CHAPTER 37

11 Hours Remain…

"You're not Mario!" Peach demands, looking at the mysterious android before her

"I am the Mechanized Arsenal Robot Version 1.0! My name is M-A-R-1-0 and I have been programmed to assist Lord Bowser and Ganon!" it says, crossing his arms. "You are trespassing on their tower! I am ordered to exterminate you all!"

Peach cannot believe anything she's hearing. Her entire world is flipped upside down. She wants to ask so many questions, but the only one she can spit out is "Where is the real Mario?!"

"The fleshy one?!" M-A-R-1-0 says, looking around. "Long gone. He is no longer in our dimension. He has been sent as a gift to my creator, Mr. E."

"Wait, WHAT?!" Peach screams. M-A-R-1-0 extends his claw-like hands and squishes Peach's jaw to silence her.

"Silence." It states. "I have already revealed more information than should be allowed. It is now time for you all to be exterminated." He starts by throwing Peach head first into the wall, knocking her unconscious next to the knocked out Link. He then turns his attention to the Red Toads and begins picking up each Toad and slamming them into the wall next to Peach. "Exterminate, Exterminate, Exterminate" it continues. The Blue Toads crawl into the tower on the spider golem, but M-A-R-1-0 rips the head off their golem, causing it to explode. "Exterminate, Exterminate, Exterminate" it continues.

Naranjo orders his Orange Toads to fire at M-A-R-1-0. They launch their bullets, but Naranjo is taken aghast. M-A-R-1-0 begins to consume the bullet bills whole. He sends three of Naranjo's Orange Toads flying with a single punch. M-A-R-1-0 turns his attention to the Yellow Toads and grabs them by their ankles and throws them at the walls where Link and Peach are still unconscious. Naranjo tries to jump him, from behind but M-A-R-1-0 flips him into a chokehold! M-A-R-1-0 lifts Naranjo's body high into the air and slams him against the wall. M-A-R-1-0 turns to the Red Toads and picks up each one at a time and juggles them. Laughing maniacally to itself.

Zelda prepares to fire a light arrow at the mechanical monstrosity, but M-A-R-1-0 grabs it in mid-air. "I would advise you all to take cover!" it says.

"Don't shoot!" Yashil says. As M-A-R-1-0 fires the Light Arrow at Yashil's stomach, knocking him out. The Green Toads try to swarm M-A-R-1-0 but they are caught in a tornado made by M-A-R-1-0's hammer. Zelda tries to fire another light arrow at M-A-R-1-0's chest but he blocks it with his hands. "If you are going to attack me, fire a bomb" he says. Zelda pulls out a bomb for her pack and throws it at M-A-R-1-0, who uses the light arrow to send it back flying to her. Knocking her out as well.

M-A-R-1-0 turns its attention to Burnscar, who is frozen in fear. "Get over yourself!" M-A-R-1-0 shouts.

"Ye should really respect those who got ye where ye are, ya swine!"

"Ah right, the traitor." M-A-R-1-0 states as he wraps his arms around the neck of Burnscar and smacks his head into the wall several times. Rendering the pirate captain unable to fight. Azura begins chanting and summons a lightning spear. She points the tip at M-A-R-1-0's head. M-A-R-1-O shields himself a mechanical cape to block the electric bolts that come out from her spear. It summons a large cannon from its wrist and blasts Azura square in the face with it. She falls to the floor, everyone is KO'd. The only ones left standing are Maxil and some Purple Toads.

"I'm sorry" M-A-R-1-0 says to Maxil. "I got carried away. If you are willing to forgive me, I will kill you first so you do not have to witness what I will do to the rest of your friends."

Maxil looks at M-A-R-1-0. Then grabs a sword off the floor and stands in front of him, ready to defend his friends. "No!" he shouts. "I am not going to be scared anymore! I'm a big boy! I'm not going to let you hurt my friends!"

"You are such a brave little lad!" M-A-R-1-0 says laughing as he starts to focus his energy. "Stupid, but brave. Now stand aside!" Maxil hesitates for a moment then takes a step forward towards M-A-R-1-0, ready to swing his sword!

Until M-A-R-1-0 grabs it mid swing, and crushes it with his mechanical hand. The android sends Maxil flying into the wall with a blast from his palm. Maxil lands in a heap on the floor...he's still stirring though. "Well then, you're lucky I'm in a good mood, little one. I'll just throw you off the balcony. Let you share the same fate as what I gave Luigi!"

M-A-R-1-0 grabs Maxil and laughs…until it feels itself getting picked up...by Princess Daisy.

"What...did...you...just...say?" she asks with a fiery vengeful scorn in her eyes.

"Repeating phrasing: I'll just throw you off the balcony. Let you share the same fate as what I gave Luigi!" M-A-R-1-0 replies.

Daisy's other hand grabs M-A-R-1-0's own wrist and it begins to break in her hand. M-A-R-1-0 releases Maxil, who runs to Yashil and Azura's unconscious bodies.

"You monster!" Daisy says, shaking with rage. "Do you know how much pain you are about to put yourself through?! How terrifying a fate you have just made your destiny?!"

M-A-R-1-0 turns to Daisy with a devious grin. "I am an Android, I cannot feel pain, nor fear." It says.

"Oh don't worry, baby," Daisy says with a smile on her face. "You will soon!" Daisy stomps on M-A-R-1-0, its arm still in her clutches. She begins pulling at the arm with massive strength until it finally snaps off of his body! M-A-R-1-O drops to the ground and lets out a monstrous roar of agony!

"What did you do, you fleshy worm?!" M-A-R-1-0 says astonished.

"Giving you a taste of what's to come" Daisy says flashing a sadistic smile. She grabs M-A-R-1-0's legs and begins twisting them into a pretzel. She keeps twisting and twisting until M-A-R-1-0's legs come off. It crashes to the floor and lays there writhing in agony.

"You can't do that to me...I...am...a..."

"I don't care what you are sweetie!" She grabs its last arm and sits on M-A-R-1-0's head, she begins twisting its fingers.

"I'll kill him, I'll kill him not" she sings, as she rips each finger off like a petal on a daisy. "I'll kill him, I'll kill him not..." She pulls off the middle and ring finger. There's a deep pause, and despite being an android, M-A-R-1-0 seems to let out a sigh of relief.

"Oops! Silly little me!" Daisy screams "I forgot about the thumb! What a klutz I am sometimes!" She twists and tears off M-A-R-1-0's thumb! It lets out a robotic scream! "I'll kill him!" She squeals with girlish glee as she drags the robotic torso onto the balcony and pulls out a large bob-omb with a little sticky note saying "For the scumbag who killed my Luigi 3". "Open Wide!" she coos to M-A-R-1-0 as if it was a newborn baby and not a murderous death robot.

"Who...are...you?" is all M-A-R-1-0 is able to gasp out as Daisy holds it down on the ground.

"Oh that's right, I almost forgot to introduce myself!" Daisy giggles as she forces open M-A-R-1-0's mouth and sticks the large Bob-omb in.

"HI..." she says as she lights the Bob-omb's fuse.

"...I'M DAISY!"

She chucks M-A-R-1-0 over the balcony like a baseball where it explodes into several vibrant fireworks!
