"I swear, the nerve of the mayor's wife! I can't believe she has done those lies." Alisa pouted.
"Seriously. Not to mention that detective was nothing more than of an amateur." Machias cross his arm.
"Seriously." Avery sighed. "At least we're out of-"
"H-hey hey hey!" A voice yelled out to them and then appeared Jr. Troopa.

(Paper Mario ost - Jr. Troopa)
"You got to be kidding me." Levi pinch his noise.
"That's right! I'm back! I been waiting for you out here in this cold! So you have any idea how freezing out here it is!?" Jr. Trooper exclaimed.
"So you waited out here to ambush us?" Sara said with a deadpin look on her face.
"That's right! I'll-" "Aboma!" An Abomasnow came out and looked at Jr. Troopa. "Snow!"
"Ab-ab-ab-ab… ABOMINABLE SNOWMAN! AAAAAAAAAAAH!" Jr. Troopa screamed, running away screaming and going past the gang.
"…Bomba?" Abomasnow blinked, looking at the group with a confused look.
"Ignore him. He like to cause trouble." Levi said.
"Bomba. Aboma?" The Abomasnow pointed at the campfire with a few Eevees, Kangaskhan, Teddiursa, and Ursaring.
"Thanks for the offer, but we're heading towards Starborn Valley." Sara said.
"Abomasnow." Abomasnow nodded before return to his fellow pokemon.

(Resuming Shiver Snowfield)
"Okay, what was that?" Avery blicked.
"That's a pokemon called Abomasnow. As you notice. It was friendly and offer to take us for a warm campfire. But we're heading to Starborn Valley so we refuse." Levi explained.
"Remind me to look into more about pokemon." Lysithea said as they continue onward.
They walked ahead the snowy road and saw several snowmen in front of a wall, seeing one without a scarf and one without a bucket for a hat, but they paid no mind to that and they walked off.
They arrived at the path was a solar radiation resembling the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) can be seen in the sky.
"Wow… it's so beautiful here…" Alisa smiled.
"I've never seen something beautiful as this." Lysithea said.
"Even the valley look radiant." Annette said.
"I agree. Despise the cold, the scenery is just magnificent." Ferdinand nodded.
"I certainly won't forget something this beauitful." Edelgard said in Byleth's pocket.
As they walk near Starborn Valley, they across some Ice Piranhas and Gulpits as they disposed of them and went on their way
"Booooooaaaaah!" Suddenly a voice stop their tract and then they came across some kind of dark cloud monster.

(Paper Mario ost - Monstar appears)
"Turn baaaaack! Turn BAAAAAACK!"
"What… the heck is that supposed to be?" Luigi asked, surprisingly not scared.
"I am Monstar! Fear meeeee or I shall eat yooooooou!"
"I'm surprised you're not scared of this Luigi." Sara said.
"Something about this monster doesn't feel very scary…" Luigi admitted.
"Yeah, I'm not getting any "scary" vibes to this." Mario said.
"Seriously." Lysithea nodded
"You will be scared… right as I use… THIIIIIIIS!" Monstar yelled, unleashing a Star storm on them.
"INNNCOMING!" Avery yelled as they ducked… as the Starstorm hit them… but it had the same power as a light breeze with a slight… pinch to it.
"Uh… ow?" Rean said with a raised eyebrow.
"Mwahahaha! Do you fear me now?! Turn baaaaack!"
"If I may." Hanneman said, cast a lighting storm spell on Monstar… and it evaporated, turning into a bunch of Star Spirits.
"AAAAAAH! RETREAT!" A Star Spirit yelled as they ran off.
"Huh, they were just some harmless kids." Ferdinand said
"Well now I feel bad that I feel like I spank them." Hanneman frowned as they walked into Starborn Valley, where a wizard awaited them.

(Paper Mario ost - Starborn Valley)
"Ah, Mario and company, I've been expecting you."
"Merlon? How did you get here so fast?" Millium asked.
"No, have you already forgotten? This is his son Merle." Jusis corrected
"That is correct, I am his son, Merle." He said. "Please, come into my home. There is much to discuss." He requested as he guided them to his home while they saw a few Toads and Ninjis taking care of the Star kids. "Oh, and I must apologize for the rude reception of the Star kids that attacked you, none of us expected that you all come so quickly. They wanted to keep this valley safe from Bowser's followers."
"I thought that might be the case. I understand how they feel. I also want to defend my home from anyone who would harm it." Gaius said as he place his hand to his chest.
"I'm sure they'll be happy to hear that." Merle said to Gaius as they enter his house and some of them sit down. "Now… you are probably wondering why that Ninji came to the Mushroom Kingdom. I sent him there to coax you into coming into this place, for I have found out where the last Star Spirit was. It came to me in the dream… vision of the Last Star Spirit begging me for help."
"Where is it?" Mario asked.
"At the top of Shiver Mountain, which is to the north, lies the Crystal Palace. That is where the last Star Spirit awaits."
"The Crystal Palace?" Hanneman rub his beard.
"The Crystal Palace was originally built to honor the Stars… but as time passed, it slowly faded from the memories from the people. Nowadays, no one remembers how to reach it."
"Oh, that's a shame. I would love to see the Crystal Palace and tell everyone about it." Annette said
"And yet, knowing from our adventures, one of Bowser's followers has infiltrated the place and claimed it for themselves." Laura cross her arm.
"That's no doubt possible. But the question is which one this time?" Jusis wondered.
"Hmm… Probably who can handle the cold. Like an ice monster or something." Millium said.
"But how can we get into the top of Shiver Mountain to reach the Crystal Palace?" Ferdinand asked.
"There is a way, though, and it involves items that have been passed down in generations, take these." Merle said, giving them a scarf and a bucket. "This scarf has been in our family for generations and this bucket… was recently returned from the mayor."
"But how can a scarf and a bucket get us to the crystal palace?" Yuri asked.
"Oh! Maybe the snowmen we saw on the way must be gatekeepers that can lead us to the crystal palace!" Avery informed them.
"Yes, that's likely possible. In that case, go to the snowmen and place the scarf and bucket there. In addition that relates to the Crystal Palace, there's supposed to be a shrine somewhere along the path to the Crystal Palace. And the legend that has been handed down in this valley regarding the shrine's secret: "Truth lies not only in the eyes; sometimes even the walls may lie." He said.

"What does that mean exactly?" Millium asked.
"It may be a riddle that can lead us to the Crystal Palace. If we can find the Shrine, we might find a way to the Crystal Palace." Emma said.
"No doubt about it." Rean nodded. "Thank you Merle."

"Safe travels, my friends." Merle said as they waved goodbye and then they walked back to where the snowmen were at, putting the scarf around the neck of one snowman and putting a bucket on another Snowman's head.
"Thank you! Now we will never be frozen!" Both of them said.
"...Please tell me I'm not the only one who heard that." Lysithea said.
"We all heard it… which is so cool!" Millium cheered
The Snowmen moved out of the way to reveal a secret door in front of them.
"Ooooh!" Annette grinned.
"Alright, let's-a go!" Mario said as they nodded and ran into the door, heading toward the Crystal Palace.

(Paper Mario ost - Over Shiver Mountain)
As they start climbing the mountains. Lysithea begin to complain.
"Ugh… why did I have to be the stairs…" Lysithea panted.
"Are you feeling okay Lysithea?" Ferdinand asked.
"I'm fine… I'm not used to this." She said as they walked out of the cave and kept walking until they came across a gap with a ! block in front of them.
"Oh, let me handle this!" Alisa said, bringing out her Orbal Bow and then hit the ! switch and a new path has open. "There we go." She said as she walk forward but notice everyone just stare at her. "What are you looking at?" She asked and ten turned and see the clone. "AAAAH!"

(Mario and Luigi Dream Team ost - Comedic Curtains)
"Another me?! No, that's impossible! Who the heck are you?!"
"Me?! I should be the one asking you! Where the heck did you come from?!"
"I been here the whole time shooting the switch to get across!"
"Did you? How do you know you're just some impostor?!"
"Because I'm the original!"
"No I am!"
"Me!"
"No, me!"
"GUYS HELP ME OUT HERE!" The two yelled.
"Are you both trying to cause an avalanche?" Levi asked as they both covered their mouth as they tilt their heads to the left and nothing happened and let out a sigh.
"Wow! That's super cool! Alisa, when did you create a copy of yourself?" Millium asked.
"I didn't even have a copy!"
"When did you even draw to that conclusion?"
"Oh? So… is she your hidden twin sister?"
"NO!"
"Oh my… this is a big problem…" Emma sweatdrop.
"They both same and react the same… how can we still which one is which?" Laura asked.
"Oh! I know! Hey Alisa! Why not let the boys take a sneak peak of your panties!" Millium suggest.
"Are you out of your mind?!" Both of them exclaimed as they blushed as red.
"Huh… I thought Alisa would react differently."
Jusis palm face "And how exactly does that help?"
"Hmm…" Levi snap his finger because he already figure out who's the real Alisa. But he got an idea. "Hey Alisa, when was the last time you and Rean been on a date?"
"Huh?!" Rean blushed.
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
"Uh… It was last thursa-"
"Laura." Levi smirked
"Yes?" Laura turn to Levi.
Levi sweatdrop. "That was a sign to hit the left one."
"Are you certain I should do that?"
Levi palmface. "Never Mind." Levi pointed his finger and shoot a beam of light the other, knocking her out and then revealing to be a Duplighost.
"OW! How did you know it was me?!"
"Because Rean and Alisa aren't even dating to begin with." Levi said. "I was going to do something to make Alisa mad but both might react the same. Oh wait, both might react the same but one might think one was cheating on her. Ah damnit… I miss that chance." He muttered as everyone sweatdrop.
"THAT'S was your original plan?!" Alisa growled.
"Just to tease you. I already know who's the original one anyway. So… I'm giving you a choice. You can either fight or run away."
"HA! As if I'd ever run away from a fight!" The Duplighost declared
"Hehehe…" Levi brought out his Glaive. "This will be fun."
"…Meep… on second thought, I think I hear my wife calling. COMING HONEY!" He took off.

(Resuming Shiver Mountain)
"Thought so." Levi put away his Glaive.
"Should you give me a good reason not to hit you in the gut?" Alisa crossed her arm, sounding annoyed.
"Oh come on, I unveil your imposter, didn't I?" He asked but Alisa still giving him the look. "Okay, um… because I'm pretty? And I'm your good friend?"
Alisa look at him with a deadpan expression.
"I'm sor-" Alisa then stomp on his feet. "Ow!" Levi hopped in agony while hoping around.
"Okay, what was up with that ghost thing?" Alisa asked.
"T-That's a ghost?!" Millium and Lysithea exclaimed.
"It's more like some guy wrap around in a sheet to be honest." Gaius said, giving Millium and Lysithea a sigh with relief.
"That would be a Duplighost." Mario said. "We've encountered a few of them during our travels to save Peach." He said.
"Yeah… and they're not the greatest enemies to fight." Luigi said.
"Indeed. They transform into whoever they so desire, copying your abilities as well." Mario explained. "They're not very common, but they are annoying."
"Great… now we got those to worry about. But at we know if there's someone who looks exactly like me in every detail. It will be the duplighost." Machias said.
"I wonder if they can replicate Lammy like that." Millium amused.
"That would be a shock for all of us." Jusis muttered as they continued onward, they saw a few items to take in some pedestals, consisting of a Shooting Star, a Snowman's Doll and a Thunder Rage item.
"Hmm… I'll take that." Millium said, taking the Thunder Rage item… and then an ice wall came down and slammed in front of Avery.
"Wah!" Avery yelped.
"Whoa!" Ferdinand exclaimed.
"…I didn't think that'd happen." Millium said.
"My word, an interesting mechanism…" Hanneman amused. "It seems we must leave items behind into those pedestals for us to move forward."
"Aww… I guess we don't have a choice…" Millium frowned and put the Thunder Rage back and then the wall came back up.
"Eh, once we finish, we can take the items once we get back." Levi shrug as they continued onward where they climbed up some steps to see some sort of ice rock with a star shaped hole in it.
"I'm guessing this must be another pedestal. And the star shape at that." Gaius amused.
"But where can we find a star?" Jusis asked
"Oh, I know!" Millium said as she drew a star in the snow and picked it up. "Ta-da!" She said… and then it crumbled in her hands. "Aww… Well that failed."
Jusis palm face and shake his head. "Of course it did. Were you actually expecting it would hold like that?"
"Pretty much. I thought snow can hold up like snowballs."
"That only works if you tap it and make sure they molded properly." Annette explained.
"Aside from Millium's childish yet amusing ideas. It looks like this is a dead end." Lysithea said. "Perhaps we should create an open through the wall?"
"It's worth the shot." Byleth said
"Hey Bombette." Mario called out and she came out of Mario's pocket.
"On it!" She said
"…Your friends are so weird for living in Mario's pocket. Why do they do that?" Lakilester asked.
"Oh, don't get me started." Bow said as she blew up the crack in the wall and then she hopped back into Mario's pocket as they walked in to find a dead end.
"And it's a dead end." Elliot sighed
"Now now… I'm sure there's more than meets the eye here." Hanneman said.
"Yeah, but what exactly?" Avery wondered as they looked around, searching for a clue or maybe a star.
"Found anything?" Emma asked.
"Doesn't seem to be anything." Celine answered
"Hmm…"Byleth rub his chin as he look around.
" Welp, guess we can't fi-" Levi lean on his back on the wall on the far end and suddenly. "II-oof!" He went through.
"Levi?" Rean turn and everyone see Levi's on the wall.
"Ah! The Wall ate Levi!" Millium exclaimed as Levi's legs got suck in.
"Whoa!" Levi's head's pop out of the way. "Guys, check this out!" And his head went back in.
They look at each other and went toward the wall and then examined it before they went in to see Luigi on the other side.
"What the-?" Ferdinand exclaimed
"Whoa… is this really a wall?!" Gaius asked.
"…Truth lies not only in the eyes; sometimes even walls may lie." Byleth recited from memory. "Merle was on to something there."
"Aah, now I get it. Clever little trick." Yuri amused.
"Guys, look!" Annette pointed to a stone that was shaped like a star in a block of ice.
"Oh, that's exactly what we need!" Elliot said and then suddenly, a spirit showed up.

"Welcome, friends." The spirit said.
"Aah! A ghost!" Millium yelped.
"Aaah!" Lysithea yelped.
"Please, be at ease! I won't hurt you!" The Spirit said.
"You're not going to haunt us?"
"Don't be silly. I been expecting you all. I'm glad you found this place. My name is Madam Merlar. I am a messenger of the stars."
"Oh, then hello." Rean greeted
Merlar chuckled. "Hello." She said. "You know Merlon and Merle well. I am their ancestor. The Stars spoke of you through my dreams. They said you would come to the shrine on Shiver Mountain. It is here that I guard the way to the Crystal Palace."
"I see…" Hanneman rub his beard.
"We have little time to waste, so listen careful." Merlar continued. "You may not have known this, but the followers of Bowser have invaded the Crystal Palace, where stars are honored. Now, what I have to tell you is very important. Listen to every word I say! I can't tell you the whole tale. In the interest of time, I'll be brief. So pay attention to the key points."
"Alright. Fire away." Byleth requested as they nodded.
"Excellent! The story began a very, very long time ago. I was just a young woman when-"
2-3 hours later…
Needless to say, her story was very long and not even Byleth, Lysithea, or Hanneman could stay awake for that long due to her rambling on.
"…And that is why you must get Bowser's men out of the-…hey, are you listening to me? WAKE UP!"
"Spaghetti and meatballs!" Mario exclaimed as he woke up along with the others. "…Oh."
"As I was saying, you need the Star Stone to reach the palace." She said and gave the Star Stone to them. "With this stone, you can open the way to the Crystal Palace. Go on. Make haste! The world is counting on all of you." She said and then hummed. "I wonder if you understood the shortened version of my tale?"
"THAT WAS SHORT VERSION?!" Everyone yelled.
"It really doesn't do the story justice. Perhaps one day, I'll tell you the full story. Until then, good luck." She said and disappeared.
"Something tells me I shouldn't believe it for a second if that was the short version." Byleth said.
"Agreed." Everyone agreed as they went out and put the Star Stone in place, where icy stairs rose above them as they climbed to the top before eventually reaching the Crystal Palace.

(Paper Mario ost - Crystal Palace Crawl)
"So, this is the infamous Crystal Palace." Avery said. "Interesting."
"It's rather beautiful looking. It's a shame that one of Bowser's men has invaded this place." Elliot said.
"Indeed. Not to mention that this place might even consider a sacred ground." Emma nodded.
"Bowser and his men has no respect what-so-ever." Celine said as they walked through, looking around in the huge palace.
"And yet, despite being a place a beauty… It feels… disturbing…" Lysithea said.
"I'm guessing it's because of Bowser's men ruin this place." Annette guessed.
"Right, I wonder if this beautiful place will return to it's formal glory." Ferdinand nodded.
"I should hope so…" Avery nodded.
"Regardless of its beauty or its ominous, be on your guard." Hanneman advised.
"Right, considering now we're in enemy territory, there are traps and puzzles within lairs like this." Yuri nodded
"Not to mention some things can be unseen to the eye." Byleth added.
"Agreed. Stay on your guard." Sara nodded as they walked around the palace with them immediately noticing a switch on the floor and a locked red door, so Mario jumped and did a tornado jump to activate it, and down came a blue door with the same lock.
"Hello!" Millium said.
"Interesting… This place has a mechanism that can switch rooms." Gaius amused.
"Let's find the keys before advancing." Laura advised as they walked to the only door available and walked through the hallway, taking care of a few Swoopulas with Byleth spotting an X on the floor and making a mental note to come back to that later as they went on to find a treasure chest in another room and when they opened it… it was a blue key.
"Looks like we found the key we need." Machias asked.
"Um… if I may. How come we didn't use Ashe's skill to just unlock the door?" Avery asked
"Oh shoot, I forgot about that!" Annette exclaimed.
"Well, that would be easier… but would it be fun if we just solve the puzzle of this place?" Byleth asked.
"Guess we'll call on Ashe when we need him." Yuri said.
"Why do I get the feeling like I'm unwanted?" Ashe asked in Byleth's pocket.
"That's absurd, Ashe." Dedue said in Byleth's pocket as they walked back and unlocked the blue door, leading to a hallway that they went through, with Byleth keeping an eye on the mirror wall.
They reached a crack in the wall with Bombette coming out and exploding on the wall as they walked in to discover that they can go through the mirror, and there was another crack.
"…Hmm…" Byleth quietly said, as he was starting to add it up right as Bombette exploded as they walked in… to see the whole gang in front of them.
"Ah! It's them!" One of the fakes said.
"Oh crud! Let's take them on!" Another said as they turned back into Duplighosts… only to get horribly KO'd by them as they quickly took off.
"Who, super freaky, are we in the mirror world?" Millium wondered.
"No, I have a feeling its glass." Byleth said. "We couldn't see ourselves in the mirror in the other room, so of course, it'd be glass. And our reflections are just the Duplighosts acting like us."
"I thought something was off. Glad I catch on." Sara amused. "Still, that was actually clever. Those Duplighosts are crafty bastards."
"Your sharpness never fails to amaze me, Professor Byleth. I wish we notice this sooner." Hanneman praised
"That's my man for ya." Yuri wink. "Still, clever little tricksters aren't they?"
"That's what makes them so tricky and dangerous to deal with." Mario warned as they backtracked into the same room as before.
"Cleverly design this place to full your enemies." Sara comment.
"Yeah… but I think the entire Crystal Palace is like a huge maze." Alisa said.
"A puzzling one at that." Emma nodded.
"For people who build this place, they certainly are shrewd." Celine comment as they and went into the other door, where Byleth noticed a wooden panel on the floor, so he proceeded to use a simple Fire spell on the wooden panel to break it and he hopped down as Sara noticed this and hopped down with him as the others soon came out with a Shooting Star in their hands and then noticed Byleth and Sara coming out of the hole with a D-Down, P-Up badge.
"I was expecting something to be useful down there."Sara said as she tossed it back into the hole.
"True… however, I do have some theory." Byleth said. "What happens on one side of the glass, the other has happened as well." He said. "Follow me." He requested as they backtracked to the other side of the mirror until they saw a hole on the ground where the X is supposed to be.
"Was that there before?" Luigi wondered.
"No. There was an X there until I had destroyed a wooden floor panel on the other side, which broke the floor here."
"For real?" Machias asked.
"So this place is like a personal mirror world. Or something like that. Whatever happens on one side, happens on the other. And if the X has a mark but it's unbreakable, we can't go through. But if we enter the mirror world and found the X but a weaker version and break it. Then the Red X would disappear as well." Levi amused.
"This place really is more interesting by every minute… I think Grandmother would be impressed with the design." Emma comment.
"Knowing her, she would be." Celine said.
"In any case, we can continue onward." Byleth said as they jumped underground where they saw another crack, which Bombette happily destroyed… but as she did, there were a few more Bombettes than usual.
"What the…?! Who the heck are you guys!? Why do you look like me?!" Bombette yelled.
"What are you talking about? I'm the original here! You must be an imposter you naughty bom-bomb~!" One Bombette asked in a flirty voice.
"No, It's obviously me! WHY WOULDN'T IT BE?! I'M THE ORIGINAL! DON'T YOU ALL DARE ALL FOR THESE TRICKS!" Another yelled as she was a bit… angry.
"I… I'm the original Bombette… Puh… Please… trust your eyes and look at me….. I'm… I'm not lying." Another said, seem to look bashful.
"It's obviously me! Go team! Go team! Gooooo team! Give me an M! Give me an E! What's that spell? ME! I'm the original!" Another yelled, seeming to be a cheerleading Bombette.
"…Okay, I do NOT flirt, I may be a hothead, but I don't scream, I'm not bashful and I am NOT a cheerleader!" Bombette said as they all looked at each other and started to argue with the others sweatdropping.
"Levi, you can tell which one the real one, right?" Rean asked.
"I do… but I think the real one will show herself." Levi pointed as he had everyone step back.
"Alright, that's it! SHUT! UUUUUUUUUUUUUP!" Bombette yelled, lighting her fuse and exploding, covering the other Bombettes in soot and turning back into Duplighosts.
"…RETREAAAAT!" One of them yelled as they took off running.
"Losers." Bombette said as she hopped back into Mario's pocket.
"They need to work on their acting skills." Millium comment.
"Let's just pretend that didn't happen." Yuri said
"Agreed." Everyone nodded as they walked into the hole where they pulled out a Red Key and took off, where they used the switch to bring back the red door and then unlocked it and walked in, where they saw an opening in the glass but they went through… only to discover they couldn't make it past with statues in their way. They went back and went the opposite way to discover some White Clubbas.
"Hey! You can't get past here! The Crystal King forbid it!" The White Clubba said as they looked at each other and beat the poor guy up, and as they did, they saw the statue in the glass disappearing, so they walked ahead and took out the other two White Clubbas.
They went back to the other side where they went onward on the other side as they went on the other side of the glass again with Sara fired an icicle on the switch and took off, taking out a White Cubba in the process and in the next room, their reflection in the next room had Kooper out.
"Hey Kooper, could you come out for a sec?" Mario asked as Kooper popped out.
"Yo." Kooper said with a grin and then they walked forward and then they saw the reflection kicking Kooper inside a hole and they did, but Kooper didn't come out… which he did but brought some friends along the way, which consisted of: Muller, Cayenne, Kolorado, Bleublanc and Olivert.
"What in the…" Kooper wondered.
"Everyone, I'm the real Kooper." "Muller" said. "Would you ever believe a lie from the bodyguard of this idiot?" he asked looking at "Olivert"
"No, I'm the real Kooper here! I'm the noblest of all the Four Great Houses you know. Not these commoners." "Cayenne" replied as his disgusting noble personality attitude.
"No, old chap! I'm the real Kooper!" "Kolorado" said.
"Haha! Come now everyone. Shouldn't you all remember that I, Phantom Thief, Kooper, would stand if your way as we stand in this land of ice and frost! Not to mention the beauty of this palace of crystals and mirrors!" "Bleublanc" spread his arms and cheerfully.
"Come now everyone, It was eye who created Class VII, but also the chairman of Thors, and the one who brought you all to the Mushroom Kingdom, didn't I?" "Olivert" smiled with a wink.
Kooper sweatdropped. "Um… I have no idea what's going on." Kooper said as they all proceeded to take out the fakes.
"They aren't even trying at this point." Avery put away his lance as the Duplighosts quickly took off.
"Seriously." Alisa shrug.
"Yeesh, thank you…" Kooper sighed as they walked in and proceeded to walk around.
Meanwhile with the Duplighosts...
"Dang it! I thought we had them for sure!"
"Quick, let's come up with the next plan!"
"Aiguille! ('Needles!')" A voice called out and needles appeared out of nowhere and hit the shadows of the Duplighosts's shadow.
"Ah! I can't move!"
"What's going on!?"
Then appeared before them was the real Bleublanc.
"I heard an interesting tale of one of you Duplighosts had the courage to pretend to be the one and only Bleublanc. It appears someone hasn't told you that no one should pretend to be me. Prepare to face the consequences." He said as he cast his magic.
Back with the others...
As the others grabbed the Palace Key from the bigger Albino Dino statue, they all heard the screams of agony.
"What was that?" Rean asked.
"Those sounds like one of those Duplighosts in pain." Sara said
"Wonder what happened."Levi wondered as they went in another room where they saw statues of three Albino Dinos and the creatures themselves.
"Nnngh…! Can't get it… to move…!" Jusis said, pushing a statue to a switch as it was pointed in the wrong direction as the others tried, while Levi, Rean, Sara, Byleth and Yuri looked at the motionless Albino Dinos and curiously turned them around.
"It seems you five are figuring out this puzzle." One of them said, but this didn't faze Levi, Rean, Sara, Byleth and Yuri.
"Sure are." Yuri said as it suddenly moved to the switch as Ferdinand was pushing it.
"Look, everyone! I managed to get it moving!" Ferdinand cheered.
"I think you have to get these creatures to look at one direction. That's how the statues move." Byleth said.
"Ah, so explans it. Clever mechanism" Gaius said with a chuckle as they patiently waited for Sara to move them in the right order as they eventually got them on the switches as a staircase appeared for them as they walked into the final room.
"Alright… here we go." Mario said as they nodded and walked out of the Crystal Palace and into a snowy area.

(Paper Mairo ost - Crystal King)
"Who comes to my palace?!" A voice asked as the Crystal King appeared before them.
"I take it you're the "Crystal King" those Clubba mentions?" Lysithea asked
"That is correct, little girl. It appears you all arrived." He smirked.
"So the last one guarding the Star Spirit is an invisible man."Jusis cross his arm. "I can tell he's nothing more than a scoundrel than a King."
"You dare question my authority?"
"Anyone who serves or follows Bowser who is no less than a figure posing for power. I see you no different from the others."
"Grrr! I'll freeze your head for that!"
"Ha. As much as I like to see that happened." Machias and the others pulled out their weapons. "You got some nerve making this place your home."
"Yeah, this place was meant to honor the stars in the ancient past. Now you sully its name by making this your home." Annette nodded
"Either way, you will face us." Hanneman said.
"Ha! Why doesn't an old geezer like yourself sit this one out? Otherwise, your bones will crack like the fragile man you are." Crystal King taught with a smirk.
"I beg your pardon!? Now you cross the line!"
"Ah, who cares. I'll freeze every last one of you into popsicles and give you to Bowser!" Crystal King declared as he got into position."Have at you!"

(Paper Mario ost - Freeze! )
Crystal King levitated in the air and chuckled darkly, summoning Crystal Bits and then absorbing them, proceeding to use them as ammunition, but Emma' quickly use her Mirror Magic and reflect them back at him. Rean and Levi who are combat linked proceed an attack as Rean use his craft: Flame Dragon at the Crystal Kick as he jumped back and avoid the attack, but only for Levi to use Penetrate Throw and knocked the Crystal King on the ground and Rean follow up and slash him.
"Hah!" Lysithea yelled, firing dark magic toward Crystal King who blocked the attack and then shoot a bolt of ice at her as she jump out of the way.
Then Crystal King used his ice breath to freeze up Byleth and Yuri, but they avoided the attack as Yuri ran over and slashed the Crystal King, but he blocked it with his ice shield
"Is that the best you got?" Crystal King asked as he shoot a shard from the shield, forcing Yuri to jump back, but in one quick movement, he was behind the Crystal King. "Gah!" He cried
"An interesting question. I should be the one to ask you that." Yuri smirked, and to his surprise, Yuri suddenly vanished.
"What in the…?!" Crystal King shouted as Yuri reappeared over him and then strive through him, causing several Phantom slashes and a big slash, causing the Crystal King to fell on his knees, didn't realize that Yuri was moving incredibly fast for him until he slashed him to knock him down.
"Wow, I expected you to be tougher, but turns out you're just a pushover." Yuri said.
"Don't you patronize me!" Crystal King growled, as they saw he enveloped himself in a glowing light as he got back up and unleashed a frozen blizzard on them all.
"Did he just heal himself?!" Annette asked as Crystal King proceeded to knock them all down with his Crystal Bits, as they all tried to get back up but they were taken down as he laughed maniacally.
"Fools all of you. Winter is my domain! You will forever be frozen in neverending ice!"
"Ngh… that's what you think!" Byleth said, punching the ground with fire magic, then switch with a Failnaught replica and shot a powerful arrow, hitting the Crystal King.
"Ooof!" Crystal King knock back down on the ground.
"I'm not your average swordsman." Byleth said as shoot a fireball in the air and the fire spread into a warm temperature light and melt the snow, trapping the others.
"Since when can you use a Bow?" Yuri asked as he got back up.
"And since when did you got more agile?"
"Touche. I love you." Yuri wink
"I love you too." Byleth smile before pointing his Sword at Crystal King. "Now!" He ordered as they proceeded to attack him with everything they had.
"Grr… I'm not done YET!" Crystal King yelled, proceeding to split himself up into three.
"Which one is which?!" Luigi panicked as the Crystal King laughed… until Fie pulled out the Shooting Star item as a flurry of shooting stars came down on top of all three of them, with one of them getting hurt.
"ARGH!" Crystal King yelled, falling to the ground.
"Now we know." Fie smirked
"You're finished." Byleth smirked. "Ragnarok!" He yelled, unleashing it on him as the Crystal King's eyes widened, and tried to form an ice shield in time… but he was too late as he was hit.
"AAAAAAAAAARGH!" He screamed as Byleth used another Ragnarok to seal the deal, as he melted into nothing but a frozen puddle.

"Well, that was too easy." Alisa said as she and the others put their weapons away.
"Well considering our foe is someone of ice, fire is the effective way to defeat them easily." Lysithea said. "And more quickly at that."
"Although it's a pity I didn't get the chance to introduce my name to him." Ferdinand asked.
"Ferdinand, your name means little difference to him." Avery sighed as they saw a card coming down before it released the last Star Spirit, which had nothing but a small mustache on him. This was none other than Kalmar.
(Paper Mario ost - A Kingdom of Chaos)
"The last one." Rean quietly said as they walked over to it and then touched it, as the card disappeared.
"So this is the Star Spirit…" Lysithea amused.
"Whoa, I can definitely feel something." Annette added.
"Celestial legends indeed." Hanneman nodded.
"Thank you all. My name is Kalmar." Kalmar said as they all smiled at this. "You all successfully rescue all of the Star Spirits. We are in your debt. All that's left now is Bowser and Ouroboros. My Power shall aid you, to bring the Star Rod back, defeat Bowser and Ouroboros, bring peace back to the Mushroom Kingdom, and finally, rescue Princess Peach, Princess Alfin and Lady Elise Schwarzer."
"Ouroboros… that organization that works in the shadows, right?" Avery asked.
"And from Zemuria no less." Ferdinand added
"Everyone. please come to the Shooting Star Summit in Star Hill. We'll prepare a route to Star Haven, which is name Star Way. Once you travel the Star Way, you all finally reach Star Haven. My only wish is for you all to save this precious world. I believe in you all can do it. Fare-well for now." He said as they nodded as he flew off back to Star Haven.
"Come on, what are we waiting for? Let's go kick Bowser's ass!" Sara grinned as they nodded and ran off.

(Paper Mario ost - Angry Bowser)
"Lord Bowser!" Kammy flew up to Bowser who was discussing with Vita, Kamek, Campanella, and Crow. "We've got urgent news! Mario and company have the last Star Spirit!"
"…Bah, WHY am I not surprised!" Bowser groaned
"I had a feeling they might have." Crow scratch his back head.
"I guess not even your men are able to hold back for much long." Campanella turn to Bowser
"And with the help of the Star Spirits, they will make it here." Vita added.
"Hmph, it's no matter, for we have the Star Rod!" Bowser said and then rubbed his chin in thought. "…I have an idea. Come!" He said as he walked over somewhere with the others following.

Meanwhile in the ceil…
(Paper Mario ost - Princess Peach)
Peach sighed, resting her chin in her hands. "We were so close… and then… this happened." She muttered. "We're never getting out of here…"
"Oh, Princess Peach…" Elise whisper
"Please, don't lose hope Peach. I know there's still hope." Alfin said
"Exactly. Don't give up your hope, Peach." A voice said as they looked into the other cell where a young woman and a young man. The man was leaning on the wall while the other one was playing with a mask. "I know someone will come with us."
"Lucina's right, Peach. You know Mario and his new friends will come for us." Said the man. "Although Bowser may have defeated us, but there's still hope that someone will come and rescue us."
"Chrom's right. Besides, I have some score to settle with him!" Said the girl next to him who was blond and small twin tail. "Not to mention Crow too. Though I wish Chrom can break us out already since he can break anything."
"Lissa, that was ONE time with the wall!" Chrom exclaimed. "Also, I would do something except not only they took EVERYONE'S weapons but they cast magic onto the cells."
"Well, Bowser does know you Father. You break anything." Lucina sweadrop.
"Yeah. Though I'm so boooored. I wish we can see the guards fighting over which weapon is better again. That was pretty funny." Lissa giggled.
Flashback...
"Can I have your sword? It's so shockingly awesome!" A Koopatrol said.
"No. You can keep your shadowy sword. This one's all cool looking!"
"Yeah, but this one is just depressing!"
"You wanted it."
"No, I wanted that sword you have. The Rai whatever it is."
"What about this one?" One of them pulled out the Falchion
"Wasn't there another one of those?"
"Oh yeah."
"Ha! You got your swords but this Axe look awesome!" One of them said holding Lissa's Axe.
"Can I have that?"
"Hey, you choose the sword, so no take backs."
"Well fine, it was a stupid axe and sword anyway."
"…What did you say?!"
"I said it was stupid!"
"Why you… take that back!"
"Okay, let's calm down here."
"He call your sword stupid!"
"He said what?!"
"Can't handle the truth?"
"You little…!"
The three of them started to fight, dropping the swords and Lissa's axe and getting into a fighting dust cloud.
Flashback ended...
"In the end. My axe wins." Lissa giggled. "But anyway, I know being kidnapped constantly sucks, but you know it's only temporally. I don't see how is this different."
Peach sighed. "I don't know… I think it has to do with the fact that Bowser has the Star Rod and we're up here in space and… I'm not sure what to do."
"Just be patient. Mario and his friends will come. They always do." Lucina said. "As for us, kidnapping is not usually common in Ylisse. So this is a first for us… but we're not letting it bother us. We all know the fact that someone will come for us."
"Plus I tried what Ryoma was doing called meditation. It help calms the mind and sharpen your senses. It can even help you grow stronger. Look at Lissa. She's a lot stronger than she was before. Why don't you try it?" Chrom suggest.
"I… don't think I've meditated before." Peach admitted.
"I think I've seen Rean do it with his Master before." Elise said.
"Meditating is an Eastern activity, right? Maybe I should as well." Alfin smiled
"Well, you're welcome to join us. It's never too late to try." Chrom nodded
"You're right." Peach nodded as she sat down and started to meditate as Elise and Alfin did the same while Twink hovered there.
"…So, do I just meditate in the air or…?" He wondered as he attempted to do so… but, as he started to meditate…

The doors slammed open. "HEY!"
(Paper Mario ost - Angry Bowser)
"Oh great. It's wise guy and his lackeys" Lissa glared as Bowser walked in with everyone.
"You're coming with us." Bowser told Peach.
"And why should I go with you?" She asked
"Because… Mario and the others are coming. I think it'd be perfect if you had front-row seats to watch them all fall before me. After all, we have the Star Rod… and they don't!" He smirked.
"No… you will fail like always!" Peach said.
"HA! As if." Kamek laughed
"Indeed. Bowser will surely win this time." Kammy said. "Now, you're coming with us."
"…No. I'd rather rot in this cell." Peach cross her arm and look away.
"Why am I not surprised that you'd say that?" Bowser asked. "You'd always do it the hard way. Kamek."
"Right." Kamek nodded and fired a beam at Peach.
"Nnngh…! AAAAAAAAGH!" Peach screamed.
"PEACH!" Alfin yelled.
"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER BOWSER!" Chrom yelled
"Sorry, but I don't speak 'loser-ese', which is what you three are." Bowser said, causing Chrom, Lissa and Lucina to glare hard at Bowser.
"You are coming with us!" Kamek laughed
"As for you two… you get to spend the rest of your life in here!" Kammy threatened.
"You brutes!" Alfin glared as Peach was pulled out.
"HEY! Let her go!" Twink pulled up to them.
"Eh? What's with this mosquito?" Bowser wondered. "Shoo!" He backhanded him through an open window.
"Twink!" Peach, Alfin and Elise exclaimed while Lucina, Chrom and Lissa are shocked.
"Come along, princess. We've got plans for you!" Bowser said and then walked away with everyone cackling while Lucina and Chrom look on in anger.
"Crow, which I get my hands on you-!" Lissa threaten.
"I know, you'll kick my ass." Crow waved
The final battle draws closer... will they save everyone in time? Oh yeah, when the Duplighosts turn into Bleublanc, I was thinking... What if Bleublanc heard it and he was pissed that someone pretend to be him. Hehe
