Legolas

Legolas, O Legolas
Brave warrior, stealer of hearts

Sharp is he with a bow and arrow
Light on his feet and swift he runs

When he speaks, all listen
As he passes by, they look up

A noble son is he
A kind husband he would make

His arms are strong
His chest ripples with muscle

His face is handsome
His eyes are captivating and wise

Rough and nimble are his hands
Yet smooth and soothing is his touch

He fights like a lion
His enemies fall at his feet

Dwarf friend and helper of men
He is gentle yet fierce

Wise and cautious is his mind
His words enlighten

His eyes, O his eyes
They are a pool of beauty
They captivate the one
Who looks into them

His arms, that I could be enfolded
In that cage of strength

My heart beats like a drum
If but his name is spoken

My blood freezes if he
Looks my way

Fair elf, you have captured me
I am yours for the taking

Take me, O fair one, to
Your kingly abode
That we may become
As one under the stars

I will be your wife,
O son of glory.
I will never leave you,
My sweet warrior.
