ATM: Seth and the God Girls – The Good Housekeeper
After the havoc caused by her brother Shane, Stephanie tries to rebuild the McMahon family name, but the DX family are weary of her intentions and Seth and the God Girls wonder who in the wrestling world they can really trust as they prepare to go to war with Bray Wyatt.
Chapter Eighteen – For Ourselves
The Reigns Household, Pensacola, Florida
Stephanie McMahon laid back on her husband Jeff Hardy's chest eating vanilla ice cream as Jeff gently stroked the top of her head. It was a beautiful summer day in Florida and the Hardys were enjoying every second of it. Much to her daughter and husband's delight, Stephanie was kicking back. Her thoughts of revenge against the DX family were far away, since her daughter assured her that the DX family had everything under control where Shane McMahon and Bray Wyatt were concerned. Still, the Billion Dollar Princess conceded that it would have been nice to get in on the action. It sounded like her stubborn older brother was about to get his butt kicked New York style.
"I can't believe I'm actually pulling for DX, I really have turned a corner haven't I?" Stephanie said to Jeff who smiled down at her fondly.
"You sure are babe, I'm so glad you decided to back down from your tyrannical vendetta against the DX family. What was it that made you finally come to your senses and stop warring against DX?" Jeff asked Steph.
"It was my conversation with Sasha. I got chills talking to her before she left for New York City, it was like looking in a younger, more glamorous mirror. She really is a McMahon and she's everything I don't want to be anymore. I feel so sorry for Seth; he has no idea what this is going to do to their marriage," Stephanie said and she sat up and turned to face Jeff. "Maybe I should warn him, should we say something to the God Girls?"
"I'm sure they already know babe," Jeff replied. "Its not your problem, let's focus on our family and let Seth and the God Girls handle Sasha Banks McMahon,"
"You're right, that's not my business, my business is here with you and our future as a family," Stephanie said and they kissed tenderly and Stephanie resumed her position against her husband's ever supportive chest. Roman's home was so relaxing but her mind couldn't help but wonder to the fireworks that were about to go off in the city that never sleeps.
The God Girls apartment, Central Park, New York City, New York
Charlotte Flair looked at Becky, Alexa and Bianca as they waited outside for Seth and Sasha to come out of their apartment.
"They're not coming down, I say we leave without them. Trish sounded pretty fired up, we really shouldn't keep ATM waiting," Charlotte said.
"No, we leave together. Seth is not staying in our apartment with Sasha," Bianca said tapping her feet angrily. "That's it, Becky – go get them out of our apartment,"
"I thought you'd never say those words," Becky said elated and she ran up the stairs to the God Girls apartment to retrieve her trusty ice bucket, which she quickly filled with ice and cold water.
Alexa laughed at the idea of Becky kicking the bedroom door open to a love-making Rollins and then dousing him with epically cold ice water.
"I think I heard them scream," Charlotte said and Alexa laughed while Bianca tried not to get upset.
"Why couldn't she just stay with Rocky in Malibu?" Bianca said with her arms crossed. "We need Seth at full capacity, now all of our energy is going to be sapped on keeping them apart,"
"Keeping Seth and Sasha apart in New York City is like trying to kick Jesus out of church, it just ain't gonna happen," Charlotte said as Seth and Sasha came shivering out of the building with Becky Lynch holding up her ice bucket triumphantly in the air.
"Finally you're out, let's go ATM are waiting for us!" Bianca said.
Sasha scowled at Becky who was smiling from ear-to-ear, "I'm gonna fart all over your wedding dress!" she yelled at Becky and Seth gagged his wife's mouth.
"Now honey don't be mad at Becky, we really need to hold it down while we're in New York. Your father and Bray Wyatt have got some evil business plans that we have got to help the DX family take care. I can't be making love to you every five minutes, even though I really, really want to,"
"Is that a dare?" Sasha asked Seth amorously.
"No that was Truth – let's go Rollins!" Bianca snapped and she suddenly gasped getting everyone's attention.
"Bianca are you okay?" Becky asked coming over to Bianca's side.
"The baby kicked, she kicked real hard – oh God I'm so happy, where's 'Tez? I gotta see him right now!" Bianca said pulling out her cell-phone.
Sasha's face softened at the sudden jubilation in Bianca, "Oh wow, that is so sweet," she said as Bianca spoke to Montez Ford.
"'Tez is coming over to the Ortons, that gives us double reason to get going. Come on guys move!" Bianca said and her baby girl kicked her again, "Woo-hoo, this is so awesome, keep kicking me baby!"
"Maybe you should sign her up for soccer," Charlotte said as Seth, the God Girls and Sasha headed to Midtown.
"Have you picked a name for her yet?" Sasha asked Bianca as she walked hand-in-hand with Seth as the God Girls surrounded Bianca who was beaming with first pregnancy glow.
"Well I decided to call her Gabriella but then Bray Wyatt totally ruined that name for me, so me and Tez have to come up with something else. If you have any suggestions please let me know,"
"How about Francesca?" Sasha suggested.
"Nah, sounds too foreign, I need something that I can abbreviate without getting her mocked," Bianca said.
"What are you naming your baby girl?" Alexa asked Sasha and the Boss squeezed Seth's hand affectionately.
"We haven't decided yet, let's get back to you. How about Cinderella? Her peers can call her Cindy for short?" Sasha said and Seth covered his mouth to stop from laughing.
"I apologise for my wife's Disney-influenced suggestion B, you are under no obligation to name your daughter after a Disney princess," Seth said and the other God Girls blew a sigh of relief.
Sasha shook her head in disappointment, "So that means Jasmine and Ariel are off the table for our daughter?" she asked Seth.
"They were never on the table!" Seth replied and the God Girls burst out laughing while Sasha burst into tears.
The Ortons
Amy Michaels and Queen Melina watched as Trish and Randy Orton let the God Girls into their home where the DX family was waiting impatiently for them. Hunter attention was suddenly diverted by a crying Sasha Banks that Seth was trying desperately to comfort but it didn't seem to be working. Sasha was crying profusely, she was really upset about something and it was very amusing to the God Girls who explained everything to the DX family.
"So, you wanted to name your second born child after a Disney princess and Seth said no?" Amy "Lita" Michaels said to Sasha who was wailing hysterically.
"Why would he do this to me when I'm pregnant!?" Sasha yelled at Seth before she stormed up to the Ortons bedroom and flung herself down over their well-made bed.
"Great, now she's going to get tear stains all over our champagne satin duvet!" Randy complained but Trish was upset for a whole other reason. She reached out her hand and blocked Seth from going after his wife.
"Seth, I forbid you from going upstairs to see Sasha," Trish said firmly. "We have some serious business to attend to and ATM need your full attention down here. Sasha can cry herself to sleep and in the morning you can resume your love-making,"
"Yeah right, like I'm going to leave her upstairs all by herself," Seth said.
"She's not going to be by herself, is she Abi?" Randy said to Abiyah who was with Faith Star. "Why don't you go with Faith Star and keep your Mommy company while we talk to your Daddy down here?"
Abiyah climbed the stairs with Faith Star while the rest of the DX family and the God Girls tried to conceal their laughter at Sasha's extra-hormonal behaviour.
"What was all that about?" Roman Reigns asked coming into the living room with Miss Glee, the Good Housekeeper.
"It's a Disney Princess thing, you don't want to know," Seth replied and everyone sat down to hear what the wonderful ATM had to say.
"Seth, you know we love you and you've been doing a great job leading the God Girls but your decision to remove Bayley from the God Girls after we approved her for entry was a mistake," Trish said and Seth looked at The Truth confused.
"But I don't get it, you guys were the ones who said you didn't think she was trustworthy," Seth said.
"You're right, we didn't think she was trustworthy, that's why we gave her a mini assignment to see if she could change our minds, and she did," Amy added. "She passed her mini assignment Seth,"
"Which means she meets our qualifications to be a God Girl," Queen Melina added.
"She's totally trustworthy," Amy said and Seth shook his head.
"I disagree," Seth said firmly. "you don't know Bayley the way I do,"
"Well Seth, you don't know God the way we do and He says Bayley is in," Trish added and Seth was clearly not happy with this news.
"You should be happy she's in Seth, you're gonna need the help when Bianca and Sasha go on maternity leave later this year," Amy said.
"I'm sorry ATM but the idea of Bayley being around me right now doesn't feel good at all. I trust Charlotte, I trust Alexa and I even trust Becky - "
"Hey!" Becky objected. "I am just as trustworthy as these two dopes!" she said before hitting Seth over the head with her ice bucket.
"Ow!" Seth cried out rubbing his head and Bianca snatched Becky's ice bucket away from her.
"Pay attention Becks," Bianca said while tapping her pregnant stomach feeling the little kicks from her daughter under her hands. "That's it baby girl, keep kicking Mommy," she said blissfully.
"We know how you feel about the God Girls Seth but this group was created to do the will of God as it relates to the DX family and the wrestling world, Bayley is a big part of that and you are going to need her," Amy said and Trish leaned forward and looked into Seth's eyes.
"Its not Bayley that isn't trustworthy, is it Seth?" she asked and Seth remained silent before speaking.
"You're right, Bayley isn't the problem: I am," Seth said sadly, "I don't know if I can trust myself with Bayley, especially if Bianca and Sasha aren't going to be around. I'm scared something might happen, please don't hate me," he said to the God Girls but they smiled at him lovingly.
"We don't hate you Seth, we've been there for you through this whole thing with Bayley. Its no surprise you feel this way, after all, you do love her and technically, you have slept with her," Alexa said and Seth recoiled at the memory of the body switch in Aruba between Sasha and Bayley.
"I just think it would be safe for her to remain on the outside of the core group. Seriously, I want my marriage to be strong and I want my relationship with God to be strong and I don't know if I can have either with Bayley as a God Girl," Seth said.
"I have to tell you Seth, you won't have a strong relationship with God or the God Girls if you can't control your feelings towards Bayley. Bottom line, Bayley's in. She is a full-fledged God Girl," Trish said and Randy looked at Seth sympathetically.
"This wouldn't be such a problem if your wife wasn't such a pain in the a**," he said and Roman laughed while Seth scowled at Randy.
"Which brings us to our next topic," Queen Melina said. "Your wife is in cahoots with Shane McMahon and Bray Wyatt which is a problem for all of us. Bray is planning a night of destruction on Becky and Finn's wedding day, we have to be ready for it. Seth, you are going to have to keep Sasha away from her father and Bray Wyatt during the wedding. That is not going to be easy because the Hurt Business is going to come looking for her,"
"The Hurt Business? What the Hell do Bobby, Shelton, Cedric and MVP have to do with my wife?" Seth asked.
"Shane promised Sasha, that if he took over the WWE, she could run the Men's division while you ran the Women's division," Amy said. "The Hurt Business are big fans of the Boss and Shane is very fond of Bobby, Shelton, Cedric and P,"
"Like I wouldn't have made you the same offer after you had your Disney Princess baby, Shane is such a hack!" Hunter said and the DX family agreed.
"For the last time, our daughter is not being named after a Disney Princess!" Seth said and the sound of Sasha cussing Seth out suddenly resounded through the Ortons' home.
"Sounds like Sasha disagrees," Shawn Michaels said.
"What's the harm, just call her Aurora, like me. I'm named after Sleeping Beauty, hasn't done me any harm," Aurora Helmsley said nonchalantly.
"No, Disney names are a no-go," Seth said firmly and Sasha continued to yell at Seth from the second floor.
"Do you want to sleep again because I don't think Sasha's going to give up on this?" Shawn Michaels said to Seth.
"I'm done talking about this, let's get back to the wedding. How do we stop Bray and Shane from ruining it for Finn and Becky?" Seth said and Roman stood to his feet.
"I'll just go and make sure Sasha's okay, I don't like the idea of her being so upset in front of my son," he said but Bianca Belair grabbed his arm.
"Sit your sexy Samoan a** down Roman, let her throw a fit. She's gonna be a spoiled princess for the rest of her life, you think Seth wants his baby girl named after one too?" Bianca said and Seth nodded.
"I love my wife but she has got to stop fighting me on stuff that's important and my daughter's first name is very important to me," Seth said and everyone realised that Seth already had a baby name in mind for his first daughter.
"Well, whatever name you've chosen, I sure hope Sasha likes it," Roman said and Bianca sighed knowing she wouldn't. Bianca was holding a lot of stuff in that God had told her about Seth and Sasha's future but she figured now was just not the right time to let it all out. Plus, she was having too much fun feeling her daughter's kicks to let anything spoil her mood.
"Back to the wedding everyone," Bianca said. "We've got a plan and it involves all the DX kids,"
ATM nodded, "It's been a while since we've had a DX ATM thrown down but if Shane and Bray wanna mess with Becky and Finn and the people of New York City, that's exactly what they're going to get," Amy said and they told everyone the plan they had to wreck whatever Shane and Bray had in mind, while Abiyah and Faith Star tried to figure out why the Boss was acting like such a brat. Unfortunately for them and everyone downstairs, Sasha's behaviour was a sign of very ugly things to come.
