Title: The Orange Sky and the yellow sun
chapter 1: The Sun finds the Sky
--
A little boy was crying in an alley, alone and desperate. He looked around for his mother, however, no sign of seeing her in sight. Losing hope that he will never see his mother again,he holds on, keeping his legs and arms close to his chest. But soon, he hears footsteps, and is startled. Looking up, a teenage boy in a strange white outfit, with a mushroom hat and a black turtleneck cape, with a bright orange pacifier, its beautiful color being eye candy. The boy was white with caramel hair, and his eyes, even though they were a honey color, he also had a mysterious orange glow. He smiles at the boy and crouches down in front of him, but keeping a distance so as not to scare the little one "Hello little one. What are you doing here, in this open sky, but in such a dark place? Your light, your FLAME shines so bright, but you stay here..." The little boy doesn't understand, but he sniffles and looks at the teenager in front of him "I lost my mommy... And I don't know where I am..." orange honey-eyed teenager looks at the little one, felling simpaty for the boy "I see,i see... So,how about we look for her? I'll help you with that" the little one's eyes shine in hope and happiness, and stops with the tears. The eldest smiles, and holds the little one's hand, and they both leave that dark and silent alley...

"Le-Kun! Wake up, or you'll be late for school!" A boy with brown hair, white skin and light brown eyes wakes up, tired. He gets up and checks the time, and his eyes widen "Shit! I have to get ready fast! School starts in 35 minutes!" The boy, also known as Leyama, gets up and runs to the bathroom. He gets ready and goes downstairs, seeing his mother in the kitchen, seeming to prepare something in advance "Le-Kun! You woke up pretty late, didn't you? I told you not to stay at the games until late, especially since today would have your first day of class!" Leyama grabs a slice of bread and eats it quickly, while drinking his coffee, hating the taste, but knowing it's necessary if he wants to get on with his school day smoothly "Sorry, Mom! But I can't be regretting it now, and neither are you! I'm already leaving!" The boy runs out the door, starts putting on his shoes, and hears his mother's voice in the background "Darling, don't forget to say goodbye to your big brother as you promised!" The boy finishes putting on his shoes, and picks up his backpack "I know! I would never forget that!" the brown-haired boy turns to a portrait with a photo, which was on a counter, in the entrance of the house. In it, there was Leyama, 10 years old, next to his mother, and a teenager in a relaxed coat and pants, all smiling the photo "I can't wait to see you again... See you later, Mom! And see you later, onii-San!" And soon, the boy opens the door, and runs out. Little did he know what awaited him that afternoon..
--
The boy soon arrives at school, panting, but happy that he arrived on time "Thank god... 8 minutes until class starts... (I'm glad Tsuna made me run around before he left to take a course abroad from here... but I knew he will be back, so...)" Leyama smiles, but soon hears a voice that makes him shiver "Herbivore, you're late" he soon turns around to face the perfect demon from school, Hibari. Leyama soon bows, shaking "I-IM SORRY, HIBARI-SAN! IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN, I SWEAR!" The boy runs towards the school, while Hibari watched the same, with a frown on his features "Forgot to ask if that little carnivore will come..." and then walks away. Leyama arrives at the classroom, opening the door carefully, and sits at his desk, thanking the gods that his teacher hasn't come to class yet.
He sees some students laughing at his situation "Look! Baka-Yama finally got to class on time!". Yes, he was known at school as 'Baka-Yama', as, unfortunately, he did a lot of stupid things, didn't have very good grades, and was very ragged. He sighs, and lays his head on the table "(I wonder if Aniki will come with me to classes...even though I know his situation...)" And then, he sees his teacher enter the room, Nezu- Sensei, and unfortunately, is the teacher he least appreciates the classes "Good morning to all the students! I see everyone arrived on time... And Baka-yama too, isn't he?" The students laugh at the poor boy's face, but he had gotten used to it "We'll start the class then, with everyone presenting what they did this vacation... Leyama, get up and say your essay! Or you forgot, like in the past year?" Leyama hears more laughter, but he doesn't care. He takes his notebook and walks to the front of the room, and starts reading "This vacation, I stayed with my Aniki, and we decided to go camping" students laugh, commenting that 'Baka-yama possibly burned the whole place down', but decides to ignore it and continue "He taught me the basics of survival, how to get shelter, make a fire and get non-poisonous food. We stayed there for two weeks" the students soon wonder who his brother is, as they never saw the boy "And we were also training around town, running, to be exact. But we also spent one last week together on a beach with Okãsan. Shortly after that, he had to go to a two-week course, so I was just helping my mother at home" a student from the back gets up "Tell me then, Baka-Yama. Who is your brother? We've never seen him!" Leyama is kind of nervous about it "Ah well... Aniki was at another school while I was coming to this one.. it was his preference" but deep down, Leyama knew he was lying to his classmates. His brother didn't much like to stay in one place, but he corrected that by helping his mother with housework and even taking half-period jobs, never lasting longer than one for more than two months. He was always in one place, and soon, he was in another, and by sheer choice, not lack of competence. The student smirks, and Leyama is hurt by the next words "Hah, I bet your brother wanted to get away from you, knowing you're a Baka-Yama!" The whole room started laughing again, louder than before, and Leyama sighs, remembering something his onii-san said "(teenagers can be cruel sometimes...)" But before the laughter can continue, someone stands up. the crowd, and it was a black-haired boy, and Leyama immediately recognizes the baseball-crazy kid aka Takeshi "You know, that was a pretty cruel comment. If Leyama's brother didn't want to spend time with him, why would you stay with him for two weeks camping, and your last one on a beach before going to the course?" Leyama is shocked by Takeshi's steadfastness, as the two were never close. Soon, a girl with short red hair stands up too "Uhum! Even I saw that your brother cares about him enough to teach him about survival! So what you said is totally invalid!" Leyama blushes a little, but in admiration for not only being defended by the school's baseball idol, but also by the school's most beautiful idol, Kyoko. He was never so happy to have been defended in this way, as people make a point of humiliating him. The student soon backs off, and sits down, while the class watches in 'ooh' and 'aah'. The professor clears his throat "Well, with that out, Leyama, go sit down! Others want to speak their essays too!" Leyama agrees, and walks, passing by Takeshi, who gives him a kind smile, and also passing by Kyoko, who soon catches his attention "Don't let others say what they don't know.. . I saw that, from your writing, your brother cares a lot about you..." Leyama smiles, still continuing with the kind and loving smile "Uhum... Aniki is someone I admire a lot, and I know he never treat me bad" the idol girl gives a soft smile, and he can understand with that smile that she also knows about that feeling. With that, the boy sits down and spends the rest of the day being the classic 'Baka-Yama', but other than that, he now feels a pair of eyes watching him, but when he goes to look, he doesn't see anything. He decides to ignore it for the rest of the day.
--
Returning to school alone (again), Leyama sighs wearily. From the message he received from his mother, his brother will not come today, but tomorrow. He hopes they can meet at school and spend the rest of the year together. He knows that even if he makes friends who turn their backs on him, he knows his brother will be there to support him in any way he can. With that thought in mind, he smiles, and opens the door, walks in and closes it behind him and starts taking off his shoes "Okaa-san, I'm back!" He hears his mother hum from the kitchen "Oh, Le-Kun! Come here! I have something to tell you and give you!" Leyama is confused. It was rare for his mother to give him anything. Not that she was negligent or didn't mind giving, but it was just that he'd rather have his mother use the money on the house than on him and his brother, and the older one agreed too. After all, she had to feed three mouths, take care of the household groceries and pay for things that are only necessary. So he was curious what she brought. Will it be a new outfit for him and his brother? A new video game? Or was it that book he and his brother had been wanting to read ever since they read the synopsis of it? He couldn't say. He looks at the picture, and sees that it was lying down "(Huh, how weird... Did it get knocked over?)" He lifts the picture from the desk and walks to the kitchen "Did you call me, Okaa-san? What do you wanted to tell me?" he sees his mother at the table, having tea, while he also sees a child, looking at least five years old, in a black suit and a black fedora with a yellow stripe, and a green chameleon on the brim of the same fedora , and having a pacifier as yellow as the sun that attracted his attention more than anything... He could be sure he'd seen something like that somewhere. He is confused by the scene, and looks at his mother "Okaa-san, are we going to have a little brother?" the boy asks, innocence in his voice. His mother laughs, cheerful and beaming as ever "No, no, Le-kun! This boy will actually be his personal tutor!" Leyama looks at her, then the boy, and then her again. He loses his mind "EHHHH??? A PERSONAL TUTOR?!" He looked at the boy again, who had a playful smile, and he could see a glim in his Onyx eyes, "Ciaossu! My name is Reborn, and I will be your personal teacher from now on!" The brown haired boy is still shocked, and then turns to his mother "B-BUT MOM! A PERSONAL TUTOR COST A LOT OF MONEY!" His mother gives him a quiet smile, which soon takes effect on the boy "Don't worry about it, Leyama. In exchange for him being your tutor, he can only get shelter and food in return. Plus, I know you don't like when I bring it up, but your grades were so low last year... I deeply care about your future" Leyama goes from hesitant to a softer, but gentle and worried face "Okaa-San..." They stand in silence for a while, until he sighs "Okay... I think it's ok. I don't see any problem with that, as long as he keeps his word not to ask for more than what he said" his mother smiles tenderly "Oh, Leyama ! I knew you would understand! Your brother will be so proud of you!" Leyama smiles shyly , scratching the back of his neck. Soon, his attention turns to Reborn, who smiles at him "(That smile is hiding something...but I don't think it will take me long to find out) er, so...are you a boy prodigy or something? I mean, for you to even apply to be a personal tutor, you must have the mind of a professional, right?" He can see that child's smile become a more satisfied "What a sharp eye you have. That's correct, I'm a prodigy." Leyama agrees, and his mother claps her hands "Right! You can then show a Reborn's room, Le-kun? Oh, how about the room free of-" but Leyama interrupts "NO!" Silence settles as Nana and Reborn look at him, questioning "I-I mean... I'm sorry... But no, Mom. You know Onii-san hates strangers in his room. He doesn't like people in his corner. without him knowing" Nana looks at him in surprise "Oh that's right! You're right Le-Kun! Thank you for reminding me" Leyama gives her a smile, but clearly ashamed of how he spoke to his mother. Clearing his throat, he turns to Reborn "I-I'm sorry about that... Let's go to my room then? I'll get you a space there" Reborn agrees, returning with his smile, he finishes his coffee made by Nana , and follows the boy up the stairs.
There, he notices the boy looking at his brother's door, and sighs. He opens the door to his own room, and Reborn enters to see an even simple room, with a shelf with books, video games, and even some plush toys. He also sees a table facing the window with a lamp beside it, and several drawers. He then sees a closet in the corner, and in the other corner, there's Leyama's bed "Uhm, now let me see... Where can I put the mattress..." Reborn smiles and closes the door behind him, seeing the brown haired boy focused on where he will put the mattress "You know, since we're alone, I want to talk and be straight with you, Leyama" says Reborn, watching the boy tidy a corner, pushing things to make room "And what would it be, boy?" Reborn smiles "I'm not really just any personal tutor" this catches Leyama's attention, who stops doing everything and turns his attention to the child "Actually, I'm the best hitman in the world, Reborn" Reborn's smile widens when he sees Leyama's eyes snap "And I'm your tutor for you to become the greatest heir of the Vongola mafia by the Nono's request" silence settles in, and then a reaction "WHAT??????" Leyama is shocked by the news "So...you mean...you are...a Hitman...?" Reborn agrees, and Leyama stands still for a while, seeming to process everything. But soon, and slowly, he goes to the door, and then stands in front of it, holding on to it with his back to the door, facing the child. This amuses Reborn "What do you think you're doing?" He could see the tremor in the boy's body, but the challenge in his eyes "Y-You won't get o-out from here... I can't l-let you hurt my family!" Reborn is surprised inside, but shows satisfaction in his smile, along with malice "And you think this will stop me?" The boy was trembling, his breathing ragged "Honestly...no..." He says in an honest and acknowledging tone, but turns back to face him with his determined eyes "But I refuse to let you lay a finger on them! Even if that means my death!" Reborn feels interested "(Even in the face of death, he would give his life for his family... There are still things that need to be fixed, but that won't be a problem) right... I won't kill your family. Maybe you but not them" it relaxes the boy "But I'll still train you to become the next Vongola. And don't think you can easily get rid of me, because I'm not the type of givin up." Leyama swallows saliva, bracing himself for the worst... Where is his brother when he needs it most?
The next day, Leyama slept peacefully... But he felt a dangerous and malicious aura in the place "Leyama, wake up" Leyama didn't want to wake up, he wanted to sleep five more minutes, but he felt the aura getting more dangerous, until he felt it a cold bucket of water with ice falls on top of it (it was more ice than water), so it wakes up exasperated, sitting up "AAAAHG! BUT WHAT WAS THAT???" Leyama feels shivering, and now not only he, but his bed is all wet. He looks to the side and sees the culprit of this crime "Good morning, Baka-Yama. Get up soon and get ready, you have to go to school" Reborn is walking with the chameleon in his hat, leaving his room "(That's right ...that kid is from the mafia... And why the hell does he have a chameleon?) weird kid..." Leyama hurries to get dressed and change, picking up the sheets and carrying them outside, passing his mother "Oh, Le-kun! Why is your sheet wet?" Leyama spreads the sheet and looks at Reborn, angry "guess who threw a bucket of water on me in the morning..." Nana looks at Reborn, who gives her a (not at all) innocent look with his (not at all) innocent smile. She smiles back "Ara Ara, Le-kun! I see you and Reborn-kun are having fun! It's so good that you two are playing and getting along well in the morning~" Leyama looks dumbfounded at his mother, but sighs after all , he knows that his mother can sometimes be an airhead or very ignorant about the situation "Now come sit at the table, breakfast is almost ready!" Leyama agrees and goes inside with Reborn. Leyama was going to sit in his favorite chair, when Reborn claims it first "Uh... Reborn. I was going to take this seat first..." But the mobster doesn't care "Well, I sat here first. You won't cry for losing his place, isn't he? A mob boss always says where he's going to sit" He sure made that up, Leyama knew. But going up against the mobster was death, and he felt it "Really... You don't give me good impressions..." Leyama sighs, then sits down next to Reborn, where her brother would be. Naan soon brings breakfast to both of them "Eat well boys!~" Reborn smiles "Thanks Mama" the brown haired boy doesn't know when Reborn took the liberty of calling his mother 'Mama' but he decides not to worth it "Yes, thank you, Okaa-san!" Leyama then picks up his chopsticks and, as he starts to eat, he sees his egg disappearing "Huh?" And then he sees the bacon disappear as well, but he can see that Reborn is the one pulling the leg and stealing his food "Reborn, stop! You have your own breakfast!" Leyama takes it and tries to push away what's left on his plate, along with his bread and his cup of green tea "A mob boss always protects his food" says Reborn, shameless on his face, as he eats the other piece stolen from his breakfast, and is clearly making a point of stealing more "Damn! If you want more, you could ask for it! Stop stealing from me! And stop making these excuses to trick me in the morning, Reborn!"
--
Mochida was happy on his way to school. What motivates him is his gigantic love for the most popular girl in school, Kyoko. He knew how beautiful and delicate the girl was "Right! Today I ask to go out with her!" Mochida walks a little faster, and sees Kyoko with Hana beside her "Ahhhh... Kyoko looks so beautiful today, as always~" Mochida is happy, watching the popular girl from afar. But then he sees a boy approaching Kyoko and Hana "Wait...who the hell is that?" Squinting and looking further, he sees the figure and recognizes it from afar "Is that...Baka-Yama?!" He sees the boy with dark hair, orange jacket with white and black jeans and sneakers talking to Hana and Kyoko, especially Kyoko, and then it seems that both of them change their expression, and Kyoko soon seems to smile and laugh, waving. The boy smiles, and says goodbye to Kyoko and Hana, and he can see Kyoko watching the caramel haired one walking away, and then Hana and Kyoko walk again "That brat... just confessed to Kyoko?! Oh, but this bastard will see!"
--
Leyama ran with a certain Hitman on his shoulder, concentrating on the path he took "For someone who is always late, you run really fast" Leyama ignores and continues to run "Hey, hey, I talked to you, Baka-Yama. So you better answer " the brown haired boy grunts "Okay, okay, I run fast. I'm still pissed you ate my breakfast, damn it! I was lucky to at least eat my bread and half my tea!" Reborn continues with his classic smile "Complaining won't get you anywhere, Baka-Yama. And if you answer like that again" Reborn raises his hand, picking up the chameleon, which soon turns into a gun and points it at his face "I won't hesitate to shoot you" Leyama screams internally, but doesn't need to scream for Reborn to know who's in control here. Leyama just speeds up, as he thinks in his head like a mantra "(WHERE IS MY BROTHER WHEN I NEED HIM MOST?!)" and he runs away, wanting to cry. As he approaches the school, he sees a recognizable face, which soon turns around and smiles at him, which he instantly recognizes as Takeshi "Ah, Leyama! You came early today!" Leyama smiles "Oh, hi Yamamoto... (How strange... He still talks to me as if we were friends)" Takeshi gives him a happy smile, and then looks away, as if thinking about what to say "Well.. .I've been thinking about some things and..." Leyama sees him hesitantly, and encourages him to continue, but still he seems to hesitate "...ah, forget it...wait, who is that kid on your shoulder? " Leyama sighs, he really didn't expect the taller one to not recognize his presence "Ah...this is...my personal tutor" Reborn continues with his smile "Ciaossu! My name is Reborn! Nice to meet you" Takeshi smiles "My name is Yamamoto Takeshi! Nice to meet you, boy!" Leyama wonders how Takeshi doesn't think it's weird that a boy is his personal tutor, but he decides to ignore it for now "Well, uh... shall we go inside then?" Takeshi looks at him curiously "Eh? Are you sure? I don't think Hibari-San will like the little boy in here" he felt he could doubt that Hibari wouldn't affect Reborn easily, but that doesn't mean he wouldn't either "You have a point... Reborn, I think you better go. I wouldn't care so much about your presence, but I don't say the same about Hibari-San... he might bite me to death if he sees that I brought in someone from outside" Reborn continues with his smile "Well, does that affect me?" Leyama is speechless, but not from indignation, just kind of annoyed "(I think I'm going to need ice after this one)" and he sees Takeshi holding back not to laugh "(At least he's having fun) Well let's go in then? " Takeshi composes himself, and agrees. As they both enter, they hear someone yelling 'BAKA-YAMA', and everyone turns around (especially Leyama, startled) and sees a very angry Mochida marching towards him "M-Mochida?" The boy stops in front of the brown haired boy, huffing "You've got a lot of guts, don't you?" Leyama and Takeshi look at each other, confused, then turn their attention to Mochida "Don't look like that! You know what you did! You confessed to Kyoko this morning!" Leyama is shocked, not expecting this. He admires Kyoko a lot, but he never even thought about having a romantic relationship with his schoolmate, as he didn't have that attraction like most of the school had for her "U-Uhm, Mochida! I don't know what is talking! I haven't even seen Kyoko this morning!" The boy continues to huff, I ate a chimney "My eyes can't be deceived, Baka-Yama! If you want Kyoko's affection, then I challenge you to a sword fight!" Leyama's features freeze, and he then notices the presence of Hana and Kyoko, who look shocked at the situation "If you win, you keep Kyoko, but if I win, I will have your affection, and you walk away from her!" Leyama tries to retort "But I don't -" and again, is cut off "Meet me at the gym after class! And don't even think about running away, Baka-Yama! But we know who already won this fight" the features show a crooked smile from Mochida , who walks away, as if he had won a championship. Leyama only hears the students commenting 'Baka-Yama is going to get beaten up by Mochida-San' and 'He has no chance of winning' and unfortunately, it was true. Mochida was the leader of the sword club, and the poor brown haired boy has never fought in his life! And he was taught his brother never to raise his fists unless it was necessary, but to talk and try to come to an agreement. But of course, there was no conversation. Mochida was going to get him beaten up, and running away wouldn't be a good choice either, already imagining he'd be searched until they could find and ambush him.Takeshi sees the despair in Leyama's eyes "Ne, Leyama, don't be like that. I know you're not in a good situation, but I'm sure everything will go well" Leyama looks at the crazy baseball fan, and tries to keep hope "Yamamoto ...but...I can't...I'm not strong" Reborn kicks Leyama in the face, knocking him down, and Reborn landing on his feet "What was that for?!" Reborn continues to smile at him "It's for you to build up your courage, Leyama! A mob boss never complains or whines!" Leyama doesn't know if he feels worse or better about it, and he sees Takeshi with a curious glance cast at the mobster "Huh? Mafia? Ah, I see!" Leyama is shocked! Takeshi discovered the truth?! "Is this a game? Sounds like fun! Can I join?" And Leyama is shocked again, with no reaction this time "Of course you can, but are you willing to give Leyama his life?" Leyama decides to stop this "Reborn, don't get anyone else involved in this mess!" But before they can continue to argue, the bell rings "SHIT, WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!" Leyama takes it and gets up and runs away, and Takeshi turns to Reborn "See you later boy!" Takeshi runs right after Leyama, while Reborn smiles, but soon his features change to a worried one "That boy... He'll have to understand that's how it works" his chameleon climbs down from the brim of his fedora and goes up to Reborn's hand, turned towards him, winking and then showing his little reptilian tongue, making Reborn smile again "You're right Leon. We're going to have to do some hard training when we finish school" he returns his partner to his flap, and walking around the school. But before he goes far, he feels a presence of someone, a nostalgic presence. When looking around, however, there was no one. This makes Reborn feel uncomfortable, but he decides to keep walking.
One thing could be sure, and that was that Leyama was a nervous wreck, afraid of the outcome to come. For the first time, he couldn't focus in class, and it wasn't because he didn't want to, but because he couldn't because of his nervousness. He decides to drink some water from his bottle, and so he does. Picking up his bottle and opening it to drink, he finds his anxiety lessening. Not all of it, but enough so that your heart doesn't beat hard enough that it ends up leaving your chest. Now, he could think, he noticed Kyoko, who was looking at him, with a look not pitying or teasing him, but an 'I'm sorry' look. Before he can ask why that look, she looks back to the front. Leyama begins to realize that he wasn't the only one with problems, and yes, Kyoko was too. She literally turned into a prize that Mochida wanted to win, to claim, and that was wrong! He is disgusted with himself, for forgetting that Kyoko was also in trouble, but disgusted that Mochida turned her into a prize, and she didn't even agree to it in the first place! He then becomes determined. Determined to win, for Kyoko, not for affection or fame. He then starts counting the hours, and without noticing that not only a baseball idol was watching him, but also a certain mobster, who smiled from where he was, while watching the young man.
After class, Leyama walked to meet behind the school. he was scared, it was true, but he wasn't going to let Mochida win and do what he wanted. While walking, he hears a voice behind him "Leyama, wait!" the brown eyed boy stops and looks back to see none other than Takeshi. Takeshi runs up to him and smiles "I'm glad I caught you..." the silence is a few seconds, and before Leyama could ask, the black haired boy speaks in front of him "Look, Leyama, I know you're scared and not wants to fight. and you don't have to do that" The boy is quiet, but then says "No, I have. This is not for pride or to prove that I'm strong, but because I want to help Kyoko! She is being made a prize , and she didn't even want to be in that situation in the first place. That's not fair, she's a human being like us, and if it's necessary I need to fight to help her, let me do it, and to win, and neither you nor anyone else can. prevent me from this" he closes his hands tightly, shivering at that. Takeshi is surprised, and a light passes through his eyes. He then comes out of his surprised state and starts to smile, placing his hand on Leyama's head, making the smaller one give a little recoil "Maa, Maa, Leyama... It seems I can't argue with you... You with he sure has more honor than Mochida says he has" the tall black haired boy pats him weakly on the back "Okay, I'll trust those words" Leyama looks at him and smiles, glad he believes him...even if he doesn't know how to fight. He forgot about it in the heat of the moment.Damn it. With Leyama smiling, but shaking a lot, he goes with (fake) courage into the gym, where he sees a gigantic group of children and teenagers surrounding the place. Those near the entrance take him and push him to the middle, where Mochida was "It's good to see that Baka-yama has come! At least you're not a coward, but it doesn't change the fact that you are, and will always be Baka-Yama! " Leyama decides to ignore these words, and looks around to see that Kyoko was nervous in the crowd... He felt sorry for the girl, for being put in a certain situation. And looking a little more, he sees Reborn looking from afar "(What are you doing there?)" And as he reads his mind, the mobster smiles. His attention goes back to Mochida, who was holding a fencing equipment, and throws at Leyama "Here, for us to evenly match! Now get dressed and let's get this over with, after all, victory is already guaranteed for one of us. And to be more righteous, you only have to land one attack on me, and you will be victorious!" Mochida flashes a grin again, and all Leyama wants to do is swallow that damn smile. Putting on the equipment, he picks up the wooden sword and positions himself. It was all or nothing. Both get ready, and a boy stands "Ready... Fight!" Before Leyama can react, he is attacked by Mochida, and the same is hit. However, Leyama still manages to stay on his feet (somehow), but that doesn't mean he hasn't been knocked back "(Damn, our strenght difference is big! I have to hit him somehow!)" Leyama advances and swings his sword, but it's no use, Mochida manages to dodge, and trying to attack once more, Mochida dodges again, and the sword breaks "(The sword... It was already damaged! It was a trap!)" Leyama is hit again, but not by Mochida, but a red light being thrown towards him, being thrown and falling to the ground, staying still "(I'm sorry, Kyoko, Takeshi... I failed... I regret not having fought to have helped you... If i could do things right,i would have done it)" Takeshi gets nervous, along with Kyoko 'Leyama!' They both scream. Mochida approaches and raises his sword "I said... Victory was already guaranteed for one of us!" But suddenly, the boy starts to shake, and Mochida takes a few steps back "B-but what?!" Suddenly, Leyama stands up, and Takeshi and Kyoko can see a small but powerful flame stay on the boy's forehead, and his clothes are all torn apart except his underwear (thank god), and then, he gives a loud groan.
"REBOOOORN! I WILL DEFEAT MOCHIDA WITH MY LAST WISH!" Mochida gives a shaky laugh "B-Baka-Yama! You can't defeat me! You can't even hit me-" and as if on cue, Leyama runs up to him and punches him, slamming him into the crowd. The people walk away in time, and see Mochida defeated on the ground. The boy who showed up to start the fight is surprised, but says loud and clear "The winner of this fight is Sawada Leyama!" And everyone looks at Leyama with surprise and amusement 'Baka-Yama beat Mochida?', 'How did he do that?', 'This is amazing, no one has ever beaten him before! At least not like that', and as the audience spoke, the fire on the boy's forehead went out, and he regained consciousness "(H-Huh? What happend?)" Leyama turns his attention to Reborn, who is grinning widely "Was you...?" The brown haired boy doesn't hold back, and smiles at Reborn "Thanks..." He then notices Takeshi putting his arm over his shoulders "What a fight Leyama! Are you a pro at this?" Leyama walks away, startled of course, and Takeshi notices and smiles awkwardly "Oh, sorry! It was sudden, wasn't it?" Leyama comes out of his shock, but clears his throat "Yeah, yeah... And no, I'm not good at fighting or anything like that. I think it was... adrenaline (sure it wasn't, but how could I explain that? ? I don't even know what happened)" Takeshi laughs again, and Leyama doesn't stop laughing too, a little awkwardly. He then sees Hana, with an ugly look at him, accompanied by Kyoko, who was moving forward, smiling at Leyama "Uhm...thanks for helping me, Le-Kun... I can call you that, right?" The boy is surprised, but that doesn't take away his smile "Of course! So can I call you Kyoko-Chan?" The girl agrees, and Leyama smiles happily. But he soon remembers why he came to fight "Ano... Kyoko-Chan, about the fight and the challenge" Kyoko is surprised, and Hana is already defensive with Kyoko "I just wanted to say... That I didn't fight by your hand or something" Kyoko is still surprised, but they relax along with Hana, who looks confused "You see, the reason why I fought... was because I didn't want Mochida to win and turn you into a prize ! That's wrong, and I don't have any romantic attraction to you! I'd actually rather we just be friends...o-of couse, if you want to!" Kyoko slowly processes this, then smiles "Of course, I would love to be your friend! And...thank you" Finally, the tension is resolved, and Leyama feels proud of it. He also sees Reborn approaching him with his smile "Not bad for your first time, but you've got a long way to go, Baka-Yama" However, they see Mochida get up, annoyed "You... You humiliated me in in front of everyone, especially Kyoko! I won't forgive that!" He lunges with his sword towards Leyama, and goes to hit him. Leyama reacts by closing his eyes, putting his arms in front of him to protect himself... But he doesn't feel the sword coming. He hears everyone gasp out loud, and then he drops his arms and looks shocked before him.
He sees someone holding the sword, but it wasn't Takeshi, as it looks like he reached out his hand to try to block the attack, but it was slow.He feels a cape slowly cover him, as if it had been thrown towards him, and then he looks at the cape and recognizes it, and looking in front of him, the person was wearing a white coat with orange, black jeans, black sneakers, and the person turns to look at him. No doubt he'd recognize the caramel hair and those honey-colored eyes anywhere, that orange pacifier bright as the dusk sky with chains around it protecting her, and that face... That face that was identical to his own. "Yo, Le-San!" Says his brother, with his friendly smile "Aniki!" A smile covers the faces of both boys, who could be considered twins. Mochida shivered at the sight in front of him, while the older twin looked at Mochida, still with his smile "W-What the Hell? You're twins...w-with Baka-Yama?!" Tsuna's smile didn't leave his face "Hmmm? You just tried to attack my cute little brother... And now calling him an idiot...? You really have no manners..." Says the eldest calmly " Nee, Nee... I didn't like your attitude very much... And I want to make one thing clear to you... Don't come messing with my dear little brother again" and then, everyone hears a very loud crack, and the sword is broken in the middle with the force of the older boy's hands. Mochida screams and walks away scared, seeing the sword pieces fall to the ground "Do we understand, Mochida-Senpai?" Now everyone around could see that the smile the boy was giving Mochida wasn't a playful or happy one, but a menacing and dangerous smile. Mochida yells once more, nodding as she runs out screaming in the background 'I'M SORRY! SAVE ME!' while he dropped everyone off at the gym. The other people started making excuses and quickly left the place, leaving only Takeshi, Hana, Kyoko and a smiling Leyama behind. Turning to them, Tsuna softens his smile and bows "Thank you so much for taking care of my otōto... And thank you so much for giving me the location of the school earlier" Hana, Takeshi and Kyoko were still shocked, but Hana walks away. her shock clears her throat "I-It's alright. You're welcome... But why didn't you come sooner? Weren't you looking for this school so you could enter it?" Tsuna giggles, but of course feeling embarrassed "Haha, I hadn't been enrolled yet for some reasons... I came with Mama to school, and while she was enrolling me, she asked me to find our Le-San and accompany him back home since she was going to do some shopping before returning" clearing his throat, he bows again "Anyway, I didn't introduce myself, huh? I'm Tsunayoshi Arcobaleno Sawada. Nice to meet you" the caramel haired boy and pulls the brown haired boy, smiling "And I'm Le-San's big Aniki! Nice to meet you!" Everyone smiles, and Takeshi is the first to introduce himself "I'm Takeshi Yamamoto! Nice to meet you Tsuna!" Kyoko continues "Nice to see you again Tsuna-Kun! I'm Kyoko Sasagawa!" Hana looks sideways "Just call me Hana" Tsuna smiles, and covers his brother right "Maa, Maa... Why are you naked at school, Le-San? You look like a pervert that way" Tsuna continues to smile careless, and Leyama is embarrassed "To be honest, I don't even know..." The poor boy says in a tearful voice, while everyone who was there laughs (except Hana).
After everyone says goodbye and gets Leyama an outfit, they walk back home "Waaah, how I missed Naanimori! I'll never take a course again if it means leaving here or not being able to see you guys every day" Leyama smiles "I missed you too, brother... Ah! That reminds me! We have a tutor at home... and I suspect he's a sadist" Tsuna looks at his brother curiously "Sadist...? So... That's all could mean that..." They both then noticed Reborn jumping and climbing the wall "Did I hear you calling me, Baka-Yama? I disappeared because I felt a very-" Reborn locks eyes with Tsuna "... strong...presence..." The wind beats weakly, but the sound is loud. Both are looking at each other, and Tsuna holds his orange pacifier, and Leyama recognizes this because, when placed in an uncomfortable situation or gets nervous, he usually holds the pacifier. Reborn is the first to break the silence "Tsunayoshi..." Leyama looks shocked Reborn "Reborn-Senpai..." This time he looks shocked Tsuna "Ehhh?! Tsuna-Chan and Reborn know each other?!" Tsuna slowly agrees "I've known Reborn-Senpai for a long, long time..." Says his brother, in a melancholy voice, and Reborn decides to continue "So this is where you were... I haven't seen you in a long time... How did I not get records of you, Tsuna?" The caramel haired one sighs "I get rid of my information... it could be a problem if they found out that an Arcobaleno was standing in one place... Even more so in my family's house... Ano, Reborn... I... " The mobster agrees in silence, interrupting Tsuna "I know Tsuna, no need to apologize... You did what you thought was right that day... I don't hold a grudge" Tsuna he still felt bad "But that doesn't mean you've forgiven me... and we know that" Reborn looks at Tsuna, as if he knew what, whatever his brother did, it wasn't his fault from the beginning. Wanting to break the tension ,Leyama clears his throat, bringing both their attention to him "Uh...well... If you haven't forgiven Tsuna-Chan yet...(But I believe so, because my brother (he has a habit of blaming himself a lot and not forgiving himself) how about uh... Aniki cooks for a whole month? And that means taking care of all the food, even when visitors come... I mean, he's going to have to figure it out, right?" The tension slowly dissolves "Well... I think it's okay... I can take it. this as punishment... But only if Reborn accepts" the silence continues, and then, Reborn smiles again "I will accept if you not only make the food as I like it, but as you used to feed me" Tsuna is quiet for a while, but agrees. Leyama is happy that the tension is gone, but did not felt positive about the part 'as you used to feed me'. What the hell he meant by that? Reborn hums "Well then let's go, Baka-Yama, Dame-Tsuna" and he jumps onto Tsuna's lap, who picks him up. The mobster arranges himself until he is comfortable enough on the arms of the boy with honey-colored eyes. Tsuna laughs, commenting something like 'are you doing this as part of the punishment? I know you never liked me carrying you' and all that happens is he gets pointed at by a gun from that same chameleon that also was threatened. Tsuna just laughs and apologizes, and goes walking with Leyama, who feels a little uncomfortable with it "(It's my impression... or is this baby a slacker?)" And they walk back home...
But not before Reborn kick Leyama in the face, saying something like 'I'm not a slacker, you're the one here'
