Chapter five:
That time at the ramen stand wasn't the last
The blondie had followed them anywhere and everywhere well almost he still hasn't gone into their apartment luckily
"I swear that kid has sensor abilities to something!" Itsuki said in a harsh whisper clenching his hands out of irritation
Now that was something it resting as Itsuki did not get irritated by something so so minor it was obvious that the kid had done something else
Kaito grabbed onto both of them and shunshined out of there "I should ask Uryuu-sensei to teach me that" Kazuya muttered then started to draw something
Itsuki sat down on the floor still annoyed the boy grumbled as he let his hands flit around creating small little pants here and there mostly flowers
The flowers would wilt soon after he grew them
And he'd continue like that til his ire was sated
So Kaito sat down back to Kazuya as he started to write some more quotes he remembered depressing or happy or even inspirational
He had often turned to quotes when he felt low and he knew it was an odd way to relax but something about it made him feel better every time
The three sat in utter silence and uncomfortable silence
Once Itsuki's ire had been sated he grabbed a pillow and threw it at the back of Kaitos head
Kaito easily caught it smirking, he knew exactly what to do here for it had happened so many times
The pillow was thrown back with greater force and the blue-haired teen ran off to get another pillow
Before they knew it there was a full-out pillow fight
Kazuya had randomly joined in
And they had fun
It had been a long time since they'd had time to do this and now that they can? Well he couldn't pass up the opportunity
The rest of the day and long into the night was spent with a lot of activities
many childish ones but they are in a way expected to act this way so why not?
The next morning, however...
A pillow was thrown into Itsuki's face "wake up you idiot!" Kaito called hitting Itsuki once again to wake him up "noooo I wanna sleeeepp" the brunet had complained burying his face into the pillow
"How do you breath like that?" Kazuya asked mildly concerned Itsuki rolled over and Kaito seized this opportunity to throw a pebble at his forehead
And Itsuki shot up while rubbing the sore spot "ow!" complained but then was dragged out of bed and forced to the shower
Kazuya and Kaito in the meanwhile got ready
When Itsuki was finally out the three of them left the area together
And found the blonde following them once again
It was evident in Itsuki's twitch
The brunet had decided that enough was enough and led them all into the training ground they liked coming here early so Uryuu-Sensei wasn't here, yet...
A clap of Itsuki's hands and a blonde was brought in front of them by a branch "blondie" he said menacingly
Kaito and Kazuya knowing what their youngest brother's rage felt like backed the FUCK up
A hand clasped both of their shoulders as they saw Uryuu-Sensei also early "so what's happening?" He asked mirth visible in his eye
Kaito rolled his eyes "you already know... but I don't know what got him so riled up" the blue-haired boy was concerned for his brother
Kazuya grabbed Kaitos hand and the two locked eyes having a silent conversation
In the end, the raven backed further into the woods doing who knows what- actually Kaito probably does
The talking between the two children turned into screaming matches in the end Blondie blurted something out "Why don't you hate me?!" He had asked
Itsuki stood in silence at that Blondie took a second to recompose then started up again "y-you don't look like the-the villager! You don't have that l-look so-so why don't you hate me!? Why don't you have that look!" Blondie was frustrated
Sure the Hokage was nice to him but he felt it was more of an obligation he is the Hokage after all
Then their Ayame and Teuchi but-but they like him a lot yet-
-Yet this guy! This-this kid!
He doesn't hate him but doesn't like him either that's the only thing he'd ever gotten from anything either hate or like never NEVER neutral
And Itsuki had come to that conclusion after doing so the brunet decided "not everyone hates you... the children don't... they just follow their parents because they don't know what else to do." Then he promptly walked off to Kazuya's chakra signature
Kaito sighed at the end of the vent and took Blondie away from the area saying "you shouldn't be here for when my brother explodes" and then dragged him along
"Why not!" The kid complained, Naruto was a very happy-cheerful child and Kaitos patient easily ran off when In the presence of one
So he dropped him off somewhere the boy knew and left towards Itsuki once again
"This is going to be troublesome" as a certain Nara would say
When he reached the forest he saw parts of it collapsed and by the lack of trees felling means that he's been gone for Itsuki's explosion
Kaito found a clearing with the three people
Uryuu-sensei seemed tired and resigned while Kazuya was just sitting at the base of a tree doing nothing in particular
Lastly, we have Itsuki sitting on a giant stone calming himself with a lyre he got not too long ago
Singing one of Venti's verses or the one the unnamed bard had sung for him
He used music to calm himself and so did Kaito but he only played the flute and he doesn't think there are any flutes here though
He sat on a ledge feeling like he should know this place
So he thought back first through this life what had happened and then to his past through the series he tried to find a ravine with a river under it
"How did I even get here again? This is a steep fall...-" a thought struck him and he couldn't get it out of his mind but
Gently he but his foot in the ledge getting ready to climb down
But before he could get long a hand grabbed him from the back of his shirt
"Hey kid" a voice spoke out... a voice he knew
"Hello" he answered back not feeling like saying anything else "sooo why were you going to jump down there, it's not a place to play a afterall" there was a teasing yet serious tone to it
"I know chakra control... I can walk down and up, now leave me be"
