Chapter 88

In the skies surrounding the Monstra, the Storm Border for the most part was doing quite well. Great even.

After the events and during the fifth Lostbelt, what had once been the Shadow Border has evolved into the Storm Border. A vessel capable of flight and sailing in the seas. Having countless defenses put in place from both physical and magical harm. If anything, the Grimm that launched fireballs, lightning, or even physically assaulted the vessel could do very little damage onto it. If any.

Because of that, Shirou and Mash could see the progress they've made when heading toward the massive Gravity Dust crystals embedded within the beast that allowed it flight.

"We're not too far off now." Mash said as she struck a Griffon with her shield, snapping its neck on impact. "The Storm Border is nearing it."

"Good." Shirou said as he sniped down a few hybrids, one of them being a horror mashed together with a Nevermore. Freaky things. "It seems we're making good progress all in all."

"Yes."

It was to be expected though. While the Storm Border has been damaged before, it was usually caused by outrageously powerful beings so strong, that the only reason the ship was intact is because of some last minute trick or save. These Grimm, while certainly more powerful than the average person, weren't anywhere near as strong as the Gods and threats that brought the Storm Border to its knees. Or some great calamity that could rip it apart with countless accursed hands.

If anything, the only real threat was them dogpiling the ship and slowing it down with their weight. Or in another case, just holding it back in general. As such, at the moment, nothing could truly slow them down.

Shing!

Except for one being.

Quickly, Shirou shot out countless 'arrows' which intercepted three fast objects that easily broke the sound barrier. Once they were dealt with, Shirou got a good look at what they were.

"Great" Reinforcing his eyes, Shirou looked up ahead. "You." On a giant Grimm Wyvern, there stood Gilgamesh himself on its back. The strongest Servant, and obviously one of the few that could take down the Storm Border with countless legendary Noble Phantasms. Seems Salem had him get off the Monstra and ride atop another powerful Grimm. Yet despite knowing of the danger Gilgamesh possessed, Shirou could already tell something was wrong with him in an instant. Mainly, the dead look in his eyes and how he didn't seem to be acting like himself.

Hell, the intimidation Gilgamesh would give off wasn't even there. All Shirou felt from him was just some kind of…tool.

'Did Salem do something to him?' Felt rather outlandish, that Salem, even if she was powerful, could do something that could make the King of Heroes bend his knee down and work with her. Idiotic, really. But here he was, working with her. Unwilling from the looks of it, seeing as how the real Gilgamesh wouldn't act like some puppet of sorts.

"Da Vinci," Nearby, Mash was making contact with those on the bridge. " Are we facing the real Gilgamesh?" Reinforcing his ears while keeping an eye out, Shirou overheard an answer from the coms.

"It is him." Well shit. "But," Oh, she wasn't done. "The readings we're getting from him seem off. Not to mention we're getting another signature coming from him, something that seems similar to Avenger." So then Angra Mainyu played a role in this.

Shirou won't say he knew what was up. A strong fighter he may be, but even after years of being with Rin has done little to make him an actual magus. But he knew about Avenger, and recalled how files state he could curse Servants and remake them. Turn them into something else. Clearly, Avenger must have done something to make Gilgamesh be like this.

Golden portals opened up, and swords alongside spears fired out. Quickly tracing while Mash held up her shield, the two intercepted the Noble Phantasms before they could make a mark on the Storm Border. More portals then opened up where countless Noble Phantasms poked out.

"...I don't suppose the shields can handle a few Noble Phantasms attacking it, no?" Shirou then spoke to Rin on his end of the line. Where she then spoke moments after.

"It can." Rin confirmed. "But try to ensure not too many make it through. Even the shields have limits." Especially against the armory Gilgamesh wielded against them. Safe to say Salem had sent him to specifically go through them since Chaldea was the closest to her with the plan needed to deal with her. Already Shirou felt the ship turning away to avoid the onslaught of Noble Phantasms that'll soon come.

"Got it. I will." Shirou nodded as he traced a sword that he then altered into something closer to an arrow. His eyes glimpsing Mash also prepared though noticed her stance would deal with any Grimm that might try to come at them as they defended the ship. Man, things could never be easy, proven when a second later a rain of golden weapons came down at the two and the Storm Border.

"And just when we were so close." Kadoc muttered as he felt some shaking. Knowing it must be from either the Grimm or Goldie's super-strong weapons. "I swear, the universe just hates us. No matter the dimension."

"Can't say I blame you for thinking that." Ritsuka agreed as he and Gudako sat down while both looked at a console. One that showed a map of all the battles happening and the positions of some Servants and groups of people. Reminded them a bit of the mock Holy Grail wars they had when Scáthach had them face the 'mysterious' Mr. M.

Good times.

"Anyway, let's not look at the negatives, but the positives." Gudako then said while checking out another monitor. One that showed the Monstra itself where certain equipment was set to analyze it. "Like how apparently, something big is happening in the Monstra."

"Wait, huh?" Kadoc walked towards the console and then checked out what Gudako meant. Eyes widening when he saw a powerful reading signature coming from the Monstra itself. Practically divine. "Is…that…"

"Must be Ishtar's little pet. Though," Speaking up is Akuta, while Pepe simply watched with amusement. "Calling it little is an understatement." She saw how big that thing became. From the size of a little hamster with cuteness to match, to a raging bull that can challenge a Servant and even win.

"Wait, does that mean those two are getting involved?" Kadoc asked while hoping that's the case. Referring to Ishtar and Ereshkigal. Those two would definitely be enough to change the tide.

"Maybe." Any hopes then went down when Ritsuka shrugged. "I mean, them sending Gugalanna is pretty helpful." A good look showed no more Grimm coming out of the Monstra's mouth. Probably because the Bull of Heaven was beating down on them and massacring like no tomorrow.

"But what about the actual two Gods who could probably destroy the Monstra?" Kadoc asked.

"...Worst comes to worst, they'll probably deal with it." Gudako said with Kadoc moaning. So much for expecting the Gods to help them out. Sure Gugalanna is a great back-up, but Kadoc kinda expected Ishtar and Ereshkigal to join in during.

"Nothing we can do about it I suppose." Pepe says while patting Kadoc on the back. "After all, the Gods think differently. They probably have their reasons, for good or for worse, to not join us."

"Tch. Gods." Akuta flipped her hair. "If anything, it'd be great if we could just summon more Servants." Like a certain man Akuta wouldn't mind being here with her. Where, after killing the Grimm and the unsightly hybrids, Akuta and him could relax somewhere and enjoy their time together in peace while acting like a lovey dovey couple. Maybe in some area humans would never trespass in where they could get a house, sleep together, eat together, and-

Kadoc just watched Akuta muttering with a smile on her face. Realizing she was entering another of her fantasies once again. He then sighed and turned towards Ritsuka and Gudako, who were once again observing the map and making finger motions here and there on it. Seems they were giving commands to the Servants below, well, those that made contact with them like EMIYA, Blackbeard, Mordred, Astolfo, and a few others.

Deciding he couldn't just do nothing, Kadoc went towards a console to see the map of the battle and see if there was anything he could do. While doing so, he then saw Holmes who looked to be busy with something on his corner. Interested, Kadoc then checked it out.

"Wha-?" Only to see the great detective was using a computer to-to play a puzzle game. "Are you kidding me?" Kadoc then asked, grabbing the detective's attention.

"Heh." He merely smirked while pushing a button, showing a similar screen like Ritsuka and Gudako. "I can multitask." Making the situation interesting and challenging at the same time. Leaving Kadoc to sigh as he just accepted it as it were and continued on. Though before he could sit down, the entire Strom Border shaked and Kadoc landed on his butt with everyone watching.

"Phh." Pepe giggled while Ritsuka chuckled, where no sooner after did Nemo speak to explain what happened.

"Sorry folks. It seems some of Gilgamesh's weapons have gotten through. So prepare for any shaking, explosions, or a weapon landing near you like in those shows."

"Huh? Landing near u-" Then, as if the universe was mocking Kadoc, from the ceiling a flash knife came through the wall, having penetrated the Storm Border's shield, and slammed right near Kadoc. Between his legs and very close to his lower part of the body. "Eeeeek!"

As expected, the Grimm were slowly making their way through. While the Huntsmen and Servants that had surrounded Beacon at certain points to slow them down and kill them off had done a fine job, it was clear it would only delay the Grimm. Not stop them.

At first it had been just maybe two or three Grimm at a time. Then the number increased by two. Then four. Then five. It was random, and nothing the students and Huntsmen couldn't handle, but it was a sign. As such, everyone standing outside of Beacon Academy were either nervous, anticipated what was to come, or felt both.

"Alright. So, according to a message, a lot of Grimm are about to come through the front side of Beacon…where we're at." Jaune sighed, while looking at his sword. "...I really doubt one blade will stop a hundred Grimm coming at me."

"Oh, don't be such a worry-wart Jaune." Ruby playfully punched Jaune in the shoulder while smiling at him, which gave him a little comfort. "Come on. Where's the brave face I see whenever we train with each other?"

"Alright. Alright." Jaune relented while chuckling. "I suppose it will be cool to use our new techniques instead of just practicing and holding back when against one another." Jaune then blinked while grimacing. "Aside from EMIYA, anyway."

"Ohhh. Yeah. Him." Memories of fighting Mr. EMIYA came to the two. How they're teacher practically beat them nearly every single time, where at best the students like Jaune and Ruby could only land a few blows on him. Even fewer solid hits. Not helped that Mr. EMIYA had very little restraint, seeing as how he would even break bones when teaching. Thankfully, he wasn't harsh and he always fought on a level that allowed everyone to learn while he gave out pointers. If anything, his teaching had been great for everyone learning under him.

Heck, Ruby had the, ahem, luxury of catching Mr. EMIYA's eye and being put under more training. Thank goodness he gave good rewards if she passed. Like making delicious cookies. Oh, so yummy! Even better than store bought ones. Heck, her teammates Yang and Weiss tried them and Ruby swore she saw a light appear over them.

That's just how good they were.

As Ruby thought of this, she then saw Jaune looking behind him. Didn't take much to figure out what he was worried about. "Don't worry Jaune. They're fine."

"I know." Jaune agreed before looking back straight. "With Ren there and Nora being at full health, I shouldn't have to worry. It's just," Jaune shrugged. "You know?"

"Yeah." Ruby scratched the back of her head. "I get it." Worrying about one's team is natural. Even Ruby felt worried for Yang and Weiss, both who are elsewhere in another area. "But hey. Let's not forget~"

"That our teammates will kick ass, with or without us. Hehehe." Jaune saw how Nora looked pumped and ready to go. If anything, it's the Grimm that should fear her, not the other way around. And with Ren keeping a good eye on her so Nora didn't go overboard, Jaune was free to think on how to best kill Grimm and so on. Granted, there will always be a part of Jaune worried, but he knew those two will make it out just alright.

If anything, he should be more worried about himself.

"They're coming." Especially since it seems the Grimm were finally nearing them. If one listened closely, you'd hear the growls and roars associated with the Grimm. The ground itself rumbling just a bit. Nearby, one can hear a Huntsman talking through their scroll and nodding. While tough to hear, one could make out a few words like 'incoming', 'Grimm', and so on. Safe to say that some Grimm pushed back the Huntsmen sent ahead either through killing them or because of their numbers. Neither really being a good sign.

But this is reality, something everyone needed to accept.

So those quick to understand took out their weapons and gear. Ensuring that they wouldn't be caught off guard. Still, people were nervous. Maybe even a bit frightened. In the sky ahead of them, where one can see the Monstra, one can also see the incoming Grimm from the sky that surrounded it. Soon, those on the ground will arrive and try to rip everyone here a new one.

With Crescent Rose in her hands, Ruby narrowed her eyes while she stayed quiet. Jaune doing the same with everyone else. The screeches and howls coming from humanity's greatest enemies got ever closer, where one can now see the Grimm coming from the ground. Exiting the forests where Beacon is stationed.

Thankfully, all the normal people sans a certain few have long since left. Which meant none of them had to hold back.

"Oh yeah! There they are!" Which included the Servants here. Alongside the Huntsmen, some like Blackbeard are here where the Rider had already called upon his Noble Phantasm, his ship. While the vessel looked strange to be on land, Blackbeard called on the Queen Anne's Revenge to get access to the cannons on board alongside munitions. EMIYA was already on it along with Sanzang, Nezha, and even Team SSSN all on board, an extra boost for Blackbeard's ship.

"Captain!" Having a little fun, Neptune decided to call out to the ship's captain, Blackbeard. "Thar they blow!"

"Ooh. Pirate talk." Sage chuckled while Scarlet laughed a little. Blackbeard for his part, accepted it. Eyes on the incoming Grimm, looking intently at their vicious scowls and growls before grinning.

"Yes she is matey's! And now…we attack!" Lifting his hook high in the air, suddenly multiple cannons appeared and all adjusted towards the Grimm threat. Where Blackbeard then held back on firing for just a bit longer. Ensuring that he won't miss and to maximize the damage since once he fires this volley, it'll be just a bit before he could refire again.

So once Blackbeard was certain the Grimm were close enough, he then brought his arm down while shouting, "FIRE!"

In an instant, about over a dozen magically empowered cannonballs shot out of his cannons. A loud bang could be heard as everyone saw the ship fire the cannonballs, which then flew overhead of the Huntsmen and made their way towards the Grimm themselves. The beasts looked up to see what was making the noise.

BOOM!

Only for what may have well been the force of countless missiles to fall on them and explode on impact. If their heads and bodies haven't been caved in by the metal lugs, then the explosion that swept them off their feet did. Dirt and debris flew into the air from the explosion with black smoke coming out. The Grimm that had finally made it past the Huntsmen, thinking they could now feast on the people in Beacon, soon found they themselves had been outwitted.

"Scraa!" Still, it wasn't as if all the Grimm had been annihilated. Bursting from the dust cloud, a giant Grimmified hydra followed by regular King Taijutu came out, injured but alive. "Ssssss!" Alongside anger as they appeared to not like being blasted with magical cannon balls.

From behind, more Grimm came out. Some looked a bit injured, some covered in dirt. More looked alright, healthy even. It seems back-up has arrived already. The skies themselves were also starting to be filled with Grimm. From basic Nevermores to Grimmified flying insect blades and eyeballs.

"Ewwww." Ruby said as she saw the bloated eyeball with Jaune also gagging a little. Some of the new hybrids looked gross, even more so than the normal looking Grimm. Still, despite their comments the two also looked ready to battle it out. Everyone now had a hardened look, even those who would attack from long-range like Ren and Nora. EMIYA already pulled out some blades while onboard Blackbeard's ship, Sun and his team helped out in reloading the cannons.

"RUAGH!" Bursting from the trees and entering everyone's sights, a massive Grimm then made itself known. Like the hydra, it too was a Grimmified hybrid. A hybrid of a giant Oni with black skin, spiky bone armor, four glowing red eyes with lesser hybrid Oni riding on its shoulders. The beast being massive, the size of a simple grocery store while lugging a giant tree as a makeshift weapon.

"Well. Seems we found the Alpha." EMIYA muttered as he and everyone else got ready to strike down the Grimm Oni. Blackbeard himself already aimed his cannons at it while those like Ruby and Jaune prepared to engage in closer combat just in case. Everyone ready for a long audiouse fight against the current Alpha and those with it.

Vvvvvvvv.

Or they would have, had it not been for one thing.

"Get it!" The New Argo itself, making its presence known, appearing above the Huntsmen where from the ship a single missile came out and fired. Or what everyone assumed was a missile, when EMIYA, after reinforcing his eyes, looked closer and realized what it actually was.

"Let's get it brother."

"Agreed sister."

That in truth it was the Dioscuri twins who had been launched out like a missile while using their Noble Phantasm. One that was more than powerful that sent them at speeds faster than sound. A loud boom was heard followed by the Grimmified Oni's entire chest exploding with a giant hole then appearing where it once was.

What should have been a boss had now been relegated to a simple mook that got killed off instantly. The twins, Castor and Pollux, could be heard laughing as they then engaged the Grimm army while everyone else just watched.

"Well." Before the silence was then broken by Jaune who just shrugged. "I guess we should…you know." The Grimm that had been following the Oni were now frozen in confusion by their dead leader. As such, this was the perfect chance to attack them now.

"Eh." Ruby then held her scythe. "Why now." In an instant everyone moved out immediately while screaming. Bullets and Dust were sent towards the Grimm who then snapped out of their stupor and prepared to charge against the advancing Huntsmen and Servants.

"Oh no you don't!" One Grimm though, a Nuckleave, found itself unable to when it's lower horse body was crippled immediately by Castor who grinned savagely at the top-half. "Ah, yes." He then gripped the Imp's head and said, "Time to let loose." Crushing the head and turning to his sister, Castor said, "Wouldn't you agree, sister?"

"Indeed brother. Indeed." With her sword out Pollux sliced a Geist's mask into multiple pieces. The two, now within the Grimm's side, then began to kill all the creatures around them while those such as Ruby and Jaune led the charge towards the Grimm. Whilst others like EMIYA and Blackbeard provided perfect support fire from their positions.

All while the New Argo flew overhead and dropped the occasional Dust bomb down below.

"Hahahaha! Oh yeah! Die fools. Die!" With Jason gloating in comfort on his ship. All while bragging, claiming, "I knew calling the twins back was a good idea." Perfect to use them like a missile, similar to when he dropped Heracles down on that first wave. "Man, am I a genius."

"Yes. Yes. Congratulations for a brilliant plan." Clapping without much effort, Asclepius just focused on the screens while occasionally pushing a button and firing a missile or bomb. Jason, too immersed in his brilliant idea, accepted Asclepius's 'compliment' like so.

"Hell yeah! Hahaha!" Things were going quite fine in Jason's opinion. While he knew some Huntsmen are likely dying, crippled even, the Servant felt things were going pretty good at the moment. The Huntsmen and Servants like Heracles were doing great at slowing down the proceeding waves of Grimm while massacring them. Those that got past them and made their way to Beacon found themselves bombarded by the Huntsmen stationed there. Avenger himself was being delayed by multiple Servants, with Caenis soon to join them alongside Atalante who would provide covering fire. And the Masters were doing well at ensuring Gilgamesh couldn't focus his attacks on the ground below.

Meanwhile, Salem's Monstra still hadn't reached a good enough distance and while those flying with the giant whale were able to get ahead of the Monstra, it didn't last long with Astolfo apparently helping out. And while there is the risk of the Monstra releasing more Grimm, for some reason whenever it opened its mouth, only a small amount came out with brief flashes of golden light and black smoke. Guess Salem couldn't release more Grimm for some reason. This meant that while she still had a mass amount of Grimm and hybrids, it won't mean much if she can't create/call on more.

'Still, we should be prepared for anything funny.' Jason thought while shooting down some fliers. Keeping an eye out still for any Grimm that could attack the new Argo. Thankfully, Medea (Lily)'s protection magecraft did a good job on tanking any fireballs or magical attacks. And while some Grimm swarmed the new Argo and attempted to breach, the protective magecraft dealt with them with Medea (Lily) doing her finest in ensuring the spells she cast didn't wear off.

Overall, Jason felt that things should be fine at the current rate.

To bad fate had a tendency to be such a pain when it came to that. Because Jason, while shooting down some giant skeletal ghosts, saw the Monstra tip it's upward.

Then going down.

Salem can't deny that the beast those infuriating Goddesses set loose was strong, far stronger than she had anticipated. The divine bull actually faced all the Grimm she sent at it and killed them without slowing down. The Grimm 'born' out of the liquid that Salem planned to release getting killed off before they could even leave.

Why, Salem had even tried to submerge the damn creature into the liquid itself.

The pools of Grimm.

As experimentation and Salem's condition showed, if a living being were to touch the liquid, consequences would come. Certainly, small specks wouldn't harm the person. But a submersion and lethal doses, yes. One of Salem's experiments, the Hound was proof of this and this was when Salem attempted to ensure it lived. And Salem has tested and thrown ordinary people into the pools, where for the most part, the person ended up dying.

Painfully at that.

"Ruah!" The divine bull didn't even seem to be affected by it. Other than making its wonderful hide look messy while making its fur sticky, Gugalanna just kept on going and stomped down the opposition. All while even snorting, as if mocking Salem's attempt at killing it.

Made worse was that any attempts at contacting Avenger were made null when he ignored her. Though she quickly found out why, as a nearby Seer discovered her Servant facing multiple Servants all at once. Normally, this shouldn't have been a problem. After all, she had given Avenger more than enough mana while the Servant himself claimed he could no longer be considered the 'weakest' Servant.

Yet it seems just because he was stronger, didn't mean others could delay him. Especially since while Avenger may have had the raw power to deal with them, his lack of skill of any kind allowed the more skilled Servants to deal with him on a certain level.

Gilgamesh himself was also being blocked, as it seems the ship Chaldea had, while originally heading for her, now focused on Gilgamesh to ensure he couldn't force his more deadlier armory at the force on the ground. And while Salem would like for her puppet to use Ea, it seems Chaldea was doing well keeping Gilgamesh from pulling it out.

All while her Grimm were being killed off by the cooperation of man, faunus, and Servant. Truly, humanity works together at its finest.

It made her sick to look at.

'So let's change all that.' With that, an idea formed onto Salem's mind which made her smile. Her eyes then glew and within the depths of the Monstra, the Demon God 'Battery' groaned as the Grimm that swarmed all over it began to use him for a spell Salem had in mind. Soon after, the Monstra flew up just a little, and then immediately dived down.

Everyone outside the Monstra saw this and wondered just what in heaven's Salem was planning. Some pondered if Salem had gone mad as the Monstra's current direction would have it smash right into the ground despite still being quite far from Beacon.

"Gruagh!" Gugalanna thought otherwise. Smashing its hooves to keep itself steady, the Bull of Heaven looked at Salem's direction and felt that letting her do this was bad. It then tried to go at her to deal with whatever wicked plan she had.

"Huuuaghhh." A heavy breathing followed by a great shadow then loomed over Gugalanna. From behind it, the Grimm liquid moved towards it where countless Geist hands then burst out and grabbed at the bull. Most snapped off of Gugalanna as it moved, forward but more and more hands burst to grab hold.

As powerful as Gugalanna is now, ultimately it only held but a fraction of its original strength. As such, it couldn't go towards Salem and was held back, something Salem purposely did as she needed to concentrate greatly.

By now, the Monstra was closer and closer to the ground.

Chaldea would attempt to intervene, as they themselves have seen how just when a bad guy is about to go down, something always happens to stop it. However, the Storm Border would be besieged by Gilgamesh's armory to stop any attempts. Meanwhile, on the ground, Avenger, as he fought the Servants at him, felt a mental message and soon understood what was going on. He grinned.

At this moment, the Monstra was now about to slam onto the first ground. Or it would have, had Salem not opened her eyes and then said, "Transform."

The Demon God Pillar inside glowed before it began screaming.

"The hell…" All while everyone else who could see it and not fighting then saw the Monstra turn into a massive pile of smoke.

At a first glance, one would innocently believe maybe somebody had killed it. I mean, Grimm only turned to smoke when they died. So perhaps someone had managed to kill the massive beast, with a few thinking so at this moment.

Others thought otherwise.

"That can't be good." Qrow spoke as he saw how the smoke cloud appeared, with his gut telling him something wasn't right. With him is Ana, who felt very much the same.

"You think this is some new plan?" The Lancer Class Servant asked.

"...maybe." Qrow answered. "But….Grimm only turns to smoke when they die." If anything, he should be cheering at how lucky they were. Yet considering Qrow's luck, he actually doubted it. And he would be right to as suddenly, from the sky he saw something fall out. Gugalanna, crashing onto the earth below, having been unable to even stand properly on the ground. But what happened next was worse. Because instead of the smoke going upward like it normally should, the smoke actually moved directly at Beacon. As if it had a will of its own where the Grimm nearby it followed the smoke cloud.

A few thought to fight it.

Even those like EMIYA and Shirou tried shooting their projected Noble Phantasms at it.

It did very little, seeing as how they were attacking something that had no physical form. All they could do was watch as the massive smoke cloud continued on uninterrupted, moving much faster than the Monstra ever could. Soon, it made its way above Beacon's entrance where many who tried to run found themselves engulfed in the smoke, soon after stopping right then and there. Where it then shifted and morphed to the point where the smoke looked as if it were solidifying.

"...oh man." Beating up some Grimm, Yang and Weiss and everyone else in and nearby Beacon then figured out what was happening. Because after a full minute, the smoke cloud was now gone. Replaced by something far more sinister.

"...UUUAAAAAGGGGHHHHHH!" The Monstra itself, physical form regained. Now right at Beacon's doorsteps with its maw opened big and wide to show hundreds of large teeth.

Along with a stream of black liquid that came crawling out of its mouth and spilling all over the ground and unfortunately, anybody who had been located where the Monstra happened to be at. Their deaths were quick but immensely painful as their bodies broke down as they drowned into the liquid and fell within it.

"..." All while silent monsters and abominations rose from the liquid and revealed themselves to be the Creatures of Grimm themselves.

Everyone, in silent horror, watched in shock at this quick turn of events. All while within the mastermind grinned at what could be considered the brilliance of her idea. That being to transmute the entire Monstra into a smoke cloud, just as she could. Admittingly, it would normally be impossible, especially towards something of this size. But with a Demon God Pillar and its immense magic, well, that changed things. And with glowing red eyes Salem then gave one simple command to the Grimm born from the liquid.

"Attack."

The Grimm roared as they then charged forth.

And the Monstra has landed on Beacon's doorstep. That oughta suck, especially since everyone else was doing great. But seems will be a little difficult for a while now. But eh, I'm sure the heroes will figure something out...Maybe. Until Next Time.
