Once fez was done with the mouse, he went straight back to Gaia to talk. He overheard Gaia talking to her grandma about Ashtray, him, and herself. He loved how much she cared for people and how much of a big heart she had.

" I'm afraid if I let him know everything, he will think I'm too much of a burden, or I will get him hurt. I can't let him get hurt because of me. I couldn't live with myself," Gaia expressed to the comatose old woman.

Fez leaned his head on the wall, feeling his heart almost break from what he heard. He wasn't an emotional person in general unless it came to his family. He understood how Gaia was feeling completely.

Fez heard waited a minute before knocking on the door. Gaia opened the door, looking up at Fez.

"I told Ash to leave for an hour to have some privacy. Let's go to my room and talk." Fez held out his hands for Gaia to take, which she did.

They sat down on his bed. Gaia laid down first, and fez followed her.

" Before I start, can you promise to just listen to me? I just want to get it out. And please don't do anything crazy," Gaia pleaded. Fezco nodded yes.

Once her head hit the pillow, Gaia poured her whole guts out " Early in the summer before 9th grade, I met and went out on a date with Harvey. He seemed nice when we were getting to know each other. However, after we went to the movies, he took me to some secluded spot and pressured me into letting him finger me. He didn't use any direct threats. He just was sexually aggressive. I froze, and I was scared he might force me to go further. I was also happy I didn't have to do anything sexual to him, so I thought I got off easy. She looked at her fingers, feeling a level of vulnerability and discomfort she had never felt. She couldn't find the courage to pick her head up to meet his eyes. Fez was staring at her with a mixture of sorrow, anger, sympathy, and pain. He grabbed her hand to comfort her.

After a long silence, Fez finally asked," So why is he fucking with you now?"

His blood was already boiled over to the point of just pure rage.

Gaia took a deep sigh before answering, " I don't know. I just kept on seeing him around this semester, but I didn't think he was stalking me since he stopped sophomore year. Then when the whole thing at the carnival happened, he contacted Nate and gave him the evidence of when I hit Samantha to blackmail me. Then when Nate confronted me with the blackmail, things got ugly, and he accidentally broke my hand."

Fez sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes at Gaia's last statement.

" I know you don't think so, but it was. But I have something else to tell you," Gaia started " At the Halloween party, you were right; I was drugged. I knew I was because I felt the same when Harvey took advantage of me. And that's why I think it was Harvey that drugged me. There was this creepy Michael Myers guy at both parties. I had a head-on confrontation at the frat's party, but at Daniel's party, he bumped into me, and then 30 minutes later, I was fucked up even more than before. I think he did that to fuck with me and recreate that night. "

Fezco stared at the wall for a moment before getting up and going to his safe.

Gaia's eyes followed him, feeling an uneasy feeling going up and down her spine.

" Fez? What are you doing?" Gaia got the courage to ask.

" Nothing, don't worry about it," Fezco said calmly. He opened the safe and took something out. It was a gun.

" Fez, you can't hurt them!" Gaia exclaimed.

" The fuck you mean I can't hurt them? Harvey fucking raped you and fucking drugged you twice! Nate is fucking blackmailing you! you think I'm just gonna let the fuck you over like that?!" Fez screamed. Gaia had never seen Fez this mad before in their time of knowing each other.

Gaia walked up to Fez and held him by his shoulder, trying to calm him down " Yes! Nate has blackmail that he got from Harvey, so they both can send me to jail. If you do something, I can go to jail."

Fezco sat on the bed with his head in his hands. His head was spinning from all the emotions he felt. She was right. he knew if he beat them or up, she would suffer the consequences. Gaia followed his movements and sat down next to him.

" I just wanna protect you. I feel like I let you down, " Fez admitted. He was frustrated couldn't protect her. He felt like a failure.

"Please don't make this your fault? You didn't fail to protect me. A lot of this shit happened before we were a couple. "

" I can't help you."

" Fez, you have helped me! Do you know how much that was hurting me to keep all of that in? I finally have someone to talk to about all this stuff. I don't feel alone anymore. You've made me feel safe, even if you can't physically fuck them up. You being in my life emotionally is way more important!"

Fez finally looked at Gaia with his big blue eyes and let out a huge sigh. He rubbed his beard, still frustrated about the situation but with way less guilt on his consciousness.

" I just want to care for you like you do for me," Fez explained.

" You already do," Gaia smiled. Their two hands interlocked and laid down together in silence.

Fez was looking at Gaia as she looked at the ceiling. Even though she didn't show it, she was anxious about finally telling fez everything. She hoped he wouldn't see her as broken or some victim to take pity on. Or, even worse, dump her because of all the baggage she comes with.

The silence went for a while before Fez broke it " I heard you talking to Big G. I know you always worry about someone else, and that's one of the reasons why I love you. But you need someone to take care of you and be your rock. You've been holding so much in. you need to let that shit out. You feel me? "

Gaia looked at Fez and started to tear up at his words. Fez pulled her onto his chest and rubbed her back as she let out all her emotions. Ever since she had the heart-to-heart with her mom, she cried every day. Like her body is making up for the lost time.

" I'm always gonna be there for you, ma. I got you no matter what," Fez reassured her with a kiss. Gaia relaxed in his hold, wanting to stay here forever.

Gaia and Fez were having a good time in the corner store. The couple was cuddling at the cash register, looking at random videos while waiting for customers. After the talk, their relationship got back on track. Gaia has been laying off the heavy drugs, only smoking weed and maybe some psychedelics.

Gaia started to kiss Fez's neck and rub on his dick with her hand, making Fez moan a bit. The couple jumped apart when they heard the sound of the door opening, which broke them apart.

Gaia and Fez turned their attention to the door and saw Nate walk into the store. He made eye contact with them and immediately smirked. Gaia felt anger boil in her body. Fez could feel the anger radiate off of her.

" Go to the back, GG; I got this. " Fez pleaded.

Gaia heard his words but gave Nate a death stare while he was collecting his stuff. Nate slowly approached the counter, slightly scared of the look Gaia was currently giving her. He knew what she could do, so he's been on edge since the blackmailing incident.

" I'm going to do some homework in the back. Love you, Fezzybear." Gaia said as she gave him a kiss on the lips. She could feel Nate's eye's on the couple, burning a hole through their heads from her simple words.

"Ok, love you, G," Fez smiled at her.

Nate tried to greet Gaia, but she pretended he wasn't there. Gaia pulled her phone out and started to walk to the back.

"What up, Fez?" Nate spoke. He tried to sound unbothered but watching her and Fez kiss and hearing her call him Fezzybear again was a punch to the gut.

"What's up, man?" Fezco was completely stoic. Gaia had begged him to stay out of it, but she was family, and Rue was family. Even though he didnt know Jules, she was important to Gaia and Rue, so he felt the need to protect Jules too.

"Yo, can I get, uh, two of the cherry rolling papers, too, bruh?" Nate said, projecting his voice. He wanted Gaia to hear that because he knew she would know Nate was with Maddy. He wanted to make her jealous.

Fez got the papers and started to ring him up.

"Yo, man. I don't know what's been going on with you, Rue, Jules, Gaia, and shit. But you should know, I really do care about them." Fez nodded back at the stockroom when he said, Gaia.

"Them? Aren't you, like, Rue's drug dealer?" Nate asked, eyeing Fez.

"Nah, man."

"What, are you in a relationship with Gaia AND Rue? You guys a throuple of something?"

"Nah, bruh, Rue's like, my family."

"So it's platonic with Rue. Obviously, not with Gaia. You should watch out for Gaia, though. She isn't the most loyal girlfriend. Trust me, I know. "

" You don't know what you're talking about, playboi."

" Yeah, ok. Hopefully, for your sake, there isn't another Harvey."

Fezco got visibly upset once Nate said Harvey's name. He was about to say more, but he knew Gaia didn't want Nate to know.

He tried to bite his tongue, but Fez slipped and said, " Nah, man, you don't know the truth."

" What do you mean?" Nate asked with confusion.

Fez knew he fucked up, so he pivoted the conversation back to Gaia, Rue, and Jules.

"Look, man, all I'm saying is, leave Gaia and her friends alone," Fez said.

"Is that a threat?" Nate replied.

"Nah, I'm just telling you."

"Or what?"

"We're not gonna be having this conversation."

Nate looked back at Maddy in his car before turning around and insulting Fez. "Fezco, let's get this straight. You're, like, half a retard. You dropped out of school at 18, and now... you're a gangster. What are you, like, fucking Tony Montana? What's the plan? You gonna be living in a mansion, fuckin' pet tigers and shit? You think you're gonna live happily ever after with Gaia? You think she's gonna be some burnout drug dealer's girlfriend for the rest of her life? You know, once she realizes she can do better, she will, right? Go fuck yourself."

"Listen, bruh. All I'm sayin', you keep fuckin' with Gaia and her friends, and I'd kill you. It's gonna be $5.75, playboy."

Gaia was listening to the whole thing from the back. She was mad at Fez for confronting him, but she appreciated him being in her corner.

Nate stormed out of the store. He was pissed that Fezco had the balls to threaten him to his face. He was also pissed that someone like fez could ever have Gaia's heart. However, what bothered him the most was the comment he made.

"Nah, man, you don't know the truth."

What does that mean? Did Fezco know something about Harvey that he didnt? what did Gaia tell him?

" Did you get my cherry rolling papers and the Lacroix?" Maddy asked as soon as Nate got into the car.

" Yeah. Here" He tossed the bag to Maddy and pulled off.

Maddy was talking about her family drama, but Nate was too preoccupied.

His mind starts to rewind all the instances when he brought up Harvey to spite Gaia. She never looked annoyed; she always looked like Nate hit an exposed nerve. He thought it was because he fucked her and dumped her but was he reading the whole situation wrong?

Then there was that incident at his house when she said, " I didn't want to." Did she really mean it that way?

His mind started to put the pieces together and came to one conclusion. His stomach turned at the mere thought of the idea, but it was the only logical one he could think of. He felt his body fill up with fury and anger. His hand tightened around the steering wheel with such force it felt like it could snap. Nate felt like turning around and confronting Gaia right now. Nate knew she would never give him a straight answer; however, he needed to know; Did he rape her?

" Nate, are you even listening to me?" Maddy complained.

Nate was about to gaslight Maddy until he remembered that Maddy was Gaia's best friend, and if anyone knew the truth, it would be Maddy, besides Lexi.

He turned to the brunette with his regular poker face, making Maddy look back in confusion.
