"Thank you Karen. You really didn't have to do that."
"I know you and her were friends." Haley said.
Karen walked over to the table where Haley Lucas and Brooke were seated.
"That was before i knew that she was protecting Dan. She's no longer in my life and i'm fine with that. You're family. You know that." Karen stated matter of fact.
"How amazing is my mother in law." Brooke gushed.
It was then that Haley remembered Brooke and Lucas had been married for a few years now.
"I hate that you have to deal with people like Deb. Ignorant and cruel as if you aren't the victim here." Lucas added in.
"I better get used to it. Once i complete what i'm planning."
"Everyone will know what Dan did to me. And there will backlash of all kinds. But i'm over hiding and acting like i have a reason to be ashamed."
"I don't want Dan to ever know that he's Sage's biological father." Haley said.
"So the rumors are true. Haley James has returned." Jake said. Announcing his presence as he entered the cafe.
Dan's eyes went wide. After hearing from his wife about her encounter with Karen.
He planned to confront her. After hearing Haley's confession.
His mind started racing. He had a daughter.

"Why are you treating Haley like high school Nathan.?" Peyton asked. As she entered his home.
Nathan looked to Peyton. "My relationship drama should be the last concern you have. You are getting married afterall." He replied.
Peyton and Anna Taggaro. Had been engaged for 2 years and had spent months planning their big day.
Which was happening soon.
"Haley is one of my closest girlfriends. She's going to be at the wedding. And if you want to still be invited you'll keep you're distance." Peyton proclaimed.

"I heard you're coming to the wedding. I am too."
"Why not go together as friends.?" Nathan asked. Clutching his cellphone.
