SS. Anne Tournament Round 3 Part 1
Hello everyone, here's part one of round 3 I'm splitting it into 2 chapters since I'm basically going to cover all the battles of our cast and I want each battle to get focus I also don't want to make this chapter extremely long as well, so now let us begin.
The chapter begins 20 minutes after Joe's and Justin's battle the group is back inside the room Giselle let them stay in as they are waiting for Joe's and Sophocles Pokemon to be healed (Brock is helping nurse Joy) especially Joe's Victreebell since it was really injured. Joe during the whole time was crying as Giselle and the others tried to comfort him meanwhile Ash, Kiawe, Ritchie and Iris are still angry.
"I can't believe Mr. Goodshow would let him still continue in the tournament it makes no since!" Ash says in anger
"I agree I don't like this either just what is Goodshow thinking?" Ritchie says while putting his hand on his chin.
"Well I don't care what he said I'm going to go give him a peace of my mind" Ash states in anger as he begins to walk towards the door it opens and Gary walks inside shocking everyone
"So, this is where you have been staying it's pretty nice" Gary says looking around the room
"What are you doing here Gary?" Ash asks curiously
"I'm here to tell you that you guys should trust Mr. Goodshow he knows what he's doing" Gary says but that makes the group angry as Ash walks up to Gary and pulls on his collar
"What do you mean trust him?! He's letting someone who almost killed Joe's Pokemon stay in the tournament I'm not trusting that guy!" Ash yells in Gary's face as Gary looks at Ash
"So, what are you going to do now are you going to go change Mr. Goodshow's mind? What happened is now in the past you can't change it" Gary says but at that moment Ash punches Gary in the face shocking everyone.
"Geez Ashy boy it's been a while since you punched me, but this is a real punch!" Gary says with a smirk as he punches Ash back knocking off his hat making Ash angry.
"Why you?!" "Bring it Ashy Boy" Ash and Gary say to each other as they get into a full-on fist fight, Kiawe, Ritchie, Cilan and Leaf run towards them and try to stop them from fighting each other they pull them off each other Ritchie is holding Ash as Leaf tries to calm him down and Kiawe is holding Gary with Cilan trying to calm him down.
"Let me go Ritchie I need to teach him a lesson!" Ash yells as he struggles to get out of the hold
"No Ash you'll only make things worse" Ritchie responds doing his best to hold Ash
"Hahahaha as always Ashy Boy you always resort to violence without thinking" Gary says with a smug not trying to get out of Kiawe's hold
"Why you?! Do you not care what happened 20 minutes ago Joe's Victreebell almost died and is going through an intense surgery are you saying you're okay with Goodshow letting that man continue in the tournament where he could potentially do the same thing to other trainers and their Pokemon?!" Ash yells
"OF COURSE, I'M NOT OKAY WITH IT!" Gary yells back shocking everyone as Gary continues to speak
"After the battle me, Surge and Violet confronted Goodshow about his decision on keeping Justin in the tournament" Gary says surprising everyone
"Ash it's okay let's hear what he has to say" Joe says as he walks over with Giselle and everyone else next to him Ash looks back and nods Ritchie now seeing that Ash has calmed down let's go of him Ash then looks at Gary and asks.
"What did he say?" Ash asks curiously as everyone else listens closely
"He told us to trust him he can't tell us everything, but he suspects Justin and those other people with him aren't who they appear to be" Gary says
"Not who they appear to be?" Leaf asks as Gary nods with Kiawe letting go of him so Gary can continue speaking
"Yes, he told us that he has reason to believe that the evil organization Team Rocket is currently on this ship and thinks Justin might be one of the members in disguise" Gary says in a serious tone shocking Ash, Misty and Pikachu
"Who are team rocket?" Leaf asks as Ash and Misty begin to explain their encounters with Jessie, James, Meowth, Cassidy and Butch (Yes, they got his name right) this shocks everyone.
"You guys have been battling people from an evil organization this whole time?!" Leaf asks in shock
"Well, it's not like we wanted to encounter them they mostly show up randomly" Misty says
"I can't believe that my Ashy Kins has not only been fighting against Pokemon Hunters but also Team Rocket an evil organization someone catch me I'm going to faint" Giselle says but no one catches her as everyone is in shock.
"You know now that I think about it Cassandra and Bob, I knew I heard those names before it sounds like Cassidy and Butch" Ash says in shock after realizing with Misty being shocked as well
"Shouldn't we report them to the officer Jenny's now that we know who they are so we can stop them?" Ritchie asks
"I don't think that's a good Idea" Gary says
"Why not?" Kiawe asks
"For right now this is all theory we don't have any proof I'm guessing that's why Mr. Goodshow hasn't made any moves yet since he wants to confirm before striking and if we do report Cassandra and Bob it'll make the other rockets stay hidden and probably escape" Gary says with the group nodding as his words make since
"So was the reason you came here was to tell us all this?" Misty asks
"Will that and I just know Mr. Hothead over there would want to try something stupid, so I wanted to come and calm him down" Gary says in a mocking tone making Ash annoyed since what he said is true Gary then walks over to Joe and Sophocles.
"Hey, I'm sorry about what I said earlier, and I hope your Pokemon make a full recovery" Gary says in a reassure tone as Joe and Sophocles smile
"So, what should we do now?" Ash asks
"That's simple you want to beat Justin right then make sure you train hard win your next match and beat that guy then win the whole thing" Gary says with a smile
"Yeah, your right I'm going to win and I'm sorry for punching you" Ash says
"Heh don't worry about it I barely felt your punches" Gary says as he rubs his face
"Sigh you two always do these things" Leaf says looking at both of them as all three begin to laugh
"Even though they fought they can still laugh that's true friendship" Cilan says with everyone agreeing
"Well anyway I'm going to head to my room to rest good luck in your battle's tomorrow" Gary says as he leaves as soon as he does, he feels pain from his face "Man he really got me good" Gary says as he continues to walk away.
"Are you okay Ash?" Misty asks in worry
"Yeah, I just need to lay down" Ash says as he lays down on the couch "Man Gary can be a jerk sometimes but I'm happy he showed up to stop me before I did something stupid" Ash says as Misty and Leaf begin putting bandages on his wounds
"Well, if I'm being honest, I was going to do the same thing as you as well" "Me too!" Kiawe and Iris say as Ash smiles
"So now that we know Team Rocket could be on this ship it gives us another goal to work towards" Ritchie says as the group nods
"Yeah, me and my Pokemon are going to train hard so if we do go up against Justin, we'll be ready" Ash says with determination in his voice as Pikachu and Raichu nod in agreement
"I'm going to train hard as well I need to teach that Larry guy a lesson for messing with my friend" Kiawe says as everyone nods
We cut away from the group and see Croagunk mask walking through the hall as Jessie, James and Meowth secretly follow him making sure they aren't noticed as they follow him, he passes by Goodshow he says something to him, but they were too far away to hear Croagunk mask continues to walk as he reaches his room and goes to sleep with his mask on.
It's now the next day the battlefield is fixed, and everyone is looking forward to the first match between Brock and Grant, Sophocles and Joe decided to stay in the room with Giselle, Mallow and Cilan are there to keep them company luckily the room has a TV so they can watch the battles Sophocles Pokemon and Joe's Machoke are fully healed but Victreebell is still being treated its burn marks are almost gone.
"This is a 3v3 battle between Brock of Pewter city and Grant the gym leader of Cyllage City please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref calls as Brock brings out his first Pokemon
"Golbat I choose you!" Brock says shocking Grant as the giant bat Pokemon appears giving a mighty screech
"So, you're using a Golbat? Interesting" Grant says with a smile
"My Golbat is strong make sure not to underestimate it" Brock says as Grant smiles
"That's fine by me Amaura Go!" Grant says as a light blue four legged like dinosaur Pokemon appears and smiles
'AHHHHHHHHHH! IT'S An AMAURA ASH LOOK ITS AN REAL AMAURA IT'S SO CUTE!" Leaf squeals happily as she begins to viscously shake Ash back and forth
"I'm happy for you Leaf please stop" Ash says as Pikachu on Ash's shoulder also being shaked gets annoyed letting out a Thunderbolt that not only shocks Ash and Leaf but also everyone else except for Ritchie and Sparky who quickly moved out of the way
"Are you guys alright?" Ritchie asks with everyone covered in black smoke saying they are okay
Back to the battlefield Brock and Grant saw what happened and let out a chuckle
"Now that both trainers sent out their Pokemon let the battle begin!" The ref calls as Brock makes the first move
"Golbat use Mean Look!" Brock calls as Golbat looks at Amaura with its dark eyes making it so Amaura can't be switched out "Now Golbat return! Vulpix Go!" Brock calls as he switches out Golbat and brings in his Kanto Vulpix the little fox gives a Ko and gets in a battle stance
"Pretty smart Brock let's see you deal with this Amaura use Ancient Power!" Grant calls as Amaura fires 4 Rocks towards Vulpix
"Dodge then use Willo Wisp!" Brock calls as Vulpix dodges the Ancient Power and fires 5 purple flames towards Amaura successfully burning it
"Great job Vulpix!" Brock says as it and Vulpix cheer
"Use Rock Polish then Façade!" Grant calls as Amaura roars greatly raising its speed as it charges forward at Vulpix and hits the fox with its head
"Vulpix!" Brock calls in worry as Vulpix gets up as Brock signs "Whew good thing I burned it if I didn't that attack could've knocked out Vulpix" Brock thinks to himself
"Use Flamethrower!" Brock calls as Vulpix fires the stream of fire towards Amaura
"Block with Stone Edge!" Grant calls as Amaura blocks the Flamethrower summoning a large stone in front of it as Brock grits his teeth
"I borrowed this move from your battle against Roark" Grant says as Brock smiles honored that someone used his technique
"Now Amaura use hail!" Grant calls as Amaura roars to the sky creating clouds as hail begins to fall damaging Vulpix
"Vulpix use dig to escape the hail" Brock calls as Vulpix digs underground escaping the hail
"Amaura use Earth Power!" Grant calls Amaura is hurt by the burn but stomps on the ground cracking it as Vulpix comes out.
"Oh no!" Brock says as Grant smiles
"Now finish it with Blizzard!" Grant calls as Amaura roars summoning a big blizzard that hits Vulpix and looks like the fox will faint
"Vulpix use Sunny day!" Brock calls as before Vulpix faint's it yells as it summons the sun getting rid of the Hail the red fox falls on the ground defeated
"Vulpix is unable to battle Amaura is the winner!" The ref calls as Brock returns the fox Pokemon
"Thank you Vulpix you did well for your first real battle" Brock says as he sends Golbat back in
"I'm interested in how you'll use Golbat, Amaura use Rockslide!" Grant calls as Amaura roars summoning multiple large boulders from the sky and flinging then towards Golbat
"Golbat fly forward and dodge with Double Team!" Brock calls as Golbat summons multiple copies they all fly forward most of the copies get hit from the Rockslide, but the real Golbat continues to fly forward dodging all the boulders easily impressing Grant.
"Not bad" Grant says
"My Golbat trains with my Onix and Graveler its very good at dodging rock type attacks" Brock says with a smile
"Alright then let's try this Amaura use Blizzard!" Grant calls Amaura is hurt from the burn damage but pushes forward and fires the blizzard at Golbat as Brock smiles
"I was hoping you'd do that Golbat use Heat Wave!" Brock calls "What?!" Grant says in shock as Golbat fires out a wave of heat from its mouth colliding with the blizzard
"Come on Amaura push harder!" Grant calls as Amaura is trying its best and adds more power
"Sorry Grant that won't work Golbat flap your wings!" Brock calls as Golbat begins to flap its wings increasing the Heat Waves power and with the help of Sunny Day increasing the moves power the Heat Wave blows the blizzard and begins to burn Amaura the Pokemon screams in pain as it falls on the ground defeated.
"Amaura is unable to battle Golbat is the winner!" The ref calls as Brock and Golbat cheer the crowd roars in excitement
"He used the power of Sunny day from Vulpix to increase Golbats heat wave not bad" Gary says with a smile.
"Ah Amaura was defeated but I got some great data from watching it battle" Leaf says while writing in her notebook
"I wasn't expecting Golbat to have heat wave" Kiawe says
"Yeah, last week after Brock and I had a training battle with my Alolan Vuplix and Brock's Golbat Brock felt he needed to teach Golbat a move to deal with Ice types so with the help of his Vulpix and my Charmeleon Golbat was able to learn Heat Wave" Ash says with Kiawe nodding making him more excited to battle Brock as Grant returns Amaura.
"I wasn't expecting your Golbat to use Heat Wave I guess I should've known when your Vulpix setup the Sunny Day" Grant says
"Yeah, we came up with this plan to deal with Ice types you're the first one I used this tactic on so I'm happy it worked" Brock says with a smile
"Well, I'm happy I'm the first to experience it now Go Solrock!" Grant calls as a Pokemon that looks like a sun appears Ash, Leaf and Ritchie scan it with their Pokedex
"Solrock, the Meteorite Pokémon. Sunlight is the only source of Solrock's power. It can float silently through the air." The Pokedex says
"This could be bad" Brock says
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls
"Use Calm Mind then Flamethrower!" Grant calls as Solrock quickly calms its mind raising its Special attack and defense as it quickly fires a large Flamethrower towards Golbat
"Dodge with Double team!" Brock calls as Golbat quickly makes copies of itself dodging the Flamethrower
"Now Shadow Ball!" Brock calls as Golbat fires a ball filled with ghostly energy at Solrock
"Dodge then use Psychic!" Grant calls a Solrock fires the Psychic energy at Golbat
"Use Protect!" Brock calls as Golbat quickly summons a protective barrier the Psychic lands it begins to crack the barrier and push Golbat on the ground.
"Are you okay Golbat?!" Brock calls as Golbat quickly flies back into the air ready to continue the battle.
"Alright use Nasty Plot!" Brock calls as Golbat raises its Special attack sharply
"Use Psychic!" Grant calls as Solrock fires the psychic waves at Golbat
"Counter with Shadow Ball!" Brock calls as Golbat fires the giant ball of ghostly energy consuming the psychic attack and hitting Solrock causing super effective damage
"Now Crunch!" Brock calls as Golbat quickly flies forward towards Solrock ready to bite down on it
"Now Flamethrower!" Grant calls as Solrock fires the move in front of Golbat hitting the Pokemon the move does more damage because of Sunny day, Golbat then falls on the ground now burned
"Golbat!" Brock calls in concern as Golbat gets up the burn starts to hurt it as the Sunny Day fades away
"Well, it's a good thing I took advantage of that Sunny Day before it disappeared" Grant says with a smile "Now Solrock finish it with Psychic!" Grant calls as Solrock fires the psychic waves towards Golbat
"Use Double team!" Brock calls as Golbat quickly makes multiple copies of its self-dodging the move as it flies forward
"Stone Edge!" Grant calls as Solrock summons the sharp rocks from the ground
"Cut them down with Steel Wing!" Brock calls Golbat takes burn damage, but pushes threw as it begins to cut down the Stone Edge with its wings as it gets close to Solrock "Now Leech Life!" Brock calls as Golbat bites down hard on Solrock as It begins to suck its energy
"Nock it away with Psychic!" Grant calls as Solrock uses Psychic on Golbat getting the bat Pokemon off it throwing it back in the air
"Use Shadow Ball!" "Use Rockslide!" Brock and Grant call as both Pokemon fire their moves the Shadow ball hits Solrock while the Rockslide hits Golbat both Pokemon fall on the ground knocked out
"Both Golbat and Solrock are unable to battle" The ref calls as both Brock and Grant are surprised as they return their Pokemon
"I must say Brock it's been a while since someone's given me this much of a challenge" Grant says
"Thanks, you're a really strong trainer" Brock says as he takes out his next Pokeball
"Man, I've been getting a lot of great pics from this battle" Viola says smiling
"Yeah, and Grant seems to be enjoying himself as well" Alexa says with Viola nodding
"Sandshrew, I choose you!" Brock calls sending out the ground mouse Pokemon
"Alright Brock let's see you try and overcome this last wall Tyrunt Go!" Grant calls as a small T Rex like Pokemon appears and gives a mighty roar causing the crowd to cheer in excitement
"Whoa so that's a Tyrunt it's so cool" "I agree I want one!" "This really helps my research" Ash, Iris and Leaf say with stars in their eyes as Ash goes to scan the Pokemon with his Pokedex "Tyrunt, the Royal Heir Pokémon. Tyrunt's jaws are so big and powerful, it can crunch up a car. If it doesn't like something, it responds with a wild tantrum." The Pokedex says
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Brock makes the first move
"Sandshrew use Sandstorm!" Brock calls as Sandshrew summons a large sandstorm covering the battlefield
"Tyrunt use Rockslide to get rid of the Sandstorm!" Grant calls as Tyrunt throws the large boulders getting rid of the Sandstorm, but they don't see Sandshrew
"Now Brick Break!" Brock calls as Sandshrew dives toward Tyrunt
"Counter with Dragon Claw!" Grant calls as Tyrunt leaps into the air with its right arm covered in dragon energy both Pokemon hit each other in the face as they both fall on the ground.
"Now Ice Fang!" Grant calls as Tyrunt charges forward at Sandshrew with its fangs covered in ice
"Use Rapid Spin to trip it!" Brock calls as Sandshrew starts to spin really fast successfully tripping Tyrunt
"Now Earth Power!" Brock calls as Sandshrew punches the ground as it begins to crack heading towards Tyrunt
"Slam your tail on the ground with Dragon Tail to dodge the attack!" Grant calls as Tyrunt covers its tail in dragon energy slamming on the ground dodging the Earth Power
"Sandshrew use Swords Dance!" Brock calls as Sandshrew quickly raises its attack sharply
"Tyrunt use Rockslide!" Grant calls Tyrunt still in the air launches the boulders at Sandshrew
"Sandshrew use Rapid Spin to climb the boulders and get close to Tyrunt!" Brock calls as Sandshrew begins to spin and bounces off the rocks getting close to Tyrunt.
"Use Ice Fang!" Grant calls as Tyrunt goes to bite Sandshrew
"Dodge then use Brick Break!" Brock calls Sandshrew dodges successfully and slams its fist on Tyrunts body knocking the Pokemon to the ground
"Now finish with Rollout!" Brock calls Sandshrew curls in a ball and begins to spin downward
"Counter with Crunch!" Grant calls as Tyrunt opens its mouth ready to catch Sandshrew as the ground mouse lands in Tyrunts mouth causing both Pokemon to fall on the ground creating a large dust cloud. As the smoke clears everyone sees Tyrunt on its back having Sandshrew in its mouth they all think it's another draw but as Tyrunts grip loosens Sandshrew jumps out of Tyrunt's mouth landing on the ground it stumbles a little but gives a peace sign showing that it won.
"Tyrunt is unable to battle Sanshrew is the winner since Grant has no more Pokemon Brock has won the match" The ref calls as everyone cheers
"Thanks, Sandshrew you battled really hard" Brock says happily Sandshrew then goes and jumps in its trainer's arms hugging Brock with Brock returning the hug
"Brock also defeated a gym leader from the Kalos region amazing" Ritchie says with a surprised look
"Yeah, Brock is really strong even though I beat him in our gym battle he still gives me a hard time in our training matches" Ash responds shocking the group (except Misty) and making Kiawe more excited
"So, Grant lost as well" Viola says
"Yep, but from the look on his face he's satisfied" Alexa responds with Viola nodding as Grant walks over to Brock after returning Tyrunt
"That was an amazing battle you gave me Brock thank you" Grant says with a smile holding out his hand
"I agree I almost lost you're really strong" Brock says happily shaking Grant's hand the hear the commentator's comments on the battle as they go back to their seats.
"Now will Justin and Zack please come to the battlefield!" Alex calls as Justin and his opponent (a rocket member in disguise) walk to the battlefield everyone glares at Justin who just has a smile on his face as he and his opponent go to their sides of the battlefield
"This will be a 3v3 Pokemon battle please send out your" "I forfeit!" Zack says interrupting the referee shocking everyone except Justin
"There's no way I'm battling him I'm out of here" Zack says as he begins to walk away from the battlefield
"Since Zack forfeit Justin can move on to the next round" The ref calls as Justin smiles and goes back to his seat before he sits down, he looks up and waves at Ash happily making Ash angry
"Ash?" Misty asks with a worried expression
"It's okay Misty I won't do anything he just annoying" Ash responds a Misty shakes her head in understanding
"Will Larry and Zoe (another rocket grunt in disguise) come to the battlefield!" Alex calls as Larry and Zoe go to the battlefield
"This will be a 3v3 Pokemon battle please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref calls as Zoe brings out an Arbox and Larry brings out a Tentacruel
"Let the battle begi-" "I forfeit!" Zoe says interrupting the ref as she returns Arbox and goes to return to her seat shocking everyone except Larry
"Since Zoe forfeit the match Larry can automatically go to the next round" The ref calls as Larry smiles, he returns Tentacruel and goes back to his seat
"That's strange I could understand why Zack wouldn't want to battle Justin but why did Zoe forfeit against Larry?" Ritchie wonders
"I'm not sure but I get the feeling that those two are definitely working together" Kiawe says as he looks at Larry. Croagunk mask in the stands continues to watch while in the shadows Jessie, James and Meowth continue to watch him
"Moving on will Iris and Georgia come to the battlefield!" Alex calls as Iris gets up
"Will I'm off guys wish me good luck" Iris says as the group nods
"Yeah, you're going to need all the luck you can get against me" Georgia says from behind Iris as everyone looks over at her
"So, your Georgia it's nice to meet you I'm Iris I've been watching your battles you're really strong let's have a good battle" Iris says smiling and holding her hand out, but Georgia just walks past her not shaking her hand as Georgia continues to walk to the battlefield making Iris annoyed
"Geez what's her problem?" Ash asks
"I'm not sure but I'm going to beat her in our battle" Iris responds with fire in her eyes as she runs down to the battlefield and the two trainers go to their sides of the battlefield
"This will be a 3v3 Pokemon battle please send out your first Pokemon" The ref calls as Iris and Georgia send out their Pokemon
"Druddigon, I choose you!" Iris calls as the dragon Pokemon gives a mighty roar making Georgia smile
"Bisharp go!" Georgia calls as a humanoid looking Pokemon appears looking like a samurai as it glares at its opponent
"That's cool!" Ash and Leaf say as they and Ritchie scan the Pokemon with their Pokedex
"Bisharp a Dark/Steel type it pursues prey in the company of a large group of Pawniard. Then Bisharp finishes off the prey." The Pokedex says
"You're using a Bisharp huh so far the only Pokemon you've been using were Cloyster and Jinx I thought you were only an Ice type trainer, so this surprises me" Iris says with a shocked expression
"True I was planning on only using my Ice types and fairy types on you but it's been a while since I've battled with Bisharp so I thought it would be a good Idea for it to get a good workout in" Georgia says as Bisharp gets in a battle-ready stance
"Let the battle begin!" The ref calls as Iris makes the first move
"Use Flamethrower!" Iris calls Druddigon fires the hot flames towards Bisharp
"Dodge then use Thunder Wave!" Georgia calls as Bisharp swiftly dodges the Flamethrower and fires out the rings of electricity towards Druddigon successfully paralyzing it
"Now Guillotine!" Georgia calls as both blades on Bisharp's arms extend as the Pokemon runs forward slashing Druddgion as the dragon Pokemon falls down defeated shocking Iris and everyone else.
"Druddigon is unable to battle Bisharp is the winner!" The ref calls as Iris stands in shock
"How did Druddigon lose to one move?" Ash asks
"Guillotine is a move that can instantly knockout the opponent in a single hit but it's very difficult to land" Ritchie says
"I see so Georgia used thunder wave to slow Druddigon down so Bisharp could land the Guillotine" Kiawe says as Ritchie nods in confirmation everyone then looks back at the battlefield as Iris returned Druddigon
"Sorry Druddigon" Iris says as she takes out her next Pokeball
"You know for a dragon trainer you're pretty weak" Georgia says making Iris annoyed
"Oh yeah I'll show you with my next Pokemon Excadrill GO!" Iris calls as the steel mole Pokemon appears ready to battle
"I can't believe you want to be a Dragon Master, but you have an Excadrill with you weird" Georgia says in a mocking tone
"Me and Excadrill have been with each other ever since I was a little kid of course I'd have it with me" Iris says in anger as Georgia scoffs
"Whatever the result will be the same" Georgia says as both Pokemon get ready to battle
"The battle may continue!" The ref calls
"Excadrill use Earthquake!" Iris calls as Excadrill stomps on the ground shaking the battlefield
"Jump then use Laser Focus" Georgia calls as Bisharp jumps in the air avoiding the earthquake as it focuses on its target

"Excadrill!" Iris calls with a worried expression as the smoke clears it shows that Excadrill is still standing but heavily injured and is panting
"Hmmm not bad" Georgia says with a smile
"Excadrill's taken too much damage already I need to switch" Iris thinks to herself as she returns the injured Excadrill
"So, are you going to send out a dragon type? If you are the result will be the same, you might as well just forfeit" Georgia says in a mocking tone making Iris mad
"What's your problem with Dragon types?!" Iris yells in anger
"I don't really have a problem with dragon types my job is a Dragon Buster I want to battle and defeat every dragon user there is." Georgia responds
"But why do you want to defeat dragon trainers?" Iris asks
"Well, when I visited Dragon village, I challenged a man called Drayden his Haxorus defeated every single one of my Pokemon ever since then I've been training my Pokemon hard to one day defeat that man and every other dragon user and since you want to be a "Dragon Master" I'll defeat you as well" Georgia responds as she smiles confidently at Iris
"She battled master Drayden? I've also lost to him before, and she even visited my hometown I need to take her seriously or I'll lose" Iris thinks to herself as she takes out her next Pokeball and takes a deep breath "I know you and I don't always see eye to eye but I'm going to need your help come out Dragonair!" Iris calls as the long blue Dragon appears giving a mighty roar as the crowd stares in awe at the beauty of the Pokemon.
"Heh will it'll be fun crushing this one" Georgia says with a smile
"Dragonair let's win this together!" Iris calls as Dragonair looks at her with an angry expression nodding it then stares at its opponent and begins to slam its tail on the ground repeatedly showing its ready to battle.
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Georgia makes the first move
"Use Thunder Wave!" Georgia calls as Bisharp fires the rings of electricity towards Dragonair
"We won't fall for the same trick twice use Extreme Speed!" Iris calls as Dragonair disappears before reappearing as it slams its head at Bisharp's face knocking the Pokemon to the ground annoying Georgia
"Now Flamethrower!" Iris calls as Dragonair quickly fires the flames from its mouth
"Use Protect then Iron Head!" Georgia calls as Bisharp summons a protective barrier blocking the Flamethrower it then hits Dragonair in the face with Iron Head annoying the dragon
"Hit it back with Iron Tail!" Iris calls as Drangonair quickly hits Bisharp in the face with Iron Tail making the Pokemon stumble back a bit
"Now Dark Pulse!" Georgia calls as Bisharp fires the dark energy towards Dragonair
"Quick dodge then use Flamethrower!" Iris calls Dragonair quickly dodges the Dark Pulse as it gets in Bisharp's face and fires a point-blank Flamethrower at it causing super effective damage
"You're not done yet Bisharp use Guillotine!" Georga calls Bisharp jumps forward with its blades extending going to strike Dragonair
"Use Extreme Speed!" Iris calls as Dragonair dodges the Guillotine hitting Bisharp in the stomach sending it back to Georgia's feet unable to battle shocking Georgia
"Bisharp is unable to battle Dragonair is the winner!" The ref calls as Iris cheers while Dragonair closes its eyes blowing smoke out of its nose in victory
"Yeah, way to go Iris!" Ash cheers as do everyone else
"Don't get confident just because you took down one of my Pokemon! Cloyster Go!" Georgia calls as Cloyster appears giving a menacing smile as Dragonair growls at it in anger
"Dragonair calm down" Iris says trying to calm down the dragon
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Georgia makes the first move
"Use Ice Shard!" Georgia calls as Cloyster fires shards of ice hitting Dragonair in the face making the dragon angrier
"Dragonair use Thunderbolt!" Iris calls as Dragonair fires the bolt of electricity towards Cloyster
"Use Protect then Hail!" Georgia calls as Cloyster blocks the Thunderbolt with Protect and summons a Hailstorm causing more damage to Dragonair

"Dragonair quick use Rain Dance to get rid of the Hail!" Iris calls as Dragonair roars summoning rain clouds and getting rid of the hail "Now dodge the Blizzard!" Iris calls as Dragonair is able to dodge the attack making Georgia annoyed
"Now Thunder!" Iris calls Dragonair roars and brings down a giant lightning bolt hitting Cloyster and causing super effective damage.
"Why you Cloyster use Ice Beam!" Georgia calls as Cloyster fires the beam of ice hitting Dragonair's face causing major damage
"Dragonair return!" Iris calls bringing back the dragon "Excadrill Go!" Iris brings Excadrill back out as soon as the Pokemon comes out it gives a few huffs
"Darn looks like Excadrill is still tired from the battle with Bisharp" Leaf says
"I hope Iris has a plan cause Excadrill is in really bad shape" Ash says
"So is Cloyster all Iris needs to do is land a couple more hits" Misty responds
"Heh you should've kept in your Dragonair thanks for the free win Cloyster use Surf!" Georgia calls as Cloyster yells summoning a large wave of water heading towards Excadrill
"Excadrill use Hone Claws then Horn Drill!" Iris calls as Excadrill quickly raises its attack and accuracy as it shoots forward
"Crush it Cloyster!" Georgia yells "Go Excadrill!" Iris yells as the surf comes crashing down consuming Excadrill the mole Pokemon continues to spin as it breaks out of the Surf and hits Cloyster making a big explosion. As the smoke clears everyone can see Excadrill still standing panting hard next to it is an unconscious Cloyster
"Cloyster is unable to battle Excadrill is the winner!" The ref calls as the crowd gives a loud cheer
"Way to go Excadrill!" Iris cheers happily as Excadrill smiles and gives her a thumbs up
"Yeah, you rock Iris and Excadrill!" Leaf cheers along with everyone else as Georgia returns Cloyster she looks over at Iris and smiles
"Heh, please you only got lucky landing that Horn Drill also that win didn't count since it wasn't a Dragon type that knocked out Cloyster" Georgia says in a mocking tone
"Stop being a sore loser it makes you look like a kid" Iris says in a mocking tone
"If anyone's the kid its you!" Georgia responds, "No you're the Kid!" Iris yells "No you!" Georgia yells the two girls then begin to yell at each for a few more moments until the ref reminds them, they're in the middle of a battle as Georgia gives a few huffs she takes out a Pokeball and smiles
"This right here is my strongest Pokemon it was able to almost beat Drayden's Haxourus you have no chance of beating it Go Beartic!" Georgia calls outcomes a big bipedal bear like Pokemon with white fur it gives a mighty roar causing some of the people and Pokemon in the crowd to cover their ears
"Who's that Pokemon?" Ash questions as he Leaf, and Ritchie scan the mon with their Pokedex
"Beartic, the Freezing Pokémon a pure Ice type. Beartic's frozen breath can create fangs and claws made of ice. It lives in frigid northern areas." The Pokedex says
"Scary!" Iris says as she begins to shiver like she's freezing as Excadrill looks at her with sweat dropping from its head
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Georgia makes the first move
"Use Aqua Jet!" Georgia calls shocking Iris as Beartic immediately shoots forward hitting Excadrill
"Now Icicle Crash!" Georgia calls as Beartic Summons large icicles from the sky as they all hit Excadrill
"Excadrill!" Iris yells in worry as Beartic's attack stops Excadrill is laying on its back unconscious
"Excadrill is unable to battle the winner is Beartic!" The ref calls as Iris is surprised, she was hoping Excadrill would last longer she returns the Pokemon and tells it thank you
"Your final Pokemon is now Dragonair whose taken damage from Bisharp and Cloyster my victory is all but confirmed now" Georgia says with a confident smile
"We'll see about that I know my Dragonair will pull through!" Iris responds as she brings out the Pokemon Dragonair roars and begins to slam its tail on the ground ready to continue battling
"Beartic vs Dragonite this match will decide the winner let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Iris makes her first move
Use Extremespeed" Iris calls "Let it hit you and grab it!" Georgia calls as Dragonair flies forward hitting Beartic in the stomach causing the bear damage, but the ice bear then grabs Dragonair
"Now Ice Punch!" Georgia calls as Beartic punches Dragonair across the face knocking the dragon on the ground "Now Ice beam!" Georgia calls as Beartic begins to charge the beam of ice in its mouth
"Trip it with Iron Tail!" Iris calls as Dragonair coats its tail in steel energy hitting Beartic's leg causing the bear damage and successfully tripping it over as Beartic fires the Ice beam in another direction
"Now Flamethrower!" Iris calls as Dragonair fires the flames consuming Beartic causing the bear pain
"Break out of the Flamethrower and Use Icicle Spear!" Georgia yells as Beartic escapes the flames and summons the spears of ice from the sky
"Dodge it!" Iris calls as Dragonair flies to try and dodge the Icicle spears
"Use Aqua Jet and grab that dragon!" Georgia calls as Beartic quickly flies through the air not only hitting Dragonair but grabbing it as well both Pokemon fall on the ground with Beartic still holding Dragonair
"Use Flamethrower!" Iris calls but Georgia was quicker "Freeze it with Sheer Cold!" Georgia calls shocking Iris as Beartic roars as ice comes from all over its body freezing Dragonair before Dragonair could fire the Flamethrower its completely covered in ice, Beartic then let's go of the frozen dragon letting it fall on the ground as it starts to walk back to its trainer.
"Dragonair please you can't be done yet ever since I found you as a Dratini you always wanted to be strong please Dragonair don't give up break out of that ICE!" Iris yells with tears in her eyes hoping Dragonair heard it but there's no response
"Heh see it's like I told you, you can't defeat me and Sheer Cold when it hits is an instant knock out so I win" Georgia says and begins to laugh as tears start to flow from Iris's eye's. Meanwhile in Dragonair's mind we see all of its memories it battled a really strong Hydregon as a Dratini but lost badly it thought it wouldn't make it until Iris found it and nursed it back to health after recovering Dratini decided to stay with Iris with the goal of one day becoming a Dragonite they trained a lot, battled a lot, argued a lot, but it eventually evolved into Dragonair meaning it was one more step closer to its goal it and Iris continued to train it more while Dragonair didn't always agree with Iris's decisions in battle and would sometimes disobey it still respects her as its trainer. And so Dragonair decides it won't give up now it'll break out of this ice and show just how strong it is.
We come back to present day the ref is about to make the call that Dragonair is unable to battle but stops as he and everyone else notice the ice covering Dragonair starting to melt
"What's going on?" Ash questions as everyone watches curiously as they see the ice melting more
"No, that's impossible" Georgia says with a shocked expression as Iris smiles
"Yeah, I knew you could still battle BREAK OUT OF THERE DRAGONAIR!" Iris yells as everyone sees a Flamethrower shoot out of the ice with Dragonair flying in the air roaring causing everyone to yell in excitement
"I can't believe it Dragonair broke out of the Sheer Cold!" Alex says as the crowd begins to cheer
"I see Dragonair was only able to break free because of the Flamethrower it was about to fire if it wasn't for that Dragonair would've fainted" Goodshow says as the other commentator's nod
"You're amazing Dragonair!" Iris yells happily Dragonair continues to roar until it starts to glow a bright white shocking everyone
"YOU'RE KIDDING ME!" Georgia yells as Dragonair gets bigger growing legs, arms, its blue skin becomes yellowish orange and gets wings once the evolution stops what was once a Dragonair is now a Dragonite as the Pokemon roars creating a big shockwave as the crowd continues to roar in excitement even the disguised Team Rocket grunts and Croagunk mask are left speechless
"THAT'S AMAZING!" "YEAH, GO IRIS!" Ash and Leaf cheer loud as do everyone else they then scan the Pokemon with their Pokedex "Dragonite, the Dragon Pokémon. Dragonite is said to live in the sea. With its small wings and large body, it can fly faster than the speed of sound." The Pokedex says
"You've evolved you fully evolved!" Iris cheers happily at her new Pokemon but Dragonite looks at her with a serious expression telling her to not celebrate yet Iris nods in understanding
"Dragonite show them your new power!" Iris calls as Dragonite roars it quickly flies at the shocked Beartic with blinding speed hitting it with a Fire Punch as Beartic flies across the battlefield landing under Georgia's feet groaning in pain
"Wow that's fast" Ash says, "Yeah I couldn't even see it" Kiawe and Ritchie say in shock
"Why you victory is still mine use Sheer Cold!" Georgia calls as Beartic roars sending out a wave of ice from all over its body
"Dragonite use Superpower!" Iris calls as Dragonite roars again as it flies forward with its arm glowing red easily dodging the Sheer Cold.
"GOOOOOO!" Iris yells as Dragonite punches Beartic in the stomach making the Pokemon fly pass Georgia and into the wall knocked out
"Beartic is unable to battle Dragonite is the winner since Georgia has no more Pokemon Iris is the winner" The ref calls as Iris celebrates with Dragonite blowing smoke out of its nose is victory as the crowd roars in excitement
"We did it Dragonite you were amazing" Iris says to the dragon Pokemon but Dragonite turns away from her not wanting to show her its smile, Georgia returns Beartic and begins to walk towards Iris.
"Look I don't consider this your win you just got lucky that Dragonite evolved I would've won if that didn't happen" Georgia says in an annoyed tone
"Yeah, yeah sure whatever the results speak for themselves I won you lost so stop acting like a kid and accept your defeat" Iris says, "NO I will not accept it when we battle again, I'll be the winner and you'll be the loser and you're the kid!" Georgia yells making Iris annoyed the two girls begin to argue again this goes on for a couple minutes until they had enough then go back to their seats, they don't even get to hear the commentator's comments.
"Now will Misty and Lana come to the battlefield!" The ref calls as Misty and Lana stand and go to the battlefield as their friends tell them to have a good battle they nod. As they make it to the battlefield, they stand on their sides smiling at each other, Violet is really looking forward to seeing her sister battle another water type trainer.
"Please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref calls as both girls send out their Pokemon
"Popplio Go!" "Wimpod your up!" Misty and Lana call as both Pokemon jump out of their respective trainers' arms landing on the battlefield ready for battle
"Let the battle begin!" The ref calls as Lana makes the first move
"Use Aqua Jet!" Lana calls as Popplio immediately charges forward
"Use Screech!" Misty calls as Wimpod gives a loud ear-piercing screech that not only hurts Popplio's ears but also Lana's making both trainer and Pokemon to cover their ears also lowering Popplio's defense
"Now use Scald!" Misty calls as Wimpod fire a stream of hot water at the seal Pokemon hitting it and causing a burn
"Popplio!" Lana calls in worry as the seal is suffering burn damage
"Great job Wimpod return for now Go Starmie!" Misty calls as Wimpod goes to her side and Starmie appears
"Use Psychic!" Misty calls as Starmie fires the psychic waves at Popplio causing damage
"Use Ice Beam!" Lana calls as Popplio fires the icy beam
"Counter with Thunderbolt!" Misty calls as Starmie's Thunderbolt destroys the ice beam and hits Popplio causing super effective damage the seal Pokemon falls on the ground in pain it suffers burn damage one more time Popplio cries in pain as its knocked out.
"Popplio is unable to battle Starmie is the winner!" The ref calls as Lana is surprised but smiles and goes to return Popplio
"That was great you two good job" Misty says as she pets Wimpod and Starmie
"Misty's really taking this match seriously she took out Popplio in an instant" Iris says
"Yeah, her pride as a water Pokemon trainer is on the line" Ash responds making Iris confused
"What Ash means is since Lana is also a water Pokemon trainer Misty wants to show her that she's superior with water types" Brock says as Iris nods
"Well in that case the same goes for Lana" Kiawe says with a smile
"Thank you Popplio I'm sorry I couldn't show you off more in battle let's continue to train hard" Lana says to Popplio with the Pokemon nodding she places it next to her looks over at Misty and takes out a Pokeball
"Well, I wasn't expecting Popplio to go out so soon, but I can tell you really want to win this battle but so do I from here on I'm not holding back Go Mareanie!" Lana calls as she brings out the Pokemon and unlike in the second round Mareanie is wide awake and is excited to battle this concerns Misty
"Starmie be careful Mareanie may not look it but it's really strong!" Misty says as Starmie nods
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Misty makes the first move
"Use Psychic!" Misty calls as Starmie fires the psychic waves at Mareanie
"Use Protect!" Lana calls Mareanie summons a protective barrier
"Now Pin Missile!" Lana calls Mareanie immediately fires pin like missile's at Starmie
"Use Rapid Spin to dodge!" Misty calls as Starmie begins to spin very fast doing its best to dodge Mareanie's attack
"Keep firing!" Lana says with a confident smile as Mareanie continues to fire the Pin Missile and even increasing the number shocking Misty as Starmie starts to get hit by multiple pins each one causing super effective damage as Starmie falls on the floor
"Now finish with Knock Off!" Lana calls as Mareanie jumps in the air covering one of its tentacles in dark energy as it gets closer to Starmie
"Use Psychic!" Misty calls as Starmie launches the psychic waves hitting Mareanie causing damage, but the Pokemon continues forward and slams its tentacle on Starmie causing the starfish to skid back toward Misty knocked out
"Starmie is unable to battle Mareanie is the winner!" The ref calls as Lana and Mareanie celebrate Misty returns Starmie telling it did a good job
"Not bad Lana your Mareanie is really strong" Misty says with a smile
"Thank you" Lana responds smiling
"Vaporeon go!" Misty calls sending out the blue fox Pokemon
"I knew this one was next" Lana says with a smile
"Let the battle continue!" The ref calls as Misty makes the first move
"Use Quick Attack!" Misty calls Vaporeon quickly shoots forward
"Counter with Poison Jab!" Lana calls as Mareanie covers its tentacles in poison as it collides with Vaporeon. The two Pokemon begin to push each other back and forth but Mareanie wins the exchange and pushes Vaporeon back
"Now Scald!" Lana calls Mareanie fires the hot stream of water at Vaporeon
"Freeze it with Ice Beam!" Misty calls, Vaporeon fires the icy beam freezing the Scald
"Use Sludge Wave!" Lana calls as Mareanie fires a wave of sludge at Vaporeon
"Dodge it with Quick Attack!" Misty calls as Vaporeon jumps in the air
"Now Gunk Shot!" Lana calls as Mareanie immediately throws what looks like trash at Vaporeon hitting the blue fox causing not only damage but also poisoning it as Vaporeon struggles to get up it can feel the poison throughout its body.
"Vaporeon use Quick Attack to get in close!" Misty calls as Vaporeon charges forward
"Heh that won't work again Misty, Mareanie finish it with Venoshock!" Lana calls as Mareanie fires the move at the incoming Vaporeon consuming the blue fox causing major damage to it
"Come on Vaporeon push through!" Misty yells as Vaporeon yells in pain from inside the Venoshock it still pushes forward until it makes it out of the Venoshock and is in front of Mareanie surprising Lana and Mareanie
"Now use Façade!" Misty yells as Vaporeon gives a mighty roar as red aura covers Vaporeon's body it hits Mareanie in the face with its tail hard sending it crashing into the wall behind Lana it falls on the ground knocked out.
"Mareanie is unable to battle Vaporeon is the winner!" The ref calls as Misty cheers Lana is left speechless this is the second time Mareanie lost in battle she gives a sign but smiles that Mareanie did good and returns the Pokemon
"Wow she really took down Lana's Mareanie even I had trouble beating it not bad" Kiawe says
"Yeah, Misty's Vaporeon is amazing" Ash says with a smile
"That was amazing Vaporeon!" Misty says happily but notices Vaporeon breathing very hard as it falls on the ground unable to battle shocking Misty and the crowd
"Vaporeon is unable to battle both trainers have one Pokemon left" The ref calls Misty loses her shocked expression as she smiles and returns the blue fox to its Pokeball thanking it for battling hard
"Man, Vaporeon went down" Leaf says in a sad tone
"Well, when you consider the fact that Vaporeon was hit with Gunk Shot, was poisoned and hit with Venoshock it makes since why it fell" Ritchie says with Leaf nodding
"Now they both have one Pokemon each Misty with Wimpod and Lana with Dewpider both Pokemon haven't taken any damage yet so this will be the deciding match" Brock says with everyone nodding Ash looks on at the battlefield and thinks
"Come on Misty and Wimpod you can do it" Ash thinks to himself with determination in his eyes
"Well Misty this is it we both have one Pokemon left I've really been enjoying our battle so far but I'm going to be the one who wins Dewpider I Choose You!" Lana says and brings out the water spider Pokemon who gets in a battle-ready stance
"I've also been really enjoying our battle as well Lana, but I also want to win Wimpod I Choose you!" Misty says as Wimpod crawls back on the battlefield ready to battle and win the match for its trainer
"Now let the battle continue!" The ref calls as both trainers call for their moves
"Use Scald!" Both trainers call as both Pokemon fire the hot water at each other the moves collide creating an explosion
"Use Sticky Web!" Lana calls as Dewpider fires multiple webs from its mouth
"Use Aqua Jet to dodge the webs!" Misty calls as Wimpod shoots in the air dodging the webs as it heads straight for Dewpider
"Go Wimpod!" Misty calls "Counter with Poison Jab!" Lana calls as Dewpider covers one of its legs with poison as it and Wimpod collide causing the Pokemon to skid back.
"Use Swift!" Misty calls as Wimpod starts to fire multiple stars from its mouth
"Knock them all away with Liquidation!" Lana calls as Dewpider covers its legs with water and starts to knock away the swift
"Now Scald!" Misty calls as Wimpod immediately fires the hot water at Dewpider
"Block it!" Lana calls as Dewpider is able to block it with its legs still covered in water, but it does some damage
"Let's keep up the pressure use Aqua Jet!" Misty calls as Wimpod immediately shoots forward hitting Dewpider in the face
"Now Ice Beam!" Lana calls "It knows Ice Beam?!" Misty says in shock as Dewpider fires the ice beam in Wimpod's face causing some damage to the bug Pokemon
"Use Crunch!" Lana calls as Dewpider jumps biting down hard on Wimpod causing damage and Wimpod falls on the ground in pain
"Hang in there Wimpod!" Misty yells encouraging Wimpod
"Sorry Misty but this is my win Dewpider use Poison Jab!" Lana calls as Dewpider falls forward covering its leg in poison as it closes in on Wimpod
"Use Screech!" Misty quickly calls as Wimpod lets out a loud screech making Dewpider cancel the Poison Jab as it falls on the ground covering its ears and making sure its bubble doesn't pop its defense is lowered as well
"Now use Aqua Jet!" Misty calls as Wimpod shoots forward hitting Dewpider in the stomach causing damage "Knock it away with Liquidation!" Lana calls as Dewpider knocks Wimpod away both Pokemon fall on the ground and start to pant.
"Come on Dewpider we're almost there we can win!" Lana yells with encouragement ask Dewpider pants as it struggles to stand
"Wimpod, I know you can win you've proven you're brave and strong don't quit now!" Misty yells in encouragement as well Wimpod pants but both it and Dewpider don't want to give up, they want to win for their respective trainers both Pokemon give a mighty yell.

They scream as they then both start to glow white shocking their trainers and the crowd. Dewpider gets bigger and becomes more spider like once the evolution stops what was once a Dewpider is now a Araquanid the Pokemon roars. As for Wimpod it gets bigger as well it grows legs standing up right, has very big arms with sharp claws, it's now wearing what looks like armor all over its body and looks like a samurai once the evolution stops what was once a small and scared Wimpod is now a strong and brave Golisopod the Pokemon roars as well both Misty and Lana look at their Pokemon in surprise as the crowd looks on in awe.
Ash, Leaf and Ritchie are in shock as they scan the Pokemon with their Pokedex's "Araquanid a Water/bug type. It launches water bubbles with its legs, drowning prey within the bubbles. This Pokémon can then take its time to savor its meal." The Pokedex says (Before anyone asks yes Ash does know what an Araquanid is after battling Hunter D's henchmen he just didn't have time to scan it with his Pokedex).
"Golisopod, the Hard Scale Pokémon. A Bug and Water type. The shell on its body is as hard as a diamond. Its most powerful weapons are its claws, which it can extend and retract at will." The Pokedex says everyone looks on in awe as Lana speaks
"I'm so happy you've evolved Araquanid!" Lana says happily as the big spider looks at its trainer smiling back
"Wimp or I guess I should say Golisopod are you still you?" Misty asks in a scared tone as Golisopod looks at Misty the girl is scared but doesn't back away as she continues to stare at the Pokemon waiting for its answer as Golisopod smiles and nods confirming that it's still the same making Misty smile
"Alright Golisopod lets win this battle show off your new power!" Misty calls as Golisopod roars it immediately disappears before reappearing and hits Araquanid in the face with its claws causing the big spider to slide back
"It learned First Impression?!" Lana says making Misty confused
"What's first Impression?" Ash asks as Brock answers
"Like Quick Attack, Aqua jet and other priority moves it allows the user to get the first hit in but unlike other priority moves it can only be used once" Brock says as Ash and everyone else nod in understanding
"That's great Golisopod!" Misty says happily (Lana told Misty about first impression)
"That may be great for you Misty but we're not going down, yet Araquanid use Spider Web!" Lana calls as Araquanid fires a large amount of slick that covers Golisopod
"Golisopod!" Misty yells in worry but the Pokemon immediately breaks out of the webbing and is holding what looks like a water sword
"Is that its own version of Liquidation?!" Lana questions as Misty calls for her next attack
"That's great Golisopod use Liquidation!" Misty calls as Golisopod charges forward as instead of holding one water blade it now has two
"Use Liquidation as well!" Lana calls as Araqaunid roars and covers all of its legs in water as it charges at the incoming Golisopod the two Pokémon collide and begin to clash with each other back and forth. Araquanid tries to attack Golisopod's exposed underbelly, but it can't because of Golisopod's water blades and its armor. Golisopod is also getting more hits in, they keep clashing until Golisopod jumps high in the air.
"Now finish with Liquidation!" Misty yells Golisopod takes the two blades and combines them into one big sword it then falls ready to cut Araquanid
"Hydro Pump!" Lana calls as the large spider fires the highly pressurized water at Golisopod but Golisopod slashes away the Hydropump and is still heading towards Araquanid
"You use Liquidation too!" Lana calls as Araquanid puts a lot of water covering its leg as its ready to counter Golisopod.
'GOOOOOOOO!" Misty yells as Golisopod slashes the spider with Araquanid trying to counter but it wasn't fast enough Golisopod appears behind Araquanid bending down on one knee still holding its sword. Everyone looks on in silence and wonder who won they continue to stare at the two Pokemon as Golisopod stands up its sword disappears as Araquanid falls down unconscious.
"Araquanid is unable to battle Golisopod is the winner!" The ref calls as the once silenced crowd begins to cheer loudly
"That was a great battle you two!" Leaf and Iris yell
"OHHHHHH I'M MOVED TO TEARS AT HOW AMAZING THAT BATTLE WAS!" Kiawe says with tears comedically flowing from his eyes
"Misty, Lana great battle!" "Pika!" "Rai!" Ash, Pikachu and Raichu cheer alongside everyone else
"YEAH, THAT'S MY BABY SISTER!" Violet cheers happily as the other commentators look at her smiling as well
"Guess will have to watch out for that girl as well" Justin (Archer) Thinks to himself, Lana recovering from her shock smiles walks up to Araquanid and pets it on the head as the spider looks at her.
"Don't worry Araquanid we may have lost today but this lost will only make us stronger let's keep training and next time we'll beat Misty" Lana says with a smile as the Spider nods happily, meanwhile Golisopod walked over to Misty and is now looking at its trainer.
"Did we win Golisopod?" Misty asks with the Pokemon smiling happily as Misty gets a big grin on her face
"YAY WE WON!" "GOLI!" Misty and Golisopod cheer happily as the crowd claps for them as Misty pets Golisopod she sees Lana and Araquanid walk over to them.
"That was an amazing battle Misty I wasn't interested in battling that much before but after today me and my Pokemon are going to train hard and when we have our rematch we'll win" Lana says with determination in her eyes with Araquanid nodding in conformation as Misty and Golisopod smile.
"I'm excited for when that day comes, we won't lose either" Misty responds with a smile as she and Lana shake hands as the crowd claps again the commentators begin to comment on Misty and Lana's battle.
"You both showed amazing power and skill well done" Surge says with a smile
"AMAZING BATTLE I LOVED IT! I'm so happy I recorded it" Violet says happily as she runs from the commentators table and goes to give Misty a hug annoying Misty but the red head smiles as Lana gives a small chuckle.
"You two did a great job showing off your water types well" Gary says with a smile
"Indeed, today you young lady's proved just how strong water type Pokemon can be in battle and you're both amazing water type trainers" Goodshow says smiling as the two girls nod, they begin to head back to their seats and Misty had to forcibly get out of Violet's hug she just wouldn't let go. Once they make it to their seats the group tell them how great their battle was with Misty and Lana thanking them.
"Now will Leaf and Whitney please come to the battlefield!" Alex calls as Leaf and Whitney walk down to the battlefield and go to their sides.
"This will be a 3v3 Pokemon battle please send out your first Pokemon!" The ref calls as both trainers bring out their Pokemon
"Go Jigglypuff!" Leaf calls as the pink spherical Pokemon appears holding what looks like microphone
"Go Girafarig!" Whitney calls a Giraffe like Pokemon appears ready for battle Leaf, Ash and Ritchie scan it with their Pokedex's
"Girafarig, the Long Neck Pokémon. Girafarig has a second head on its tail that bites those who approach it carelessly." The Pokedex says
"Let the battle begin!" the ref calls as the two trainers call for their first moves
"Use Mega Punch!" Leaf calls as Jigglypuff charges forward with a glowing fist
"Use Zen Headbutt!" Whitney calls as Girafarig covers its head in psychic energy it charges forward and collides with Jigglypuff's fist.
This is where I'll end the chapter, tell me what you guys think of the battles so far. Are you guys satisfied with how I evolved Iris's Dragonair and Misty's Wimpod? At first, I wasn't planning on evolving Iris's Dragonair, but I felt this was the right time to do it. I know some people are going to have a problem with it breaking out of Sheer Cold, but I think I gave a good reason as to why it broke out. I was always planning on having Wimpod evolve in its battle with Lana and now it's one of Misty's strongest Pokemon.
Next chapter will conclude Leaf's battle with Whitney and showcase Ritchie's, Kiawe's and Ash's battles. Chapter 14 should come out soon after this one, so you guys won't have to wait too long.
