Ever Free
It was a bright day. On your peaceful face
I layed a chain of white flowers.
Beautiful things are sometimes sad things.
I sense the farewell that has been long coming
Tears droped from Hermione Granger's face like a waterfall. It was the 2nd funeral she had been to this year. The first for Neville and now the second for Harry. It had came as a shock to everyone when the news was realesed, The Boy Who Lived was now The Man Who Died. Even Draco Malfoy was at there. White flowers surrounded the coffin, making it look like an alter.
I break out of the black line and look upwards,
thinking of the sky I once saw.
Hermione looked up as rain began to pour down the burial was today. She didn't even have an umbrella. She was the only one left at the cemetary. Falling to her knees in front of the Tombstone, she pounded her fists to the freshly dug dirt. "Why'd you have to go", she cried letting tears drip down her face like the rain drops falling around her.
How far away will you go?
Is it so far away that you can never come back?
Sitting at home Hermione looked through her scrapbook of pictures of her and Harry. They had been dating before he died and she had thousands of pictures of him. "Harry are you in a good", place she asked the pictures. But, they couldn't answer they were just pictures after all.
I want to see you but I can't; at least you could tell me.
I won't forget any of the final tears you gave me.
20 years later Hermione went to Harry's grave and laid a chain of white flowers. She was married and had 2 children but she would never erase the memory of Harry Potter.
