{ Alliance (Part 2) }
Two and a half weeks have passed in the blink of an eye.
Stella tried her best to convince the council of Dracorell and her father to let her lead an army of 10,000 and also make a treaty with Eikoln Empire. Although, they somewhat believed her words when she mentioned Kayblis having assisted them.
Though they almost completely painted her as crazy and were in complete disbelief when she mentioned the events that happened at that time, firmly believing the facts about dragons and threatening to exile her if she continues.
What was wrong with them?
After this, several settlements have been captured, and many have died, and all that was left was the fortress between Eikoln and Dracorell.
And now?
15,000 Eikolnian Soldiers arrived to assist in taking over the fortress at the same time as 10,000 Dracorellian Soldiers did.
Several thousand Dracorellians rode on Wyverns, the subspecies of the dragons that were created several hundred years back. It seemed like they were already tamed and trained heavily.
They all have discussed on how to attack the fortress, but have them decided that, well, a direct, straightforward assault would be good enough.
Lucia then appeared out of nowhere, as if she came out of the shadows, shocking Stella, then surprising Lock of her sudden arrival. Sifrit stared at her blankly, not expecting her to be here.
"Hello there."
Lucia said nonchalantly, waving her hand twice as a simple act of greeting.
"Immortal Saintess Lucia... Let me guess, you and the reinforcements of fifteen thousand were sent here by Lord Kayblis, right?"
Lock asked, in which Lucia nodded.
"Also, where's your brother? Is he back at your Kimgdom's capital?"
"Of course! He's been doing many jobs as a prince of our country, heard from the gossips that his work had been stockpiled lately."
Though Stella honestly replied, Lucia could only narrow her eyes in suspicion, making the Dracorellian princess flinch at her cold, uncaring gaze.
"I see. May my father bless us all." She said, before kindly moving out.
"Was she always... like that?" Stella asked Lock, who was staring at her back with a noticeable reddening on his cheeks. Seeing this, she had the urge to hit him for ignoring her, but Sifrit hit the back of his head before she could even do so.
"Ow?!" He squeaked, rubbing the part where the humanoid dragon hit his head.
"Boy, focus on the war in front of you. Put your childish, distractive thoughts away for now." Sifrit spoke, a bit estranged from the Lis Human's act.
Stella could not help but nod her head sideways.
"Oh, about your question, huh...? Yeah, she always acts so mysteriously like that. Heck, I can't even guess what she is thinking, and that is what I love about her! Gah...! I wanna find a way to date her once again after all this is settled!"
Lock declared with a grin on his face. He wasn't being delusional, it was a simple promise he made to her two years ago! He wanted to definitely find a way to marry her, by maybe even asking Lord Kayblis!
But now, they all had to focus on taking back the settlement, and also make a trading contract with each other after this.

Around 25k Eikolnian Soldiers and 17k Dracorellian Soldiers started to surround a massive fortress that is heavily guarded and had around 100 artilleries stationed around it, manned and ready.
Amongst the ranks of the allied Eikolnians and Dracorellians, were several leaders in charge of several brigades.
Currently, the different types of soldiers were: Eikolnian and Dracorellian Footmen, the ones forming most of both armies, Dracorellian Heavy Knights, Dracorellian Wyvern Riders, and Arsenal Drivers from both Empire and Kingdom, basically, Lis Humans on actual mass-produced mechs that are around 3 meters tall.
And then, they all charged towards the massive fortress.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Inside a tall mansion, a 190cm man watched this event unfold in front of a window as many artilleries started firing a massive assault towards the troops. He had a muscular build, and had three eyes, and the one on his forehead was red and had no pupils aside from his bright yellow eyes. He does not wear any clothing to cover his body, only having a heavy, rock like armor appear on different parts of his body.
This draconic man grinned, excited about a battle that he would be given soon.
However, he did not expect to see that Dracorellian and Eikolnian troops would combine their forces just to attack this fortress.
"Hmph. In the end, I, Noce, would eventually win." The man arrogantly spoke, turning around to face a few, visored Kalar Dragons at their humanoid form.
"What are you waiting for? Move!" He halfheartedly shouted, and the Kalar Dragons complied wordlessly. He had absolutely no care for these weaklings, and simply knew they were just meant to be used as tools.
Until then, he awaits a good battle.
