At the Owl House…

Luz looked at the picture Blue left behind as the thoughts of her father's pasts swirled in her mind.

Hans Muckwacker the Abomination Coven Head and his Palisman Tweezer the Horn Beetle. Juno Ramrunner the Oracle Coven Head and her Palisman Coot the Redcap. Helene Serene the Potion Coven Head and Her Palisman Oceana the Flying Fish. Vincent Jay IV the Bard Coven Head and his Palisman Little Dipper the Silverfish. Duncan Skullswallow the Beast Tamer Coven Head and his Palisman Spunky the Skull Jellyfish. Mia Miasma the Illusion Coven Head and her Palisman Snapdragon the Dragonfly. Grim Vidalia the Plant Coven Head and her Palisman Orchid the Flower Pixie. Charlie Elixirs the Healing Coven Head and his Palisman Chippy the Horned Centipede. Marco Dragonbeard the Construction Coven Head and his Palisman Echo the Unicorn Dragon.

These Coven Heads, the first, they were the people and Palisman who stood by her dad and the Swan Palisman from a deadly threat to the island. It was thanks to these people; they were able to survive and take back their homes. They were the best of the best and they earned their place in the history books. Luz wondered how many of them are still alive. She wouldn't mind picking some of their brains.

She wondered where she could find books on these people.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. Eda picked up something in a basket it is revealed to be an infant.

"Ooh, fresh meat~." King grinned with a wag of the tail.

"Nope, not eating that." Luz instantly rejected the thought.

"Kid, eating babies is so… four hundred years ago." Eda scoffed then spotted a letter, "Huh, looks like somebody wants us to babysit for a bit for extra cash."

"Okay, that shouldn't be a problem. I have some experience watching over my younger cousins." Luz grinned.

"Not you, I need you to get these books back to the library. They're overdue and I don't need another fee." Eda ordered.

The library…

That could give her more knowledge on the First Coven Heads.

"Okay, Eda, see you in a bit!"

At the Bonesborough Library…

The librarians were going through the books that Eda owed to the building as they checked for damages and everything.

"Alright, everyone one of them is intact and will expunge Miss. Clawethrone's record and remove the ban." The head librarian muttered with the frustration of having to categorize all the books.

"Umm… I was wondering if there are books on the first Coven Heads-."

"First shelf to the right, follow the signs and you'll find them."

Luz grinned.

"Thank you, thank you so much."

Luz followed the instructions but then spotted a familiar person. Amity, reading to so many excited children, acting so kind and sweet. She never saw that side of her before… It was so entrancing… The secret princess didn't even notice someone else was there until someone touched her shoulder. She yelped and was ready to fight with some of the combat skills she learned from her father. That person put up their hands in defense with an amused look.

"Woah there, better be careful or your eyes will pop out your head." The boy with green hair teased.

"Seems this little cutie has a thing for our sister." The sister twin giggled a bit as Luz blushed.

"Oh-I didn't mean-!" Luz stuttered but only saw humor on their faces.

"Chill, it's totally fine. You must be that human girl everyone is talking about. I'm Edric and this is my sister, Emira."

"It's nice to meet you, I'm Luz."

"We've heard so much about you from little sis. Oh, man she really hates you, managed to embarrass her at every turn." Emira giggled as Luz looked guilty.

She didn't mean to cause trouble to Amity. It was just the timing of things was really bad and Luz wasn't really thinking about her actions.

"I didn't mean to."

"It's cool, sometimes Mittens needs to deflate her ego a bit. Speaking of which… Hey Mittens! Mom says you forgot your lunch!" Edric called out, causing Amity's face to turn red, "And stop being a jerk to your friends."

"She is not my friend, she's a nuisance." Amity growled as she took back her lunchbox, "Will you guys just get out of here?"

Amity then walked away grumbling.

Luz felt ashamed but then felt a pat on the back.

"Hey, cheer up. She'll come around. Now, come on, let's have some fun." The twins encouraged as Luz smiled, following the pair.

But as she did, the picture fell out of her pocket and Amity let curiosity get the better of her. She should have just returned it to the human, despite how annoying she was. Then she noticed what it was. That's when the questions began, and Amity saw this girl in a different way.

"A real photograph of the 'Victory'? No way, only witches whose families were in the War of the Glyphs were given these photographs. Yet she…" Amity questioned as she looked at the girl as she was causing mischief with her older siblings.

There is something strange about that girl… there would have been no way it would have been stolen and she had seen scouts… Then there was the Flock keeping a steady eye on her. Then there was her teacher… who seemed to be envious of Eda, Luz's teacher. Then that show of combat… That stance was the Golden Wing, a form of hand-to-hand combat only allowed to trained soldiers… Who taught her that? Plus, where did this girl come from? How did she get into this realm? The human realm was exclusive and very few witches were allowed entrance there. Eda was an exception but only the highest of high, say the coven heads themselves, and very few elites in the Emperor's Coven were allowed.

Who was this girl?

She then looked at the photo and decided right there and then to get to the bottom of this.

Luz was hiding something, and Amity was going to find out what.
