With the success of PXNvB- 001 a.k.a Nemo. There is then something that was noticed in Julius' report of her actions during the mission.
State that Nemo would be going onward from this point forward as a scout and catching others off guard. However, she would not be advised to be used as a frontal close combat unit as it was requested that there be one made to handle this task instead. One that was built to be a close combat unit that would excel in that area.
Having one like this would help Nemo do her own job as a scout better. Able to get around without being spotted and take out those that would be distracted by the closed range unit and/or Angel sniping them from afar.
"Interesting report so far as the two of them are seeming to turn out quite well," Charles said.
"Of course, as they also seem to be rather effective in stabilizing Julius as well" V.V added on.
"Given who Angel and Nemo once were it seems that their current selves are making the originals seem like fantasy rather than reality," he said
"That is true as there are not many left in this world that is aware of who or what either of them once was. Thus anyone that would want to undo the work being to Julius would find that to be rather hard to pull off" Charles' twin brother stated.
"However, they still exist in this world those that might be able to do just that though as they did not feel and/or be affected the first time I used my power for that purpose," he said
"Though what about that one that originally brought him in and of Zero as well" V.V wondered
"Their attempts and goals are what going to keep them from going against me for now though whatever they want to try eventually. There will be countermeasures by that time to ensure that they eventually can not go against me" Charles asked
"Very well as progress might be slow given their state upon recovery but we are making it. Surely after a few more usages of the process on others and we can learn how to move forward with them as well" V.V stated
"That's good to know as now what to do about who would be considered the third unit to the squad that we are having Julius build," Charles said.
"In that regard, there seems to have been an interesting development as having discovered the project. The party in question is willing to be subjected to it themselves seeing the result that comes from it" V.V informed his brother
"They came to you themselves wanting to go through with it. Should it be allowed as what if it does not work as intended" he asked
According to the data shown by the previous two, it should work just fine as this is a process that wipes out the former self and replace them with programmed A.I merely uses their experiences and mannerisms to a degree. If they were good at something that is kept but other than that all personal memories and thoughts are wiped clean from the subject" his twin informed him
Both Charles and V.V then began to laugh at how well their plans were going since the success of Angel and the following success of Nemo.
With the unexpected side effects of them both stabilizing Julius it would seem that they would be able to use him for even more than they were at the moment. Plans and interests that they could not carry out before were all being made possible because of this unexpected outcome that had come about for them both.
With that said it is probably best to work with them to get the other one under control easily as well Charles stated.
The topic then moved onward to just how to deal with Zero but that was not that hard since no one really knew who Zero was actually. Those few that did know well were not telling anyone for various reasons thus Zero could just be left behind as a figure that popped and was revealed for a while before vanishing into thin air.
The group he backed and the allies he had would be easy to take care of without him around especially his group the Black Knights as they were not that much before him and do not seem to be that much now without him.
The one that did catch their eye and was on their hit list of those that needed to be taken out to ensure that Julius could not be made unstable before the progress made was set in stone thus unable to be undone by anyone else at that point.
Charles looked at the picture in his hand that was one of Kallen Kozuki. A rebel that would be useful in further stabilizing Julius as well as taking down the legacy of both Zero and Black Knights as well.
This will be quite the show indeed Charles thought as he had plans of something else as well for the event that Kallen would be made the main attraction in the coming future.
As for her other family, the Stadtfelds were made an example of. After all, they had two known rebels in their family so he wanted to discourage this from happening again. They were punished and subjected to a trial that would not look negatively on them.
They were not punished out of right for the actions of Kallen or her brother Naoto. It was a more silent message that being seen as the mother was caught for all affairs she was having, the father was just framed for something used as a scapegoat for someone's else crime.
As for Kallen's mother, she was left alone as she was already sentenced to 20 years in jail after. There was no need to go after someone that had already been taken care of previously.
With all that taken care the groundwork was laid and all that was left was for Kallen herself to be lured in and entrapped.
