A/N: This is not The Tales of version of Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods or Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes, but rather The Tales of version of a book I got of Greek and Roman Mythology I got in Rome Italy. The settings will be after 'The Tales of the Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus' so please read that before getting in this story. Think of this story as something to pass by until The Trials of Apollo books.
Alcon
I'll take a sword fighting over archery anyday, but that's because I don't have the accuracy of the first Alcon I'm bringing up. If anything, I'm the exact opposite.
This Alcon was a Cretan archer and a companion of, sigh, Heracles. His arrows never missed: he could make them go through rings placed on a man's head and could split an arrow in half by striking at blade set up as a target. One day, when his son had been attacked by a snake, Alcon put an arrow through it, without hurting a child.
Amazing, right?
Well I wish the second guy was as amazing.
This Alcon was the father of Phalerus, one of the Argonauts. Although some storyies say he's the same guy as the first Alcon, and the two heroes are often confused.
Not really surprising considering how many heroes share the same name.
Next one is one of the daughters of one of the Aeolus who got turned into a bird. That's right, another story of someone turned into a bird. Let's see what reason the gods have for this.
