Two figures walked down the desolate road at Hogsmede, doing some
last minute Christmas shopping no doubt.
The taller of the two, Sirius Black had long black shiny hair and cold
grey eyes that were trying to stay focused to the ground.
The shorter boy, Remus Lupin had shorter dirty blonde hair and bright
amber eyes. Remus seemed to be frowning as the two walked down the road
this particular night.
Earlier Sirius laid his hand on Remus's on "accident" and was quite shaken

crying tears of happiness. Remus wrapped his arms around Sirius and

never allowed to happen in front of others. After what seemed like hours
(but was actually minutes) Sirius looked up a bit teary eyed and said "I
think we should go back to the castle now". Remus nodded getting up and
holding out a hand to help Sirius up who took it and rubbed his eyes. "Try
not to look like you've been crying, we don't want James to think I
attacked you or something", Remus said with a laugh. Sirius laughed too
still holding onto Remus's hand," you're covered in snow " Remus stated
watching Sirius. At that Sirius shook his head like a dog, snow going
everywhere. "Heeyy" Remus said picking up some snow off the ground and
lightly tossing it at Sirius, "Oy I look like a snowman.." Sirius said
looking in a shop window. "a weird snowman at that" Remus said chuckling.
Sirius opened the Honey dukes door and they made their way to the trap door
in the back.
