Author's Note
Hi, everyone. Um... Sorry about the wait. I've been really busy with a LOT of things. Work, new video games I purchased, role playing in DeviantArt... But now that I'm here, finally, I can get to working on this kind of passion. It's also my birthday today. So! Let's get started!
Last time, a dog, who can talk, named Gunvolt has appeared before Satsuki, the Elite Four, Komaru, and Toko. The group goes through the city, seeing a bridge along the way, then go through a hotel. Once they get to the bridge...
"Yes! All we gotta do now is cross the bridge!" Komaru declared. "We did it, guys! Just a little more! We're gonna be all right!"
"I wonder... if it will really end this easily..." Toko thought out loud.
"Huh?" Komaru huffed in confusion.
"I agree with you, Fukawa. The darkness and those children Komaru spoke of along the way certainly would not make it that easy." Satsuki said.
"And sure enough, it isn't. Wristbands like the one Komaru has are rigged to explode the moment that wristband reaches even an inch outside of Towa City." Hoka told.
"WHAT!?" Komaru exclaimed. "S-So that means, for as long as I have this thing on me... I'm stuck here!?"
"That's what it sounds like. Sorry, Komaru." Gunvolt apologized.
"Heeey! You guys over there!" A voice called. The group turns and sees a young man with tanned skin, brown hair, and a green jacket appeared. "You guys don't look like you're with those kids... That means... you're on our side, right? Right?" He asked, being the source of the voice.
""Our" side?" Nonon asked for clarification.
"I finally found you... Gunvolt." A man with white hair and red eyes growled as he appears. "You may be a dog now, but this energy I'm sensing... There's no mistaking it."
"You're... Copen!" Gunvolt grunted in shock.
"You two know each other? So that means you two are-"
"Enemies." Copen interrupted Komaru.
"I-I-I was gonna say friends..." Komaru pointed out.
"Komaru. Did you not read their tone of voice?" Uzu lampshaded.
"Wait, Copen. So would that mean...?" The tanned man tried to ask.
"Yes. That dog over there is the Adept I was telling you about. Gunvolt. The Azure Striker." Copen nodded.
"The Azure Striker...?" Komaru repeated before Copen pulled out a gun and pointed it at Gunvolt, surprising everyone.
"Don't move, Gunvolt. I'll make this quick and painless by shooting between your dog-like eyes." Copen "assured".
"W-Wait!" Komaru asked of, shielding Gunvolt.
"...What are you doing? Move." Copen ordered.
"Please don't hurt him! He hasn't even hurt anyone!" Komaru pleaded.
"You're a human. Why are you protecting a corrupted Adept like him?" Copen asked.
"Corrupted...?" Komaru caught. "You're wrong. He was protecting us from the Monokumas! Well... Toko and me, anyway..."
"That's nonsense. Where's your proof?"
"...I don't need it."
"What?"
"I trust Gunvolt with my life. As long as he's here, then... I believe that Adepts and humans can live in peace."
"...Peace was never an option between the two races." Copen shook his head before pointing his gun at Komaru. "Step. Aside. Now."
"That's enough, boss." A female voice spoke up. The source was from a floating sphere by his side.
"Lola? Not you too...?"
"Listen to me, boss. Like it or not, Gunvolt is our ticket outta this world. Those guys are just as much our ticket out of this world as anyone could be. If you attack Gunvolt, we'd most likely lose, even with all of our upgrades. Even with... THAT power." Lola told Copen.
"But they are-" Copen was about to say before stopping himself short. "...No. You're right." He sighed before putting his gun away, making Komaru sigh in relief. "But know this, Gunvolt. If you harm even a single innocent human being..."
"I know. I won't disappoint you in terms of kindness." Gunvolt nodded in understanding.
"See to it that you do not. Because if you do... it's not just me that you will have to deal with." Copen stated, looking at the others.
"Of course. We will do everything in our power to defeat you if you hurt anyone innocent." Ira warned Gunvolt who sweatdrops.
"N-Noted..."
"Oh, that reminds me! I never told you my name. It's Yuta Asahina." The young man introduced himself. The others introduce themselves as well. Yuta was seen writing on his palm with his finger.
"...What're you doing?" Komaru asked.
"Oh, this? If you really wanna remember a name, you gotta write it on your hand three times." Yuta answered.
"Oh, I see. I never heard of that..." Komaru scratched her cheek.
"May I have your attention, Yuta?" Hoka asked of.
"Yeah? What's up?"
"I see you have that wristband on you as well, so I thought I'd mention this before you go and do something you might regret. That wristband you're wearing is rigged to explode when you try to go outside city limits with it."
"What!?" Yuta gasped.
"Huh. Who knew." Copen and Lola thought out loud.
"Jinx~! Owe me a can of oil, boss~!" Lola hollered happily.
"So... what do we do...?" Yuta let out in devastation.

"That is simple." Satsuki began, light emitting from behind her as she starts walking. "We fight and look for a way to get those wristbands off of you both. I will personally see to it that we all leave this city alive. Yuta. Take this." She asked of, placing one of her Bakuzan daggers onto Yuta's hands. "With it, you'll be able to fight."
"But what about you?" Yuta asked.
"Hmph. I only need one dagger for this journey. If we happen to find another survivor with a wristband, then I will do the same thing to the other survivor and give them the one I have as well. I'll carve a path with my own two fists if I have to!" Satsuki answered. "So follow me, and together... we will set this world straight!"
"Tch... So gaudy and so boisterous... But... I'll be damned if it didn't get me pumped up for it." Toko huffed, amused.
"For the sake of humanity... I'll follow your lead. Since there's nowhere else to go." Copen shrugged.
"Same here~!" Lola exclaimed.
"Thanks, Satsuki. I'm right by your side whenever you need me." Gunvolt nodded.
"We're always with you, Lady Satsuki!" The Elite Four declared.
"Satsuki... You always filled me with confidence. So... without you, I'd easily fall into darkness, into despair... So... I'll go with you!" Komaru proclaimed.
"Then let us be off." Satsuki ordered with a smile.
