"well Carly, what do you think" asks Carlie
"it's cozy but I like my bed better, it's being set up now" says Carly
"Paige has been staring at Samantha since she arrived this morning, do you really think it would be legal for them to date" asks Freddie keeping an eye on Sam
"legal maybe not but technically as long as they wait on sex stuff that technically doesn't matter, especially on campus students here are given a little legal leeway, dating of students within two or three years of age of one another is generally accepted as long as sex is excluded from the relationship, however sex among same aged students while frowned upon until at least tenth grade, isn't forbidden as long as consent can be absolutely guaranteed from both sides of the relationship" says Zoey as Paige walks over
"do you think I'd be able to cuddle Samantha, I want to spend time with her, Carly I swear she's not as evil or scheming as you think, a lot of the crimes she committed she was more or less pressured into, she's actually a very anxious person" says Paige
"can you prove this" asks Carly suspiciously
"I know you're suspicious but Zenzi-bear knows who she is, as do I, isn't that enough" asks Paige
"she repeatedly wanted to put me in a rather revealing bikini and kiss me on iCarly Paige, I don't trust her, in my opinion she's not as innocent as you or Zenzi think, why Zenzi thinks Samantha is innocent at all is beyond me, if you want to throw your potential out the window go ahead cuddle and kiss Samantha but don't say I didn't warn you" says Carly as Paige runs over to Sam and snuggles up to her
"personally Carly, I think Paige is right, I think we've misjudged Samantha, the moment Paige arrived Sam stopped talking, she stopped talking about game nights, she seemed to totally girlify herself, giggles and all, what if by denying her a chance it was you that caused Sam to scheme, what if it was an attempt to impress you that went wrong" says Freddie
"you can't seriously be considering letting Samantha kiss me" asks Carly almost freaking out
"not on the lips, those are mine to kiss however having said that if Paige successfully wins her over and they start dating, Sam will always wonder if this is what dating you would be like and believe me dating you is a dream come true, something I'm sure many of your fans from iCarly often dreamt about, fans which still absolutely still follow you, Sam was besides me your biggest fan Carly, since shutting down iCarly you've treated her like a criminal, as if she's worth nothing to you and that you would never trust her alone with anyone or anything, imagine if I treated you like that but still called you 'my friend', what would your dad think if he found that out" says Freddie as Carly's jaw drops
"y-you really think I made a mistake" asks Carly beginning to hyperventilate
"look at Sam, she's barely cuddling Paige, that tells me she's afraid you'll hate her, maybe even afraid you might kill her if she cuddles Paige for real, after all Paige is family to you, I know I'd run the other way if I were in Sam's position, I'd put seven pillows between me and Paige, every time Paige leans in close to Sam, Sam pushes her away and shakes her head, that's the behaviour of someone absolutely terrified Carly" says Freddie as Carly shivers
"room spinning, can't focus.. Tell Sam I'm sorry" says Carly as she faints
"Samantha, a word please" says Freddie as Sam gets up and walks to him
"am I in trouble" asks Sam expecting to be yelled at
"for what, you haven't done anything" asks Freddie
"but Paige was trying to kiss me, Carly said no, that under no circumstances was I to kiss Paige, that I could be arrested" says Sam beginning to tremble
"what was your true intentions for the bikini kiss idea" asks Freddie
"someone at school wanted to take her to their dads house and have sex with her, I loved Carly, I wanted to show her fans that she was 'taken' even if it was a lie, I wanted the kidnapping comments to stop, I was terrified that one day I'd wake up and go to school only for Carly to be missing then found dumped at the side of the road nearly dead, I was trying to save her life but now I fear her every thought, I'm afraid my nightmare was about me and not Carly, that Carly would try and kill me and leave me dying at the side of the road, at least that's how she's been treating me, I'm too afraid to feel, I'm afraid that if I feel again then Carly will kill me, Paige is her little cousin after all and I know that to Carly family means everything" says Sam clearly terrified
"Paige is autistic Samantha, when she was diagnosed the school she was at held her back, they lied about her grades to keep her back, just because she's in grade nine doesn't mean she's the same age, she may be fourteen but she's like a kid in a candy store sometimes, that's why Carly calls her her little cousin, more or less because she uses a pacifier like Lucy over there, it has nothing to do with Paige's actual age, Paige is all about science and experiments but she also loves being cuddled, she'd watch kid shows all day if you let her, Carly was wrong, she made a mistake, Carly does have feelings for you Samantha, they're just not as strong as how she feels about me, for one reason or another she was afraid that if she let her feelings for you grow and you and her did date that you'd be involved somehow in a crime and be taken from her and the last thing she wants is to open her heart and have what matters to her snatched away from her, so she focused on me, you of all people got to snuggle with her in her bed back in Seattle, she was tapped into those feelings but in an attempt to control them she hurt you, and she continued to do so, she didn't realize it was all based on a misunderstanding, she fainted because of guilt, yet when Paige asked permission to spend time with you, while she did tell Paige it could ruin her future she said Paige could, furthermore even knowing her future as a mechanics designer could be ruined yet she still walked over to you, she still decided to cuddle you, Paige has the courage that Carly simply doesn't have" says Freddie picking Carly up
"so it's really ok with Carly that I cuddle Paige" asks Sam
"within reason, Carly will want to make sure you're not pressuring Paige into anything but otherwise consider this a blank slate" says Freddie as Sam follows him to a different couch and he sets Carly down
"so what exactly can I do" asks Sam
"take my advice and let Paige lead, if she's the one making moves Carly will feel more at ease even if in private Paige is using your ideas, Paige being the one making the moves will convince not only Carly but also the dorm manager Coco, meaning they might allow you to sleep in the same dorm room together, though likely assigned separate beds" says Freddie
"I'm trusting you Freddie" says Sam as she returns to Paige, cuddling her
"huh a genuine smile, that's got to be a miracle" says Carlie as Paige giggles and smiles
"what from Sam" asks Freddie
"no from Paige, when we left after the visit this past summer Paige seemed different, she seemed sad, see that's when she began having feelings for Sam, she told me 'I haven't felt that happy around a girl since Vanessa died, I'm going to miss Sam', she was very close to Vanessa" says Carlie
"who was Vanessa" asks Freddie
"Paige's oldest friend, Paige loved her in secret, even keeping that fact from Vanessa, after she left PCA for university or college or whatever she'd gotten accepted into way early, Vanessa had also gotten accepted but had also been diagnosed with stage three cancer, I'm not sure which kind but they were dating for the last week of Vanessa's life, Paige had never felt so happy, she had never felt so loved, when Vanessa passed away Paige changed, she helped others cheat, she stopped caring about her future career, look at her, snuggling up to Samantha, that's not something Paige used to ever do, before Vanessa Paige wouldn't be caught dead cuddling or snuggling up to another girl, Paige is a complete science nerd or geek, her intention is to better the world, whether that be from her patented ultra efficient generator, solar energy efficiency bumps or anything like that, she has always been afraid that being outed as a gay girl would destroy that path for her, she looks up to girls like Quinn, for her being gay would mean losing access to girls like Quinn, fear has almost always run her life, most adults would call her a crazy radical thinker, she has ideas that could make PCA partially energy independent one dorm at a time until all dorms, ideas she feels could be stopped if she was outed as gay" says Carlie as Sam nuzzles Paige

"what does Sam not nuzzle people" asks Jade
"not often no, not at all in the past year or so, the last time would be when Carly invited Sam to stay with her after being disowned by her mom and even then Sam quickly recoiled and apologized because her and Carly weren't on particularly good terms" says Freddie as Carly comes to
"awww they're adorable, you told Sam right" asks Carly
"in a way I did, Carly remember the kidnapping comments kids would make" says Freddie
"yeah, I thought you said you handled it" says Carly
"I thought I did, Sam's intention wasn't to simply put you in a bikini to kiss you, the threats ramped up to kidnap and rape threats Carly, Sam knew that, her suggestion for the bikini and kiss was an attempt to show that you're taken, even if it was a lie, she'd had nightmares that she'd arrive at school one day and you wouldn't be there, that you were kidnapped and that the police would find you half dead on the side of the road, she was trying to prevent that nightmare from coming true" says Freddie
"and then I treated her like crap…. I'm a terrible friend I should have seen that, she'd never done anything without a reason, why didn't I trust her" says Carly
"you were afraid Carly, afraid of your own feelings, you can't blame yourself, you can't guarantee that accepting her premise would have even changed anything, there is no guarantee of anything Carly, sure maybe treating her how you did was too far but you couldn't have known that until she explained her reasoning, given how she explained it to Freddie she didn't seem like she wanted to, she felt like she deserved to be treated how you treated her" says Jade
"I still feel bad, I've known her long enough to know that she had a reason, I knew she had feelings for me Jade, it wasn't a secret she kept from me, from Spencer or my dad yeah but not from me, she was never good at keeping secrets from me" says Carly
"how'd you find out" asks Jade
"Freddie, you know the wall you stand in front of when you go free cam, let's just say she modified it to show all the clips of me smiling on iCarly by voice command, I caught her one time, she said 'I know it looks creepy and you have every right to be scared of me from now on but I can't get enough of your smile, sometimes I just need that dose of happiness, I'm too scared to ask you in person so I made this', honestly I was flattered, I never shamed her about it, if anything I encouraged her, I sat there with her as she explained every different way I smiled and what it meant to her, it was almost entirely childlike, I thought it was cute but it also worried me, I was afraid she was becoming obsessed" says Carly
"Carly, her being obsessed with your smile, that's a good thing" says Jade as Carly tilts her head in confusion

"yeah I agree with Carly, I don't see how it's a good thing" says Freddie
"it means her crush on Carly was never sexual in nature, at least not entirely, it means that Sam saw more in Carly than just a sexy body, it's a healthy crush, though I would definitely recommend getting a DNA test" says Jade

"because my dad had no reason to lie about my 'cousin' being my twin sister and yet he did, you and your cousins look nearly identical, which is a near statistical impossibility, also Carlie and Paige's moms BOTH dying during childbirth, that seems a little too coincidental to me" says Quinn as Paige sprays Sam with something and Sam seemingly changes
"Paige come here for a moment please" says Tori as Paige walks over
"what's up, am I in trouble" asks Paige
"first I want to know what you sprayed on Sam, she seemed to change, I don't like those kinds of things, I don't like sprays that change people, second are we actually sisters and not cousins" asks Carly
"Sam was getting too comfortable with me, she was getting paranoid that you were making me be flirty with her so you could catch her kissing me and then you'd yell at her, what I sprayed was a calming spray I made myself, it doesn't so much change her as it does quell anxiety, it's lavender mixed with a chemical mix I made to better allow the lavender to calm someone down, I use it on myself all the time, it's not at all like Quinn's chemical salt disaster, on the second question I'd rather not answer" says Paige
"are you saying you wouldn't make the same mistake Paige" asks Zoey
"oh no given my anxiety it would probably be worse, but on the other hand I'd be too untrusting of Logan to give him any, not to say he wouldn't get his hands on it but I'd have never willingly given him some, he's a good liar Quinn, it's not your fault he used it for evil, you're using it to make girls immune to it now, that's the import part Quinn, you're righting the wrong, you're fixing the mistake, even those with the best intentions make mistakes every so often, don't lose sight of the fact that you're doing the right thing now" says Paige as Quinn nods
"I need an answer to the question about us not actually being cousins" says Carly
"the answer is murky Carly, DNA says one thing but our birth certificates say another, I doubt dad is willing to go through the trouble of fixing the birth certificates so legally we will always be cousins whether the DNA says otherwise or not, the government doesn't care about that" says Paige
"what does our DNA say" asks Carlie
"you and Carly are twins and I'm your little sister, exactly a year younger" says Paige
"wow, fair enough sis, what are your intentions in a relationship with Samantha" says Carly
"marriage if all goes well, seriously though I see things differently than you or Carlie do, it's not that Sam is inherently a bad person, her mom was a bad role model and the only one she had growing up, sure she has very little self control but you have to understand she was never explicitly taught how to control her emotions or how to control her actions, she's not a bad person, you Carly, you quickly became a role model for her, she hung on every word, she wanted to be just like you, the problem is she doesn't exactly know when wanting to be like you became wanting to be WITH you, what I understand is because of how she was raised she could never BE like you, that kind of shift is what caused her to act out and get in trouble, she was trying to force herself to be someone nurture assured she couldn't be, at least not the way she wanted, it's caused personality fractures, yes meaning she would qualify to be diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder" says Paige
"so this IS my fault" asks Carly
"absolutely not, this is her mom's fault for raising her to be that way, her mom engrained that nature into her, she can change but it takes time, which at the time she wasn't willing to wait for, she wanted to change immediately, that was her daily wish, to immediately be just like you, when it didn't happen she would freak out and on occasion lash out at others" says Paige
"I assume you want her in your dorm room" asks Carly
"it would certainly be nice but she doesn't expect that, though we would likely put on quite a show for you and Freddie if denied" says Paige
"no, after everything she's been through she deserves dedicated alone time with someone who loves and understands her, though we will be having movie nights in the lounge where she can cuddle us sisters without fear, I need to make this right, she is a good hugger when she's calm" says Carly
"who's all invited to these movie nights" asks Paige
"everyone in this dorm will be welcome to join the movie nights but not all will always join, some may come and go, Christmas movies all break, after break it's majority choice and we will be staying all summer with access to everything on campus" says Jade
"all dorms or just our dorm" asks Carly

"that's unlike Dean Rivers, what's changed" asks Paige
"Logan happened, in the student's eyes Logan used the rules and campus staff against them, changing the rules means chances to regain the student's trust, not all students have a friendly home life, by giving them the option to stay here at no additional cost shows trust in the students, letting them stay where they feel safe, in return the students get control over the campus during the summer, from working at the campus store to running the movie theatre, as employees, meaning income, as a whole I would oversee both job opportunities, I log their hours, I will keep a list of student employees, at ten dollars an hour you could trade pay for goods instead of physical cash" says Quinn
"what if I want to work on my projects and one of them would benefit the campus" asks Paige
"any working projects you have that benefit the campus you can choose to sell to PCA or patent and lease to PCA and other schools, you set the price either way" says Quinn
"and they'll really let us stay here" asks Paige
"yes, every student will be expected to work at least one shift per week from January first onwards and at least half your paycheck is expected to be used on campus, a grocery store type building will be built in January to be opened in March where students can work and order a specific type of food for a student, in Dean Rivers eyes these girls need job experience and a controlled environment is the best place for it" says Quinn
"ok but what about Sam, a criminal record is a criminal record, it doesn't matter why it happened" says Paige concerned
"she gets a job if you go around with her, her main job would be cleaning up this dorm, floors, walls, that kind of thing, she'd also get to clean the empty dorm rooms, again only with you present, she'd also be in charge of cleaning outside each dorm, at least the ground levels, all of which relies on you working with her" says Quinn
"would that mean she gets half pay, that's not a lot of money" asks Paige
"no, ten dollars an hour per person is the rule Rivers set, no exceptions, meaning you get ten dollars an hour and so does she, though technically because you'd be overseeing her work you'd be a manager meaning you get at least twelve dollars an hour and aren't limited to the twenty hour work week he set up to take place immediately following Christmas break" says Quinn
"ok, I'm taking Sam to my room for some special bonding time, do not interrupt us for any reason except for a fire, am I understood Carly" says Paige
"yes ma'am, loud and clear" says Carly as Paige walks over to Sam and smiles as they head to her room
"what about us, what jobs do we get" asks Lucy as Sofie and Dustin look on expectantly
"you three will deliver packages for twice the pay each, Chase and Michael can't keep up with the packages since PCA has allowed every student to have packages delivered, you guys will be on the clock most of the day, from eight in the morning to seven at night every day starting tomorrow, except for Christmas day, which by the way is Zoey and Cat's exception day, meaning for that day and that day only you can touch one another in the special places but you may not make love, only touching and it will only be allowed in your room, going forward touching will be allowed but only with three days advance notice in case either of them chooses to say no, if touching does occur without notifying either Cat or Zoey three times, touching privileges will be revoked for a whole month, that includes cuddles" says Quinn
"but that's not age appropriate" says Sofie
"neither is delivering mail, as Cat puts it, if you're being trusted with one you should be trusted with the other, again three days advance notice and no fingers going inside either Sofie or Lucy, understood Dustin" says Quinn
"since it wouldn't be in, would that mean that Sofie and Lucy could….. You know with my thing, their fingers wouldn't be going in me" asks Dustin trying to make a fair argument
"Dustin, remember what I taught you, you're asking for quite a lot of leeway there, doing that would get them, especially Lucy revved up, doing that is the equivalent of having your fingers in them down there Dustin, they may touch it, they may hold it in whatever way they want but in no way will they be allowed to use their mouths or move their hands in that manner, not until at LEAST next year, if you either let them or make them do that I will banish you to your own dorm room or you could share a room with Chase, that'll ruin the fun real quick" says Zoey
"but it's not fair, Lucy and Sofie get to do stuff with toys and everything, it's not fair" says Dustin
"that's different Dustin, Sofie had bottom surgery on Wednesday, they're not using the toys because they want to, in order to keep it as it was on Wednesday so it can stay like it was intended to Lucy technically has to, also they're not doing what you think, what they're doing is actually linked to Sofie being trans and the surgery she had on Wednesday and the surgery she's going for on Monday to adjust things, it's not sex" says Cat
"but Sofie makes sounds, sounds Zoey said a girl makes when she's enjoying stuff" says Dustin
"Lucy, you're not deviating from my instructions or doing extra stuff are you" asks Cat seriously
"no, you told me it was important to follow your instructions to the letter, though I do the six nine thing, it's a little painful for her so I thought a little girly treat would help keep her mind off the pain, I make it clear it's only a treat, she only licks the outside, that's what she's making sounds about, not about the dilation thing, she follows the rules, you said it was ok for her to do that as long as it's a pain distraction" says Lucy afraid she's in trouble
"Dustin, I understand why it would seem like you're being held back, technically Sofie is supposed to do dilation herself however she's worried you might have other plans, that's why Lucy is involved in the process at all, Sofie's worried you might want to do stuff with her and her new special place isn't ready, Lucy being involved is a precaution" says Cat
"ok ok…. What about school, we can't deliver packages and attend school" asks Dustin finally understanding that situation
"you will attend school, at least in the morning, your afternoon classes will be recorded by way of audio and video and you will follow along as best you can while doing deliveries, officially your shift ends at five but you're on call for extra deliveries till seven" says Quinn
"but if we're in classes till lunch are we actually being paid for the mornings" asks Sofie
"yes, Chase and Michael are learning remotely in our dorm in room 101, which is where packages are signed in before being taken to room 100 to be scanned, they will be in constant contact with you in the mornings in case too many packages arrive for a regular afternoon delivery schedule, in the case where there are too many packages, they will contact you and you will be dismissed from class to start delivering packages" says Quinn
"how do we deliver these packages, we don't drive" states Lucy
"I've gotten specific gps coordinates for each dorm, each was given a number, the United States postal service, LA division created a specific vehicle based on my specifications, essentially the vehicle will drive itself to each dorm, you will be given a list, ordered from most packages to least packages, they will be labelled from one to five, Chase will explain it better tomorrow but essentially say 'Dorm 1' has the most packages, you press 'one' on the display and wait while it drives to dorm one you will drop off said packages, the vehicle isn't that big, small enough in fact that it only holds fifteen packages and two teen boys , or one boy and two girls in this case, in four and a half hours you will be at each dorm at least six times, depending on the load sometimes more, now go cuddle, I believe it's almost time for Sofie to dilate again, her doctor wants it to start looking proper on a scan before making adjustments, Lucy, assuming Dustin can control himself he can be allowed to watch and even help a little if needed" says Cat
"I don't know if he should, I don't know if I'm ready for him to see it, it doesn't look quite right, certainly not like Lucy's" says Sofie
"Sofie, I know your nervous but you're a part of Lucy and Dustin's lives now, they're dedicated to you, even if you mainly kiss Lucy and only occasionally kiss Dustin, it's important for him to be a part of things going forward, even if it's just making sure Lucy doesn't fall asleep during the thing, Lucy's known to pass out or fall asleep, it's kinda a problem we're working to fix, going forward as a two girl, one boy relationship, Dustin has to be involved, for his sake emotionally, feeling left out is bad, it can make him feel unloved or rejected, Andre has been feeling the same way recently because I've been spending time exclusively with my Paige…. If it makes you feel better you can ask him to keep his underwear on or ask him to snuggle you while Lucy maintains the dilation pressure thing, you could admire Lucy special place together, please just don't exclude him, it's important he learn" says Cat
"snuggling sounds good… why didn't Zoey teach him about what bottom surgery is and how it works post operation" asks Sofie
"it slipped my mind, things involving surgery down there has always freaked me out a little, I guess in the moment back home teaching him I guess I never thought he'd ever be dating a trans girl, I shouldn't have kept that information from him but also mom and dad didn't want him learning too much, the line can be blurry sometimes, it's not easy to teach someone like Dustin, he's a prodigy, he's very smart but he can also be easily distracted, skinny dipping in the pool was the only way I could keep him focused on me so he would pay attention to what I was saying, I wasn't exactly comfortable teaching him the sex Ed stuff to begin with, him seeing me naked was terrifying, I had no idea how he'd react, he wanted to be very hands on, that was hard for me, sometimes it took twice as long to teach him because I had to reset boundaries, he's a lot better now, if you tell him no it means no" says Zoey

"did he ever touch you inappropriately" asks Cat
"yes but that was part of the learning process, he needed to be able to connect a word with a specific place on a girls body, on days I was uncomfortable with it I told him not to touch me down there, that was part of the consent lesson and ninety percent of the time he listened, the only thing I didn't feel comfortable teaching him was about how babies are made even though he would ask" says Zoey
"I've kinda told him it involves his thing and their special place, well Lucy's anyway, I only told him because he asked if the surgery Sofie had would mean she could have babies, I had to break the news that Sofie would not be capable of having kids but that doesn't make her any less a girl and he should treat her as Lucy's equal in a relationship" says Dana
"I can't believe you talked about a triad Dana, you're generally against that kind of thing, especially in kids their age" says Nicole
"just because I don't like it doesn't mean I have the right to kill their happiness Nicole, I had a trans girl cousin who was into poly relationships, she'd just gotten into one last year when someone broke into their house and killed her and one of the other girls, that's why I'm generally against poly relationships Nicole, that said Sofie being trans means I have a chance to protect them, I have a chance to keep them alive and safe, if a relationship hadn't already been formed Nicole, yes I'd have advised against a poly relationship but it already existed, the potential has always been there, I knew where to look so I knew it was there" says Dana

"Logan would have released my pictures, he wanted Sofie isolated and untrusting Beck, that was always his plan, he wanted Dustin to feel like Lucy's daily rape was his fault for having feelings for Lucy and he wanted Sofie to feel like she couldn't trust Dustin, he knew what was going on between them, the feelings that were developing, he targeted us for a reason, I'd have cut his stick off, Lola would have snapped his neck, Nicole would have told Dean Rivers, Zoey would have cut his tongue out and Cat would have killed him, by targeting us he kept himself alive Beck, he put us in compromising positions so that he could blackmail us into doing nothing about Lucy or Trisha, if we had tried to free her he'd have released the pictures, because he's rich and his dad basically funds the school Logan's word had more weight to it in conversation or accusations, we'd have all likely been expelled and Logan would have been able to keep raping Lucy" says Dana
"what, about Quinn" asks Beck
"I had three pets, all three technically in violation of the no pets rule, I was one misstep from expulsion, I did eventually free Lucy, Logan actually tried to sue me for doing so but his criminal lawyer friend told him that doing so would be an admission of a criminal act so Logan dropped it and targeted Trisha, making it less obvious that a crime was being committed and he'd have gotten away with it had it not been for one of you guys putting the puzzle together and finding the information that Agent Harris needed to get us to safety while changes happened here to make it safe" says Quinn
"let's not talk about the fact that he might still get away with it in court" says Nicole
"even if he does get away with it his reputation is ruined Nicole, nobody will work with him and he won't have a penny, we've all been guaranteed damages regardless of the outcome and Logan is forbidden from touching that money, the rest is being given to the lawyer as payment" says Quinn
"so what's the trial for then, it's very traumatic for Lucy and Trisha" asks Cat
