Chapter 1

Fae Discovery

Harry grimaced as he stood up. His arms were sore from the constant training he was going under, head dizzy thanks from the nonstop information that his godfather and his newfound uncle crammed into his head, and only his legs were strong, since Harry was used to the constant running Remus made him do each morning and night.

"Harry." A high singsong voice piped up.

"I'm coming, Oji-san." Harry said as he staggered to the door. He opened the door to his uncle, Kenshin.

"How are you feeling, Harry?" he asked in his normal voice.

"All but legs hurt like hell because of you four insane slave drivers." Harry snapped in Parseltongue.

Kenshin, Ken for short, sighed. "Harry James Potter, stop speaking Parseltongue, that you must. Well, anyway, Remus informed me that if you run the whole way around Hogwarts Lake, you have the day off. Except from me. Just a little swordfighting." He smiled.

Harry nodded. "Okay, Oji-san Ken." He walked out into the Great Hall, and looked at Sirius. "Ohayo."

"Good morning yourself." Sirius said, sipping a cup of sake. "Good stuff. I can't understand why Ken doesn't drink this stuff."

"Rice wine slows my reflexes, yes it does." Ken answered calmly. He took out his wakizashi and pointed at the bottle of sake. "Ikia, sake!" The clay bottle flew out of Sirius's hands, and into Ken's hands. "It'll make you sluggish, yes it will."

Sirius glared at Ken. "Kenshin, you're as bad as your brother."

Kenshin stuck out his tongue. "It ain't my fault my parents set me up for adoption and kept my big brother, James. Look on the bright side, I can keep an eye on Harry."

Remus trotted in as a wolf. He looked at Harry and he heard Remus's voice. Best to start before the sun rises, Harry. Remus's blue eyes sparkled.

"Okay, okay. I'll go."

Harry walked out of Hogwarts, into the brisk predawn air. After he reached the shores of the lake, he started to run, counter-clockwise, towards the Forbidden Forest.

So much has changed this summer, Harry thought as he skimmed the shores, keeping away from the Forest. I left the Dursleys for my dad's brother, who had been adopted by a couple from Japan and ended up with a split personality. Sirius got his trial and was convicted for being an unregistered Animagi but proved innocent of the killing of thirteen people using the Explosion Curse. Punishment: Sirius Black, with the help of Remus Lupin, and Kenshin Isawa Potter, will protect Harry Potter. Harry shook his head, smiling. Fifth year was going to be interesting.

Harry stopped as he passed a small inlet that marked the three-fourths point. A teenage girl was half way on a rock. Anything below her waist was hidden by the water. She was unconscious… and without a stitch of clothing.

"Oh, shit. Why does the strange stuff have to happen on my birthday?" Harry groaned. He hopped from stone to stone to reach the girl. Then, he gingerly turned her over. Harry gulped as he gazed upon her. Not only was she naked, she was well endowed! He looked at her back again. No signs of wings. She must be human.

"Just great. All I need now is her to wake up." Harry murmured as he hoisted the girl and pointedly kept his eyes avert from her. "What the?! She weighs a ton!" He grimaced, and started to leave. Something was moving in the water. Harry picked up the pace, and within a half-hour, he was at Hogwarts.

"Hi, Uncle Kenshin." Harry said, grinning.

Kenshin's brown eyes widened. "Harry, where did you find that girl?"

"Um, about three-fourths way. She was lying on a rock. Why?"

Kenshin said, "Did you look at her legs?"

"No." Harry answered. "For God's sake, she's nude!"

Kenshin shook his head. "Harry. There's nothing to hide. Look at her."

Harry looked at her legs, and gasped.

* Can anyone guess what is wrong with this girl? Winner gets mention as a character! *
