Authors note : If you've been reading this story long enough. You are aware that Brooke has taken her vows very seriously. She's been loving supportive stood by Lucas. Which is why them repairing their marriage won't be a simple or easy fix. The damaged relationship with his kids will also not be fixed overnight.

Love means giving chances when there are no more left to give.

"My job is to listen and offer my professional insight and advice."

"I'm not here to judge or filter either three of you."

"In order for this process to work. The three of you need to be honest with you're father."

"You're mom is here as an observer. She won't be adding input just listening. This is you're time to be open and honest with you're dad."

"Since i know all you're names. I will share mine."

"I'm Trudy. Whoever wants to speak up first can go on."

"That's when the session will begin." Trudy explained. Looking to the Scott children.

"Trudy is right. If this process is going to work."

"I need the three of you to be honest with me."

"Don't hold back. I can take it." Lucas assured his children.

"I lied. Our birth parents didn't find us at random. I did one of those online DNA test and found them."

"I reached out wanting contact. I would rather take my chances with a stranger then the person you've become." Landon revealed.

Lucas swallowed hard. He wasn't expecting to hear anything this raw and honest. But he needed to listen. No matter how difficult it was for him.

"You taught us how Scott men are supposed to behave with honor. Loyalty. Respect. To put one hundred percent effort into what you do and stand by what you say."

"Especially when it came to people we loved. Yet we've had front row seats to you being so blinded and consumed with you're wants and needs its as if we didn't matter."

"Our mom has been holding this family together and protecting you. And that makes me angry and upset."

"She deserves better then that and so do we."

"You broke mom's heart over and over. And she isn't only one." Langston proclaimed.

...

"You are free to talk Alaska. Whenever you want. If you want." Trudy insisted.
