"THE REVOCS TOWER IS FALLING! I REPEAT! THE REVOCS TOWER IS FALLING!" The reporter screamed from his helicopter.
Down on the floor, it was very much the same; pros and civilians alike began to panic.
"Well…that is….kinda pathetic. Understandable, but pathetic." Hana mused.
"Hana, please remember not all of us are as indestructible as you." Melissa sighed, swallowing a bit in her throat. She then felt Hana gently clasp her hand.
"Hey. We're going to be okay. I know you're scared. I am too…but what does Mama-sensei always say?"
Melissa smiled, remembering the words not just from Mamako, but from her father, uncle and Crimson Riot:
"'Bravery isn't not being scared. Bravery is being scared, but you act anyways.'"
Within her, Melissa felt a sense of warmth fill her and she saw several profiles come behind her.
"Well said, Ninth!"
The energy of One for All channelled around Melissa, who focused it throughout her body and glared at the falling building.
Smirking, Hana willing two bubbles around her fists as he strength grew.

The two girls turned to see five newcomers standing behind them, all in black and gold uniforms and with determined looks on their faces.
"CLASS SANCUTARY, YOU HAVE DONE MORE THAN ENOUGH!" Gamagori shouted.
"Top marks all around." Nonon smiled.
"Yeah, you're all amazing! But we DID come all this way to help, so if you'll let us?" Mako asked.
"Plus? Lady Satski will be annoyed if we do nothing." Sangayama noted.
Houka alone wasn't smiling.
"Even with our combined might, the debris will still be grand." He noted. "And this attack will no doubt leave us spent…"
"Then you won't mind if we cut in?"
The others glanced over their shoulders to see Amity, Luz, Michiru, Nazuna, and Tetsuo then landed beside them,
"I can't slow down that thing much on my own." Tetsuo admitted. "But I can tell ya that the others are wrapping up their fights."
"We've already evacuated the area; its just the Pros now." Naznna said, putting some fears to rest.
"Did you really expect to handle this all on your?" Amity asked, raising an eyebrow.
"…You guys didn't need to be here." Hana smiled weakly.
"And miss the most awesome combo move ever? I don't think so!" Luz smirked as glyphs, all with different designs and colors, manifested around her. "Besides…I never really got to show you my full arsenal…."
Melissa smirked.
"Alright, lets break that building!"
SANCTUARY
Back at UA!
"Alright, I've got the hot water bowl!" Minoru said, carrying said bowel over his head; a sight that Himiko, Katsuki and Jin had not been expecting when they came to UA.
"Thanks, Mineta. Set it on the bed next to me." Emi motioned for the midget to do as she asked.
The martial artist had stayed behind to defend the orphans and in case the exactment forced the baby to come early. While she regretted not being outside, fighting with her friends, she was happy she had been here, especially with Mamko out in the field.
"Okay, what else?" Momo asked.
"I'll need a lot of fresh towels." Emi followed.
"Done!"
Momo easily pulled up her shirt and created several fresh towels from her stomach. Mineta wanted to enjoy the sight, but found himself backhanded by Jin.
"There is a time and a place! AND SHE'S UNDERAGE!"
Himiko and Katsuki smirked at that.
Kazuho then gasped as she went into contractions.
"AAAARRRGH! I CAN'T DO THIS, I THINK I'M GONNA DIE!"
"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO, SHE SAID SHE'S GONNA DIE!" Denki panicked.
"IT'S JUST AN EXPRESSION, YOU DOLT!" Emi snapped.
Kazuho let out one last cry before passing out, which caused Eri and Anya to scream in terror.
"LISTEN, SHE'S NOT DEAD, SHE JUST LOST CONSCIOUSNESS!" Emi said, trying to restore order.
"YEAH, WHAT SHE SAID! SHE'S DEAD AS A DOORNAIL!" Jin exclaimed as he handed more towels and then some water bottles.
"NOT THE TIME!" Katsuki called out.
"MAYBE SHE HAD TO GIVE SOMETHING UP! YOU KNOW, LIKE ALCHEMY!" Sero cried.
"CHILDBIRTH ISN'T ALCHEMY, YOU DOLT!" Emi shouted.
Kazuho suddenly grunted, groaning in pain as everyone breathed a sigh of relief. Nedzu sighed as he decided now was the time to step in.
"Anya? Can you perhaps?"
"Hear the baby? Yeah! She's ready!"
Everyone paused at that, Kazuho smiling and tearing up, wishing Koichi was here.
"Let me help." A new voice said, revealing its owner to be Shiro, who gently knelt down. "This may sting a little, but I think I can use my blood to direct the baby."
Kazuho nodded in understanding, letting Shiro pull out a scapel and make a tiny cut in her arm. Shiro then removed her gloves, and blood became from her pores and into the cut.
"….I can manipulate blood." Shiro admitted.
"Oh, like Crona?" Momo mused.
Shiro's face widened in shock. She saw not one person judging her for her Quirk.
"You're,,,okay with it?"
"Shiro, sweetie." Emi said gently. "Our classmates include two delinquents, at least seven people who grew up in labs, some of them not even fully human, two child soldiers and two vampires, shapeshifters, at least four students with literal references for their Quirk bases and even a few directly related to known criminals….You'll find no judgement in our ranks."
Nedzu breathed alongside Kazuho, a surprisingly quiet Anya pointing to where the baby was going and Shiro directing the blood flow.
Kazuho began to breath, picking up as the baby got closer and closer. Shiro began to sweat a bit, letting Emi
"Um…why is the baby glowing?" Denki asked, pointing to Alas Ramus, whose forehead began to shine in the shape of a crescent moon…before the baby suddenly floated and zipped away.
"After her!" Emi ordered Himiko and Jin. "I got it from here!"
SANCTUARY
Back at REVOCS tower, the fight with the Mech had paused briefly when Katrina had noted something.
"Um….why the ground becoming clearer to see?"
Everyone had looked down and saw the city skyline. Now, others may panic, but the kids held strong; Tang Yun grabbing his pole and slamming it into the Mech while Masato attempted to grow wings in his Susanoo.
Rei spied this and fired the water to ice bricks again, only for Axol to meet them with a swipe of black flames. Sadly, it would be for naught, as Masato suddenly fell to his knee.
"Not…enough…"
Rei rose the pile-driver upwards and slammed downwards, only for Susanoo's blade to finally rip it off.
"Lady! Stop!" 21 called out. "This place is going to crash!"
"If I'm going down, I'm taking you monsters with me!" Rei snapped.
"Then why don't we go for spin?" Rorimoya asked, her skeleton arms grabbing Krazor X by the legs and lifting it up.
Despite it all, the others couldn't hep but sing:
"YOU SPIN ME RIGHT ROUND, BABY RIGHT ROUND! LIKE A RECORD BABY, ROUND, ROUND, ROUND, ROUND!"
"SILENCE YOU FLITFHY QUIRKED MONSTERS!" Rei snapped releasing a burst of ice that the kids barely dodged. "ABSOLUTE FROZEN ZERO!"
The kids leapt back, barely avoiding falling off the building and being skwered by the ice.
"…I do believe she is upset." Ulqiorra mused.
"Oh, you BELIEVE?!" Tang Yun snapped.
"This is all YOUR FAULT!" Rei snapped. "You all could've just let Lady Ragyo do as she wanted; it was for the good of all that remained good in this world! But you let you flitfthy Quirks guide you towards chaos and violence!"
"….You lost someone to Quirk users, didn't you?" Penny guessed.
"My whole village." Rei remembered. "Did you know that only First world Nations have that 'Only Pros can use Quirks' rule? Well, where I was born? There were no Pros to defend us. But Lady Ragyo?"
The maddened woman's face softened ever so slightly.
"She saved me. Fed me, clothed me, educated me…And gave me hope; hope for a world where no one had powers that could destroy, where all were truly equal. Did some people have to suffer for it? Yes, but in the end; all will be…"
"….Bull."
"…What?" Rei asked.
"Bull." Masato growled. "What happened to you? Yes, that was awful. Don't think otherwise. But do you really think a woman who raped her own children has ANY sense of altruism in her?"
"How dare you…!" Rei started
"500." Penny announced. "That's the number of people who have died from your laser from this Mech alone. What did they ever do to you? They weren't the bandits, right?"
"They had Quirks and existed." Rei snapped. "They're lives were worthless."
"'Existed?' 'Worthless?'" Katrianna asked. "Those don't sound like someone who wants to save the world."
"Yeah…sounds like someone even worse than village killing bandits." 21 added.
Rei growled in fury before she realized something:
"Wait…where's the fat one?" Rei realized.
"Behind ya."
Rei glanced to see Ellie's head sticking out right beside her, just as Krazor X's arm tore open to the cockpit.
"Phase-shift executed, hun!" Ellie smirked as Masato leaped forward, his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan flashing brightly.
"IZANAMI!"
"NO!" Rei screamed as the arm of the Krazor X "I WILL NOT FAIL LADY RAGYO!"
"You actually believe that 'Singularity' bull?!" 21 snapped.
"You lot are proof of it." Rei replied.
"Fine, we are the problem... but what about the innocent people in those buildings you destroyed?!" Penny asked.
"Why should I care about a few Quirked monsters?" Rei asked, the mech's head rising as if it was mocking them. This was short-lived however, as a giant skeleton suddenly appeared and slammed down onto the beam, destroying it.
It was Roromiya, and for once, she was ANGRY. She swung a skeletal arm upwards, sending the head of the mech stretching upwards before the girl was knocked off and sent flying before she landed behind her friends.
Rei quickly composed herself and pressed a button. From the shoulders, Krazor X fired several streams of water with the strength of Diamond cutters, which Masato and Axol jumped in front of
"EARTH STYLE: MUD WALL!" Masato called out
"RASHOMON RUSH DOODLE!" Axol said at the same time, bringing forward several gigantic gates with demonic faces on them to help shield their friends.
"Fools." Rei simply smiled.
The water suddenly transformed into gigantic slabs of ice, which would crush the teens…
"CERO OSCURAS." Ulquiorra declared, firing his strongest attack at the base, shattering the ice into snow. Tang Yun then leaped upwards and delivered a powerful strike to one of the mech's shoulders, knocking it off completely. 21 then fired a Ki blast that took the other shoulder off.
"Gimme some time!" Ellie said as she suddenly disappeared into the Mech's leg, managing to spy the nods and thumbs up she got. Rei, not seeing this, activated the second strongest weapon in her mech:
"PULVERIZING PILE DRIVER!"
A hook suddenly appeared on the mech's arm, which was swung towards the others. Tang Yun managed to fling it away but the force sent him flying into a wall. Katarina hurried to heal him before she leaped upwards and called out:
"ULTIMA!"
A blast came from her hands, sending the Mech skidding back before Rei raised the hooked arm
"DIE, QUIRKED MONSTROSITY!"
An energy blade met the Pile Driver; a blade that belonged to a giant made of energy that engulfed the skeleton that had attacked first.
"Meet the Perfect Susanoo!" Masato shouted, pushing Krazor X back.
Rei then spied Masato smirking…and then she realized something:
"Wait….This…this already happened!"
"This is the power of Izanami, Hoomaru."
Masato's voice echoed over Rei, who suddenly found her body in motion but herself not in control, all while the same sequence of events occurred yet again.
It is the illusion that decides destiny itself. You are trapped in an endless time loop, forever doomed to repeat your failures...No matter what you try to do to change the outcome, it will always be the same. The only way to escape is to acknowledge the real results of your actions and in doing so, accept your fate."
In the real world, Rei was frozen, a paralyzed look on her face as Masato fell to one knee, clutching his eye. The others moved to support him but saw the socket was completely hollow as if he was blind.
"It's okay, I just need to recharge. Usually takes no more than a week or two..."
"What should we do about her?" Tang Yun asked as Rei was unmoving, aside from the occasional twitch.
"Take her with us. We can't let her die before she's had a chance to accept her fate." Katriana mused.
"Um…guys?" 21 called out, looking downwards to see a red mass heading towards the REVOCS tower.
"…We should probably dodge that." Ulqiorra mused.
SANCTUARY
At the pre-school, the COVERS had been beaten and the attempted kidnapper bested. The kids and Fuyumi were grateful for the assistance…before an earthquake suddenly hit the area, making the bulidng begin to crumble.
"NO! THE KIDS!" Spinel called out, Seyru already in motion.
The two girls raced forward, Seyru smiling as she readied for the debris to hit her before a shadow darkended the area. She glanced over to see Spinel had inflated herself into a pseudo hammock to catch as much debris as possible.
Seeing this awoke a memory in the vampire boy. A memory he did not like. As he raced forwards, Kanato screamed:
"WAKE UP!"
It went dark…but no pain. Everyone opened their eyes and gasped:
There stood Teddy and Kero, both now as tall as All Might, buff and very scary looking as they held back the debris
"Teddy, get the kids and their teacher to safety!" Kanato begged his treasured toy.
"Kero, protect them no matter what!" Seyru ordered.
The two hulking creatures nodded in understanding and rushed towards safety as their masters and Spinel looked up.
"Um….what is that?" She asked, pointing to the red mass heading towards REVOCS tower.

So, so sorry for the long wait! As you can see in here and last chapter? A LOT happens in this finale: 17-20 pages worth of action, and that still with big moments not fully written out.
So, DDSK and myself decided that it would be better to split the finale of the REVOCS war into two chapters, just so that something could be posted. No Izuku or Kiriyuins in this chapter, but they are the focus of next, along with Insana and Shoto's fight with Kurori, and the fight with Stain.
We once again apologize for the wait. Hopefully this time next week the full finale will be up.
