed and it was the next day at some point at the day they had all ended up outside

And When no one was looking a hand grabbed Lazuli and Takara they were dragged into the forest

They were about to scream when they noticed that it was just Onyx

"I'd like a better feel of our-my ability" was his answer as he stopped up at a clearing

The grass was a little long but that's fine there were flowers and a pond though the bod was very dirty

"I don't think it's a good idea to use fire in a forest" Lazuli dryly commented leaning against the only tree in the clearing the others just looked like part of a barrier somehow

"What why you're here you control water after all" a thick vine wrapped itself around Lazulis ankle then tightened and lifted him upside down "pfft!" Takara let out as Lazuli blocked a scream then glared at him

Onyx snickered at his expense "let me down!" Lazuli whisper-yelled flailing slightly before an idea struck him

He closed his eyes then several wind blades but through the vines and he was let down Takara began running as fast as he could with Lazuli in hot pursuit

Onyx shook his head at the two smiling

Then Takara knocked him over the moment the two got up Onyx helped Lazuli chase Takara

After a bit consideration they all started to use their abilities

Takara using mini explosions and tree branches or roots to trip them

While Lazuli would use wind manipulation to keep himself upright and sometimes shoot a water ball at Takara

Onyx would petrify any animal that get to close and use pyrokinesis to create some fire falls not to close to Takara but close enough so that he had to use a different way

Lazuli would always set the flames out

After the third round Onyx noticed that the ones he petrified would sometimes be back to normal "does this time not stay consistent or something?" He asked himself before continuing to run after Takara

They had all tired themselves out after a good while "Truce?" "Truce" they then collapsed under the only tree in the clearing

And laid there till one of the caretakers came and dragged them all away whilst shouting at them to not leave their sight

All in all it was a wonderful day

the next day they asked something "can we join the academy?"all three of them had said at the same time looking very serious "What! Itsuki your only four and you Kaito-" she pointed at Lazuli "is five can't you wait a year?" Lazuli-Kaito shook their head 'No' "and you Kazuya your turning six soon can't you just wait?" All three of them stared up blankly at their caretaker and shook their head

"No-" "oh come on I know we are ready!" Takara-Itsuki shouted with the biggest puppy eyes he could manage and the woman wilted "she's probably new to this" they all thought "I'll see what I can do- but! If I ever find that you are not ready then we're taking you out immediately!" She warned and walked away

"Soooo anyone know what we'll expect?" Takara-Itsuki asked but no one answered, he simply shrugged "oh well we just gotta prepare for the worst then" and they all walked out writing up a plan on paper

Near nighttime Lazuli-Kaito snuck out and gathered weapons into the field they had used previously then Came back

No one would come until the morning anyways he then quickly climbed up to bed but before that he glanced at Takara-Itsuki and nodded

Takara-Itsuki relaxed and Onyx-Kazuya went to sleep

At morning they all waited until it was time to play outside then they all went to the clearing "we are so going to get chewed out for this..." Takara-Itsuki deflated

Lazuli-Kaito smacked him in the back of his head "no time for that some on now"

Takara-Itsuki would often throw it slightly off he was good at aiming having taken archery class before

Lazuli-Kaito was a natural and somehow already new te right stance and everything no one knows how exactly that is

While Onyx-Kazuya was just normal but would often overestimate their weight and length

They continued practicing until they footsteps were heard then they hid the weapons away and were prepared for a very angry caretaker

This would continue for a week or so before they were given news that they could start the academy now
