The Return Of The Marauders Part I: Harry Potter And The Sorceror's Stone
Warnings: From here on and forward, Harry's title for Sirius changes, as he becomes his father, as the years they spent together now change things now. As he and Harry start acting like father and son, as year 5 changes things further as he's now acting like a real father here. To him as he and Harry developed a bond that would take his place with James as the years go by now.

Chapter 44: Transfiguration And Potions
As knowing what I was writing down, as these letters were in Latin then for runes, this basically got us prepared for the basics right then as we started off. As the years went by the wizarding vocabulary got a lot wider as the years go by, but school and home life, were now completely normal to me finally here. As I was just another young wizard with my fellow counterpart wizards and witches as Draco, Ron, Mione and I exchanged smiles as we focused on things then.
As an hour later the bell sounded and we packed up and headed for Severus's class just as he came to the door. "I've got an order staff meeting this morning, so do what you were doing, before I came in, okay." he said and we all nodded. "In truth I don't know why the blazes he was running late this morning, but he came in and shot his mouth off. Not realizing she was sitting on the table, and listening to the entire conversation." I said and he nodded sternly at that news.
"Like you I knew she was animagus from the time we were your age, that's my age group, as such whatever reason for the attitude and arrogance I see it. As I need to straighten this boy out, before he gets in trouble with the misuse of magic acts department." he said and I nodded. "Yeah now someone's in trouble of us, Mione, Draco and I are your top students, as she adjusted her potions strategies to your teachings all summer here." I said and he nodded to that.
"I could consider that grouping the FBI." Dean added and he nodded. "No kidding, but what's worse then getting arrested by the aurors, answer, it's the Misuse Of Magic department, they're the Wizard version of the FBI." I said and Severus nodded. "Indeed, and again, try to stay out of trouble today, first week and it's looking like he's about to start taking up Draco's bad habits." he said and we all nodded. "So same questions?" I asked and he nodded to me gently then.
"Want for better word here, I stopped showing off, and we're all answering questions in shifting off when you ask us said question." Mione said to him and I nodded. "And then there's the fact that for some of us, we never knew what the key part of said medical intel for use in medical potions, and equipment now. Is used for, case in point is the bezoars, all our parents said was to use said bezoar, they never said why exactly." Ron added and he nodded as Draco said it.
"With the muggle borns, that's the easy part, as they understand medical areas better then we do, as our wands helps with the injuries taken here now. So if you never studied healing spells you have a few potions necessary for said injury if said is because you got splinched or you swallowed something now. Said was tanked by a poison here, Harry, you better explain that, as this test is for you and Draco, he knows as he grew up with it." he said and I nodded to him.
"While you taught me this over the summer, but if he never knew this, he clearly was trying to show off right now in class." I said and he nodded. "And you know I don't impress easily here, but now I see passed the looks and you're like your mother in personality traits, as is she. But you and Draco are what your mother, Dan and I were like together right now, but he's taking all of the worst attributes of my house and it keeps getting worse." he said and I nodded then.
"Like I said, total role reversal, but if his ego is this inflated, and you know you got problems." Draco added and he nodded. "Unlike some, you five were in potion prep for 3 months and you passed every test potion you were supposed to create right now. So with that, remember right now in what happened in your first class right now on that, the quills." he said and we nodded. "I got to get that cauldron off the fire first." I said and he nodded to me gently at that.
"Like you said this is science, and at times art, so as to that, you need to pay attention at the lab table, before you destroy something next, then again. It's a predisposition here at the moment, you get too cocky someone's going to get hurt, but stopper in death, hence the bezoars and brew glory now. That's liquid luck and if they created a popularity potion and there you go." I said and he nodded to that. "Indeed, and that's what I meant." he said with a slight smile.
"There, you see what I mean, potions is really a mixture of art and chemistry class, you pay attention you can prevent an injury, others now in truth. It's now a case of understanding my exact words as they make more sense as you get older now in my class here now, I take it you were copying my words now. And as I gave that first lecture?" he asked and I nodded. "That's it exactly, not trying to show off, with things in that time-line now in truth right now."
"Vernon was preventing me from studying my science book and with it, the transfiguration, which explains my grades in both of your classes, right now. Or at least till Remus arrived and I started acing every practical and theoretical test he gave us." I said and he nodded to me gently at that news then. "Issues, not just a normal wizard teaching a middle school class here, now, I was teaching chemistry in your eyes here." he said and I nodded to him gently at that.
"Second generation potions expert?" I asked and he nodded. "Indeed, and my mother was teaching your's as your mother was just as good, if not better, now then I was. When we were your age, as she showed us how to experiment in making these potions stronger and more effective." he said and I nodded. "First test on that, and my potions skills are just as good as your's and mum's now, as you read my mind as I know you're relieved I, to you, stopped showing off."
"I'm lucky you can read minds, so we can have private conversations, but this works as I know whatever cropped up in the staff meeting this morning now. As you tell me before you go into lecture mode right now." I said and he nodded. "The mind is not a book, to be opened at will and examined at leisure. Thoughts are not etched on the inside of skulls, to be perused by any invader, the mind is a complex and many-layered thing, Harry, but then I spent 4 months."
"Now on it with you, and you're so skilled at blocking out us or anyone else along my level right now, that he's never going to win this now finally here. But skilled in that, potions, defense and other classes needed to prepare you for the year, and like a normal magical child growing up in our world here now. But this is why you're my prize pupil next to Draco right now, I spend weeks on this with you right now, to prepare you for this so you don't make mistakes."
"At best or at least most minds are..., it is true, however, that those who have mastered Legilimency are able, under certain conditions, to delve into it. The minds and of their victims and to interpret their findings correctly but one of the good things about being a skilled Legilimins here right now. And we can talk privately, now without anyone over hearing said conversation for whatever reason." he said and I nodded in agreement to that and he said it gently to us.
"Alright like you know you got me next and then you have defense, so after class is over, assemble in there for dueling class, but remember we're trying. To put on the fake light for him, so don't take my remarks seriously, I'm your parents best friend you two, cubs." Severus said and we all nodded as we then headed for his class room gently at that we were waiting for the opening sentence as he slammed the door open and said it sternly and I knew he was ticked.
'This must be why the hades he was running late, he got lost and then walked right into a member of the order.' Ron said to me softly. 'Oh boy, here we go, he's so furious right now, Zach had to do something to get this reaction in him, but what right now.' Daphne said and I nodded in agreement then. 'I think he got the wrong hall, walked into Filch after he got to the hall door, before running right into Kingsley.' I said to her and she nodded.
'That or he went in the wrong door, saw one of the order and tried to run and ran headlong into another member.' Mione said in response to that. 'That would be it cubs and that's why I'm so irritated, first a mouthing off last night, insulting my friends and now this.' Severus said to that. 'I knew something was wrong, what did he do, if you're this irritated this morning right now.' Draco said and I nodded in agreement to that.
'What happened?' I asked and he said it in annoyance. 'The discussion over the obstacle course got a little out of hand, and that's why he was running late. He went in the wrong door right now and got caught by Ted and Kingsley right now, but first his argument over it last night. This and now he's making snide remarks to me, before the class even gets started, so stand by.' he said and I hid a nod as he said it firmly to us then.
"What is going on between you guys here?" Jack said to me from across the room at that. "Long story needless to say, he's part of the adult bear order, I'm just finding out. In what has him so annoyed this morning, like him, I'm able to talk to him mentally here right now, which explains this." I said and they all nodded. "Thank you Mr. Potter, now shall we." he said in response with a bemused smile in the tone, and we all refocused as he said it gently, but firmly then.
"There will be no foolish wand-waving or silly incantations in this class as such, I don't expect many of you to appreciate the subtle science and exact art. That is potion-making, however, for those select few..." he said as he looked from me to Draco as I hid a smile. "Who possess, the predisposition... I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses, I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory, and even put a stopper in death." he said gently then at that.
Before he noticed Zach scribbling on his paper. "Then again, maybe some of you have come to Hogwarts in possession of abilities so formidable that you feel confident enough to not pay attention!" he said emphatically and Pansy nudged him in the side and he looked up and put the quill down at that. 'That's like when I was trying to get your attention til Mione nudged you in the ribs to get you to focus.' he thought gently to me and I nodded to that.
"Mister Potter, our new celebrity." he said and I relaxed and sat at attention then as he went to asking me the first test question of the year then gently at that remark. "Tell me, what would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?" he asked and I said it as Zach shot up his hand at that. 'Harry remember I gave the answer after the cheek.' he thought to me gently and I hid a nod as I answered his question gently at that remark.
"That would be, once you mix these 2 ingredients, they, the Asphodel and Wormwood, make a sleeping potion so powerful it is known as the Draught Of Living Death." I said and he nodded. 'Good, that's 1, two more, and he's got full marks in just the opening.' I saw him thinking as he went to the next one. "Very good okay, so next question, where would you, Mr. Potter, look if I asked you to find me a bezoar?" he asked and I nodded as I answered his question.
As Zach shot his hand up again at that. 'Starter quiz in the opening, why do this now, I grew up in this, he's just being a show off.' I saw in Zach's body language. 'Young man, this is a quiz for my prize pupils, not you.' he thought sternly then. "That would a stone in the belly of a goat and it can save you from most poisons, most, but not all, as you need a skilled potions master for an antidote, use of said bezoar, is by shoving it down their throat."
"As their airway is clogged from whatever they were poisoned with, and this acts to reverse the choking and opening up their airway." I said and he nodded as I saw a gentle smile in his eyes. 'Whoa, I never knew that, mum always told me to save them, use a bezoar, but I never knew this portion of it. Well I see why he's the professor's star pupil, if his mother was Slughorn's other star pupil.' I saw Hannah and Seamus thinking at that news.
"And what is the difference between Monkswood and Wolfsbane?" he asked me and I said it gently at that remark as he shot his arm up a third time at that. "There is no difference, they are the same plant, which also goes by then name of Aconite, which is known to repel werewolves, then again, in truth here. It's not surprising when we got a savage wolf attacking children." I said and he nodded as I saw a proud smile in his eyes then gently as he said it at that remark.
"And to quote said poem now, it's 'Even a man who is pure of heart, and says his prayers by night, may become a wolf, when the wolfbane blooms, and the Autumn moon is bright.'." Mione added and he smiled gently at that. "Translation, even if you are good person, you can become a Start Of Term Reports And Gryffindor, when the aconite blooms, and it's a full moon." I said and he nodded. "Gypsy curse, and her son was said werewolf that turned him into one." she said and he nodded gently.
"Indeed and very good, 20 points to Gryffindor." he said and we hid a smile of relief, that I answered his questions correctly. "They never turned that one into a book, but they did the others right now?" Ron asked me and I nodded. "Yeah classic monsters from our grandparents childhood." she said and he nodded. "Alright Ms. Granger, Mr. Weasley we can go into monster movies at a later time, now can we continue with the lesson?" he asked and we nodded at that.
"And the rest of you settle down, now come on." he added and we nodded. "Now I know our discussion at the show and tell got your interest, but that is taking it too far. When one of these monsters was from that age old poem, but this repels werewolves here. But the legends are flawed, silver only weakens them, it doesn't kill them, it takes the killing curse. Or just then strongest of our defense spells to do that." he said and we nodded as the muggleborns smiled.
As we heard some snickering at the remark at the direction the lesson took at that as I saw Draco holding it in then gently. "But pity right now, as some people clearly never pay attention." Severus said sternly and that did it then. 'Here it comes, come on you little hot shot, start mouthing off you're going to cost them points as we know better then to mouth off to him.' I saw everyone in our class thinking as Draco and I exchanged knowing looks at that.
"Clearly, but why not ask us of your own house." he said and he said it sternly. "Put your hand down." he snapped and he swallowed hard at his remark. 'Mione not now, remember the last time you tried showing off, he's about to let him have it.' I thought to Mione, who was sitting next to me, and she hid a nod. 'Same conversation between them he had with you, but you answered every question right, that he knows we're not likely to do it again.'
'But this is where showing off gets you right now, but we perfected our potions act and I changed my strategies right now to know this. I've been in training in his version of potions all summer, you with me, and our relationship with him has grown so strong here right now. That he sees passed the facade, we're his own family trio now, with Nana Eileen gone.' she thought to me in response and he hid a nod in response to that.
'Or rather we created a former silver trio that turned bronze.' Draco said to her with his eyes in response to that. 'That's gold and silver create bronze Draco, and we created a 4 way quintet out of the five of us, but her, Ron and me, you, her and me, me and the guys, and you, me and Ron now.' I thought back to him. 'Whatever's going on between you, time for the mental exchanges to stop now.' He thought to us gently and we hid a laugh and nodded.
"Hand down, Ms. Parkinson." he said sternly as he grabbed a chair and I hid a nod as I wrote down every answer I gave out and knew he nodded. 'Yeah now he's done it, the little show off is going to hurt someone if he doesn't pay attention in our first potion today.' I thought at that remark then as he said it. 'Here it comes, he's furious enough already, he must have had a fast shouting match with the board over letting this little upstart in morning classes now.'
'If he's ready to lay into him like he did me, and I'm not stupid enough to start talking back to him like this, not after he and I had a fast talk over this now. As a result of his and my mother's exchange over the map this morning.' I thought and knew he was hiding a nod of agreement as he grabbed a chair. And sat down in front of us in the front row as he was looking into his eyes, and I knew he was checking for the level of arrogance in his thoughts at that.
"Do you really want to test me, because your peers are wise enough to not test my temper, and jealousy is no excuse for the level of behavior here now. That you have been showing us all night and all morning right now, if you are a pureblood, you know rules on etiquette here now, and where such a breach. Now in truth, where it gets you, your peers have been showing me the real respect I deserve, and your other teachers do." he said and Zach swallowed hard at that.
"Just what is the real problem, Mr. Smith, hmm, is it because the supposed Muggle-born, as I said never to use the derogatory term in our presence now. As it is now, in just 4 months since returning to me, or from the time we made changes to the past to create a better future is she is on a uncle/niece bond. With me, and I'm not as offensive as you would expect if she and her trio, or 7, as Potter, Weasley, Longbottom, Draco, Daphne, Tracy and Millie are this way."
"And with me, is it because you wanted to make a fool of him and instead he made a fool of you in our hearing range, because he's not impressed by that. That attitude you showed him last night, is it because the hat put you in my house, so I can straighten you out, before you get in trouble with now. In our eyes as the Wizard police or, and this is the most likely possibility in my eyes, you wanted to pretend to be Draco, and get on my good side now and his now."
"Or is it because you're trying to impress me, and I don't impress easily?" he asked and he gulped at that and I hid a nod then. "I knew Hermione Granger and Harry Potter for months, it was after he came here to report in, that I got the added truth, said I fixed after going to see their parents. Myself, in his case his aunt now, she knows who I am, because I am her sister's best friend, we were all born in Cokeworth, in a small living district called Spinnet's End."
"Her father's name is Daniel Granger, and we and his mother are the best of friends, that I took my place as their adopted uncle again finally here in truth. As a result now, this is why she and Harry asked me to train them in potions, and I have for the last four months, which is why he got every question correct. To me, I set aside my irritation at the man he resembles, and we fixed our relationship when we were your age and to the point we're borderline friends."
"Now I may have had a problem at one point with his father and his quartet, but that changed, after the truth came out, before your term started right now. But that's not the point for the repeated snarking you been doing since you crossed my path right now, I'm not one to take the level of attitude you show. And have been giving us lightly lately, and all because he embarrassed you in our earshot." he said sternly as he looked into his eyes then sternly at that remark.
"That show off, as you consider him, is the son of my best friend, he, Hermione Granger and Draco, are my top students, they, Ronald Weasley. Tracy Davis, Daphne Greengrass and Neville Longbottom share a connection with me that you do not understand as for the subject in why I was quizzing him. Right now on that and for your information, Mister Smith, Asphodel and Wormwood make a sleeping potion so powerful it is known as the Draught of the Living Death."
"A Bezoar is a stone taken from the stomach of a goat and it will save you from most poisons, most if not all, but for the dangerous side effects now. If not paying attention you need a skilled potions master for this part, as he said here, and as for Monkswood and Wolfbane, they are the same plant now. Which also goes by the name of Aconite, well, why aren't you all copying this down?" he said and we all grabbed our quills and started writing down what he said then.
As he went back to his desk then, as I heard it mumbled. "Zacharias Smith, ten points for cheek." he said and Zach flinched at that, knowing he blew his first impression with Severus at that remark then. "Today's opening potion is going to be the cure for boils potion now, as you know the hazards for this potion, I want all of you to watch your counterpart in case of a lapse." he said and we all nodded as he swung his wand across the chalkboard then gently at that.
"Nice work with rewriting the story cubs, in adding Jeff to the story-line in year one, that really made a difference, from an early age. As that shows what one change in the past does to change the course of your lives. But like Maggie said, when acting, they watch their real live counterparts to get it right. Looks like Jeff was training to be a real coach, so when those two reprobates returned to the team, it's the stern parent/coach act." he said and she and I nodded.
"Rephrase that." I said to Mione and she nodded. "You're kidding, right, I mean you're the rookie here, we all been together for 4 years." Dean said and he nodded in annoyance. "Alright Zacharias, laps right now." he said to complete the exchange and Zach swallowed hard at that. "Don't get cheeky or rude, he's the secondary coach, who doesn't tolerate attitude, but who are you kidding, think you know everything, there is so much to learn." I said and he paled at that.
"We're entering our first year, he's the new coach, but we all adore him, just give him a chance would you please, Professor Lupin is his counterpart, Lupin is Bombay, he's Ted Orion." Hermione said sternly and Severus smiled at the remark as he looked between us to the smile on Draco's face. "Thank you, Miss Granger, Misters Potter, Black, I appreciate you're defending me, but I can handle this right now, and you, Zacharias, don't push me." he said and then looked at us.
"From mum, to Remus and Severus, things have changed so fast, if this was you, before you ended up in Slytherin I get the point you're just a 31 year old version of your 10 year old self. When with mum and Uncle Dan now at the moment." I said and he smiled at my opinion then. "I know son, but us giving it a shot, that just pulled it off, I see passed appearance and see you. As reflecting more your mother then your father, as for your remark, in being my top students."
"Indeed, you are my prize pupil in everything, you and Draco, but the sparring practice is between you boys, okay." he said and we smiled and nodded. "Like I said though, Lockhart talks the talk, but can he walk the walk, you're the best dueler I ever met. And I love training with you and Remus." I said and he smiled at that. "Teacher's pet." we heard and he said it sternly. "Zacharias Smith: Two weeks detention attitude and insults." he said in response to that.
"Don't look now Smith, but the 20 of us are considered honorary Slytherins, but we're tightly bonded to the Professor, while he's Draco's godfather." Dean said sternly and he went white. "You about to take up my bad habits, or would be bad guys here, but you're a badger turned snake close to the edge, of turning into a Death Eater Spawn yourself. So don't tick your parents off by sinking to the Death Eaters level." Draco said sternly and he swallowed hard then shaking.
As the name of the potion case across the chalk-board then as he looked between us and put to our partners then gently at that remark in response then. "Mr. Potter, you will be with Mr. Weasley, Draco, you're with Ms. Granger, Mr. Finnigan, you are with Mr. Longbottom, Ms. Greengrass you are with Bulstrode." he said as he started putting each of us to our unit and we got to work as I checked it over then and not as I went to get the ingredients and got to work.
"Fast hands on training, so we know what kind of live wire this is, if you're taking chemistry." I said and the muggle-borns nodded with a chuckle. "Yes and this is why you have to pay attention, as one mistake in not re-reading the instructions in said potion, and someone's going to get hurt, so watch your partners. And pay attention to what you read, so no one does, students." he said in response and they all nodded as we got to work at that as I focused on that.
Using the notes that were connected to this potions to what was on board I got to work then. "Ron focus, but listen to this." I said and read out the first part as we did it. "Part 1: Add 6 snake fangs to the mortar. Crush into a fine powder using the pestle. Add 4 measures of the crushed fangs to your cauldron. Heat the mixture to 250 for 10 seconds. Wave your wand. Leave to brew and return in 33-45 minutes." I said and he nodded to me.
As we did it to what I had written into my notebook as the potion started getting it's prep work done. "Part 2) Add 4 horned slugs to your cauldron, take the cauldron off the fire before adding the next ingredient. Step 2) Add 2 porcupine quills to your cauldron. Stir 5 times, clockwise. Wave your wand to complete the potion." I read softly to him and he nodded, before I made a fast change as I did it to what he taught me that summer then gently.
Before seeing a warning remark then in the book and then checked the board and it jumped out at me then as I looked over my shoulder at Neville then. 'Warnings: When brewing the potion, the cauldron has to be taken off the fire before adding the porcupine quills, and before brewing a Cure for Boils. As coating a cauldron with Bulbadox powder would make the cauldron explode.' I read to myself, before I looked up in time to see it.
"Whoa guys, wait, wait, don't, get it off the fire, or you're going to have it all over the floor, after putting those quills in." I said and Neville nodded, just as whoever wasn't paying attention to that remark did just that and we heard a loud blast in the back of the room and I sighed in relief at the remark. "Thank you for that right now." he said and Severus smiled in relief I headed it off then. "You guys okay back there?" I said turning around and they all nodded to me.
"Yeah we're fine, and nothing ended up on the floor, it was the powder, Harry." Sally said to me from across the room and I nodded to her gently at that. "I think that was either the powder or worse, someone dumped hot water on top of the contents after finishing said potion." Malcolm said and I nodded. "It's the second, the door got blown off it's hinges." Parvati said and I looked up. "Didn't we already talk about this to pay attention?" I asked and Zach looked down.
"You dumped hot water on it after you were done?" I asked and he nodded with a humiliated look on his face at that. "Alright so we have one from prevention of keep it from exploding another due to..." I started to say as I heard another loud blast in the back of the room and they nodded. "Another from said powder and the third from dumping hot water on it." Severus said for me at that. "Alright what the heck was that?!" Ron said turning and Lavender said it to him.
"Not the first warning, but the second, Ron." she said and I nodded. "The first warning shout prevented that from ending up all over the floor and medical emergency, so what caused that exactly boys, which warning was it, the first or second?" Millie called out to me then gently. "I'm not sure, but I'm about to find out, but is everyone okay back there?" I asked and they all nodded as I turned to Severus and explained the shout out then to him quickly as I said it.
"Look out!" Leanne shouted out and I quickly dodged as a stool jumped off the floor after a blast knocked it across the room and Severus froze it. "Well there's your remark at dinner last night, Professor." Ron said and he nodded as I looked at Leanne smiling gently then to her then. "Thanks for the warning, Le'." I said to her and she nodded to me and smiled at the nickname. "You're welcome." she said and I turned and answered Severus at the question. "
"I remembered the first warning, before the second jumped out at me, the warning said never to coat the cauldron with Bulbadox powder with this one. Or the contents are going to explode, so who in here did that right now, if the potion just exploded right now?" I asked and they checked themselves then. "Guys?" Mione said again and one of them said it gently to her at that question. "It wasn't me." I heard from one student and I quickly turned around at that.
"Not me." I heard in response and heard 10 others and I quickly looked at the Ravenclaws gently. "Jack?!" I asked and he nodded. "It was Roger." he said and we all nodded to him. "I'm fine Harry, as is Jack, Sally, and Lisa." he said and I nodded in relief. "Jeesh alright what exploded?" Draco asked and he said it. "That was the secondary warning not the first, I was doing prep work, before you said that, and it was the second warning." Roger told us and we nodded.
"Did anyone get this on their skin right now?" I asked and they all shook their heads and I nodded in relief. "One more reason to pay attention to the warning remarks on these potions, you don't do it right that happens." Draco said and I nodded to that. "And thank Merlin, you managed to prevent that twice or we got a medical emergency here right now, in trying to keep anyone from getting burned by this potion." Mione said to me and I nodded as Severus said it then.
"And another ten points for a fast warning in prevention tactics." he said gently and we nodded. "Seamus, are you trying to burn the place down here." Mione said to him and just as he was answering we heard an explosion from the table in the back and I turned around. "Alright, settle down, and want to tell me what caused that explosion?" he called out and I hid a laugh as everyone that knew he changed were all trying to keep from laughing at this as Neville said it.
"That wasn't me this time Professor, someone dumped hot water in that cauldron after finishing." Neville said and he nodded. "Before anyone tries washing these out right now, the side effects of water come to mind here water temperatures right now, so with those words in mind. These react to certain temperatures right now, so with that and what's the lesson on that, students?" he asked and I hid a laugh as I answered him at that question gently.
"Never put hot water on what's left of the contents in these cauldrons or it's going to explode, so use ice water." I said and he nodded. "And take another 5 points." he said and we nodded, just as the bell sounded and we cleaned up our tables then, as we put the potion phials on his desk then and then headed for defense class then as I saw Remus standing there. "Two explosions in class, and a severe case of arrogance, Professor." I said and the quartet nodded to me.
"I didn't check the second warning not to do that Professor, I'm relieved Harry said not to put the quills in before taking the cauldron off the fire in truth. But I didn't hear the second warning not to coat the cauldron innards with that powder, or it explodes here." Roger said to explain it and they nodded. "As for the arrogance, Zach is taking all the worst attributes of last time-line and he's annoying him a little too much, Uncle Remus." I said and Remus nodded to me then.
"And one more reason to pay attention, did Smith destroy anything or anyone get hurt in class, before you said that?" Kingsley asked and I shook my head. "No and that's a big negative, but this is the one time he's seen him in business mode since we fixed things right now, between you and him, dad, Uncle Remus." I said and Remus and Sirius nodded in relief at that before Severus walked in then and said it gently as he looked between our class gently then.
"Alright 20 on both sides of the table, and pay attention here." he said and we assembled in Gryffindor and Hufflepuff on one side of said table and Slytherin and Ravenclaw on the other as he said it. "As you know we have decided to train you in defensive training, but this means that a clear thing for your class, and we need you. Now, to understand this students, as you're in school right now, as when in school you make a mistake and you try it again tomorrow now."
"But out there it gets highly dangerous, you're in a position of seeing a friend get shot down in front of you, or you're in life and death situation yourselves. As you don't understand what that is like, not yet, as some of you are in training, you are raised as muggles right now, so you could consider what I just said. As the same response to the psychological testing that the man that played Captain Picard told his own student, before he dropped out of school now."
"After he made a dangerous mistake in the show, but every great wizard started out as nothing more then you are now, as students, so in order to be good. You must let go of those fears you're never going to be as good as your siblings." he said and Ron looked down at his remark as he went on. "Or you're trying to prove you're as good as the pure-blood Slytherins." he said and Mione looked down. "You have nothing to prove to us, let go." he said and they nodded.
"As to that, this is a test of training, now, so I would like a volunteer pair here.., Granger and Potter, could you come up please." he said and we nodded as we got on the table and faced forward as she looked into my eyes then. "Don't get cocky you two, and secondly you put too much power into the blast you're going to break something, so control your emotions." Remus told us and we nodded as she and I went into the traditional face off of dueling as we did it.
And in unison then, as we turned around and walked back 10 paces and then faced each other as we went into defense mode, as she shouted it out, and I dodged it and mentally said it and she got knocked back into Remus. "Alright very good, that's the first lesson, never say said spell aloud or they're going to know what you're doing, and take action, so ten points to Gryffindor." Remus called out and we nodded gently at that remark then and Zach looked at him.
"The subject on bezoars took a medical turn after I explained how to use said Bezoar." I said and they nodded. "None of us Pure-bloods or half-bloods knew that portion of it, as all our parents told us was to use a bezoar, but they never told us why we would need to shove it down their throats." Draco said and the adult wizards and witches nodded. "One fast example of how to do this, as he's a clear healer in training?" Remus asked smiling and Draco nodded to him.
"Yes Sir, in fact there were a few things I never considered here, if he was taking first aid and before he came home here, this was a piece I never considered." he said to him and they all nodded. "Whatever he said, he was right, it's like an allergy, causing your windpipes to constrict, do you know what anaphylactic shock is." Moody said and they all nodded in shock then. "Without that stone, you could be killed in 5 to 10 minutes." he said and they all nodded sternly.
"First a hexed necklace and now this, how many close calls is it going to take the get the message across, this is no game someone is clearly in truth. Trying to kill the headmaster, and I keep heading it off." I said and Ron and Mione nodded as they got the message then. "Leanne, whatever it is, don't touch it." Remus said to her and she nodded to the orders. "Merlin that's all I need, I'm a year away from making your program and now this." I said and they both nodded.
"I thought you were the new history teacher." Zach said and I crossed my arms. "He's my mentor for Defense, Zach." I said and he paled at that news and Remus crossed his arms. "But I got 5 mentors, one for Defense, one for Potions, Charms, Transfiguration, and finally Occlumency, but in order to master all of them. You must discipline your mind, or you're going to give valuable information to the enemy, but he's my mentor in Defense, I'm a Defense prodigy."
"And secondly here now in truth is he's also a order member Zach, watch the insubordination, he's an auror in training here." I said and he paled and they and Kingsley nodded. "To put it bluntly, to me, to Mione and to Neville, Susan, Cedric and Luna, the order was the extended family in our eyes." I said and she finished that. "So you insult them, you insult us, this is why he laid into you last night, for the rudeness." she said and the trio and Ted crossed their arms.
"Young man, we are not having you bugging him all year right now, but just because you're jealous doesn't mean harassing him and his friends repeatedly here." Alastor said with a growl at that. "Nice timing here Alastor, you couldn't have picked a better time than this to come in right now." Remus said to him and he nodded. "Harry, want to practice with me, as I ran a fast test this summer." he added and I nodded. "One on one, Sir." I said and he nodded to me.
"Meaning that's personal training in one on one later, multiple teachers for every course in the books to be a junior auror at this age." he said and I nodded. "And you clearly all trained me just a little too well here." I said and he chuckled. "Yes and you're doing admirably right now on that Harry, but remember what Remus and I said, don't get cocky or someone could get hurt, if it's a friend and not foe." he said and I nodded as Kingsley and Dedalus nodded sternly then.
"So I see a fight break out, there will be points lost and a detention served, is that clear?" Kingsley said sternly and he nodded shaking at that. "I knew the arrogance was going to arrive, but that just proves it now, young man, I get you wanted to return to your biological house in the school. But at times there need to be changes, and you're showing the mania of Bartemis Crouch Junior." Ted said sternly at that and he swallowed hard at his remark then shaking.
"I know I'm going to regret asking this next question, but why are you putting your first class on a hold today?' I asked and Ted smiled gently. "I came to report into Barty and Albus, in why I needed to check on this but Argus caught him. In trying to go in that door, he tried to run and ran head long into me." he said and I nodded. "You know the headmaster said not to go in there." I said and Zach sighed and the faculty all nodded sternly as they looked at him firmly.
"Hey Professor, Sir, in all honesty we to have make changes on the security on that door, before whoever opens up Fluffy's bedroom door." I said and the trio nodded in agreement. "Good idea and whoever in the older students was obsessed with getting their badges back they better get it through their heads they don't have. In truth what it takes to survive if they don't start paying attention and you're highly skilled already, you see it like we do." Dumbledore said to me then.
"Just how many times have you and Mr. Crouch debated that exactly?" I asked and he nodded. "A few hundred Harry, but after this exchange in naming names, I reminded Barty that Severus is working for me now." Dumbledore said and I nodded. "You better show that to me, leading into the third task, as I knew he was making amends for the level of problems between dad and his trio, before what happened after their OWL's." I said and he nodded to me.
"I take it that story was well known?" Sally asked and I nodded. "Unfortunately, but said death eater that dropped the news was, and is still under the impression that I am still a Death Eater, but my loyalty is to the headmaster, and my love for my best friend has changed me back." Severus said and they all nodded. "Who is the Death Eater exactly?" I asked and he said it gently at that question. "His name is Igor Karkaroff." he said to me and I nodded to him.
"I'm know I'm going to regret asking this, but is he the headmaster for the other school in the tournament, the one that focuses the emphasis on dark arts?" I asked and Draco quickly said it. "That's Durmstrang, and yeah, that place is a hell-hole, for Death Eater spawn, if they don't change and now." he said and Severus nodded. "Indeed, and language, Draco, remember what we talked about." he said and Draco nodded to him as I sighed in relief at that news.
"Karkaroff is the other reason, we all had a serious hatred of the Dark arts, he's the reason we all found this out in the worst way possible on Barty Junior now son." Professor Alastor 'Mad-eye' Moody said to me and I nodded. "Then I'm lucky I never saw this from his point of view, and by that I mean the headmaster, your's or anyone else in the order's right now at the current moment, Professor." I said to him and he nodded to me gently at that remark as he said it then.
"I get why, but there are things in our memories that you're not ready to see, especially after the bungle of your being trapped in the muggle world now. And for the last 10 years, before the truth came out over the summer right now, that we had all of this in reverse." he said to me and Severus nodded. "Indeed and to be honest, this is like the more mature version to the show my age group created when all of you were toddlers now son, in truth now on that now."
"And trust me this is scary enough already, you recall the mad mental healer, before he escaped, Anderson's tv show?" he asked and I shuddered and nodded. "That was him after Alastor shot him down, and Barty was shattered." Ted said and I nodded. "That or the man playing Sirius's counterpart right now, on Dracula, but that man played a mental healer. Said gone homicide here now, who was a cannibal." I said and he nodded with a grimace at that remark then.
"Gary Oldman played the starring character himself, in that story." Mione said and Ron nodded. "So what was this mature version to this tv show you just mentioned?" he asked and I said it. "It's about a psychopathic mental healer, who was put in jail previously, one of the agencies that deal with criminals of this level sent a young recruit. Said no older then Dora for his intel on another criminal." I said and he nodded in shock and Ted nodded sternly to that remark.
"If you mean Silence Of The Lambs and Hannibal, I know what you mean, but he means the man that took on that persona, after Anderson arrested him. The man that was trying to kill his narcotics agent friend." Ted said to me and I nodded. "Anyone asking for a total psychotic here, that the power lust went right to his head here." I said and he nodded. "It took six guards in the room to arrest him and drag him in front of Barty." Moody told me and I nodded.
"Right after you stunned him, looks like the adrenaline surge went through his body, he didn't want you hearing he was the one that did it." I said and they all nodded sternly. "From me, to Albus to Barty, we were the ones in charge here, and this was the final clean up after he'd been dead for 6 months now in truth. That to us, after losing your parents, our anger was surging through us after we heard he was the one that did Frank and Alice." he said and I nodded sternly.
"Well I don't blame Mr. Crouch for whatever was said, though he's a pure-blood, he's a blood traitor." Parvati said to him and he nodded. "And you got it right baby, I am a blood traitor, but Barty now, I never been so sick at what I learned, my son turned into a total monster, I had no choice. Use those curses it's a one way ticket right to Azkaban, how could I make a choice, knowing if I never did this everyone would see this as I went soft and letting these tossers now."
"Start running amok out there, I had no choice but to put him in Azkaban." Crouch said to her gently at that. "Like we are, my dad is an auror, had to do it, I don't buy into all that stigma, friend to all three groups, that's me." I said to her and she nodded. "Yes and friend to Muggle-borns, Half-bloods and Pure-bloods alike, your father and grandfather never tolerated all the bigotry themselves, Harry." Remus said to me gently and I nodded as Mione crossed her arms.
"You've seen enough of these movies as it is, but based on what I know and realized here, this castle was 1837 to 1910, in looks, so Victorian Era now. To the Edwardian Era, when it was a male dominated society here." I said and Kingsely nodded gently. "Indeed, that's it exactly, in where we had to control these things before they get completely out of hand, but where over doing it is concerned, it's a matter of bringing it up to the late 20th century now finally."
"As we change our ways and match them to now finally, and Cornelius is making said adjustments." he said and I nodded to him gently as Ron looked from me, to Ted, Mione and Dean gently at that. "Anderson, who's he, exactly, guys?" Ron said and I nodded. "That's the other Sci-fi tv show us Muggle-borns and raised like, Ron, but it's like the show just mentioned, but instead of traveling by ship, they travel by an over-sized ring looking like, now."
"A ring two stories high, he's the leader of the team the show is focused on, this was his previous tv show, and two episodes focused on a mad-man. Said who is like Barty, after the truth came out right now." Mione told him and he nodded. "Were all of you at the trial, of whoever this was, before he got exposed?" Neville asked and the quartet nodded. "Yes, and you're too young to see our memories of the clean up yet." Severus said to him and we nodded gently.
"And you're cleaning up your mistakes and by being who you were in our parents eye, that's mum and Uncle Dan." I said and he nodded to me. "Yes okay, so follow up pair, hmm..., Neville, Ron, how about you boys." Remus said and they nodded. "You got your memories of this, so face off, gentle salute and then ten paces, and disarm only, we're not having this turn into a shootout." Severus said and as I closed my eyes as I tried to keep from laughing at his remark.
"How about your remark to Lockhart, after he said that to you." Ron said, looking at him over his shoulder and he smiled. "And I meant it, but maybe he better teach you kids to block unfriendly spells, before I do that for him, and after disarming all of them after the dueling got a little out of hand here." he said and I started laughing at the memory. "And who's he to start pushing you around, you've been working here for 10 years, him 1." I said and he nodded, smiling.
"But I loved it, you actually taking him down a notch, by blasting him across the table, Uncle Sev." I said and he chuckled at that remark. "And just what will it take to get him to pipe down, and realize we're all out there doing it all the time, he's just taking credit for what a bunch of other witches. And wizards have done, like us, you've been in the thick of it for 2.5 years, and our prize pupil." he said and I nodded as I answered him then as Dumbledore hid a smile then.
"Yeah, but you knew me and my trio for years right now, that to you, start showing off, he's asking to get blasted three ways to Sunday here now for this. And it was only barely two weeks after he vanished my bones, and you're not having me deal with it twice, and chose Draco." I said and he nodded. "Yes and no kidding to me, I knew your trio's penchant for trouble that to me, you're not suffering another hospitalization for his incompetence right now in this class."
"As the one with the most experiences wins in this job, as it's survival of the fittest, and after he's showing he has no clue in what the hades he's doing here. It's I show him up for what kind of fraud he really is, before you do the rest, Harry, and by showing that to him, as you use what I taught you that day now. As at first you couldn't trust me all that easily and instead now, is the fact you got me to work out with right now, as I train you in dueling and everything now."
"In truth he claimed to be here and arrest him yourself, but like I said, your brother's wand causes devastation with the simplest spells here right now. And I'm not risking another broken arm right now as well, as I chose Draco as a result." he said and I nodded smiling. "Good choice, as we do a demonstration and we both proved you trained us a little too well." I said and Crouch chuckled at that remark then smiling then as he answered that remark gently then to me.
