'The Ball'
In this story things are going a little different I got tired of Lily and James, so now its Catherine and James. Sirius yes, Sirius finally finds love with a girl named Hannah Pettigrew (will it last?) and I'm adding a few other characters Nick and Iris so R/R.
James walked up to Catherine who was sitting at the Gryffindor table eating her lunch.
"Cat, would you like to go to the ball with me?" "Sure." She replied looking up at James who looked quite pleased with himself.
Sirius entered the great hall, and walked towards the Ravenclaw table, he sat next to Hannah and asked.
"Hannah, do you know anyone that would like to go to the ball with me?" "Yes, I do," she answered. "Who?" Sirius asked looking at her, and waiting for the answer. "You figure it out, then talk to Me." she said getting up from the Ravenclaw table, and exiting the Great Hall. Sirius shook his head. "One of these days that girl is gonna get herself killed," He thought then started after her. "You have to tell me who," Sirius said trying hard not to laugh. "I don't have to tell you anything, but its obvious," Hannah said seeing his obvious amusement. "I'm a guy remember we don't notice these kinds of things!" Sirius tried to explain in a whiny voice. "You sure don't if you're walking right next to the answer," Hannah mumbled under her breath. "I'm sorry, what did you say?" Sirius asked still playing his game with her he knew the answer, and he planned to ask her. "N-nothing," Hannah said a little hurt. " All right, Hannah you ~" Sirius tried to say but was interrupted by Remus. " Sirius, are you ready for that Quidditch game on Saturday?" Remus asked.
" Always Remus, now where were we Hannah," Sirius said to the air. Hannah was gone she had left him there. " Now where did she go? Remus did you see where Hannah went?" Sirius asked Remus while looking around in vain. "No, I'm sorry Sirius I didn't," Remus said noticing the cat at Sirius' feet then said. "Cute cat." "Huh?" Sirius asked looking at his feet where a black cat stood purring silently. "Oh, hello kitty." Sirius bent down to pick it up but the cat ran off.
