The groups had went about their training. Kirishima could take Alice's hits, but he knew he'd be sore in the morning. The girl had strength that he didnt expect. She was relentless in her attacks too, it was admirable. Bakugo had calmed down after they talked. He seemed much more at ease now. He was still shouting and yelling, but it wasnt directed at her anymore. Kirishima was grateful. It was hard to watch his two friends fight. Alice had become such a close friend to him in such a small time. She was patient with him and was pretty positive.
"You didnt do half bad, Support." Bakugo crossed his arms. "You need to learn to be quicker on your feet, but not bad at all." He snorted and gave the girl a faint grin. "As for you, shitty hair. What the hell? Cant take her hits? She hits like a girl!" He slugged Kirishima in the arm, who made a strangled noise in pain.
"Bro, she hits hard! What do you want from me?" Kirishima rubbed his arm. Hits like a girl. He rolled his eyes. Alice had barely had a chance to land a hit on the blond, she spent most of the time blocking or defending against him. The hotheaded male didnt back down either. He went after her with everything he had.
"She didnt even touch me!" Bakugo boasted, a wide grin set on his lips.
Alice rolled her eyes, "You didnt let me! I swear, all I did was defend."
"But you defended against me of all people. So I say that's pretty good." Bakugo dusted off his shoulder. She was right. She hadnt touched him. She got close, but most of the time she was defending. She took his hits like a champ too. Her stamina was extremely high compared to those he had fought. Even the Gravity chick had folded. Alice lasted longer than she did.
"If you let me get an attack in, I bet it'd be different." Alice pouted and crossed her arms, which got a short laugh from Bakugo.
"As if! You never let the enemy get an attack in. That's what being a number one hero is about! You gotta plan accordingly, or youll end up failing. Every move you make has to be a confident one." Bakugo explained as they walked.
Kirishima smiled faintly as he let the pair walk in front of him. Bakugo was like a whole other person now. He'd been pissy and grumpy for most of the morning, but after Alice apologized and he was able to whale on her a few time- he had loosened up a lot. Hell, even Alice seemed to have more confidence. She took Bakugo's advice seriously and Bakugo took note of that. He just got harder on her each time. She had even used two separate weapons because Bakugo had forced her to.
They made it back to the main Gym area a bit later than everyone else. Uraraka was waiting for them and gave Bakugo a glare as she linked arms with Alice. "I hope he was nicer." The taller girl grumbled under her breath.
"He was." Alice whispered. "We talked. Its good now." She tried to reassure Uraraka, but the girl seemed hesitant.
"He better. That was uncalled for. Youve only been nice to him since you met."
"Thats kinda what the argument was about. Ill tell you later, trust me." She smiled faintly and leaned on her friend. Alice took a soft breath. She felt so much better after all this. Bakugo wasnt mad at her anymore. She wasnt hiding her quirk from her friends. Yesterday seemed like a horrible nightmare. She'd definitely work towards the future. That was the plan.
