A/N: This is not The Tales of version of Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods or Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes, but rather The Tales of version of a book I got of Greek and Roman Mythology I got in Rome Italy. The settings will be after 'The Tales of the Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus' so please read that before getting in this story. Think of this story as something to pass by until The Trials of Apollo books.
Alpos
Believe it or not, Dionysus is a formidable foe when he wants to be. Unfortunately I know him well enough to say he doesn't always want to. His Roman form isn't much better. So Alpos must have really screwed up then when he faced Dionysus.
Alpos was a giant from Sicilly. He had many arms and his head was covered by a hundred vipers.. He used to lie in wait for travelers, crush them beneath the rocks, and then eat them.
When Dionysus came into the district, Alpos attacked him, protected by a breastplate of a lump of rock, while his weapons of attack was a whole tree. Even with that he stood no chance as Dionysus hurled his thyrsus against Alpos, hitting him in the throat. It was said Alpos fell into the sea.
Not impress. That's okay. I wasn't either, but it's my job to mention it.
Next is a mother of the bearer of a curse that holds dear to my nephew Frank's heart. Unlike Frank though, this mother turned out not to be a good safe keeper for her son.
