(...) Sam's thoughts
"And this is the room where you will stay Ms. Alastor.If you care to leave your
things here we can continue with the tour." Charles Xavier said to the young
dark-skinned girl.
She walked silently into her room, her brown sandels barely making a sound, and
put her two bags next to her bed. She was wearing denim overalls and a purple
shirt which made the girl look ten instead of seventeen. Her mother rolled her
eyes and when the professer and her father turned their backs she grabbed her
and hissed,
"Samantha I want you to smile, you look so UGLY!."
She gave a small fake smile, and her mother rolled her eyes again and shoved
her towards the direction of the professor.
(Strawberry gashes all over the world.)
"Would you mind waiting in the common area while I'm talking to your parents
Ms. Alastor?" Charles asked.
"No, but please call me Sam," she replied struggling not to chop her words,
knowing her mother hated that.
She sat on the couch and as soon as the double-doors to the study closed, she
took out a small pad of paper and an easer-pen, then proceded to write.
(*Sin X= CosXTanX converts to cosX times sinX over cosX, both cosx's cancel out
sinX=sinX. f(5)= 2(5)+40...)
The time passed and twenty minutes later the professor and her parents walked out
of the room.
"You're leaving, yes?" She asked not looking up from her work.
"I'll see ya later Pil," said her father.
"We love you sweetie," said her mother through a fake smile. She bent down and
kissed her daughter on the head. Sam winced but it went unnoticed by everyone
but Charles.
"Bye Pilgrim, maman..er...mom," she said softly as her parents left.
"It's alright now," said Charles.
(Strawberry gashes...) She rubbed her razor blade scars that littered her sholders.
"You don't have to be scared here."
She began to scratch her arm, hard.
"I need you to talk to me though..."
::Scratch, Scratch::
"Let me understand your powers..."
::Scratch, Scratch,Scratch, Scratch::
"Sam? Samantha?"
"Please make k'it stop."
Xavier leaned foward in his chair, "Make what stop?"
::Scratch, Scratch,Scratch, Scratch::
"Sam? Tell me what's wrong."
::SCRATCH,SCRATCH,SCRATCH,SCRATCH!!!:: Blood oozed from her wounds.
"Stop it Sam."
"Stop p'it Sam." She mimicked.
"Samantha..."
"No! I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I won't do it again, I'll really try this time!"
She then broke down crying. Xavier put a hand on her sholder and then gasped
as she absorbed his memories. He saw a brief glance of her memories as well
as he faded into unconscience.
