The intro ends with Ash throwing a Poké Ball before a title that says "Loudémon" appears on screen.

It starts off with the boat moving from side to side. It then cuts to Ash and his friends trying to get the Poké Ball only for him and his friends to be flown to a room. People watched from outside as the ship flipped over and began to sink below in the water. Team Rocket was then seen laying unconscious on the ship.

Narrator: "Holy Titanic! Just as a Loudémon pirating plan is prevented by Ash and his friends, catastrophe strikes the St. Anne! The cruise ship capsizes with them trapped onboard! Team Rocket also faces the same horrible fate as the once proud St. Anne plunges deeper and deeper into the depths of the sea! Could this be how it ends?

On the surface, a rescue boat was seen in the middle of the ocean and Officer Jenny was seen on the boat holding some flowers.

Officer Jenny: "At first, we thought all the passengers had gotten safely off the ship. But we have just discovered that five people are missing. Ash, Misty, Brock, Jessie, and James. It made all of us sad to think that these young Loudémon trainers have had their promising careers cut tragically short. May these flowers honour your memory."

She throws the flowers into the water as it floats in the surface.

Officer Jenny: "A salute."

Her and a few soldiers gave the salute and the other soldier was playing a bugle, the flower then sinks to the bottom of the ocean. In the ship, Ash was unconscious. Brock and Misty try to wake him up

Brock: "Hey, Ash! Answer me"

Misty: "Wake up, Ash! Wake up"

Lincoln: "Come on, Ash wake up

Ash manages to open his eyes.

Ash: (groans) "What?"

It then cuts to Ash's POV (Point Of View) which shows an upside down view of his friends

Brock: "Hey, are you feeling okay, Ash?"

Lincoln: "You were out like a light"

Ash: "What? Oh, brother! What are you talking about am I feeling okay? You guys are the ones who are upside down."

Misty: "You're definitely the one upside down

And he was proven correct as he fell down from the sofa and landed on Lincoln.

Lincoln: "Ow, why did you have to land on me?"

Ash: "Oh, will someone tell me what in the world happened?"

Misty: "Just take a look out the window!"

He gets up from the ground and sees some fish swimming outside of the boat.

Ash: "Fish swimming? This can't be. But that must mean that this ship has sunk!"

The scene zooms out which shows the boat on the edge of a rock. It then cuts to a view of the beach which shows Jessie and James relaxing on the beach

Jessie: "To protect the world from devastation"

James: "To unite all people within our nation"

Jessie & James: "To denounce the evils of truth and love, To extend our reach to the stars above!"

Jessie: "Ah, Jessie"

James: "James with a perfect tan."

Jessie: "There's nothing like a tropical vacation."

James: "The blue sea."

Jessie: "The white sand."

James: "And the blazing sun above."

Jessie: "Ah. The sun"

The scene then switches to a view of the sun.

James: "Yes that blazing sun. Fiery and burning and burning. Burning. BURNING!"

Jessie: "Something's really burning!"

It turns out that they were dreaming on the beach as Ronnie Anne was seen in front of them

Ronnie Anne: "You guys picked a bad place for a nap!"

They wake up and realized that Ronnie Anne was right as they saw the fire coming towards them. Their hair is then on fire which made them panic trying to get the fire off their hair. They soon find water and soak themselves in the water to extinguish the fire on their hair. After that they exit the room and realized everything was upside down.

Jessie: "Why is everything upside down?"

Ronnie Anne: "The ship capsized and sank while you two were sleeping!"

Jessie & James: "What?!"

James: "We've got to abandon ship immediately!"

Ronnie Anne: "I hate to say this but it won't be so easy to get off while the ship's underwater!"

James: "Ah! The ship sunk! We're doomed!"

Jessie: "Calm down, James! (Takes out a Poké Ball) I've already thought of a way to get us out of here. (Throws the Poké Ball) Carl!"

The Poké Ball opens up and Carl pops out of the Poké Ball.

Carl: "Reporting for duty, Jessie."

Jessie: "Ok Carl, we need you to open a hole in the floor! We'll use it to escape!"

Carl: "You got it!"

Ronnie Anne: "Wait! Don't do that!"

Carl takes out a drill and starts to drill through the floor only for water to start entering the boat.

Ronnie Anne: "Didn't I tell you guys that were sinking? Think we need another hole on this ship"

Carl: "Didn't see that coming I guess."

Jessie & James are then caught in the water and the entire floor was flooded trapping Jessie, James, Ronnie Anne and Carl underwater. Meanwhile Ash and his friends were at a stairwell that was flooded as well.

Ash: "What are we supposed to do? The ship's leaking everywhere!"

Misty: "We've got to keep calm! As long as there's air in here it'll take time to fill up with water."

Brock: "Sure, but we better not waste anytime escaping."

Misty: "Well, we can either go up or down."

Ash: "Well, if we're sinking, then up would definitely be better. And if the ship is flipped upside down."

Misty: "The deck is below us and the ship's bottom is up above our heads!"

Ash: "Then we have to dive down to the deck!"

Lincoln: "I guess that makes sense"

Brock: "But if we dive down to the deck and come across a dead end, then we're done for!"

Ash was shocked. It then shows what would happen to Ash if he never made it out. The scene goes back to reality.

Ash: "So how are we supposed to know?"

Misty: (holding a Poké Ball) "Water is my specialty. Go, Adelaide"

She throws the Poké Ball and Adelaide pops out in her swim suit.

Adelaide: "Alright, where should I do"

Misty: "Adelaide, please do us a favour and dive down to the deck, if you find a way off the ship bring something back from outside!"

Adelaide: "Ok, I'm on it"

She puts on her goggles and dives into the water and began to swim to the deck searching for a way out.

Adelaide: "Let's see, there should be a way out of here somewhere."

She notices that her path was blocked by a bunch of stuff.

Adelaide: "Dang it, looks like I'll have to find another way around"

She goes into the opposite direction but notices that Team Rocket was just floating unconscious.

Adelaide: (screams) "I GOTTA THEM TO THE SURFACE RIGHT AWAY!

On the deck, Ash and his friends were waiting for Adelaide to return.

Ash: "What's taking Adelaide so long?"

Misty: "I guess she can't find a way out."

Lincoln: "Well, I guess were doomed then."

Brock: "I don't think so Lincoln, I hear her coming."

An unconscious James rises to the surface along with Jessie and Ronnie Anne which caused Ash, Misty, Brock and Lincoln to freak out.

Adelaide: "Sorry guys, I just found these three floating in the deck."

Ash: "Team Rocket?"

Brock: "They look terrible"

They spit some water out and slowly wake up.

Jessie: (in dizzy tone) "Prepare, prepare for trouble."

James: (in dizzy tone) "Yes, make it double."

They look above them and sees Ash and his friends standing behind them causing them get off the ground immediately and take out their Poké Balls

Jessie & James: "You!"

Jessie: "We've got you brats cornered"

Brock: (holding his Poké Ball) "So you followed us all the way to the bottom of the sea!"

Jessie: "Carl"

James: "CJ"

Jessie & James throw their Poké Balls and Carl & CJ popped out of their Poké Balls.

Carl & CJ: "Alright fellas, your going down big time"

Ash & Brock: (in unison) "Here we go!"

They throw their Poké Balls and then Lola, Lana, Lisa and Zach came right out.

Lola: "Prepare to be dazzled!"

Lana: "We've got you now!"

Lisa: "Time to take you two down!"

Zach: "Let's do this!"

Ash: "Alright, a match!"

Unfortunately they spoke too soon as the boat began to move to the right. They slid down the same way the boat was moving and crashed into a wall.

Misty: "This ship will roll if we don't do something quick!"

Ash: "Lana, Lisa, Lola, Zach, CJ, Carl to the other side of the ship!"

They quickly move to the other side of the ship only for them to be slid to the left.

Ash: "To the other side! To the other side!"

They go back to the other side but the same thing happens to them and they all slid to the right.

Zach: "Guys, wait for me! Don't leave me hanging!"

Brock: "Zach! Come back to this side!"

The boat starts moving left and right repeatedly, after that Lola, Lana, Lisa, Zach, Carl, and CJ were on one side while Ash, Misty, Brock, Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, Jessie and James were on the other side.

Misty: "You guys, call back your Loudémon!"

Ash: "But Team Rocket will beat us if we call our Loudémon back!"

Brock: "He's right!"

Lola: "Sweetie, I think Misty has a point, maybe calling us back might solve our little problem. We can worry about fighting later."

Misty: "See, even Lola agrees. We can't worry about that right now! We've got worse troubles!"

Ash & Brock: "Alright, that makes sense"

They take out their Poké Balls and recall Zach and Lana, followed by Lola and Lisa.

Misty: "Call your Loudémon back too!"

Jessie: "Why should we listen to you twerps?"

James: "We have a battle to finish!"

Carl: "I hate to say this you should listen to her!"

CJ: "We can't do this on our own"

Jessie: "Oh great, you two are going to agree to her? In that case Ronnie Anne talk some sense into them!"

Ronnie Anne: "I'm afraid that I agree what Misty is saying, she has a point"

Misty: "What's more important, a Loudémon battle or your life!"

They were soon convinced

Jessie: "Oh right. Good Point."

They recall Carl and CJ back to their Poké Balls. Soon, the boat begins to level and they all sigh of relief.

Misty: "Okay then, we all agree there won't be any battles for now. Let's work together!"

She immediately notices that Ash, Brock, Jessie, James, Lincoln and Ronnie Anne are glaring angrily at each other

Misty: "Come on, now, shake hands!"

Jessie: "No way I'm working with you twerps We'll find our own way out"

Misty: "Can't we all just get along for now, we need to work together if we are gonna get out of here alive!"

Jessie, James, Ash, Brock, Lincoln & Ronnie Anne: "Alright fine!"

Ash and Jessie shake hands

Jessie: "This is just a temporary truce until we get out of this mess."

Ash: "Better believe it!"

Brock and James were then seen shaking hands too. As for Lincoln and Ronnie Anne, they glared and rolled their eyes at each other

Ronnie Anne: "Alright Lame-o, we'll let this slide for now but don't get used to this!"

Lincoln: (groans) "Don't even think about leaving us behind for this!"

He decided to shock Ronnie Anne which caused her to shriek.

Misty: "Lincoln!"

Lincoln: "Alright alright jeez"

Jessie: "It's agreed we work together."

Ash: "Now, we gotta think of some way to escape!"

Misty: "Leave it to me! I forgot to mention, I built my own St. Anne once."

Brock: "Really?"

Misty: "It was a model"

Ash: "Oh, great."

Misty: "That's how I learned all about the structure of the St. Anne"

The scene then shows a view of the ship's map.

Misty: "Since the way to the deck is blocked we'll have to climb to the bottom of the ship. We can cut a hole in the hull. That's how we'll escape."

Ash: "Well, at least it's a plan anyway."

Brock notices a stairwell

Brock: "Look, there's a stairwell over there! (Throws a Poké Ball) Whitney! make a staircase!"

She pops out and immediately builds a ladder that reaches the bottom of the ship.

Whitney: "Alright, it's ready"

Everyone climbs up the ladder.

Brock: "Let's hurry."

Ash: "Right."

Lincoln: "Come on!"

Misty: "Let's move it or lose it!"

Jessie, James & Ronnie Anne: "Yes, ma'am."

They proceed up the ladder and soon they come across the dark hallway on the ship.

Brock: "The lights are out, I can't see anything!"

Ash: "Let me handle it! Lana, I choose you!"

Lana pops out of the Poké Ball

Lana: "Don't worry everyone, leave it to me. I'll light the way."

She holds a torch in her hand as she leads the gang in the dark hallway

Ash: "So where does this hall lead to?"

Misty: "This corridor leads to the engine room. And that's where the hull is the thinnest. With a little luck, we should be able to cut our way through."

They soon open the door and find that the engine room was on fire

Lana: "I must admit that's a lot of fire down there."

Ash: "This is no good! It's impossible to cross the engine room!"

James: "Jessica?"

Jessie: "Yes, James?"

James: "Whoever said Beauty doesn't last must have been thinking of us."

Jessie: "I'll always remember what a wonderful dresser you were."

James: "So will I!"

Misty: "Will you two knock it off?! There's gotta be some way to get off this ship! There must be some angle we haven't thought of yet."

Ash: "Think, Ash! Lincoln! Do you have any ideas?"

Lincoln: "How about you use Lola? Maybe she can help us get across."

Ash: "Actually that's not a bad idea, she'll be perfect. Lola! I choose you!"

Lola comes out of the Poké Ball

Lola: "I'm ready to go"

Ash: "Alright, Lola! We need you to extend your arms to the other side of the engine room!"

Lola: "You got it Ash."

She extends her hands to the other door in the engine room.

Lola: "Ok, I'm all set here."

Ash: "Good job Lola!"

Misty: "That was a great idea, Ash!"

Brock: "Yeah, we can use her arms as a bridge to get to the other side!"

Ash: "Let's get out of here!"

They are now on Lola's arms trying to get to the other side. James stood paranoid at the fire below.

James: "I can't cross that inferno. Jessie and Ronnie Anne, you go ahead! I'm staying here!"

Jessie: (slaps James) "James, James, James, James, James, snap out of it! How long do you think you'd last on this side? Now, let's go, we'll cross together."

James: "Oh, Jessie, please don't abandon me."

Jessie: "Don't worry, I won't leave you!"

Ash: "Hey, Team Rocket!"

They turn themselves and saw that Ash and his friends were on the other side.

Lola: "You should walked while you had the chance."

Jessie, James & Ronnie Anne: "Wait! Don't leave us! Send back your arms!"

They soon made it to the other side after Lola reached out to get them and started to catch their breath.

Ronnie Anne: "Now I know what a toasted marshmallow feels like."

Ash: "Hey, no time to take a break."

Misty: "We've got to get out of this ship quick!"

Ash: "Right. Lana, I choose you!"

He sends Lana out once again.

Ash: "Lana, we need you to weld through the metal hull of this ship with your fire breath"

Lana: "Well, you asked the right girl right here. I'll have a hole in the hull in no time"

She inhales and spits the fire out towards the hull and starts making a square shaped hole.

Misty: "Okay, listen up. Grab hold of a Water Loudémon and swim to the surface!"

Brock: "Yeah, right. Got it, Ash?"

Ash: "I'll be okay with Lisa."

Jessie: "Hey don't forget about us! What are we supposed to do?"

Misty: "Just grab a water Loudémon!"

Ronnie Anne: "Water Loudémon?!"

Ash: "It's almost burned through."

Lana finishes making the hole in the hull and then the hull breaks open which caused the water to enter the ship. Lana tried to run away to avoid being soaked in water.

Lana: "A little help here, I don't wanna be soaked in water."

Ash: (holds a Poké Ball) "Return, Lana"

The Poké Ball absorbs Lana back inside. Soon Brock tied himself up with Sam, Misty tied herself to Adelaide and Ash and Lincoln tied themselves to Lisa

Ash: "Now, let's go Lisa"

Lisa: "Alright, you might want to hold your breath till we get to the surface. It's gonna get a little rough on the way."

Ash: "Follow us, Team Rocket."

They disappear into the water.

Jessie: "Hold on! We haven't got the right Loudémon."

Ash and his friends make their way to the surface, more and more water enter the ship.

Ronnie Anne: "I hate water. Especially wet water."

Jessie: "We're in big trouble! We can't escape without water Loudémon!"

James was heard laughing offscreen

Jessie: "You're laughing? I don't see what's so funny, James."

Ronnie Anne: "The poor guy must be cracking up, just like the ship."

James: "You really made fun of me but who's got the last laugh now? Well, a true genius is never appreciated until there's trouble! I knew we'd need this in tight spot! Look!"

He shows them the golden Poké Ball.

Ronnie Anne: "No way!"

Jessie: "Could it be?"

Jessie & Ronnie Anne: (in unison) "Magikarp! We're not worthy!"

James: "Feast your eyes on the king of carp, Magikarp!"

Jessie: "You're the best, James."

Ronnie Anne: "I take back the jokes. From now on, I'll treat you with the respect you deserve."

James: "Hmm, better late than never. It's time, Magikarp!"

He throws the Poké Ball and Magikarp pops out of the Poké Ball.

James: "Lucky for us I bought this even if it cost next month's salary."

Jessie: "Enough bragging just tie yourself on."

Ronnie Anne: "We gotta escape!"

Team Rocket ties themselves to the Magikarp

James: "Alright, Magikarp let's escape!"

Unfortunately the fish didn't make a single movement.

Jessie: "Don't tell me this fish can't swim."

Ronnie Anne: "Forget swim, it can barely splash."

Jessie: "We're doomed!"

Suddenly, even more water entered the boat as it was filling up fast and Team Rocket were swept away inside the now flooded ship.

Jessie, James, & Ronnie Anne: "Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"

The ship made it's final movement before coming off the rock and sinking down to the bottom of the sea. It disappeared from view. Then the scene fades to the surface where Ash and his friends were waiting for Team Rocket to come to the surface.

Ash: "I wonder why Team Rocket still hasn't surfaced."

Misty: "Do you think they're still trapped inside?"

Lincoln: "I think maybe they are, who knows?"

Brock: "There's nothing more we can do except try to find some dry land."

Ash: "Let's see. Nothing, but ocean in every direction. And no way to tell which direction to go."

Brock: "I remember the story of Noah who, when he had to find dry land sent a bird to find it and return with a branch."

Ash: "What a great idea. We're gonna do the same thing as Noah. (Throws a Poké Ball) Luan, I choose you!"

Luan pops right out floating in the air.

Ash: "Luan, bring us back whatever you find!"

Luan: "Ok, I'll be ride back (laughs) get it?"

She proceeds to go find some land.

Ash: "We're counting on you, Luan."

Lincoln: "Be careful, Luan."

She flies above the ocean to find some land.

Luan: "There's gotta be land around here somewhere. (Notices something below her) Wait, what that down there?"

She descends and notices the Magikarp floating with the unconscious Jessie, James, and Ronnie Anne.

Luan: (shrieks) "Oh no, this can't be good! I gotta tell Ash about this!"

When she got back with Team Rocket and the Magikarp, Team Rocket just laid there while the Magikarp just flopped around on the wooden raft.

Misty: "They weren't able to make it."

Ash: "Not even Team Rocket deserved this."

Brock: "Yeah. I guess the only descent thing to do is give them a traditional burial at sea."

Ash: "That's right. It's our duty, even if they were our enemies."

Just when they thought they were dead, they immediately got up while Ronnie Anne was sent flying into the water.

Ash, Misty, & Brock: (screams) "Zombies!"

James: "Who are you calling zombies?!"

Jessie: "We are not Zombies"

Ronnie Anne: "Somebody help! My clothes are getting wet"

It turns out she was faking as she managed to pull herself onto the boat.

Lincoln: "I should have known, you were trying to do that pull me in!"

Later that night, everyone was asleep on the boat while the Magikarp just flopped around on the boat. The next day when they woke up, they were very hungry but unfortunately they didn't have any food with them.

Ash: "I'm so hungry."

Brock: "It seems like forever since we last ate."

Misty: (furiously) "If I'd known I was gonna be starving I would've stuffed my face full when I was on the St. Anne!"

James: "Oh I want some food."

Jessie: "Stop it!"

Ronnie Anne: (depressed) "Yeah, that whining only makes you feel hungrier."

They all stare at the flopping fish and their mouths began to water

Ash: "Gotta eat something like filleted carp."

Brock: "Or fried carp."

Lincoln: "Or a carp burger."

Jessie: "Fresh marinated carp."

James: "Carp flambe"

Ronnie Anne: "Or how about some carp salad."

They all surround the Magikarp that's just flopping around.

Ronnie Anne: "That's it Dinner is now served!"

She lunges towards the fish to take a bite only for her teeth to start hurting.

Ronnie Anne: "OW, MY TEETH. I THINK I INJURED MY OWN TEETH!"

Misty: (to Ronnie Anne) "I wouldn't' try that again if were you. (To Ash) Check your Pokédex cause Magikarp is just scales and bones."

Ronnie Anne: "I wish you'd told me that sooner."

James: "Not only can this fish no swim it's not even good for eating!"

Jessie: "See, I told you buying it was stupid"

James: "Yeah, your right! You good for nothing fish! I don't want to be your master!"

He kicks the Magikarp into the water and the fish just stood there splashing in the water.

James: "Good riddance, Magikarp."

Misty: "I feel sorry for it."

Suddenly they began to notice that the fish began to glow entirely white and it began changing shape as it began to rise. It was then revealed that Magikarp was now a blue sea monster and roared. Upon seeing it, Ash and the gang freaked out at what happened.

James: "What is that?!"

Misty: "Now you've done it! Magikarp has evolved into Gyarados!"

Jessie: "Gyarados?! I miss Magikarp."

Lincoln: "Oh, crud! We're doomed!"

Ronnie Anne: "You can say that again!"

Ash takes out the Pokédex

Dexter: "Gyarados. This sea creature has a vicious temperament so use extreme caution. It's fangs can crush stones and it's scales are harder than steel."

James: "I'm James, your master. Obey me."

Gyarados roared at James causing him to yelp in fear

Jessie: "Dimwit, if you're the master don't act like your scared of it!"

James: "But I am scared!"

Misty: "Adelaide! Sid! Sam!"

All 3 of them pop out of the Poké Ball

Adelaide: "Alright!"

Sam: "Let's do this!"

Sid: "We're ready!"

Brock: "How will you battle it?"

Misty: "My strategy is… RUN AWAY! Guys try to get us away from that Gyarados!"

Adelaide, Sam & Sid: (in unison) "Right!"

They were soon running on top of the water's surface fleeing from the huge Gyarados

Everyone: "Heave ho! Heave ho! Heave ho!"

Gyarados chased after them while everyone was trying to use oars to go faster but it was no use as Gyarados was gaining up on them.

Ash, Misty & Brock: "Faster! Faster!"

The Gyarados came to a stop while Ash and his friends came to a stop just a few feet away from it. It then roars loudly and the gang find out what was going to happen.

Ash: "What's it doing?"

Brock: "It just evolved, maybe it's tired out!"

Jessie & James: (in unison) "We made it!"

Misty: "Unless the stories are true."

Ash: "What are you talking about, Misty?"

Dark clouds begin to appear

Misty: "Sailors tell terrible stories about the Gyarados. I think this might be, it may be Dragon Rage!"

Ash, Brock, Jessie & James: "Dragon Rage?!"

Gyarados roars again and more and more Gyarados appear from underneath the water which made the gang freak out.

James: "Help! We're Gyarados bait!"

Ronnie Anne: "We're doomed."

Lincoln: "Yep, we are definitely doomed."

The Gyarados' are then seen circle around

Ash: "Hey, what are they doing?"

Misty: "Dragon Rage! Gyarados' ultimate attack"

They circle even faster which started to form a cyclone out of water

Everyone: "Here it comes!"

Brock: "Let's go!"

Misty: "No one's ever gotten away from Dragon Rage!"

Ash: "Whoa! This is it!"

Lincoln & Ronnie Anne: "Brace for impact!"

The tornado hits the raft and sucks everyone into the cyclone. Jessie, James & Ronnie Anne were flown away in the tornado while Ash and his friends held hands to make sure that they wouldn't let go.

Ash: "Hey, Brock, Misty, Lincoln whatever happens, don't let go!"

They held their hands tightly.

Lincoln: "Hang on tightly!"

Shortly afterwards they all let go of their hands as they were sent further into the cyclone. It then showed an up close look of Ash spinning in the cyclone before showing a full view of the cyclone

Narrator: "Their underwater escape ends with our heroes trapped in a water cyclone. Talk about a fiendish twist of fate! With things spiralling out of control will Ash and his friends ever make it to dry land again?"
