The view flies through the main central chamber of the Installation, through a rotating doorway, to find 343 Guilty Spark and the Master Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic teleporting in.
343 Guilty Spark: "We must collect the Index before we can activate the installation."
Scout thoughts on his knees and start throwing up from the teleportation.
Scout: god dammit... don't ever do that ever again I'm used to engineers teleporting but this kind of teleporting is makes my inside goes out..
Sniper: quit your whining..
343 Guilty Spark: seems by teleportation ability is not meant for people like you to handle..
Scout: I mean.. I'm used to other types of teleportation devices, but yours is rather advanced..

343 Guilty Spark is rather amazed of what he just heard that these humans were able to come with a cure for the flood not even fascinating further..

343 Guilty Spark: oh my I forgot to mention about these other flood forms that might be wandering around the facility the pure form, juggernaut form, tank form, Pod infector.. might actually be roaming around some place in the facility..
Scout: God damn.. and I could tell this is a lot way more into a horror seeing that we're in..
Sniper: yeah talk about these things really do not take a lot of a whole level of horror compared to marasmus..
Spy: right now we should continue and take a turn over here..
The Chief reaches, and goes through one of the rotating doors.
Master Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic emerges into the large central chamber. Flood forms emerge behind the walls and approach the Master Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic.
343 Guilty Spark: The energy field above us contains the Index. We must get up there.

Scout: and I'm guessing that this place has an elevator..

343 Guilty Spark: that is correct.. and that is why we must activate the defense system..
Sniper: a defense system you say how very interesting..
Spy: that's the one thing that actually concerns some of us..
They continue through the facility, going through another hallway.
343 Guilty Spark: You can see how the body has been transformed by the genetic restructuring of the Flood infection. The small creatures carry spores that cause a host to mutate. Scout felt a bit annoyed by Guilty Sparks antics of talking.
Spy kind of felt a bit guilty for unleashing a dangerous parasitic being such as the flood but however he didn't trust guilty spark.
Sniper, Pyro and Medic also felt the same thing as well of not trusting the light bulb.

The Monitor leaves temporarily, and soon returns to the Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic with the door open.
343 Guilty Spark: The Sentinels can use their weapons to manage the Flood only for a short time. Speed is of the essence.

The Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic goes into the first hallway of the third floor.
The Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic comes into another hallway, but this time it's large, open, cavernous.
The Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic enters another hallway.
Spark once again leaves and returns to the Master Chief among side Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic.
The Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic moves into yet another hallway, but this time with slightly more Flood forms.
The Chief among side Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic rides on the platform lift to the fourth floor.
343 Guilty Spark: The Flood are already hard at work repairing your vessel. Its parasitic nature belies the Flood's intelligence.
Scout: if that sounds so it seems that the flood will actually involve become even smarter...
Sniper: I have to admit that as well if they were actually dumb then that's fine but become a Smart that will making a lot difficult...
343 Guilty Spark: I agree, that we can't allow the flood to evolve or get off this ring as well
Spy: and I'm guessing that this is the more reason to activate Halos defense systems..
Pyro muffled voice: (I mean it seems quite obvious for him to be serious enough for us to actually activate the defense system for the outbreak that we have Unleashed..)
Medic: I know but why not try the and Alternate Solution by making a cure..
The Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic clears the route to the Index platform, fending off several remaining Flood forms. He reaches the platform.
The platform moves down to the lowest floor.
343 Guilty Spark: The energy barrier surrounding the Index will deactivate when we reach the ground floor.
Scout: well thank God we managed to make it this far without even getting infected by those Undead bastards..
Sniper: at least we can finally get the index...
343 Guilty Spark: precisely my reclaimers the index is the key to activate the Halo systems in order to destroy the parasites..
Spy: if the index was really worth this trouble then why not come with an alternative solution in order to come over to cure or vaccine for this bio outbreak..
343 Guilty Spark: well you see it with your medical opinion was able to come up with a cure on like my creators at the time didn't really had much to do in order to have enough time to study it or come up with a cure for about sometime...
Pyro muffled voice: (well that explains last thing that medic was able to come up with a cure quickly or than your so-called creators or the forerunners..)
Medic: well of course I can understand that the four understand really have enough time it come with a chore because of the outbreak that was happening, before we came...
The platform's bottom ledges interlock with the ridges below, and it finally comes to a halt.
343 Guilty Spark: You may now retrieve the Index.
The Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic walks slowly over to the Index, which is held in a protective sheath. The sheath unlocks itself as its sections move outwards before the Index itself pops slightly out of the top of the sheath. The Chief removes it and stares at it for a moment before 343 Guilty Spark zaps it from the Chief's hands and into some sort of trans-dimensional storage chamber inside the Monitor's body.
Sniper: Oi! What's the big idea you bloody wanker!
343 Guilty Spark: Protocol requires that I take possession of the Index for transport. Your organic form renders you... vulnerable to infection. The Index must not fall into the hands of the Flood, before we reach the Control Room and activate the installation.
343 Guilty Spark said control room Chief, Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic went silent only to remember that Cortana and the others were there.
Spy whispering: * for some weird reason I got a bad feeling that things aren't going to go well with him and Cortana..*
Scout whispering: * you're telling me as well because I get the feeling that he might actually try to stabbed Us in the back..*
Spark and the Chief among side Scout, Sniper, Spy, Pyro and Medic teleport away from the platform.
343 Guilty Spark: "The Flood is spreading! We must hurry!"
