Purple boy's eyes shot open right as I threw out a kick. The rainfall reverted ceased entirely. He caught my foot, then gripped like a vice and curled his free hand into a tight fist. No way was I about to let him knock me away for another round of sharp rain. He thought he had me, but it was me who had finally closed the gap. Me, who had him. This goon was going down. My foot still locked in his grasp, I leapt up and roundhoused him in the face with the one I was standing on. We both fell. I got up first. I had to finish this now.
