Before I begin to fill in this questionnaire, I, Frodo Baggins of Valinor
would like to say that I have collected all of said questionnaires and have
tried to form the best account most uniform and easy to understand (not to
mention neatest) questionnaire and hope that this will be much easier to
understand. I have included all that I think relevant. It is also to be
noted that with this I have had to aid of my dear Uncle Bilbo Baggins.
