A/N: This is not The Tales of version of Percy Jackson and the Greek Gods or Percy Jackson and the Greek Heroes, but rather The Tales of version of a book I got of Greek and Roman Mythology I got in Rome Italy. The settings will be after 'The Tales of the Heroes of Olympus: The Blood of Olympus' so please read that before getting in this story. Think of this story as something to pass by until The Trials of Apollo books.

Amphictyon

This guy may have tried to bite off more than he can chew a few times in his life but man did he leave an impact.

Amphictyon was the second son of Deucalion and Pyrrah. He had married one of the daughters of Cranaus, King of Athens, and expelled his father-in-law in order to reign in his stead.

He was himself banished by Erichthonius. Some traditions say that it was he who gave Athens its name and dedicate the city to Athena. During his reign Dionysus came to Attica, where he was the king's guest.

The foundation of the Amphictyonic League, the religious association in which envoys of all Greek cities met periodically at Delphi, is sometimes attributed to him. Before he assumed the throne of Athens, he is said to have been king of Thermopylae, the other place where the association met.

I will say this, I made peace for future generations of children of Poseidon and Athena over their rivalry that started with Athens, so I won't argue against this man.

Coming up is a name belonging to two people. One who the Trojan war and said to establish a number of oracles. The other is his nephew who knew Alcmaeon and founded Argos but not the one in Arolid.
