Hearthome City Gym
It was night time by the time the Eds arrived at Hearthome City from Celestic Town, so the Hearthome City Gym was closed for the day, so the Eds went to the Pokemon Center and got a room there to spend the night there. After they had dinner, they went to their room, climbed into their beds and went to sleep. The next day, after having breakfast, they left the Pokemon Center and soon were standing in front of the Hearthome City Gym.
"Well, boys. Here's where we get our next badges." said Eddy.
"I hope Fantina will accept our challenge." said Edd.
"We each have four badges. I think that's proof enough that we're ready to battle her." said Eddy.
"Are you going first again, Ed?" asked Edd.
"Yep. Me and my Pokemon are ready." replied Ed.
"That's the spirit, Ed." said Edd. They entered the gym and inside, Fantina was standing on one end of the battlefield. Above her on the wall behind her were plate glass windows.
"Bonjour, boys. I had a feeling I would be seeing you here someday." said Fantina.
"Okay, Fantina. We each have four badges, so that should prove we're more than ready to battle you." said Eddy.
"Oui. Indeed it does show you are ready." replied Fantina. "So which of you boys will be facing me first.
"I will!" said Ed, running to the other end of the battlefield. Edd and Eddy went to the bleacher and sat down. A man in a light blue tuxedo, acting as a referee stood at the side of the battlefield.
"This is an official gym battle between the gym leader, Fantina and the challenger, Ed." said the referee. "Each trainer will use three Pokemon. The gym battle will end when one trainers Pokemon are unable to battle. Let the battle begin." Fantina and Ed each take out a pokeball.
"Drifblim, I choose you." said Fantina, throwing a pokeball and releasing a purple Pokemon that resembled a balloon with four long, thin arms and red dots for eyes. Edd takes out the pokedex and points it at the Pokemon.
"Drifblim, the Blimp Pokemon. It carried people and Pokemon when it flies. But since it only drifts, it can end up anywhere." said the pokedex.
"Skuntank, come out." said Ed, throwing the pokeball and releasing Skuntank. "Skuntank, Sucker Punch." Skuntank leaps at Drifblim quickly and rams it, sending it flying back.
"Excellent move. Sucker Punch is a dark type move, which is strong against ghost type Pokemon." said Edd.
"Drifblim, Phantom Force." said Fantina. A purple portal appeared below Drifblim and it floats into it and disappears. Seconds later, another portal appeared beside Skuntank and Drifblim comes out of it and it strikes Skuntank with one of its arms, but not causing much damage due to ghost type attacks not being effective against dark type Pokemon.
"Skuntank, use Toxic." said Ed. Skuntank sprays a purple substance out of her mouth and it hits Drifblim. It turned dark purple under Drifblim's eyes and it wasn't looking well.
"Oh my. Drifblim's been poisoned." said Fantina. "Quick, Drifblim, use Shadow Ball." Drifblim unleashed a ball of shadow energy and it hits Skuntank, but once again, not causing much damage. Skuntank sulked a little.
"Shadow Ball has a chance of weakening the defense of the Pokemon it hits, Ed." said Edd. Drifblim flinched, losing stamina from the poison.
"Skuntank, use Venoshock." said Ed. Skuntank shoots globs of purple liquid out of her mouth and they hit Drifblim.
"Good work, Ed. Venoshock causes more damage to a Pokemon if it's poisoned, so it was a smart move to use Toxic first, and that Toxic Plate she's holding should make Venoshock more powerful." said Edd. Drifblim fell to the floor, but it was struggling to float off the floor.
"Drifblim, use Shadow Ball again." said Fantina. Drifblim unleashes another Shadow Ball and it hits Skuntank, causing a little more damage due to the first Shadow Ball weakening her defense, but not enough to take her out. Drifblim suddenly freezes up and falls to the ground with swirly eyes due to Toxic's poisoning taking out the last of its stamina.
"Drifblim is unable to battle. Skuntank is the winner." said the referee.
"Nooooooo!" cried Fantina.
"You did it, Skuntank." cheered Ed. Drifblim was suddenly surrounded by orange energy and it exploded. Skuntank was caught in the explosion and she got knocked to the ground.
"What was that!?" asked Eddy.
"That would be Drifblim's Aftermath ability." said Fantina.
"That means that the Pokemon that defeated Drifblim takes damage." said Edd.
"Oui." said Fantina. She returns Drifblim to her pokeball. "You were marvelous, Drifblim." She puts Drifblim's pokeball away and takes out another pokeball. "Gengar, I choose you." Fantina throws a pokeball and releases a dark purple Pokemon with red eyes and a wide mouth. Edd points the pokedex at it.
"Gengar, the Shadow Pokemon and the final form of Gastly. Lurking in the shadowy corners of rooms, it awaits chances to steal its prey's life-force." said the pokedex.
"Do you still want to battle, Skuntank?" asked Ed. Skuntank nods in response. "Use Sucker Punch." Skuntank leaps at Gengar to ram it, but it misses.
"Use Confuse Ray, Gengar." said Fantina. Gengar's body turns red and its eyes glowed blue. Skuntank's eyes turn blue and she began stumbling around.
"Oh no. Skuntank is confused." said Edd.
"Skuntank, try using Bite." said Ed. Skuntank fights through the confusion and she leaps at Gengar and bites it, causing super effective damage due to Bite being a dark type move. Skuntank was suddenly surrounded by a circle of dark aura.
"Ah. Looks like Skuntank has acitivated my Gengar's Cursed Body ability." said Fantina.
"What's that?" asked Ed.
"When a Pokemon damages a Pokemon with Cursed Body with a move, there's a chance that Pokemon won't be able to use that move for a while, so now Skuntank can't use Bite for a while." replied Edd. Unfortunately for Ed, Bite did not cause Gengar to flinch.
"Now use Lick, Gengar." said Fantina. Gengar flies at Skuntank and licks her, damaging her, despite Lick being a ghost type move and due to Skuntank's defense being weakened by Drifblim's Shadow Ball. Skuntank was surrounded by yellow electricity and she shuddered.
"Now Skuntank is paralyzed." said Edd.
"Skuntank, try using Sucker Punch again." said Ed. Skuntank tried to use Sucker Punch, but paralysis took effect, preventing her from attacking.
"Now use Hex, Gengar." said Fantina. Gengar's eyes glow purple and red and it releases dark blue rings of energy and they hit Skuntank.
"Ed! Hex's power is doubled if the Pokemon it hits has a status condition, and Skuntank is paralyzed!" said Edd. Hex proved too much for Skuntank and she falls to the floor with swirly eyes.
"Skuntank is unable to battle. Gengar wins." said the referee.
"Bravo, Gengar." said Fantina. Skuntank was surrounded by orange energy and it explodes. Gengar is caught in the explosion and it gets damaged and it gets sent flying back, but it remains floating in the air.
"Skuntank has the Aftermath ability too, Fantina." said Eddy. Fantina looks on with shock. Ed returns Skuntank to her pokeball.
"You did good, Skuntank." said Ed. He puts Skuntank's pokeball away and pulls out another one. "Golduck, come out." Ed throws Golduck's pokemon and releases him. "Golduck, Zen Headbutt." Golduck's head glows blue and he charges at Gengar and rams it in the chest, sending it flying back. Gengar falls to the floor, and struggles to get back up.
"Good work, Ed. Gengar is part poison, and since Zen Headbutt is a psychic type attack, it causes a lot of damage to Gengar." said Edd. Fortunately for Ed, not only did Zen Headbutt cause Gengar to flinch, but its Cursed Body ability didn't acitivate.
"Now use Aqua Tail." said Ed. Golduck's tail becomes surrounded by water and he leaps at Gengar and hits it with his tail, causing an explosion of water. Because of the Splash Plate Golduck was holding, Aqua Tail was stronger than it originally was. Gengar is sent flying back and it falls to the floor with swirly eyes.
"Gengar is unable to battle. Golduck is the winner." said the referee.
"Noooooooo!" cried Fantina.
"Good job, Golduck." said Ed.
"Golduck." replied Golduck. Fantina returns Gengar to its pokeball.
"You did well, Gengar. You deserve a nice se reposer." (a/n: That's french for 'rest'.) said Fantina. She puts Gengar's pokeball away and pulls out another one. "You are quite the challenger, Ed, but let's see how well you do against my final Pokemon. Mismagius, I choose you." She throws the pokeball and releases a purple, ghost-like Pokemon with tufts on its head that resembles a witch's hat Edd points the pokedex at it.
"Mismagius, the Magical Pokemon and the evolved form of Misdreavus. It chants incantations. While these incantations can torment targets, some bring happiness." said the pokedex.
"Now Mismagius, Magical Leaf." said Fantina. Mismagius spins around and unleashes glowing green leaves and they hit Golduck, causing super effective damage, due to Magical Leaf being a grass type attack, which are strong against water type Pokemon. Golduck stumbles back, but remained standing.
"Aqua Tail." said Ed. Golduck's tail becomes surrounded by water and he flies at Mismagius and hits it with Aqua Tail, which was strong because of Splash Plate, sending it flying back, but stops in mid-air.
"Mismagius, Magical Leaf, once more." said Fantina. Mismagius spins and releases more green leaves and they hit Golduck, sending him flying back and he falls to the floor with swirly eyes.
"Golduck is unable to battle. Mismagius is the winner." said the referee.
"Bravo, Mismagius. Bravo." said Fantina. Mismagius spins around in response. Ed returns Golduck to his pokeball.
"You did good, Golduck." said Ed. He puts Golduck's pokeball away and pulls out another pokeball. "Electivire, come out." He throws Electivire's pokeball and releases him. "Okay, Electivire, use Disharge." Electivire releases yellow electricity from his body and they hit Mismagius. Because of the Zap Plate Electivire is holding, it was much stronger that it normally was. Mismagius was sent flying back, but stops in mid-air. Mismagius was suddenly surrounded by yellow electricity.
"No. Mismagius is paralyzed." said Fantina. "Mismagius, try using Shadow Ball." Mismagius was able to fight through the paralysis and launches a Shadow Ball at Electivire, hitting him. Electivire takes a step back, but remained standing.
"Electivire, use Charge." said Ed. Electivire becomes surrounded by yellow electricty.
"Now the power of Electivire's next attack is doubled if it's an electric type attack." said Edd.
"Then I must defeat Electivire before he can unleash another electric attack." said Fantina. "Mismaguis, try using Phantom Force." Mismagius tried to use Phantom Force, but paralysis prevented it from doing it.
"Now Electivire, Discharge." said Ed. Electivire releases yellow electricity much bigger than the first time he did it from his body and it hit Mismagius. Because of Charge and Zap Plate, this Discharge was so powerful, it caused an explosion of electricity so bright that everyone had to shield their eyes with their arms. When the light faded, everyone uncovered their eyes and to Fantina's shock, she saw Mismagius on the floor with swirly eyes.
"Mismagius is unable to battle. Electivire wins. The winner of this gym battle is the challenger, Ed." said the referee.
"YAY!" cheered Ed.
"Electivire!" cheered Electivire, raising his arms up. Fantina returned Mismagius to its pokeball.
"You were magnifique, Mismagius." said Fantina. She puts Mismagius' pokeball away and walks over to Ed. "You were marvelous, Ed, and as proof of your victory here, I present you with the Relic Badge." She holds out a purple badge that resembles Fantina's hair. Ed holds out the Relic Badge towards Edd and Eddy.
"I won the Relic Badge." said Ed.
"Way to go, lumpy." said Eddy. Fantina also gives Ed pokedollars. While Ed is putting the Relic Badge in his badge case, Fantina looks at Edd and Eddy who were still sitting on the stands. "As soon as I get my Pokemon healed, I'll battle one of you boys next."
"And I will be waiting." replied Edd. Ed and Fantina left the gym for the Pokemon Center to get their Pokemon healed. Edd walked down to the battlefield and stood on the end Ed was on and waited for Fantina and Ed to return. Edd took the time to go over what Pokemon he was going to use against Fantina and strategies to use as well. An hour later, Fantina and Ed returned. Ed went to sit with Eddy while Fantina went to the opposite side of the area across from Edd.
"My apologies for keeping you waiting. Are you ready for our battle?" asked Fantina.
"Oui." said Edd with a laugh. The referee walks to the center of the arena.
"This will be a three-on-three battle between the challenger, Edd; and the gym leader Fantina. Both trainers will battle until one trainer's three Pokemon are unable to battle. The trainer with Pokemon remaining will be the victor. Let the battle begin." said the referee. The referee steps out of the arena and Edd and Fantina each pull out a pokeball.
"Drifblim, I choose you." said Fantina as she releases Drifblim.
"Rhyhorn, I choose you." said Edd as he releases Rhyhorn.
"Interesting choice. Now Drifblim, use Shadow Ball." said Fantina. Drifblim gathers a ball of dark energy and throws it at Rhyhorn.
"Rhyhorn, use Rock Blast." said Edd. Rhyhorn releases a barrage of rocks towards Drifblim. One of the rocks hits Shadow Ball, cancelling it out, while the other rocks hit Drifblim, doing super-effective damage. "Fortunately, your Drifblim is part flying-type so rock-type moves are very effective against it." Fantina growls in frustration.
"Drifblim, use Phantom Force." said Fantina. Drifblim sinks into a portal and comes out a portal that appeared behind him and strikes him. Rhyhorn turns to face Drifblim, still able to battle.
"Rhyhorn, use Smack Down!" said Edd. Rhyhorn jumps above Drifblim and slams it down to the ground hard with more super-effective damage. When the dust cleared, they saw that Drifblim was unconscious.
"Drifblim is unable to battle. Rhyhorn is the winner." said the referee.
"Way to go, sockhead." said Eddy. All of a sudden, Drifblim's Aftermath ability activates and it does damage to Rhyhorn.
"Drat. I forgot about the Aftermath ability." said Edd. Fantina returns Drifblim to its pokeball.
"You performed marvelously, Drifblim" said Fantina. "You may have defeated Drifblim, but try this Pokemon on for size." She pulls out another pokeball. "Gengar, take center stage." Fantina then releases Gengar from its pokeball. "Gengar, use Shadow Claw." Gengar's fingertips glow black and it flies at Rhyhorn and slashes him across his face, sending it flying to the ground. Rhyhorn struggles to get up and succeeds.
"Quick, Rhyhorn. Use Drill Run." said Edd. Rhyhorn's horn starts having energy swirling around it like a drill and he runs at Gengar and hits it, doing super-effective damage. A red aura surrounds Rhyhorn. "Oh my. It seems that Gengar's Cursed Body ability has taken effect. Now Rhyhorn can't use Drill Run for a while"
"Oui. Now, Gengar. Finish this with Dazzling Gleam." said Fantina. Gengar releases a shockwave of multicolored energy out of its body which hits Rhyhorn, knocking him out.
"Rhyhorn is unable to battle. Gengar is the winner." said the referee. Edd returns Rhyhorn to his pokeball.
"You did excellent, Rhyhorn. Take a good rest." said Edd. He then pulls out another pokeball. "Noctowl, I choose you." said Edd as he releases Noctowl from her pokeball. "Now, Noctowl. Use Extrasensory." said Edd. Noctowl's eyes glow blue and a blue aura appears around Gengar and it starts getting squeezed, doing super-effective damage. The attack was more powerful, thanks to the Odd Incense that Noctowl was holding. Fortunately, Gengar's Cursed Body doesn't activate.
"Hurry, Gengar. Use Shadow Claw." said Fantina. Gengar flies towards Noctowl and tries hitting her with Shadow Claw, but the attack goes right through her, much to Fantina's shock. "What happened? Why didn't Shadow Claw work?"
"Noctowl is part normal-type. Ghost-type attacks have no effect on her." said Edd. "Now, Noctowl. Use Pluck." Noctowl flies at Gengar and stabs her beak into it, doing enough damage to knock it out.
"Gengar is unable to battle. Noctowl is the winner." said the referee. Suddenly, a red aura surrounds Noctowl.
"It appears that Cursed Body has sealed Noctowl's Pluck attack." said Edd. Fantina returns Gengar and pulls out her last pokeball.
"Mismagius. Take center stage." said Fantina as she releases Mismagius from her pokeball.
"Just one more Pokemon to go, Double-D." said Eddy.
"You can do it!" said Ed. Edd looks at them and nods.
"Mismagius, Dazzling Gleam." said Fantina.
"Noctowl, use Extrasensory." said Edd. Both attacks collide and explode with such force that everyone closed their eyes.
"Mismagius, use Confuse Ray." said Fantina. Mismagius's eyes glow purple and so do Noctowl's. Noctowl starts flying around in random directions.
"It appears Noctowl is confused. But she's not beaten yet. Noctowl, use Confusion." said Edd. Noctowl tries using Confusion, but her confused state makes her hit herself instead.
"Now, Mismagius. Use Dazzling Gleam once more." said Fantina. Mismagius uses Dazzling Gleam which hits Noctowl. Noctowl still flew in place, ready to battle.
"Hurry, Noctowl. Use Extrasensory once more." said Edd. This time Noctowl was able to fight through her confusion and the attack hits Mismagius, sending it flying to the ground.
"Mismagius, use Mystical Fire." said Fantina. Mismagius releases a stream of red-orange fire which hits Noctowl with enough force to knock her out.
"Noctowl is unable to battle. Mismagius is the winner." said the referee. Edd returns Noctowl to her pokeball.
"You take a good rest." said Edd as he pulls out his last pokeball. "Empoleon, I choose you." Edd releases Empoleon who stands ready for battle. "Now, Empoleon. Use Aqua Jet." Empoleon becomes engulfed in water and he flies quickly at Mismagius and hits it hard, sending it flying into a wall. Mismagius weakly pulls herself out of the wall and shakily hovers in place.
"Hurry, Mismagius. Use Magical Leaf." said Fantina. Mismagius releases a Magical Leaf barrage at Empoleon which hit, but don't do super-effective damage, thanks to Empoleon being part steel-type.
"Empoleon, finish this with Surf." said Edd. Empoleon summons up a giant tidal wave which towers over Mismagius. The large wall of water comes down on Mismagius and hits it with enough force to slam it to the ground. When the water clears, they all see that Mismagius was knocked out.
"Mismagius is unable to battle. Empoleon is the winner. That means the winner of the match is the challenger, Edd." said the referee.
"Double-D won, Eddy!" said Ed.
"I can see that, Ed. Way to go, sockhead!" said Eddy. Fantina returns Mismagius to its pokeball.
"You were tres magnifique, Mismagius. Take a good rest." said Fantina. She walks over to Edd just as he returned Empoleon to his pokeball. "Bravo on your performance, young man. As proof of your victory, here is your Relic Badge." She hands Edd his new Relic Badge, along with some pokedollars. She then looks over at Eddy. "If you'll excuse me, I need to get my Pokemon healed. But I will return for our battle."
"I need to get my Pokemon treated as well." said Edd.
"Go ahead. I'll be here waiting when you both get back." said Eddy. With that, Fantina and Edd leave the gym. Eddy waited for an hour, doing what Edd did and decide what Pokemon he was going to use against Fantina. An hour later, Edd and Fantina returned. Edd joined Ed in the bleachers, while Fantina went to her spot on the arena floor.
"Are you ready for our battle, Eddy?" asked Fantina.
"You know it." said Eddy. The referee steps walks to the center of the arena.
"This will be a three-on-three battle between the challenger, Eddy; and the gym leader, Fantina. The battle will end when all three of a trainer's Pokemon are unable to battle. The trainer with any Pokemon remaining after the battle will be the winner. Let the battle begin." said the referee. He then steps outside the arena. Fantina and Eddy each pull out a pokeball.
"Drifblim, I choose you." said Fantina as she releases Drifblim.
"Crobat, come on out, buddy." said Eddy as he released Crobat. "Crobat, use Bite." Crobat quickly flies forward and bites into Drifblim, doing super-effective damage. It also made Drifblim flinch. Seeing an opportunity to attack again, Eddy calls out another attack. "Crobat, use Air Cutter." Crobat unleashes a barrage of blades made of air which hit Drifblim, sending it flying to the ground. Drifblim weakly gets back up, still able to battle.
"Hurry, Drifblim. Use Shadow Ball." said Fantina. Drifblim launches a Shadow Ball at Crobat.
"Dodge it, Crobat." said Eddy. Crobat quickly moves out of the Shadow Ball's path and it misses.
"Amazing. Crobat's speed is remarkable." said Edd.
"You know it. Okay, Crobat. Finish this with one more Bite." said Eddy. Crobat flies at Drifblim and hits it with another Bite, this time knocking it out.
"Drifblim is unable to battle. Crobat is the winner." said the referee.
"Way to go, Crobat!" said Eddy. All of a sudden, Drifblim's Aftermath ability activates, doing some damage to Crobat. "Man that ability can be annoying." Fantina returns Drifblim to its pokeball.
"You did your best, Drifblim. You take a good rest." said Fantina. She pulls out another pokeball. "Gengar, take the stage." said Fantina as she releases Gengar.
"Let's do this, Crobat. Use Air Cutter again." said Eddy. Crobat hits Gengar with an Air Cutter attack.
"Gengar, use Shadow Claw." said Fantina. Gengar flies at Crobat and hits him with a Shadow Claw.
"Oh,yeah?! Crobat, use Bite!" said Eddy. Crobat flies at Gengar and uses Bite on it, doing super effective damage; but unfortunately it doesn't cause Gengar to flinch. What's worse is that Gengar's Cursed Body ability kicks in, sealing off Crobat's Bite attack.
"Oh my. Gengar's Cursed Body has blocked off Crobat's Bite attack." said Edd.
"Gengar, use Dazzling Gleam." said Fantina. Gengar releases a Dazzling Gleam which hits Crobat, but thanks to Crobat being part poison-type, it didn't do a lot of damage. Eddy knew he had to end this immediately.
"Crobat, use Astonish!" said Eddy. Crobat turns around, then quickly turns back around and surprises Gengar along with doing super-effective damage, plus making Gengar flinch. "Hurry, Crobat. Use Air Cutter one more time." Crobat hits Gengar with another Air Cutter, sending it flying into a wall and knocking it out.
"Gengar is unable to battle. Crobat is the winner." said the referee.
"Oh, yeah. One more to go, Crobat." said Eddy. Eddy then notices that Crobat was looking tired. "Hey, buddy. Are you okay? Do you want to keep battling?" Crobat looks at Eddy and nods. Eddy felt he should let Crobat rest, but if Crobat said he wanted to continue battling, he didn't want to take that away from him. Fantina returns Gengar to its pokeball.
"You did your best, Gengar." said Fantina. "And your Crobat is incredible, Eddy." said Fantina.
"You know it." said Eddy. Fantina pulls out her last pokeball.
"But let's see him handle my last Pokemon. Mismagius, take the stage." said Fantina as she released Mismagius from its pokeball.
"Crobat, use Absorb." said Eddy. Crobat hits Mismagius with an Absorb attack, damaging it and restoring some of Crobat's health.
"Mismagius, use Mystical Fire." said Fantina. Mismagius releases a Mystical Fire attack which hits Crobat. Crobat struggles to stay in the air, but he's reached his limits and he falls to the floor, unconscious.
"Crobat is unable to battle. Mismagius is the winner." said the referee. Eddy runs over to Crobat and picks him up.
"You okay, Crobat?" asked Eddy. Crobat weakly opens his eyes and nods. "You did awesome, Crobat. You took down two of Fantina's Pokemon. You definitely earned a rest." Eddy returns Crobat to his pokeball.
"Your Crobat was a worthy opponent, Eddy. You should be proud of him." said Fantina.
"I am; just like I'm proud of all my Pokemon." said Eddy as he pulls out another pokeball. "Absol, come on out!" Eddy releases Absol from her pokeball. Absol stands ready for battle. "Let's do this for Crobat! Use Night Slash!" Absol lunges at Mismagius and hits it with Night Slash,doing super-effective damage. Fantina was shocked by Absol's speed.
"Hurry, Mismagius. Use Dazzling Gleam." said Fantina. Mismagius releases another Dazzling Gleam attack.
"Absol, use Detect." said Eddy. Absol's eyes shone and she dodges the Dazzling Gleam attack. "Now finish this with Knock Off." Absol leaps above Mismagius and slams her paw down on it, doing super-effective damage and sending it flying to the floor. Also, Absol's Super Luck ability kicked in, making the attack do even more damage to Mismagius. When the dust cleared, they saw that Mismagius was knocked out.
"Mismagius is unable to battle. Absol is the winner. Which means that the winner of the match is the challenger, Eddy." said the referee.
"We did it!" cheered Eddy as he runs up to Absol and hugs her, much to her delight. Fantina returns Mismagius to its pokeball.

I present to you this Relic Badge as proof of your victory." Fantina hands Eddy his Relic Badge and some pokedollars. Ed and Edd run up to Eddy and congratulate him.
"Congratulations, Eddy." said Edd.
"You did good, Eddy!" said Ed as he hugged Eddy.
"Thanks, guys." said Eddy. After Ed put Eddy down, they all left the gym and went to the Pokemon Center to get Eddy's Pokemon treated. While that was happening, they all had a pizza and soda to celebrate their victories. "That's five badges down, three more to go."
"So where's the next gym at?" asked Ed. Edd looks at the Town Map.
"This map says the next gym is in Canalave City. It's near Jubilife City." said Edd.
"What? Why didn't we go there after the Oreburgh Gym?" asked Eddy.
"Because we needed a transport that can go over water to get there. And thanks to the Surf option on our HM app along with our new Relic Badges, we can get there now." said Edd.
"Oh. Well we can worry about that later. Right now, let's just celebrate and let our Pokemon have tomorrow off." said Eddy.
"Splendid idea, Eddy." said Edd. The Eds ate and drank for a while until Eddy's Pokemon were healed. After that, they all went to their room and went right to sleep.
