Batman, Robin, Max and 99 are still trapped in Egghead's hideout. They were still tied to a giant skillet with a vat of steamy hot cheese waiting to pour down on them as Egghead's plan to cook them alive by turning them into a human Omelet dish. They were continuing to struggle against their restraints trying to get free

"What are we going to do Batman?" Robin asked panicked

"If we don't get free soon before the timer goes off that vat of hot cheese will come down right on top of us." Said 99

"Don't worry 99 we'll think of something." Said Max

"We better hurry! That timer will go off any minute!" Robin shouted

"If I can just reach my utility belt." Said Batman as he continues to struggle against the bonds

Suddenly a brown dog comes into the room

"Look Batman, a dog!" said Robin as he sees it

"That's no ordinary dog Boy wonder, that's agent K13 known as Fang." Said Max as recognizes his K9 friend

"Quick Fang get us out of this!" 99 shouted

Fang goes over to them and starts chewing through the bonds, Max gets free first and unties 99 and then they both go and untie the Dynamic Duo. They hurried out of the skillet as the egg timer goes off, they all watched as the vat of cheese falls on the skillet

"That was close! They missed us by that much." Said Max

"You saved our lives Fang." Said 99 petting him gratefully

"How about that Batman a spy dog." Said Robin

"Dogs are man's best friend and capable of extraordinary things Robin." Said Batman

"We still have to find Egghead and Doctor Feldon." Said Max

"I say we all search this warehouse." Batman suggested as they all go to search

Meanwhile at secret safe house Egghead along with his three minions Hard boiled, Scrambled and Benedict were there with the kidnapped Doctor Feldon.

"They won't find us here boss." Said Hard Boiled

"Batman and Robin along with those two CONTROL agents are dead." Said Scrambled

"Yeah, what's next?" said Benedict

Suddenly the phone rings, Egghead answers it and it's Siegfried KAO's top agent

"Siegfried, I was eggxpecting your call." Said Egghead with another egg pun

"I call to see if everything was going to plan?" Siegfried asked

"Yes, Batman and Maxwell smart have been eggliminated and Doctor Feldon is still working on the rocket fuel

"Very good Egghead, with Batman and Schmart out of the way we get Doctor Feldon out of Gotham City." Said Siegfried with his German accent

"But there's one problem, CONTROL and the Gotham City Police have put out a bulletin on me. They have the Airport, Bus station and Train station guarded." Said Egghead

"Then we must divert their attention." Siegfried suggested

"How?" Egghead suggested

"Leave that to me." Siegfried suggested

Later at the Gotham City Police Station Batman, Robin, Max and 99 were all in Gordon's office. They were telling him about their ordeal and Egghead's escape

"We searched the entire warehouse and no sign of Egghead or Doctor Feldon." Said Robin

"I was wondering how Egghead could've known that we were escorting Doctor Feldon to Washington?" 99 asked

"Of course, KAOS!" Max shouted

"KAOS?" Robin asked

"The International organization of evil Robin." Said Batman

"Right Batman, and Egghead is doing their dirty work

Suddenly they are interrupted by the sound of a telephone ringing

"It's not my phone or the Bat Phone." Said Gordon

"No, it's my shoe phone." Said Max taking off his shoe

"Yes Chief?" said Max

"Max, I'm afraid I have bad news. We just intercepted a message from KAOS stating that they plan to kidnap an important person." Said Chief

"Who?" Max asked

"Millionaire Bruce Wayne." Said Chief

"What is it Max?" 99 asked

"KAOS is planning to kidnap Millionaire Bruce Wayne of the Wayne Foundation." Max responded

"I'll have every officer at Wayne Manor at once." Said Gordon

"No Commissioner I think you better let CONTROL handle this." Max suggested

"Yes Commissioner, I think that Control is more than capable protecting Bruce Wayne. In the meantime, Robin and I can try another angle to find Doctor Feldon." Batman suggested

"Come on 99 we better go to Wayne Manor and give Mister Wayne a heads up." Said Max as he and 99 walk out.
