It's a preparatory night for Ash and his pokemon against his biggest rival. Ash is currently on an abandoned island along with all of his pokemon.
"So Ash, did you decided which pokemon you are going to use against Paul" asks Mewtwo
"Pikachu, Infernape,Torterra,Gliscor, Typhlosion and Snorlax" says Ash
"But Paul is strong isn't it" asks Mewtwo
"Mewtwo, you know how hard we trained for six years. Even a powerful thunder can knockout pokemon with resistance to electric types " says Ash
"I know, but you are going to use less power right" asks Mewtwo
"Who said that, I am going to use full power" says Ash
Next day Ash is ready to take down Paul. Last time Paul and Tobias defeated their opponents easily.
"Welcome ladies and gentlemen there are only four participants left, and with today's first battle of semifinal round begins. Please welcome our most famous participant of this league Ash Ketchum from Kanto and Paul from sinnoh region" said referee
"Finally you showed up Ketchum, I can't wait to defeat you" says Paul
"In your dreams Paul" says Ash
Trainers, this is a six on six battle, rules are same, you can switch pokemon in the mid of the battle if you want to. Send your first pokemon " said referee.
After enlarging their pokeball, both threw their pokeball, pokeball opens up releasing the pokemon from their scoreboard image of both pokemon appeared.
"So you caught another pokemon and ditched Monferno" asks Paul
"Paul, when you will get above your ego. Don't worry, you will understand this after the battle" says Ash
"Aggron vs Snorlax let the battle begin" says referee
Snorlax vs Aggron
"Aggron start with metal sound" says Paul
"Snorlax use quake power blast" says Ash
"What's that" asks Paul
As Snorlax is unfazed by metal sound,
Snorlax's body briefly flashes with yellow energy and he slams his fist into the ground, creating glowing gold cracks that travel at the Aggron and go under it and exploded causing Aggron to throw in the air.
"What a powerful attack by Snorlax, it seems Ash is trying to increase pressure on Paul from starting" says announcer
"Snorlax use psychic look" says Ash that shocked Paul
Snorlax's eyes glowed blue and then Aggron outlined in blue and crimson red aura. Aggron is struggling to get free from the grip of Snorlax.
"Use gigabeam, full power" says Ash which shocked Paul once again.
With Aggron in psychic grip, Snorlax used the beam made from hyper beam and energy of giga impact that hit Aggron causing explosion.
When explosion is cleared Aggron is knocked out.Back in stands Ash's friends are shocked.
"What was that" asks Barry
"That's so quick and how Ash got so strong " asks Max in completely shock
"Snorlax take rest, you were amazing" says Ash
"How this pathetic Ketchum got so strong " thought Paul
"Return," says Paul recalling his Aggron and sends his Gastrodon.
"Pikachu defeat Gastrodon" says Ash
"Are you out of your my mind, Gastrodon is part ground type" says Paul
"I know that's why I send my Pikachu " says Ash
"Pikachu vs Gastrodon let the battle begin" says referee
Gastrodon vs Pikachu
"Gastrodon start with ice beam" says Paul
"Pikachu use thunder claw and fuse ice beam " says Ash causing everyone to get shocked
As ice beam is launched at Pikachu, he used the claws made of pure electricity and ice beam created the outer layer of ice.
"Now, use iron dig on battlefield " says Ash as Pikachu used iron tail and dig combo that destroyed remaining battlefield and made Gastrodon flew in air
"Now use volt tackle with ice claw and spin like drill" says Ash as Pikachu did same and now he is looking like a rotating drill.
"Gastrodon use stone edge" says Paul. Gastrodon sends stone projectiles which Pikachu destroyed easily.
"Not again," thought Paul
Pikachu striked Gastrodon knocking it on the battlefield.
"Now Pikachu use electric apocalypse " says Ash
"Now what's electric apocalypse " asks May
"We don't know, Ash really became stronger" says Dawn
Soon Pikachu starts glowing yellow and black clouds starts forming in the air. A wall.of pure electricity surrounded the battlefield.
"It seems Ash's Pikachu is going to execute the move we never saw before" says announcer
The battlefield become electric terrain and then multiple massive thunder strikes the wall and then it alsorbs the electricity. Then came main part, the thunder released inside the wall and then it hit Gastrodon dealing good damage
Another thunder hit the wall and it did the same thing.
"Gastrodon use muddy water" says Paul
"No use, Pikachu finish with ultra shock" says Ash as Pikachu then glowed yellow releasing whips of thunder that binded Gastrodon and then Pikachu used his full power and then massive column of electricity erupts from below. And a thunder fall from above knocking out Gastrodon.
"Gastrodon is unable to battle," says referee
"Pikachu you did great, take rest buddy" says Ash as Pikachu returned jumped on Ash's shoulders.
"You were amazing, our training paid off" says Ash
"Ninjask standby for battle" says Paul releasing his bug type
"Infernape battle time" says Ash sending his fire and fighting type
"Infernape vs Ninjask, let the battle begin " says referee
"So you didn't ditched that pathetic fire type. I am impressed" says Paul

"Ninjask use agility " says Paul and with that Ninjask showed its great speed and thanks to speed boost its speed increases at every turn.
"Infernape finish Ninjask in one shot" says Ash via aura
Soon Paul's smirk changed into anger when Infernape's fist collided with Ninjask.
"It seems Ninjask got severe damage" says commentator
"Now use blast burn" says Ash as Infernape relwased massive orb of flame that hit Ninjask knocking it out instantly.
"With Paul already lost the three pokemon we will take a brake for fifteen minutes" says announcer
After fifteen minutes Ash and Paul are ready to battle each other.
"Trainers send your next pokemon" says referee
"Drapion standby for battle " says Paul releasing his poison and dark type
"Gliscor battle time," says Ash sending his scorpion pokemon
"Drapion use pin missiles " says Paul
"Gliscor destroy it with x-scissor " says Ash
X-scissor then destroyed pin missiles without leaving scratch on Gliscor.
"Use toxic spikes " says Paul
"Toxic spikes" says Paul as Drapion opens its mouth and a dark purple orb forms inside it. It then fires the ball into the air, which spirals and releases four small streams of purple smoke from the top of the ball.
"Gliscor use venoshield and destroy the toxic spikes," says Ash as Gliscor starts spinning and releases venoshock that destroyed toxic spikes.
"Damn, how this can be possible" says Paul gritting his teeth.
"Gliscor use sandstorm" says Ash. Gliscor then whipped up the sand storm.
"Great, Gliscor now get near Gliscor silently and then use fire fang" says Ash
"Now where is that scorpion" asks Paul as he got an idea.
All of sudden Paul heard loud scream as massive explosion occured sending Drapion in the air.
"Now finish with guillotine " says Ash as Gliscor flew in the air and then used its claws to strike Drapion.
"And now use quake edge and quake impact" says Ash as Gliscor launched the stone ege combined with earthquake that dealt good damage to Drapion and then charged at Drapion with giga impact and earthquake combined.
"Drapion use dig" says Paul but Drapion already tired and got hit by the attack causing instant knockout.
"And another knockout by Ash Ketchum " says announcer. In stands Ash's friends are relieved as they know Ash is in lead.
"Pathetic pokemon" says Paul as he recalled his pokemon back
"Gliscor return, you were amazing. Take rest" says Ash as he recalled his pokemon back
"Now I have only Electivire and Froslass" says Paul to himself
"Froslass battle time" says Paul sending his ice and ghost type
"Go my friend" says Ash releasing his fire and ghost type
"It seems Ash has some unidentified pokemon." says commentator
"What's that" asks Paul
"Meet Typhlosion, fire and ghost type" says Ash
"Wait, is that another pokemon that Ash caught in Hisui " asks Brock
"What's Hisui, tell me" asks Barry
"It's a long story, we can't tell you right now" says May
"Tell me or I will fine you, and how Ash can gave such cool pokemon" says Barry
"Ash told us that he have hundred and sixty four pokemon at his disposal" says May
"No way," says Barry as he got the shock of his life
"Typhlosion this is your first battle in Sinnoh, let's show them what you got " says Ash as Typhlosion neck surround in flame.
"Typhlosion vs Froslass let the battle begin " says referee
Typhlosion vs Froslass
"Froslass start with ice beam" says Paul
"Take it and Counter with overheat" says Ash as Typhlosion took the attack.Typhlosion then sends overheat at Froslass.
"Froslass use ice beam" says Paul but it's of no use as Froslass can't execute ice beam.
"Do that pokemon have cursed body as an ability
Overheat connected with the Froslass causing explosion.
"Typhlosion use infernal parade" says Ash via aura
"Froslass use" says Paul as just before Froslass could do anything multiple fireballs crashed into Froslass causing explosion sending Froslass crashed near Paul.
"An unexpected move guys, it seems Ash Ketchum really worked hard for this battle" says announcer
"Froslass use shadow ball" says Paul
"Absorb it and use infernal blast burn" says Ash as Typhlosion stood still and shadow ball absorbed in the body after which Typhlosion raised its arms and then a massive orb of ghostly flames formed.
"What's that " thought Paul as the massive orb of flames floats in the air and then it splits like draco meteor but instead of falling it charged at Froslass. Froslass tried to evade but the flames followed Froslass and eventually knocked her out.
"Froslass is unable to battle," declared referee
"Typhlosion return, will give you a treat later on" says Ash as Typhlosion ppinned Ash to the ground before it starts licking Ash
"Not now Typhlosion, " says Ash with laughter as he recalled his pokemon back
Standing back on his feet Ash faced Paul.
On referee's order Paul sends his Electivire, final pokemon.
"Now it's time for revenge" says Ash as he sends his Infernape
"Infernape, battle at fifty percent power and when I signal you, use your full power to finish the battle." says Ash
"You want me to make Electivire and Paul believe that they are equal in terms of power" says Infernape with a smirk on his face.
With referee signalled to start the battle, Infernape and Electivire charged at each other with wild charge and flame charge. As they both connected in the middle of the battlefield, causing explosion and dust particle rises in the air blocking the view of camera,Ash and Paul.
When dust particle settled, down Infernape can be seen under the grip of Electivire's tentacles. This made Paul smiled for a while until Infernape disappeared with smoke leaving Paul and Electivire confused. All of sudden Infernape came out with fire punch and landed a powerful sky uppercut near Electivire's jaw sending it crashed near Paul
"Now tell me who is strong," said Infernape as he started to taunt Electivire which made him angry.
"Electivire use thunder full power, " said Paul which made Ash smirk
"Infernape take the attack," said Ash
"He is asking Infernape to take the attack. I think he is planning to loose," says Paul to himself.
As Infernape took the attack, he started to glow yellow.
"Infernape use close combat," said Ash as Infernape disappeared and appeared beside Electivire and landed the powerful punch in Electivire's abdomen making it spit some blood. With that Electivire engulfed in flames.
"Electivire use thunder on yourself, " said Paul but Ash and Infernape started to giggle.
Electivire used thunder on itself but nothing happend.
"What" said Paul in shock
"Infernape already switched the abilities with Electivire when they clashed earlier. " says Ash as Electivire get pummeled by Infernape's combat techniques. Infernape jumped and grapped Electivire by legs and then threw it in the air. Electivire balanced itself and landed powerful earthquake which unbalanced Infernape a little bit.
Electivire charged at Infernape with karate chop. Electivire raised its arms and its tried to land it on Infernape but he stopped it with the iron tail and used overheat on close range engulfing Electivire in flames.
"Well it seems Paul is the one who is at disadvantage, " said Dawn as Piplup is cheering for Infernape.
Electivire then used focus blast which infernape deflected with blaze kick sending focus blast back at Electivire. Electivire used thunderbolt to destroy it and used quick attack. Infernape also used quick attack and both of them engaged in battle of pure strength.
Infernape used all of his strength and grabbed Electivire by his arms and threw him off. Electivire used his body weight to balance itself and Electivire hits both of its tails into the ground and uses thunder, sending large pieces of rock flying at the Infernape. Infernape used close combat to defelect every piece of rock away from him. Taking the advantage distraction Electivire used psychic, his newly learned move. Infernape is now under the grip of the Electivire.
"It seems Electivire played its trump move, " said announcer
"What you have to say Ketchum," asked Paul
"You really underestimated me Paul, " said Ash as Infernape glowed dark and released himself from psychic grip.
"How, " asked Paul
"Infernape trained with my psychic type to break the attack. Now Infernape, use fire pledge, " said Ash as columns flames erupts and surrounded Electivire and then columns merged into one dealing good damage on Electivire.
"Now Infernape use overheat, " said Ash as Infernape's head flame becomes brighter and then launched powerful stream of flames.
"Protect" said Paul as Electivire created dome of energy around him. Infernape then used double team which Electivire countered with his own version of counter shield which destroyed all copies. All of sudden sunlight got brighter, causing the rise in termperature and Infernape launched solar beam. Electivire countered it with charge beam, causing explosion.
Electivire and Infernape then charged at each other with wild charge and flare blitz, giving each other equal competition. Post that battle between the two continued for next twenty minutes which not only engaged the audience but it improved the rating of the league battle.
Infernape charged at Electivire with power up punch and Electivire used focus punch, sending shockwave of energy across the stadium. Electivire used its tentacles and grabbed time Electivire released all of his electricity deposite at one go, Infernape put his tail under the battlefield grounding all the excess electricity and activating motor drive and as a result.
As Electivire is resting the flames on Infernape head grows brighter and then a beam of energy released in the air, flames erupt from under the ground beneath Infernape. Infernape then launched massive stream of flames at Electivire who blocked it with protect, flames got intensified and destroyed the battlefield around Electivire resulting into explosion. When dust and smoke disappeared, the surface of the battle field is in melted state.
Infernape then used flare blitz full power and Electivire used wildcharge. When both of them collided a massive tornado of flames and thunder formed. Infernape then appeared behind Electivire and then explosion happened. Electivire and Infernape can be seen standing opposite to each other. Electivire is surrounded in red static electricity.
"Elect " said Electivire as he taunted Infernape
"What, Electivire can battle, " asked Dawn in shock
"Electivire is Paul's ace pokemon and he won't be going down that easily " said Brock
Electivire then released thunder and Infernape used dig which was the biggest mistake. As Infernape came out, Electivire grabbed him by neck and started to squeeze it. Infernape can't breathe now, Electivire then used hammer arm on Infernape's skull and focus blast before throwing him in the air and fired hyper beam that knocked Infernape on the battlefield.
Electivire walked towards Infernape and started to crush his head with its leg.
"What you say huh. Look who is weak now. Your problem is that you consider yourself as powerful but in reality you are weak." said Electivire
"Who is the winner Ash, it seems you didn't trained Infernape well" says Paul taunting Ash
"Paul, didn't you got that. " asks Ash
"What you mean, " asks Paul
"All of my pokemon were at fifty percent power levels. " says Ash that shocked Paul and everyone present in the stadium.
"Infernape activate blaze and use full power blast burn" says Ash as Infernape's flame got brighter and then he uses flamecharge and flames engulfed Electivire making Infernape free. Infernape launched massive orb of falmes buring like a sun towards Paul's Electivire.
"Electivire " said Paul's Electivire who tried to push the blast burn back at Ash's infernape.
"Infernape push blast burn and then use close combat to finish him" said Ash as Infernape surrounded in flame vortex and pushed the blast burn at Electivire that leads to explosion sending Paul's Electivire flying in the air knocking it out instantly.
"Paul's Electivire is is unable to battle, Infernape and Ash Ketchum are the winner of the semifinals "declared refree
"Paul," says Ash as he looked at Paul
"I am impressed Ash, you did an amazing job. I can say you are a worthy opponent " said Paul as he walked away
"Ladies and gentlemen, the final round will be conducted after a gap of three days. Till that time, enjoy and train hard, " said announcer
As Ash came out of stadium he was bombarded by too many questions.
"Hope you don't mind if I give all your answers after the league" says Ash. Once Ash get rid of the media he met his friends.
"Ash that was an amazing battle. Pikachu you were amazing" says Max as he picks Pikachu and starts petting him
"Ash you literally defeated Paul , that electric apal" says Dawn remembering the name
"Electric apocalypse " says Ash
"That's was amazing, " says Dawn
"So which pokemon you are going to use against Tobias " asks May
"I have selected Charizard, Primeape, Sceptile for now and still figuring out which pokemon to select" says Ash
It's next day after Ash's battle with Paul.He is with his Gardevoir,Charizard, Sceptile, Primeape,Lucario and Bronzong, he is addressing them. Along with Ash are his friends.
"Guys, our new opponent will be Tobias who used legendary pokemon Darkrai so far but we are not sure which other pokemon he will use. " says Ash. Soon Ash recieved a call from Oak.
"Hey Professor, " says Ash
"Hi Ash, " says Oak with excitement
"Hello Gramps," says Gary
"Why did you called Ash" asks Gary
"Yeah, regarding that. Ash can you let me study your legendary and pokemon" says Oak dropping the bomb on everyone
"What !" says everyone in shock
"Ash, when did you caught legendary pokemon" asks Gary as he is shaking Ash continuously
"Ash you didn't told your friends about the legendary pokemon you raised and caught" asks Oak
"Not yet, but why you had to spill the truth. I want to introduce them after the league. Anyways, they are not here. They are with Mewtwo and I don't know where they are " says Ash
"By the way congratulations for making it to finals. I will call you later on " says Oak before he ended the call.
Ash's friends are looking at Ash with a curious and suspicious look.
"Now what?" asks Ash
"How many legendaries you have " asks Gary
"Now you know that I have legendaries and mythical, I believe I can tell you. So I have
Mewtwo, Latias,Latios, Darkrai, Regice, Registeel,Regirock,Regigigas, Giratina, Dialga,Palkia,Heatran,Cresselia,Uxie,Azelf, Mesprit,Articuno,Zapdos,Moltres,Entei, Suicune,Raikou,Lugia,Reshiram,Zekrom, Kyurem,Hoopa,Marshadow,Regieleki, Regidrago,Glastrier,Spectrier,Tornadus, Thundurus,Landorus,Enamorus,Galarian Articuno,Galarian Moltres,Galarian Zapdos,Zeraora,Urshifu" says Ash that shocked everyone
"What, you have forty one legendary and mythical pokemon " asks Misty in disbelief.
"But why you are not using them" asks Gary
"I don't feel right about using legendaries in league" says Ash
"Tobias is doing the same, " says Max
"Max, I want the battle to be fair. My pokemon trained hard and I want to battle without using legendaries." says Ash
"How you caught them" asks May
"So Dawn and Brock, Darkrai is the same Darkrai from Almos town as he got reincarnated. My Lucario is sir Aron's Lucario, Latios and Latias are same eon duo from Alto Mare that we met and befriended.
While others I got as an egg including Dialga, Palkia and Giratina. I caught the remaining one" says Ash
"It's a relief" says Max
"Why " asks Dawn
"We thought that only Tobias have legendary pokemon but our friend also have legendary and mythical pokemon" says Max
"So you have decided to use this line up" asks Gary
"Yes," says Ash
"Hope your other pokemon don't mind that" asks May
"Yes, they are okay with that" says Ash
