A/N: You probably won't understand this unless you've played an online computer game and have experienced "lag." (I play America's Army, by the way.) For those of you who don't know, lag essentially interrupts game play by causing "gaps." Example: You end up where you were 3 seconds ago. So I though "What if Frodo had experienced lag?" Muahahaha!

Frodo knew the ring could corrupt him. But little did he know of the other dangers of his quest...

Aragorn took a swing at the Orc, but the orc blocked the attack. He saw the orc lift his scimitar then...Aragorn took a swing at the orc but the... "Whoa! I just did this." He thought, as he completed the swing, for the second time.

Legolas pulled back the string and let the arrow fly. It hit it's target dead on. He went to grab his knife. Suddenly he found that he was holding an arrow at the ready again, the same orc in his sights. "What the..."

Frodo was walking across the marsh of the dead. He took five steps forward the found he was exactly where he had been two steps ago. He took another seven steps forward and ended up where he had been three steps back.

"Mr. Frodo what's wrong? Is it the ring?" Sam asked.

"No Sam. It's the lag, it's getting worse."

HAHAHAHA! That's all (am I mean or what?!!) Review if you care too.
