This is just a Republic Data Tracks and it's about Atlas

The Kingdom of Atlas was the final and last Kingdom to be founded in Remnant located in Solitas and it's floating Kingdom on top of the City of Mantle. Atlas as the most advance technology then the other Kingdoms, their Military are most likely Drones but they do have organic Troopers and Huntsmen and Huntress working in the Military aside from just Atlas Academy. Atlas is also home to the Schnee Dust Company/SDC and the Schnee Household run by Nicholas Schnee to Jacque Schnee while the Atlas Armed Forces is run by General James Ironwood and his predecessors before him. James Ironwood was also the Headmaster of Atlas Academy and part of Professor Ozpin's Inner Circle, even helping against the War against Salem and her minions as well.

But in reality and unknown to the the Inhabitants of Atlas and James Ironwood, Atlas was actually founded by the CIS/Separatist, the enemy and Nemesis Faction of the Galactic Republic during the colonization of Remnant when it was once known as Faunus Prime during the Second Clone Wars. Atlas Drones are all based on the CIS's Battle Droids and many Vehicle Droids, plus the CIS are responsible for installing bad, corrupt, power hungry, fearful and paranoid officials, even making sure that the people of Atlas would look down on the other Kingdom of Remnant that the Galactic Republic founded. The CIS was also responsible for putting James Ironwood in his position as General and Headmaster of Atlas because they must of known about his fear and paranoia of Salem, plus the CIS might predicted the Evil that James Ironwood will do once he succumbs to his fear and paranoia of Salem, which is like leaving the people for dead, killing Councilmen Sleet which puts the entire Council to submission and making excuse just to justified his actions to defeat Salem and save Atlas only. No one would know about this because like the Galactic Republic, the CIS leaves no evidences of their presences.
