Summary: A short story about Harry, Ron, and Hermione and the importance of ones blood.

"Blood, does it matter?" Harry Potter asked his two best friends. "Some say it does others say it doesn't," Hermione Granger replied. "Is there any reason that you're asking us this?" Ron Weasley asked. "Its just something that Malfoy said," Harry answered. "What did he say this time?" Hermione asked her curiosity piqued. Harry sighed. "He said blood says who you are or who your not," Harry replied. Ron's a pure-blood, you're a half- blood and I'm a muggle-born," Hermione said to Harry. "Pure-blood, half- blood, muggle-born, does it really matter? Ron asked. "I guess not," Harry answered a bit unsure. The three were silent for a few minutes. "Its not blood that says who you are but what you do," Harry said his mind made up.
