Keith was having a painful and slow death right in front of his daughter, which was with the magic damaging vital organs of the father's body that was starting to spit and vomit blood, until he could not resist any more, falling dead on the floor.
The next thing that Ford did was to simply put the death of the father as an alternative cause, the girl simply used her influence to get her father to take those things away from her, by making a contract with one of the partners of FPC that in case of Keith's death, this partner would momentarily take control of all the shares of the company, until Margareth turned 18 years old and take them back for her, the family properties went to her, but as she was still a minor she had to go to a place where it was also like an orphanage.

The plan to get Diana began with Margareth adopting a new disguise of Louise, using a fertility stone she stole from a witch, she became pregnant with Diana, having a daughter called Harley who remained in care away from her mother, who cared little, despite being the daughter with Diana, it was not what she craved, Margareth wanted more.
In 1924 was where she started with the next part of her plan, disguised as a carer she started to influence the minds of the two daughters of Diana and Louise who had just been born, Marie and Amelia, both who came out of Diana, it would be the perfect influence, as the eldest was the offspring of Louise, Ford's plan was to influence the heads of the children, so that in the future she could build something new that no one could ever realise for years.
10 years had passed by then and Marie and Amelia already showed a lot of the behaviors of a spoiled child, besides being quite rebellious, only obeying the false caregiver, being quite homophobic towards Louise and even calling Adeleine a freak, the caregiver was fired, but the damage had already been done in the long run and soon Margaret arranged another disguise pretending to be another caregiver, but revealing to Marie and Amelia that she was still the other one and until then Diana and Louise were believing.
That year also was born the youngest daughter of the couple also fruit of Diana, this being Isabella, the grandmother of Bernadette Cavendish, this already with the eyes of Meredith who was taking care of the little girl without influence of caregivers as it happened to Marie and Amelia.
Margaret was not satisfied yet and was putting her final plan at once, after corrupting the two children, which could in the future destroy the Cavendish family as she wanted, Ford started to perform what would be her greatest cruelty until then, by poisoning Diana little by little using her magic, starting everything in 1935, where she injected first a potion that she learnt to make, then playing doctor she was giving medicines that guaranteed the spreading of the poison, which poor Diana never realized was happening.
4 August 1936, Edinburgh, Scotland, residence of the Cavendish family
Diana was already debilitated to the poison given by Margareth in all these months without her realising and things were only getting worse, she was already weak, thin and bedridden for a month, which ended up with a visit from the family nurse who came through the door, then with her magic, it was revealed who was really behind that disguise, none other than Margareth Ford herself.
" What... What are you doing here? " asks the weakened Diana.
" Diana, you only have one week, before you leave for this world, I just came here to say goodbye to you, or for you to accept my proposal, I can reverse this " Margareth said with a cynical smile on her face.

That impacted Margaret in a big way, she knew that Diana would refuse in every way, so she turned on her back, leaving with her broom, flying out of the window, crying wretchedly that even with all the attempts she had she would never have a love matched, she had corrupted herself a lot over the years, but in the end all it caused was only the worst for herself, it was with this that things could still get worse.
