Season.3; More than that

Chapter.1: research

Time passed quickly when the first Sunday of the long vacation arrived, since then four days had already passed and they had used them wisely by using the time to search for answers. Of course, they first needed to start and search for clues such as where to start or where would be the perfect place to get answers or how who can help you in an emergency! They had tried to answer that after and after and ended up tackling the obvious first as far as Malik's sister Ishizu was concerned since she and Odion possessed the most knowledge of modern knowledge than most scientists, archeologists or anyone else! That would mean that they had pulled themselves together all Wednesday to start, Friday to get to the bottom of the kind of questions they were lucky with and made direct contact on Saturday to start their research. This is exactly why two of the Yamis were in town this Sunday morning, waiting in front of the museum entrance for the last of them, while the birds in quartet played a beautiful melody in Rhythmic Chirping through the winds, giving them at least a distraction owned instead of daring to speak to the other.

Since Marik came later, it was also because they intend to warn Ishizu that Malik's dark side was back, despite Kaiba and Yami having already submitted the beginning on Saturday. In addition, it could also be because, as they knew, the last one came later because they said among themselves that they would always make sure that someone was with the Hikari's. And since neither saw the lights awake when they left, it's possible that he's shadowing his light to the last second until he seems happy. It was nice for Yami to know that not only he is very protective of his Aibou. He knew that the other two would never admit that, but he didn't need confirmation to know that from his former enemies. At the thought he could only grin and also at the knowledge and or the possible thoughts that even the tough guys also felt a soft core in the innocent three no matter who they were standing in front of, whether it was his own or that of the other Yami Instinct is still there. At least that's what happens to him.

The thing was as follows that they were already there on Saturday, only that the preparations had gone there earlier. There they decided first to send the pharaoh in schleptau with Kaiba, only because he wouldn't make Mokuba happy since then if he didn't do it. However, he did help out Yami by coming to the museum to talk to Ishizu after Malik reached out and contacted her from Egypt. From the looks of it, the conversation went well and Ishizu decided to catch the first flight to Japan and then also take the opportunity to check on her little brother! Malik had done his part and then twelve hours later the phone call came from her. The Kaiba had taken over, but then thinned out because he didn't care and his request was clarified! This left the pharaoh with the two in hindsight. During the conversation, Marik and Bakura were only verified as a surprise or as guests, since it is important for them to explain this to themselves instead of over a telephone that almost anyone can listen to if they want. And in their opinion they still have the modern and their technology to some degree, even if they aren't being too stupid, in a few cases they still had their difficulties. And sometimes they asked themselves how they managed to live in the past without these modern everyday tools?! Since the communication with carrier pigeons and news deliverers, as was customary in the past, was totally brainless and feeble-minded! As a modern adaptation to using communication, Yugi felt free to sit down with Kaiba and create her own contraption for the three of them to use. What then happened relatively quickly was only accepted with difficulty by the Yami's. There was a simple fascination with it and the interest in how so much knowledge fits into the little thing!? Then after some elucidation of the cell phone and its full use, it turned out that the Yami's need to be monitored a little to make sure nobody is using it as something 'dangerous'. But here they were, waiting for Marik at the entrance above, each device in his back pocket.

They also knew that Ishizu would look confused, surprised, shocked, and alarmed at Bakura upon seeing them, but that wouldn't be half as complicated as Marik was concerned. In addition, it didn't take long until they both heard Ishizu and approached to receive both. At first, as expected, she only saw the pharaoh, but the closer she got, the more clearly the second person became. She then quickly remembered the connection to the previous statement and who was meant. She was surprised to meet the so-called guest but at the same time not after the request of the previous meeting with Kaiba and Yami. Then immediately she was even more surprised, because just when she wanted to rush the two in without questioning anything, she saw someone else coming her way out of the corner of her eye that she knew.

It was the last Yami, of the known and existing other half of a brother, who should not normally be physically manifest and who should actually be stuck in the shadow realm and not here in flesh and blood with the other two former spirits. At first she was shocked with other mixed feelings inside her, but then it made sense to her from what she had previously learned from Kaiba that Bakura and Marik had the same goal as the pharaoh, but what it was apparently still open. But they would get to the bottom of this together, she's sure of it, and maybe find out two more things about the returnees! For now she just kept quiet and then continued to shove her in while it was still possible. When they then entered the museum, the clock struck his rhythm to signal that it was 8:30. The advantage of the fact that it's Sunday is that the museum was still shooting at that time and doesn't open until ten, so you still have enough time to tackle the matter. Ishizu ushered the three of them through the almost empty museum with a lot of elegance because a lot has changed since their last visit and also said she didn't want a trend to happen because who knows what could happen or even what would happen if she wasn't there is, for example, one could credit the white-haired Yami that something was missing at the end. But now she had to build well on their manners and possibly more tame mind. To the end of the path, they went together, at their discretion, to the museum's office to listen to why Ishizu had summoned them here, after researching the others' curiosity, leading them to learn more about what triggered it, so without purpose, legends or dares of the ancient scriptures of ancient Egypt which are so valued. Especially in this case, their coming and expression and knowledge of magic are worlds strange for the modern and thus lost.

After entering the office, they all took their seats before it started. Or at least made it a little more comfortable. The office wasn't exactly a large room, the only thing in there was a medium-sized office table with small drawers and a PC on it, then behind it a relatively large and wide filing cabinet with all the papyruses, documents, knowledge, books, sayings, riddles, Scriptures, legends, prophecies and other ancient information from earlier times have been collected and preserved for posterity in every possible language. Of course it would be a bit too small for everything there is to know, so there is a secret room that only authorized people have access to, but it doesn't have to be public and it would be better that way. In this room, however, there was only little space for guests in contrast to the employee, for whom there was a swivel chair, but still enough for the three of them to choose something. Ishizu spoke first, as soon as everything seemed okay to her and she also got her thoughts clarified, which she occasionally had for each of the three, especially one because she was still worried to a certain extent. But she had to go through with it now, this wasn't a good time for other thoughts. Her biggest problem was simply her brother's other part and what happened before. She laid her arms on the table so that she supported herself with both elbows and her hands gripped each other. She sighed and began, "You must be wondering why I came here in such a short time and didn't hesitate to respond to the request, right?!" The three nodded, "Well, to confess, I've been wanting to surprise Malik with a visit for a long time, but it turned out that I'm urgently needed in my work, which only complicates visits abroad. That was until recently and I was able to again plan a trip. This time the flight left was aptly a few hours after Malik called. It was nice to hear from him though when he mentioned 'help' and 'Kaiba' as well as 'talk to me' in his conversation I got suspicious. After I landed and made my way to the hotel, I reprimanded him excitedly and from then on I could think there was something else to it. And the reason, as it stands, is right in front of me, isn't it?!" Ishizu smirked at Bakura's coldly silent gaze and Marik's nervous look. "Well, at the same time, in the meantime, between waiting for the flight and arriving at the hotel, which wasn't too long ago, I started digging into the little snippets of little information. In the documents I'd been looking at "They were old documents that we had already begun to analyze at the time of the ceremonial duel. I was aware that no more information would be added, but I found out that the end of the manuscript was left open..." All three remained silent, they had A slight guess as to what it was aimed at, what else could it be that this Tomb Kepperin could know or know for no other reason than what the quest was for, so the beginning was more likely to be a coincidence. "To make some progress on that, I think it's okay if I allow you to offer the old documents of the museum and to do your own research, because in the end eight eyes see more than two." she pushed off the table with elegance and staggered over to the closet to reveal random papers. The first thing that came with it was an ancient enlightenment of the olden times, another one about the old Millenia and much more.

They were already reaching for something to inquire about themselves but didn't make it far before the office phone rang. Ishizu picked it up as soon as she saw the ID that it was Odion calling. Luckily the phone was portable so she picked it up and went into the next room to talk so the Yamis could continue undisturbed. What she didn't know was that Marik was the only one listening at the door while the others went on to see what was going on. He didn't hear many words and then everything he heard was just crumbled and slightly dull. But he could handle that. He could handle it, but he couldn't achieve much with it, but he got an idea. All he had to do was wait for his light's sister to end the call, hang up and re-enter. So he stepped back and pounced on one of the writings so as not to give her the impression that he was doing something else. It took a good 15 to 20 minutes for her to come back. Her face looked tense and thoughtful, although she always had that impression from her personality, Marik knew better. He could tell you something was wrong. He watched as she put down the phone and then reached for a piece of sketch which, when opened, contained the pictures of the Millennium Items. An eyebrow rose at him and Ishizu watched as he thought deeply about something. The mumbling wasn't overlooked either. "I don't understand how is that possible..." As Yami, Marik wasn't exactly known for being nice but there were exceptions like his Light's sister Ishizu and Light's 'brother' Odion. Though personally he always preferred Odion more than usual when it came to siblings. Ishizu was just okay. And Malik, of course, cares deeply about his original and bright self more than anything else.

He pulled himself together and walked smoothly. He stood behind her to put his book away for the first time before he started talking to her. Is something wrong Ishizu?" Marik asked in his most tame tone possible. Ishizu frowned briefly but put on a nicer face. She shook her head. "I'm fine...thanks for asking it's just that what Odion is just told me didn't make any sense." "Was it something bad?" she sighed "Well no it's more illogical. But in the end it affects us all in the first place in this room!" That there with that Yami turned to both of them "And that would be what exactly?" "Well to put it in simple and short words...it's about the millennium objects!" at the last two words, Bakura also turned around "In how far?!"

"From what Odion said and told, it was said that he was only told it recently and it was said that the seven sealed millennium objects disappeared in the pharaoh's tomb. As you know, the tomb collapsed as soon as Yami and her life after however "entered" meant we weren't told exactly whether the Millenniums items were still intact or were also destroyed along with them. Odion found a packet with a message and one of the missing items was inside. It was so surprising that he wasn't really over So thinking about it he did the first possible thing he could do and this was that he made a few phone calls to acquaintances with whom we had a reasonable relationship asking if they would check the cave and as I have just been told , he said that everything under the chute was relatively intact and the stone tablet was the plaque itself was no longer in good condition and the usable troughs were found empty. Earlier we began to cultivate a factual conjecture that explains the emergence of the millennium necklace. I was aware that Odion didn't know anything about you and that will remain so for the time being as soon as I return to Egypt. I would be interested, since the necklace has returned to its former owner on my part, if the scales and the eye made their way to the chosen owner, or if they revealed themselves somewhere else with a desire to be found?!" was dumb and shocked here correctly applied when they found out that the remaining items had just disappeared out of nowhere and one of them had ended up back with the previous , they also had their respective rightful item when they arrived, but they didn't even think about why it was like that On the other hand, they felt better knowing that they hadn't carried their belongings since arriving but kept them well tucked up, as they didn't want to attract anyone's attention three male item holders lower slightly head while feeling with one hand where they originally would adorn their possessions.

Ishizu went on and speculated "Judging by your faces you didn't have yours back either! Well that's at least understandable that they're tied to you forever which could also be that Shadi will get his ankh too and probably then Pegasus also gets the eye. We should still be careful, I don't know much more than usual without the necklace but my intention remains the same and it just tells me that something else is wrong that it's to blame! You could say that I'm a bad one But of course I'll play it safe again once I see it for myself as I also assume that the magic of the Millennium Items will be back with their appearance too. But who knows, our future is even more unclear than before with just the Time will open the way for us!" She had to ponder briefly for her next words before speaking them out. "I might try if I could sense a connection to the Millennium Necklace to catch such a faint glimpse." The three nodded eagerly. This seemed to be somewhat useful. Ishizu concentrated and also began to see a faint but brilliant vision shrouded in mist. The rest like people or objects and what they were saying was blurry and soundproof so they didn't hear much. However, she could be glad that at least the connection to each other was there to partially use the power, although she hadn't expected that at all at first. The glow, fog and shapes then stopped again only to bring her thoughts back to reality with the three of them staring at her curiously. It took Ishizu a minute to breathe before mentioning what was roughly in it and all 3 got funny looks on their faces afterwards that were very hard to read. "Follow me, I just had a thought!"

Ishizu got the upper hand and led them even further into the museum. The path led them to a secret part of the Egyptian exhibition that was even more hidden than where the inscription of the pharaoh's prophecy rested. Ishizu opened one of the doors that said Staff Only and demanded that they follow her. The way through was a long and dark corridor that seemed a bit spacious even from the width. There wasn't much to see other than that the walls are full of textures written on them and in some spots little niches adorn them, as if one might suspect another hiding place behind. "Here we are at the beginning of the relatively complex storage chambers! Behind each of these niches are further branching passages leading to other important stored documents. So be careful! It is not exactly easy here for outsiders who would not normally have authority here for the Finding the right way. I've been here a few times myself, but it's still a challenge not to go wrong. Otherwise we'd like to let Odeon know. And my little brother knows it exists, but he hasn't been here either." Ishizu swiveled his head "Darkness my brother, I'm asking you since you yourself like the thief and the pharaoh at the time in your light were taking over your own personalities in a way, do you know anything about here?" Marik calmly replied, "A little! But the main thing I'm familiar with is the part for what the purpose behind each door is supposed to be. As for the way, I've heard little details from Odeon, but that's all." "I see...Ah, we're here! In front of us is the door that I suppose can help him!" In front of them was a door made of old brown wood with gold trimmings around the edge and in the middle, the whole appearance was very noble. The special thing was that this door had no lock so that a key would fit in. In contrast, on the right, Ishizu did grab a torch mounted on the wall. Normally you would pull out a torch so you could use the light to see better but in contrast she just pushed it forward and down a little at the same time until it made a clicking sound. As with puzzles or horror games related to dungeons, the door moved to the left and opened the path to get inside.

After entering the 4, the door closed automatically and immediately the light on the ceiling went on. The chandeliers on the ceiling were seen to emit a beautiful and noble light in the form of flames, illuminating the room magnificently and elegantly. The walls were covered with shadows of light as well as the objects that were in the room like all the shelves, the tables and chairs and the stairs that gathered in the room. This room, which was larger than the office, resembled a library except that this was probably more of a private one because it looked like there hadn't been one here for a long time due to all the dust. That being said, there may have been minor traces of dusted handprints that are only slightly more lightly covered, that was at least a sign that it's been used, even if it's been a while. "Wow chic!" Yami said into the room and not to anyone. "And that for a small librarian room!" added Bakura.

After Ishizu explained to the 3 Yamis what kind of documents were on the shelves behind the door they had entered, she was able to give them a little more freedom to look around in the documents of the small museum library with a clear conscience. So Ishizu left the room and went outside into another door to continue working there, just on a different basis. Yami looked around right away and grabbed a papyrus scroll that crept into his field of vision. Marik planted himself in the chair at the table with a book and gave these writings his attention. While Bakura first takes the trouble to inspect the interior and to sort it out in his head right away from whether it would be useful or act as useless. After a while, while they continued to work in silence, brooding, sighing and impatience, after two hours they realized that they still hadn't found anything of value and are therefore no better off than before. The only valuable thing was still Ishizu's words and the theories that followed, even if they had to piece together small but many scraps, there were big problems in understanding the meaning. In the meantime, after the estimated thousandth document, they now thought about what they had learned with what they had read and figured something out, but their realization wasn't exactly clearer than before.

Going through Marik's books again and comparing Yami's and Bakura's things, he had to admit that something struck him as odd. It only became clearer when Yami and Bakura shared their belongings with each other. He quickly came to the conclusion that the different narratives of the books, each filled with different intentions, have a parallel to each other, but it would make sense to him if he looked at the two together and combined them. He kept the two of them fencing while he put the fragment pieces together. He couldn't jot everything down quickly right off the bat, but he managed to make a connection from what he had once he had the exact meaning. The now resolved fragment consisted of little anecdotes that said; The swallow of the night, the one who likes to rest in the midday sun, is hidden from the visible but to awaken the inner the adornment of the three is needed. Only then will the way open!

It seemed to him like a word riddle and it seemed that it was the signpost. The result after solving the puzzle was logical in retrospect. There was a pedestal at the end of the room surrounded by shelves full of books. The special thing about it, why it seems so obvious, was that the pedestal at the foot had pedestal holders ready, actually three pieces.

It makes sense to him but he also had to say that it wasn't difficult as it is very obvious to find if you have the right approach to it. On the one hand, he had previously seen manuscripts that reported on the title of the swallow of the night. The midday sun was too clear and meant light. For the part of the text with the words, is hidden from the visible but to awaken the inner the adornment of the three are used, in his eyes it means that what he is looking for is there but also kept hidden and fie pedestals and theirs deployable items would be key. That would mean that he had to use something there, the only question was what. From the shape of the plinths, you could assume that books had to be there, because otherwise they wouldn't make any sense, since nothing here is my key. And with that fact, he didn't have to think much about it to know exactly what he needed. He didn't need the other two, he would do it himself. He might have been forced to try something after stealing the two fonts, but there was nothing else as a viable alternative. Even before Bakura and/or Yami reacted to the fact that Marik stole something from them, he put in the two books, which he already found suspicious. At their three shocked faces, Bakura had to suppress a deep growl. Because as soon as he saw a secret opening appear on the pedestal, he felt a little better. With the empty space now covered, he was able to reach out and open it. He started reading the beginning briefly in his head before reading it aloud, realizing that this book is quite old in that it contains myths that have been dead for centuries, as soon as he could tell. The further he roughly looked through the pages backwards, the more he noticed that in the back part newer and more modern ones are listed and maybe even which ones could come in the future.

When Marik read the book aloud as the others couldn't since it seemed to be written in the language of shadows in the context of the ancient Egyptian language and Yami and Bakura didn't understand enough of the shadow language to be able to translate it like him the quasi im Shadowy was born.

While reading it quickly came out that some texts had small information gaps and parts of the inscription were missing. However, they knew roughly what it was about, which is why they described it themselves. In the end it is a mysterious prophecy overwhelm it was still unclear who it is about. The syntax was not really evident. In fact, the entry that caught her attention didn't seem all that long ago, which in the end can mean anything, good or bad.

While the three of them pondered, they barely heard Ishizu walk in, other manuscripts in hand. She approached them and raised an eyebrow at the scene before her. She overheard them to understand their words before revealing themselves. After another 10 minutes she let out a sigh, which got her attention from the three of them. "Oh, hey Hikari's big sister, back already? Did you find anything?" "Yes, a little, but as I see you were just as lucky!" "Yes Miss Ishtar, Marik had tracked down a secret book that contained all things that no longer exist as of today! From past to future's legends, myths, tales and other useful things! However, it is still unclear what they mean and It could end up being anything! It could even be related but we need to explore that a little more." Ishizu remained lost in thought for a moment, remaining silent for now to observe and confirm her theories. Ishizu's thought was that if what they suspect is true, Malik, Ryou and Yugi are also part of the visions, but the future of it is not yet certain and she also had a strong feeling that behind the simple cover of "The Swallow of the Night" there was more behind it is because she had heard of it before but had never read it but only heard rumors of pages being written on their own and newer prophecies being written.

In the end she did offer some advice which she might think the three of them might not like but it had to be. She interrupted the three of them and said, "I'd like to make a suggestion for now, for us it says we'll keep Yugi, Malik and Ryou out of the whole thing so we can get our heads straight." "According to me!" Bakura huffed "If I have to, then yes" Marik agreed "I'll try! But I'm not a fan of lying to my aibou! It's just okay as long as he stays safe!" Bakura rolls his eyes "Dude, what's going to happen?! There's nothing to fear here, nothing evil, nothing power-hungry or psychopathic anymore, remember?! And besides, if anyone knows about it, it's still me and the sandhead !" "It's okay, I know that, but you've looked at everything and if you assume that it's true, then we probably have a problem." "Well Pharaoh I agree with you but there is a way to get ahead of it. I recently felt a shock wave of power in the Tiles area which gave me kind of a flashback at that moment. I could now say that the power diet men millennium necklace so i think it might be possible for you too to feel or even see such moments, of course if you haven't already.""I'm not sure but recently I had an English draw but it was me something that I have something, someone yes the next eye smack disappeared as if nothing had happened. and there I had also felt something that seemed so familiar with him and Eva represents his power it could also depend heavily on my illenium side like you otherwise it was very similar to that." "I see, that's proof enough for me. That means I can say that if Marik had some kind of vision then it would be for you too both quite possible that something like this appears! That's why it will be important to try to analyze our own dreams and visions first!" Ishizu said. "And what about our lights if they also experience something like that?" "Maybe, it would be possible! But before we force them to agree and listen to their variations, we would have to get them to tell us something at all, like getting involved, which we don't want!" All 3 nodded in unison, in their own way and way based.

Ishizu sighed as she looked at her watch 'Shit, it's late, I have to work!' She grabbed her feet and headed for the exit, but when...when she realized she had one last thing to do. She waited a second and looked down at her book which she was still carrying around. Ishizu then turned around again but this time it wasn't something she had to say but something to give. She finally asked for Yami's hand to give him part of an inscription taken from her book. Then she did the same with the white-haired Yami and then the sandy-haired Yami. "Before I go, I ask you to take good care of the scriptures I just gave you and find out their uses!" confidently she then went one step further in front of the blond. "Marik, I'll ask you to come to me later as soon as my work is done, I think we still have something to talk about!" he smiled "All right, Hikari-Pretty's sister!" even her mouth twitched up "Okay well, see you then and have a nice day!" she finally left the room and returned to the inside of the museum where the first ones had already arrived.

"And I thought that cobra would be more defensive around you!" Bakura admitted as soon as Ishizu was out of earshot "Or that she would at least blow up" Yami agreed "And who knows, maybe even furious, hahaha, that would have been cool to see live!" "Oh Fluffy I thought the same thing up for you too to my shame you got off scot free! Oh what the heck!" Bakura rolled his eyes "Yeah, I'm fed up, I'll go ahead and do what you want!" "Wait, then we'll go together. After all, it's easy to get lost here!" Bakura rolls his eyes again at what Yami was saying "Whatever!"

As the latter, before they could go back, they had done a few things to make the room look untouched. They packed the most important things but decided not to tell anything else until the puzzle was solved, Ishizu wouldn't have allowed them to do it anyway so it has to be done in secret. All three agreed with this thought. Well then, leaving and locking the door, Marik took out his piece with curiosity and looked at it, he went further and questioned the words for each individual detail. The same then also applied to the other two who followed him and his actions.

There wasn't much written on it, but it struck him as odd that its script was written in the Language of Shadows and the second existing one in Modern Egyptian. Bakura, on the other hand, only had something like his first in Arabic and the second in English. The last one, Yami, kept his in Egyptian and the other in Japanese, but neither understood even those meanings, or at least the reference to anything...

Heroes(Egyptian)

born of light and darkness

whose determination and task it is

to keep the good and bad in the world in check

The Evil (Arabic)

consists of hate, despair, fear, anger and envy

that slumbers in each one more and another time less,

aimed at destroying the heroes

The Good (English)

prefers love, faithfulness, kindness, hope and forgiveness

with which every child grows up and is taught

Magic (Modern - Egyptian/Arabic)

a multitude of effects slumbering in it,

... are responsible for the ... magic,

... for the ... kind of magic,

however, it hides much... behind it.

A pure soul (Japanese)

It is capable of absorbing either of two kinds, either a pure soul of light or a side of darkness. Pure souls are hard to find as the good is sometimes stalked by darkness. This will break faster than others depending on the willpower of the soul. Which is why pure light souls don't have it easy. However, if a dark soul is attracted by a light soul that belongs to someone else, it does not repel it in this case but attracts it. It becomes clingy. This is the case when a soul has never come into contact with the opposite and whose souls are gaining the upper hand. As for the hero, he can face both the dark and the light side, as if in his soul there reside two personalities, good and evil, who can control.

The shadow (shadow)

it finally comes about through the light and so the shadow has the ability to eradicate the light because evil is hidden in it...

After they left the corridors, they saw in the sky, based on the position of the sun, that it was already afternoon. And according to her phone clock, to be more precise, it's 3:38 p.m. To their surprise, it didn't occur to them that the time passed so quickly, but since it was so late they had to call home as a precaution while they were leaving to let them know that they would be there in an hour. Of course, that's why their lights didn't have to worry about them or worry about what happened. Before Marik forgets, he also said that he would come a little later because he still had something to do. Which ended up being that while Yami and Bakura were on their way home, Marik Ishizu was helping out at the museum to keep him distracted until Malik had his sister time. Already looking forward to his Hikari-Pretty's face when he sees his Yami and sister getting along, he hopes it put him in a better light for his better self.
