"It's him," Alex said in a lovestruck way.
Danny was facing off against a ghost octopus who was trying to hit him.
"OMG! The ghost kid!..." Clover said, hearts in her eyes.
Sam was the only one who wasn't lovestruck, mostly because she was still surprised by his presence.
"No way, he's flying without anything to help him..." Samantha thought as the two ghosts continued to fight.
"Hey, Squid face, do the words sushi restaurant mean anything to you?...' Danny quipped as he fired an ice ray.
He managed to freeze half the tentacles of the ghost octopus, but it got more hostile and aggressive.
"Groooo..." It hissed as it tried to ram him.
"That's all you got, you seafood platter..." Danny commented as he dodged it.
The octopus rammed into a building instead, and the ice shattered. However, it was still mad and tried to fire ink at him.
Danny dodged them but got annoyed.
"Hey, watch it. I just got this suit cleaned, and do you know how hard it is to get stains out of spandex?..." Danny complained while the ghostly cephalopod continued its rampage.
All the while, the spies watched the back and forth between the ghost boy and the octopus. Then, finally, Sam snapped out of it.
"Girls, what are we doing? We can't just stand here and do nothing! We gotta stop that thing!..." Samantha said.
"You're right...we gotta help Danny Phantom..." Alex said.
"Agreed..." Clover said as she pulled out her mirror and makeup.
Her friends sent her looks.
"Clover?..." They both complained.
"What? It's not every day we meet a cute superhero. You can't blame me for wanting to look my best..." Clover said.
Her friends rolled their eyes and dragged her to the battleground.
Danny was still fighting the ghostly octopus but seemed to be getting the upper hand now.
While Danny was recovering from that blow, the girls tried to assist.
"Alright, girls, looks like we got some octopus to fry..." Sam said as she pulled out a gadget.
It was the Tornado Blast Hair Dryer.
"Eat this, calamari..." Sam yelled as she fired.
The octopus ghost was hit but didn't seem to do much damage aside from angering it.
"SHRRRRRRR..."The octopus screeched out, aiming its attention at them.
"It didn't work..." Alex said. "Now what?..."She asked as they barely avoided the ghost's tentacles as it tried to strike them.
"Leave it to me. There isn't anything that can't be fixed with the right kind of perfume..."Clover said as she pulled out the Ice queen perfume.
She waited until the ghost got closer and then fired it. Thankfully, the perfume had more effect than the hair dryer.
"Caught it..."Clover said.
"But INSERT before it thaws out?..." Sam asked.
"Uh...ladies..."Danny said as he pulled out his thermos. "I think I can take it from here..."He said.
Before they could respond, he used the thermos to trap the octopus ghost.
Oh my gosh! Danny Phantom!..."Clover and Alex both squealed with hearts in their eyes.
Sam, on the other hand, was serious with the ghost boy.
"Uh...Hi there..."Danny asked sheepishly while Clover ran to him.
"Totally. Hey there, cutey, I was wondering what a guy like you doing alone?..."She said, going into flirting mode.
Danny blushed deeply and gulped as the pretty blonde girl was flirting heavily with him and fluttering her eyes.
"Am I dreaming?..."He thought as he found himself bewitched by Clover's charm.
This was cut short when Samantha cleared her throat, getting their attention.
"Uh, sorry to interrupt, but we need to get back to work..."The redhead said sternly.
"Aw, already?..." Alex whined while Clover glared at her.
"Yes, already..." Sam said in an edgy tone.
Clover pouted but decided to end this on a high note.
"I guess we'll have to continue this some other time..." Clover said before she handed him a copy of her digits. "Call me..."She said, winking at him.
Danny was now completely confused about what had just happened. he was wondering what he would do with this phone number. He knows that Tucker would get really jealous if he heard about this.
