The black epiphany of darkness that was the mind of Ken Ichijoji was tranquil.

Dominated now by the darkness brooding from a life of neglect and being trapped in a shadow he could not escape, a shadow which stretched all around him, the shadow of his older brother, Osamu Ichijoji.

The darkness, now taking a physical form, slept.

The good Ken, the saturnine Ken, the silent Ken curled up in a darkened corner. The emperor stood over him, his grin wide as ever. In an idle gesture, he removed his glasses and polished at them with the cloth of his overly elaborate cloak, his voice mocking as he murmured 'Ken, Ken, oh Ken.' His violet hued eyes looked to rest upon Ken's liquidity blue optics. A silence passed. 'You are I are one and the same.' The Kaizer sneered. It twisted his lips. His scorn was obvious.

'You and I are one and the same.' the usually silent Ken echoed. The Kaizer leered and nodded. The Kaizer moved down on one knee and reached out. His gloved fingers resting upon the smooth, pale cheek of his counterpart, who in turn shrank back, eyes gazing warily. Like a small, trapped animal who had not eaten for days, weeks, months. Frightened of the intruding creature, but ready to trust in hopes of perhaps mercy.

No such thing came from The Kaizer. His entire existence stemmed from hatred and resent formed due to years of oppression and expectation. Now, he pressed his fingers harshly to the cheek of his counter part, to bruise, to hurt.

'Don't expect pity or kindness from me, Ken. You moulded me from your hatred.' The Kaizer gripped a hold of the small, weak, fragile Ken's shirt, lifting him easily. 'I could shatter you.I could break you to pieces.I am your own hatred taking you over, and you love me despite yourself. You harbour me. I could shatter you into shards and pieces. But I won't.' The Kaizer held onto his small, weak, fragile spare. His second best. Their lips met, as often The Kaizer would force them to. Along with his evil he held lust, and his lust often directed straight to the boy who resided along side him in his mind.

Their bodies melded, as it could not be helped, Ken stiffening as the hatred and black siphoned across into his body, The Kaizer gripping a hold of him as Ken's goodness slipped into him, and their ideals melded, Ken's arms wrapping around The Kaizer as they became one.

Then the darkness in physical form awoke.

Ken was flung back into his pit of darkness. The Kaizer went back to the light of his World of blackness. They parted. And The Kaizer murmured 'Till next time.' his lust and hunger satisfied. Whilst his fragile counter part hid. Rotting in the silence. Till next time.
